Abstract

Audio plays a very important role in the game besides the another component of game development. Traditional audio technology has its foundations in recording. By using the recording processs, the result obtained are a series of amplitude waves, which contain sounds from recording. The result of the recording produce a data. The storage space needed to store a sound data is every 1 minute of stereo sound with a 44,1 kHz sample rate requires 10 megabyte of storage space. There is an audio technology that can be used in game development. Pure Data is visual programming language for multimedia purpose. Pure Data can be used to process and generate sound, video, 2D or 3D graphics and MIDI for sound engineering purpose. Furthermore, there is framework called Heavy for easily generating audio plugins, used in implementating Pure data to Unity. Heavy make use of modern software pronciples to generate highly optimized code. In this study discussed the sound effects and background music. Sound assets will be implemented into the game. The result of this study are the comparison of document sizes of the three types of sound, sound eefect, background music, and main menu music. Pure Data generate procedural audio which is a dynamic type of audio. The advantage of dynamic audio is sound effects that contribute to emotional involvement of the player. Heavy framework is used to implement Pure Data to unity. There are two types of testing Pure Data, unit testing and validation.

Abstract

Seed Laboratory BPTP East Java is one of provincial government work units that was appointed as the technical implementer to conduct a study in seed growth. Currently this facility is developing automatic watering device based on soil humidity sensor, but the device cannot predict the volume of water needed in order to keep the soil moisture. With the help of humidity sensor on device and expert's knowledge, the observations dataset of soil moisture to the waters volume requirement are obtained. This study was conducted to implements linear regression method so that the device can perform predictions based on dataset patterns as an equation. The accuracy of prediction results with this method is measured by the coefficient of determination. The coefficient of determination can be decreasing due to the arising of observation outliers because Inaccuracy of observation results. The solution from this study is using evolution strategies with information criteria as comparison for detecting observation outliers to eliminated. After eliminating 6 observations outliers were detected by evolution strategiess in this study, shows increase in the coefficient of determination from 0.9673 to 0.9935

Abstract

Red chili pepper (Capsicum annum l.) is one of the many vegetable commodities consumed by the people of Indonesia, both as a food and flavoring the fulfillment of nutrition. Among commodities, vegetable chilli is vegetables that have the highest economic potential, and the area of pertanaman including the widest chilies among other vegetables (Darmawan and Pasandaran 2000). However, the level of productivity of the chili belongs is still low. Fuzzy K-NN classification is a method that combines technique with fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor Classifier. Algorithms of Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor gives value to the membership class on test data rather than putting test data on a particular class. F-KNN classification is a method used to predict the test data using the value of the degrees of membership test data on each class. The required variable in this study was chilli plant disease symptoms. Highest accuracy of the test results is when K = 5 the value of 92%.

Abstract

VEDC / P4TK BOE Malang is an institution that since 1986 training conducted in the field of development and improvement of competence. P4TK BOE Malang, is an integrated part of the Ministry of Education and Culture as a technical implementation unit of the Directorate General Teachers and Education Personnel. The frequent problems of users encourage VEDC agencies to make detailed implementation on the website. User improvements are made to resolve issues that are often conveyed by the user. User improvements are made using Human-Centered Design. Usability aspects that are in testing, among others; Efficiency for an efficient level of website access, Effectiveness for measuring success rate, and Questionnaire Questionnaire for User Interaction Satisfaction (QUIS) for Measuring Satisfaction. The preliminary evaluation was carried out by conducting a usability test which resulted in 8 sections with the result of QUIS questionnaire interview. Evaluation is done by the same method to design prototype designed by overcoming the initial design problem. Evaluation gives back-up on time from 328 seconds to 214 seconds, success rate from 68.3% to 100%, error rate from 29.1% to 0%, and quality level from score 147 to 232 with max value of 270

Abstract

In determining debtor credit, if there is an error in the debtor's analysis, it will cause problems such as bad credit in the future. So, it needs more accurate selection in the analysis of debtors who deserve credit. A more rigorous and consistent analysis takes longer due to the large amount of analytical data. To obtain a more accurate analysis and more efficient analysis time, it can be done by making a credit analysis system using the Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) method to classify data and determine debits that are eligible for credit. To obtain accurate credit results, the use of the LVQ method depends on the weight. Analysis with LVQ method shows the accuracy value obtained is 79.37% by testing 63 test data. To obtain optimal accuracy values, the weights used in the LVQ method are optimized first with genetic algorithms. Optimal weight test results obtained a higher accuracy value of 93.65% for testing with popsize 20 parameters, Cr 0.9, Mr 0.1 and number of generation 10.

