Abstract

Sex has become the most basic instinct of every creature in this mother Earth. Sex is essential to survive a life as in preserving the species' generation. However, the lack of sex education leads into a free sex lifestyle. This jeopardize lifestyle has increased these years with its sexually transmitted disease as one of the following risks. Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) which are infecting men and can be contagious to other people includes Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Herpes, HIV/AIDS, and Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). Thus, symptoms can be an indicator to discover what disease which infect the human's body. However, some sexually transmitted diseases have similar symptoms that might lead in a wrong first aid for the patients themselves and ironically result in the severity of that disease. Besides, a wrong first aid will cause the disease to be more contagious especially to that patient's intimate partner as well. Therefore, Naive Bayes-Certainty Factor is needed to reduce the misdiagnosed. This study used Naive Bayes-Certainty Factor method in diagnosing the STD in men. The analysis was done by comparing the results of the system diagnosis with the expert diagnosis. From 35 data testing, the result showed that there was 85% of the accuracy in diagnosing Men Sexually Transmitted Disease by using expert diagnosing system with Naive Bayes-Certainty Factor method.

Abstract

A community of forum service provider should fulfill the real needs of user and increase user's experience in supporting the community and forum sustainably. User experience can be measured by using User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) calculation with six variables: Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. The aims of this study were: To analyze and redesign the user interface website of www.unitedindonesia.org/forum in order to increase user experience, to analyze user experience by using Kansei Engineering and Extended Goal Question Metrics, and to give some suggestions related to website design in order to fix user interface website of www.unitedindonesia.org/forum and increase the user experience. User experience is important in a website, and by analyzing the problems some suggestions can be recommended in order to maintain the old user and add more new user. Therefore, the forum can always be active. From the results, it was found that the implementation of user experience affect the user's behavior and emotions in their interaction with the website. Redesign of user interface in this thesis can increase the UX value. The highest improve of UX value are Novelty. While the highest positive impression from the old design to the new design is the “modern” item.

Abstract

Regression analysis is a common method used to see the relationship between dependent and independent variable. Regression analysis has global properties and is applied to all sites observed. However, the condition of poverty and zakat in the districts / cities in the Province of East Java certainly has different characteristics, based on its geographic conditions, potential areas, socio-cultural circumstances and other things behind it, resulting spatial heterogeneity. Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) is the solution to create local regression. Shiny Web Framework from R software able to perform spatial regression analysis. R is an open-source tool Statistics that can be used to perform spatial regression data analysis and modeling. Shiny is a web-based framework for building web-based applications. This research builds a web-based application to perform spatial regression analysis and modeling with Shiny Web Framework. The data used in this research is zakat data and poverty of east java province. The results of this study produce WebGIS tool with 10 functional. While the result of spatial regression analysis using GWR method gives R-square value of 76%.

Abstract

The economic level has a big role in the development of a country. Indonesia is one of the countries with low economic level. Indonesia provides data where the funds will be distributed to a region, one of the Mlandingan District, Situbondo district of East Java province. In the area has been given funds intended for the poor. However, the distribution of funds is not optimal enough because there are still people who are able to receive the assistance. Therefore, this research is done to help solve the problem. By applying the AHP PROMETHEE II method applied to a desktop-based application with 6 criteria used as a reference for obtaining accuracy. The AHP method as a weight and PROMETHEE II is used to sort it to get optimal results. In this research, the test is done by measuring the accuracy level with the result reaching accuracy above 80%. Then the AHP method itself in this study used to find the average actually yields an accuracy value that has no effect because the result is the same, so this test is done to know the accuracy value of PROMETHEE II method.

Abstract

The use of electronic devices that are used excessively and uncontrolled by the tenants in a boarding house will certainly have a negative impact on the owner side in terms of economy. Many of the board owners who provide rules to not use some additional electronic equipment such as electronic kitchen equipment and when used it will incur additional costs. But the regulation is also much violated by the tenant without the knowledge of the owner of the boarding. In this study designed a system to find out what kind of electronic kitchen equipment plugged into electric socket to facilitate the monitoring of electrical appliances. The system designed using the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) method as its classification method, NodeMCU as the system's main controller and YHDC SCT-013-100 sensor as the current reader sensor. The system will classify the kitchen utensils of rice cooker, blender, juicer, heater and mixer based on the total current parameters out of the socket. The five equipments are classified on 3-hole so resulting in 10 classes in their classification. Furthermore, the current data obtained will be sent to NodeMCU to perform the classification process using K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) method. Results from the classification are then sent on Android smartphone. Based on the test results obtained percentage of 90.00% with a value of k = 1. The system can classify kitchen devices that are in use and require an average time of 10072.2 ms to perform data acquisition and require an average time of 12.4 ms for classification.

