Abstract

In this study, the aim of this research is to design the adaptation of the movement of the wheeled robot using the fuzzy method. In this wheeled robot, there are 3 ultrasonic sensors input and 2 DC motor output. These inputs and outputs will be used as variables for the fuzzy method. This input variable consists of sensor (left), sensor (front) and sensor (right), each of which has 2 sets of membership functions, namely near and far. This output variable consists of a DC motor (right) and a DC motor (left), each of which has 2 sets of membership functions, namely slow and fast. The number of if-then rules in the fuzzy method used is 8 rules. The test was carried out as many as 3 experiments on the movement of the wheeled robot, namely moving straight, moving to turn right and moving to turn left. This test succeeded in proving that the fuzzy method can control the movement of the wheeled robot.

Abstract

Vital sign checks in today's technology can be implemented anywhere, such as at home, in hospitals, and outdoors (while traveling). The proposed vital signs monitoring system can assist clinicians by delineating traces of critical physiological parameters, generating early warnings/warnings and indicating any significant changes to the data. The monitoring system developed has the advantage of being able to wirelessly interconnect between sick patients and their families at home. The development carried out is to make a monitoring system capable of taking readings from the body and heart temperatures of the patients being examined and providing early warnings if the parameters that are read are abnormal. The system is able to send data from the reading of the two aspects to the data processing center. In the data processing center, the system will analyze the patient's condition based on the patient's temperature and heart rate. And from the results of the study, it was found that the system that has been built can measure the patient's body temperature and heart rate according to the selected sensor port and the system can store patient data. The system is able to communicate well where the sensor readings can be displayed on the GUI system according to the pre-set port and identify the patient's condition by comparing the patient's body temperature and heart rate data with normal human conditions.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the country with the most waste in the worlds. Most of the waste come from organic waste. One way to reduce the organic waste is using help from microorganism such as black soldier fly larvae (Hermetia Illucens). The living environment of the black soldier fly larvae greatly influences the amount of organic waste consumption, such as temperature, height of the media, humidity, and water content of organic waste. Using smart trash can help to monitoring the environment of the larvae so the condition of black soldier fly larvae is maintained well. This system using DS18B0 as temperature sensor, VL53L0X as height sensor, DHT-22 as humidity sensor, and YL-69 as moisture content are connected to the nodeMCU microcontroller. The data from system is continuous data so it must implement gaussian naive bayes first before implementing naive bayes. There are three classes of system output classification, namely “Optimal”, “Medium”, and “Bad”. Sensors data and classification result are sent through the firebase server which is then sent it to the android application and displayed on the lcd screen. By using 32 training data and 17 test data, the accuracy of the gaussian naive bayes classification is 82,3%. The average computional speed of gaussian naive bayes classification is 5,2 ms by performing 10 times tests. Meanwhile, the accuracy of sending data to the firebase is 100%.

Abstract

Vegetable oil is one of a product from plants and is often used as the main ingredient in food processing. Each plant that is used as a source of this oil produces different vegetable oils in terms of nutritional content. Oils that have high health benefits for the body are usually sold at high prices in the market. The similarity of the characteristics of the oil in terms of its physical make some producers deliberately sell vegetable oil that is not in accordance with the original plant source. To minimize this incident, in this study a system was created to distinguish vegetable oils based on plants directly and quickly. RGB parameters as well as turbidity are used as features in the classification. RGB data is acquired by the TCS34725 color sensor, while the turbidity data will be obtained by the LDR light sensor. The classification method itself uses the K-NN (K-Nearest Neighbor) algorithm. The K-NN method uses training data as a classification system training to calculate the distance from the test data which is the new data that is entered into the system. Then the results of the distance calculation will be sorted from the closest and the results will be determined based on the most selected class in the voting as many as K. Based on the accuracy test of the classification method, an accuracy of 87.5% was obtained from K=3 and K=5. Then the average computational speed of the classification is 103.6 ms.

Abstract

Pedis Care is an independent health clinic specializes in treating wounds and chronic wounds. Care Giver were individuals who treat and support other individuals (patients) in their lives. Right now, this treatment process still conducted manually and archiving is done by printed documents which takes more spaces. From the issues above, a solution in form of Web based information system management is needed. Research stages started from doing an analysis that produced 6 actors, 81 functional necessities, and 1 non-functional necessity. On system designing, sequence diagram, class diagram, database designing, component designing, and interface designing were done. This system used PHP 7.4 and HTML with Laravel 8.13 framework. Database were implemented using MySQL. Testing stages are started by unit testing that use 3 test samples with basis path testing with 100% success rate. Integration testing is done by using 1 sample also with 100% success rate. Validation testing were done on all 81 functional necessities on the system with 100% valid rate. Compatibility testing results is that the web based information system management care giver can run on Edge, Opera, Chrome, iOS, and Android.

