Abstract

PT Kimia Farma Tbk, or Kimia Farma is the first company in Indonesia that focus on pharmacy industry and was built on 1817. As the company that has been taking role for a long time, Kimia Farma has their own strict Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) for their manufacture processes. Analysis on the manufacture process, especially related to the variations that have potential to occur in a process is needed to get the optimal performance. The manufacture processes that analyzed in this study are capsule, cream, syrup, and tablet. The first step is to model and simulate the processes one by one based on the SOP using YAWL tools. In parallel, the other first step is to transform the event log from the ERP system using Disco tools. The analysis is applied using process mining method in ProM tools. The goals are to analyze the variant activity that occur in the process and to classify them into restriction or extension. The result shows that the processes of capsule and syrup are not showing any variability in their manufacture process, this finding is proven by the fitness score that reach 1 for each process.. On the other hand, the result shows that tube blowing activity in cream manufacture process is a variability because of its uncertain position, this finding is proven by the fitness score that only reach 0.93 and this variation is also classified as variability by restriction. And the result also indentified that there is a variation that happen in activity In Process Control (IPC) from tablet manufacture process because of its looping activity, this finding is proven by the fitness score that only reach 0.99, and this variation is also classified as a variability by extension.

Abstract

Narcotics National Agency (BNN Kota Malang) is government vertical agencies whose have role in prevention, eradication of Illicit Drug Abuse is doing their job under the responsibility of the local Government of Malang City. the Rehabilitation Section's duty is recovering drug users, Rehabilitation Section storing data using paper forms. The problem is that a growing number of patient data, which stored with the conventional ways so the data search becomes longer and reduce the productivity of the employees so that the maintenance of the data becomes more complex and increase the risk of losing the physical data Information systems proven can reduce the time thus increasing productivity and effectiveness. The success of information system development depends on proper development method, the stakeholder's needs are unclear yet and the system should be able to adapt to the needs of the organization while developed are the reason we use a strategy of Incremental Iteration. This research will report the implementation of the strategy as well as other important roles, among others is the proper requirements analysis, design and the appropriate testing methods which can be measured with the real problems which result 10 functional requirements and 2 nonfunctional requirements in requirement analysis, 10 class (analysis), 9 table, 4 model, and 6 controller in design phase, 3 test case succeed in testing phase.

Abstract

Web server is an important part used to provide website services. Web server is used to serve website requests for 24 hours 7 days if the web server is dead then the website service will not be used. The condition of web server that can not work or failure can be caused by some things like hardware malfunction, crash on web server, power outage, and network failure. NGINX is one of the web server software provider. NGINX is able to install on virtual server computers using container methods. this facilitates the deployment process because the containers are lightweight and portable. In order for the web server to serve requests it requires failover mechanism and autoscaling. Kubernetes is a software that has a Docker-based failover and autoscaling container mechanism. In this research the amount of hardware used is 3 servers that make up a cluster using Kubernetes, where 1 server will become master and 2 server as minion. From the research obtained the average time required for failover is 264.74s for node failure, and 3s for service failure. the average autoscaling time of the system requires 45s for scale up and 108s for scale down. Autoscaling Kubernetes is able to reduce CPU usage by 0.4%. The built system is capable of running web server with clustering method.

Abstract

Career promotion is an important factor and heavily expected by the employees. Establishment of position that analyzed manually will be very disadvantage if there is Human Error or error conducted by humans related to the careful analysis towards the process compared to calculation conducted by machine. The implementation of Fuzzy-Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) is conducted by determining matrix values of paired comparison as parameter about how important the parameter compared to other parameters. Three parameters as comparison are KIN (Individual Competence), KT (Core Competence), and KP (Role Competence). In this research, it used total test data of 78 which obtained result with accuracy level in the created system is 92.3%, in which matrix values of paired comparison as with expert statement, then if the level of importance for a parameter replaced to be slightly more important than value established by expert then accuracy level will be better, which is 94.87%. However, if the values established by expert replaced to be the opposite values then the obtained accuracy level is very low, which is only 79.48%. Therefore, although accuracy level by expert is already good, however, if a parameter changed to be slightly more important, then, the obtained result will be more optimal.

Abstract

Futsal is the one of the sport that is growing in indonesia, especially in the city of malang. The development of futsal in Malang has some parties who exploit these conditions to make it land business, such as futsal field provides for renting service. Many field provider do not provide information or convenience in reservating such a field. According to the results of a survey the Association's Internet Service Provider Indonesia (APJII) in the year 2016, 47.6% or 63.1 million Indonesian people accessing the internet through their mobile devices. Based on condition, in order to help information deliver and help give the ease of reserve a field, the field reservating application implemented on an android mobile device. This application was developed using the method of development of Extreme Programming which is the simplest method in the process of designing and coding, so that it can reduce amount of development time. In addition, this method is suitable for dealing with the needs of users which didn't clear and easy to change. Based on the test results obtained by the use of usability methods SUS, application of malang futsal field reservations get assessment from eight user with the value of an average score on user side is 77 and the officer side is 73.3. Then from the results it can be concluded that the application is declared acceptable, so that's mean this applications can be declared as acceptable and easy to used by the user.