Abstract

A place to collect is one of the management of an object that is no longer used or rusty. At the place of the clumping, the corroded object is sorted. However, rust detection is done manually through pieces with the naked eye. This method is vulnerable to human error. Based on these problems, it is necessary to have a system that can sort out the zinc automatically to facilitate the owner. In making this system, the image taken is zinc which has been corroded. This system takes the image of rust using a webcam. Rust from the image is detected using the thresholding method, then classified into mild rust or heavy rust which results will be displayed via LCD. The percentage limit of the rust classification will be determined by the decision tree method. Testing is done to find the percentage of system accuracy, and it can be concluded that the zinc painted in the rusty section has a percentage difference of 0.02 when compared to original rust, and original rust has class accuracy of 90% compared to the original class that has been determined by experts, and the execution time of this program is around 0.59.

Abstract

In conducting stock investment, it is necessary to verify or spread the investment in order to form a stock portfolio with the proportion or optimal weight of every stock, good profit, and risk that can be borne by investors. Therefore, a system that can determine the optimal stock portfolio must be made by implementing distributed genetic algorithm. Distributed genetic algorithm generate chromosomes randomly at the certain interval as the representation of the stocks proportion. Then reproduction, evaluation and selection can be done based on the largest fitness derived from the calculation with single index model to find the return and risk. Distributed genetic algorithm has migration mechanism that able to maintain a diversity of individual variation. It is necessary to find out a broader solution which can produce a diverse and optimal stock portfolio. From the test result, distributed genetic algorithms can be applied properly and produce an optimal stock portfolio. The best parameter of the popsize test result is 80, the number of generations 150, 0.8 crossover rate (cr), and 0.2 mutation rate (mr) and the number of sub-optimal population of 10 to produce an optimal stock portfolio.

Abstract

Indonesia is a vast country with many islands suitable for the development of livestock business. In reality, the livestock sector has not been able to encourage public and private participation. To overcome these problems, some of the budget of the Ministry of Agriculture is allocated in the form of social assistance expenditures, such as for community empowerment and poverty alleviation in the form of goods to farmer groups. One of the forms of assistance allocated to farmer groups is the provision of livestock. Determination of potential recipients is still not effective and sometimes leads to the giving of livestock assistance is not right on target, so that every expenditure of state money does not provide maximum benefits for the community. In this research, K-Means Naive Bayes (KMNB) method is considered capable of giving accurate classification results on the determination of livestock recipients. The KMNB learning approach is formed by combining clustering and classification techniques. K-Means is used as a pre-classification component to group the same data at an early stage. Furthermore, for the second grouping of data will be classified by category Accepted or not using Naive Bayes. Thus, the data with the wrong group during the first stage will be classified according to the category in the second stage. Based on the test results by comparing the results of grouping on conventional K-Means method it is proven that KMNB gives the highest accuracy of 100% while conventional K-Means has an accuracy of 95.91%

Abstract

Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Malang City was a water supply company that applied information technology in carrying out all its activities. Almost all integrated systems and applications between divisions are managed by the center of the Management Information System (SIM) or known as the IT division. Therefore, to increase employee as a user and customer satisfaction with services provided by IT division, PDAM needs performance measurement in IT division to know the contribution of IT division in achieving company's vision and mission. Compiling of IT Balanced Scorecard was an appropriate method to determined how well the performance of IT division in supporting decision making in vision, mission and corporate objectives based on 4 domains. The purpose of the researcher was to developed the target of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and strategic initiatives for each strategy's target on 4 IT Balanced Scorecard domains. The data itself are collected with interview and observation. From the interview result got 6 strategy's target and 8 KPI for target achievement 3 years ahead. Strategic initiatives gained based on target size are increasing IT costs and user satisfaction with services and improving IT governance and competence of Human Resources (HR) IT division.

Abstract

Temprina Media Grafika is part of Jawapos Group engaged in printing and packaging services. Printing services are provided using the latest graphic technology such as high-tech printing machines so as to support the quality and quality of the products produced. But now with a sophisticated printing machine, there are several problems related to the lack of integration of customer transaction data for each division in all branches of the company. This causes the work to be less flexible and take longer time to handle it for employees. Besides the problem, there is still insufficient information given regarding the production stage of ordered items to customers. Therefore, an information system is needed to support the product ordering process. In this study, the development of information systems uses the Zachman framework because it is a logical structure to clarify and organize companies that are significant to the system development so as to get a complete organization depiction. The output of this research is the product ordering system prototype which is the result of implementation of 4 perspectives used, namely the perspective of planners, owner/ analysts, designers, and builders. Then, testing the product ordering system prototype with blackbox testing using 38 test cases which produced 100% valid result and compatibility testing using sortsite software which produced 2 critical issues in 2 browsers. The last test is user acceptance test which results in an 84.3% value for customers and 84.6% value for employees. Based on the test results above, it can be concluded that they strongly agrees with the system.