Abstract

Research or final assignment is a requirement of graduation students. Every year the research becomes increasing and allows the students to take the same or similar topics. Through this research developed an application to classify student thesis reports. The results of this grouping also indicate that the themes are varied and when the themes becomes non-varied. Student research reports or commonly called a thesis report can be grouped by theme, object or method of the research. The process of extracting this thesis is done by using text mining technology. Then the process of grouping thesis document can be done by using k-means clustering method on a set of thesis documents by taking abstract, keywords and table of contents as an important information that represents the content of the document. Then the document will be done preprocessing first by using text mining method. To process the preprocessing is divided into several parts, namely tokenisasi, filtering, stemming and term weighting. After the document passes through the preprocessing process, then the document can be grouped by using the method of k-means clustering. In this experiment, trials are conducted by entering the number of clusters that vary. From the results of the analysis by entering the different cluster values have obtained the optimal value by entering the number of with the resulting silhouette value 0,483695522.

Abstract

Cryptographic algorithms are logical steps for hiding messages from people who are not entitled to the message. Security in hardware is also very important when the values ​​generated from sensors and other processes are sent via the internet, the data is not easily known by third parties. The SPECK algorithm is the latest encryption algorithm created by the National Security Agency (NSA). SPECK block Cipher has 10 types of blocks consisting of the smallest 32 bits up to the largest 128 bit block. This research was conducted to determine the performance of the SPECK algorithm when applied to Raspberry Pi. In this study using data collection methods and testing carried out as much as 1024 times on each SPECK algorithm. SPECK that will be tested is SPECK block 128 bit size with key size 128 bits, 192 bits and 256 bits. The results of the study concluded that the processing time of the SPECK algorithm to encrypt and decrypt plaintext with an average time of 85920μs - 91073μs. RAM consumption for all algorithms requires 0.5% on the Raspberry Pi, the CPU is only used when the program runs at 2.6%. Data analysis calculations were tested by the Kruskal-Wallis method and produced data from the study experiencing significant differences from each encryption and decryption process on the SPECK block size 128 bit algorithm with 128-bit, 192-bit and 256-bit key variants.

Abstract

Forest fires are a serious event that must be watched out for areas dominated by forest areas. In forest fires, there are several factors that can affect the occurrence of fires such temperature, humidity, rain, wind, and others. This paper implements the backpropagation method to predict the area of the fire. The input used is a factor that influences the occurrence of 7 forest fires. The process of backpropagation method begins with normalizing input data with a range based on the activation function used, after that initialization is weighted and can use the Nguyen-Widrow algorithm, feeds the feedforward and continues to the next process, feedbackward with the MSE requirement less than the error or iteration limit. less than the same as the maximum iteration, if the requirements have been met the output will be normalized, will get a forecasting value, and the last process calculates the results of MSE and SMAPE as a result of the success of the forecasting process. Based on the results of the tests that have been done, it is obtained that the optimal parameters are 5 hidden layer neurons, 0.1 learning rate, and maximum 1500 iterations. The highest average SMAPE result from this study is 49,1796 and the lowest SMAPE average is 31,4492 which shows that the backpropagation method can be used to forecast burn areas in the forest.

Abstract

Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is a very important food crop in the world after wheat and corn. During the development of agricultural research appeared several varieties of rice. Variety itself is one important component that has a major contribution in increasing production and income of rice farming. Therefore, it takes a computer system to help farmers decide the varieties that will be planted in accordance with the environmental conditions of planting by considering some aspects of the criteria. In the design using Analytic Hierarchy Process - Simple Additive Weighting in order to give consideration / advice to farmers to determine the superior varieties. The result of this method is the rank of the varieties. Method AHP function to determine the value of the vector of weight of some rise varieties that criteria then made reference in is the rank of the varieties produced by the process SAW. In this research, the test is done by measuring the accuracy level with the result reaching accuracy above 80%. So the system that is created by using the method AHP-SAW can be applied as a supporting decision making in determining superior rice varieties.

Abstract

Badan Penjaminan Mutu is the division which play an important role in maintaining the quality of all aspects in Widyagama University in Malang. In the process to business function of control, monitoring, and quality evaluation, and performance of personnel, found some potential problems to achieve the vision and mission of Badan Penjaminan Mutu. The problems are manual business processes, inefficient and not integrated system, complex activities, and inefficient storage system. Therefore, analysis and evaluation also improvement of business process is needed to solve the problems and to maximize the existing process. This research uses Business Process Modelling and Notation (BPMN) to make business process diagrams, the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to evaluate and analyse business processes, and Business Process Improvement (BPI) method to make improvements. Afterwards, simulation of current business processes (as is) and recommendations (to be) were implemented to validate and demonstrate the effectiveness of the recommended business process. In the simulation process, the evaluation of business process is valid, and the time analysis is incresed by 61.13%. This happens because manual activities are replaced by system.