Abstract

At the end of 2019, the first case of pneumonia was reported in the city of Wuhan, Hubei Province. From 18 to 29 December 2019, at least five patients were treated for suspected Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). The spread of this disease continues to spread to Indonesia. There are three things that underlie the rapidly increasing number of COVID-19 cases, namely finding cases as early as possible, testing and contact tracing. Finding cases as early as possible will prevent COVID-19 infection from getting worse. The development of the covid portal system in this research is to accelerate case discovery as early as possible. The system development in this research uses the Waterfall method. The research stages start from literature study, needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and conclusion. The developed web-based system is implemented using the Laravel framework with the MVC development pattern. The system is also equipped with health facility data presented in the form of a map which is implemented using the Here Maps API. The testing method used is the method of white-box testing and black-box testing. The white-box testing method is used for unit testing and integration testing with 100% valid test results. The black-box testing method is used in validation testing with 100% valid test results. Non-functional testing is carried out by testing compatibility requirements using a testing tool called sortSite on several browsers with 100% valid results.

Abstract

In this millennial era, self-care, especially in the hair area, is the main factor that is often considered by men in terms of appearance. Coupled with the rise of the barbershop business which is very much in demand by men today (Safa'at & Muttaqien, 2015). During this pandemic, people are worried and afraid when they want to cut their hair. The reason is the high rate of transmission of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) and the unexpected way of transmission. There are many barbershop locations in Malang City that are still open during this pandemic. Some of these places have complied with the health protocol following Decree of the Minister of Health Number HK.01.07/MENKES/382/2020 for hair care services and the like. However, some are still open even without complying with health protocols. Therefore, the development of a barbershop recommendation system is needed to assist users in choosing a barbershop in Malang City that applies health protocols. This recommendation system was developed using the Simple Additive Weighting method as a decision-making system. In the use of the SAW method, there are criteria used, namely distance, price, assessment, and the value of health protocols. The test for this barbershop recommendation system uses black-box testing to test the level of functionality with 100% valid results, then algorithm validation testing with a comparison of manual calculations that obtain 100% valid results, and usability testing with the System Usability Scale (SUS) approach by obtaining an average value of 77,5 or can be converted as Grade B in the Grade Scale category, Acceptable in the Acceptability Ranges category, and Good in the Adjective Rating category.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on society. Interaction restrictions lead to the accessibility of public services, including public health services. Currently, the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Brawijaya has conducted an online hearing screening process. However, it still does not meet the needs of doctors. The author initiated a research entitled "Development of Web-Based Health Service Applications for Hearing Screening (Case Study: Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Brawijaya)". The author chooses to use Clean Architecture by considering the ease of developing applications without the need to focus on a particular framework. The application is developed on the web so that it can be accessed through a browser. There are 3 tests, namely: functional testing, compatibility testing, and usability testing. In functional testing has been achieved 100% valid. The patient actor usability test got an A+ grade, the doctor actor got a C grade, and the Admin actor got an A grade. Compatibility testing has been running well on Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox browsers.

Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) devices are physical devices that are connected to each other through the internet. IoT devices have limitations on storage and computing capabilities so that various problems arise such as reliability, performance, scalability, security, and privacy. To overcome these problems, IoT devices can be integrated with cloud computing. However, from this integration there are other problems, namely the performance problem of computing due to the increasing number of connected devices, so a research is proposed in the form of developing IoT-Cloud by utilizing serverless computing. Serverless computing has auto-scaling capabilities so there is no need to manually re-adjust the server. The development of this platform is carried out in the cloud so that all parties who want to access must be connected to the internet and have a service account. GCP is used to build this platform, the features used are Authentication which serves to authenticate users, Functions in the form of a serverless framework that acts as a backend and subscriber, Firestore acts as a data storage place, and Hosting as a platform for deployment. Then there is Google Cloud IoT Core which acts as a broker so that IoT devices can send data to Google Cloud IoT Core which will then be channeled to subscribers. From the development tests that have been carried out, the results show that the platform can accept all incoming requests without any problems, this is due to the nature of serverless computing in the form of auto-scaling.

Abstract

The process of procuring a product in a distributor company is a long process. Starting from placing an order to the supplier, waiting the order confirmation, the product shipping, until the product can be arrived at the warehouse. Regardless of the lengthy process, companies are required to have a sufficient stock of the products despite uncertain customer demands. It makes companies need to predict future sales. PT. Satwa Jawa Jaya is one of the distributors of animal medication that has a similar problem. Therefore, a sales prediction of the product was made using the Linear Regression method. Predictions were made on 16 products from 7 different suppliers. The results of applying Linear Regression are different for each product. Where the Avatec 20% @ 20 KG product has the highest error rate with 86.25 of MAE score while the Barox Liquid @ 210 Liter product has the lowest error rate with 0,84 of MAE score. Furthermore, in order to facilitate PT. Satwa Jawa Jaya's stakeholders in reading the prediction results, a dashboard consist of visualization was created. Through the usability testing that has been carried out, the dashboard got a Sysem Usability Scale score of 72.5. This shows that the usability level of the dashboard belongs to the good and acceptable category. Which means the dashboard is suitable for use by PT. Satwa Jawa Jaya.