Abstract

In the construction of the project in the transfer of objects that can not be moved by humans, a transporter is needed, one of which is a crane. Problems with PT. MHE-Demag, Surabaya in determining the initial feasibility of crane construction is the effectiveness and efficiency of time. The solution to the problem requires an application that can process data into a decision support system that is useful to provide the right decision in determining the feasibility of crane construction. The AHP-TOPSIS method was chosen because the method was able to select the best alternative from the alternative determination of the existing crane. The test used is by performing a pairwise comparison matrix to obtain priority weight for each criterion, the right hierarchy, and the ideal amount of data. The results obtained with the combination of values ​​in pairwise comparison matrix and application of Level 1 hierarchy match obtained the value of λmax = 7.53058 CI = 0.08843, CR = 0.067 resulted in a matching level of 92%. The ideal amount of data in this study is to obtain high accuracy values ​​using 10 to 20 data.

Abstract

In the implementation of SIADO UB there are obstacles related to the lecturer's intentions to use it as users. An evaluation of the intention of SIADO usage by UB lecturers is required to produce recommendations to improve the utilization of SIADO UB. This study will evaluate five variables based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) that has been modified, ie perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, social influence, facilitating conditions, and usage intention variables. This research used quantitative method with the instrument of questionnaire and sample data which was chosen freely. The population of this research is 2192 active lecturers in Universitas Brawijaya. To determine the number of samples in this study using slovin formula equation with a degree of leeway of 10% and obtained the sample of 96 lecturers from all faculties in Universitas Brawijaya. The results showed that the variables perceived usefulness (71.0%), perceived ease of use (73.3%), social influence (66.2%), facilitating conditions (72.3%), and trust (73.8%) included in the high category and the usage intention (75.2%) variables included in very high categories. Recommendations from the results of this research are such as through security efforts on SIADO UB, increase the speed of system's responses, the layout of the display is more easy to understand and as needed, and ease to be accessed anywhere and anytime

Abstract

The logistics management department is part of the administration section of the Malang City UTD PMI. In UTD PMI Malang City there are sections that are formed to help achieve organizational goals. In the implementation of medical logistics, there are 5 main business processes, namely the receipt of medical logistics goods, purchase of medical logistics goods> Rp. 5,000,000, purchase of medical logistics goods <Rp. 5,000,000, delivery of medical logistics items (for internal), and delivery of goods medical logistics (for external). The implementation of business processes in this section is still often a constraint, namely the execution of time that has exceeded a predetermined time. This study uses a five whys analysis method to determine the root causes of each business process. The results of the analysis in general, the root of the problem is about recording documents that are still using paper which can cause an increase in the organization's expenditure to buy paper and the risk of being lost. Based on the results of the evaluation carried out treatment by using streamlining tools provided by Business Process Improvement (BPI) to make business process recommendations. From the results of the business process recommendations made then a simulation is conducted to see the improvement of each business process. on the business process of delivering medical logistics (for external) goods by 1 hour 41 minutes with a percentage increase of 24.9%.

Abstract

Teeth and mouth are parts of the body that are often lacking in health. Dental and Mouth Disease is included in the list of 10 diseases that people often complain about. Dental disease itself is often considered trivial by the public, even though if it is not treated immediately it can cause heart disease and stroke. The uneven distribution of dental and oral experts has made it difficult for people to be able to get dental and oral health checks. Therefore, it is expected that with this system can help people especially those that are not reached by a dental expert to be able to find out the diagnosis of dental and oral diseases suffered and advice that can be given. In this system the method used in the diagnosis process is the naive bayes-weighted product method. Naive Bayes itself is applied to find the value of the probability of each symptom of a disease while the weighted product is applied to provide a conclusion on the diagnosis of dental and oral diseases by finding the value of the criteria s and alternative values ​​v. In this system there are 7 types of diseases and 21 dental and oral disease symptoms that can be recognized by the system. Accuracy testing results use a total of 30 test data and produce an accuracy rate of 93.3%.

Abstract

Exercise is one of the physical activities that a person does to maintain and mprove the quality of health. One of the most widely played sports is volleyball. Brawijaya University, which is one of the major universities in Malang, currently also has several volleyball teams organized by UB Volleyball Activity Unit (UABV-UB). In every year UABV-UB always receives new member registration for students who want to join. Seeing the development and the amount of nterest then this makes UABV-UB having difficulty in choosing the players. So in this to solve the problem is used method AHP-TOPSIS. The AHP method is used for weighting which consists of making matched pair matrices, calculating matrix normalization, computing consistency test and producing krteria weight. While Topsis consists of paired normalization process of alternative data, after calculating the weighted normalization value of AHP and paired normalization process TOPSIS. The weighted normalization value will be used to find the positive and negative deal solution value as well as the distance between positive and negative deal solutions. The value is used to calculate the preference value of each alternative. Then do a ranking against the preference value. The result of system accuracy obtained from the test result is 85.7%.
