Abstract

The Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) plays a very important role in providing the information needed by the community. One of the main information needed by the community is the blood supply. To obtain information related to the blood supply at PMI, there is a procedure that must be done in advance by the patient's family ie sending a form and blood sample to a blood bank at the hospital or to the laboratory of the PMI Transfusion and Blood Donor Unit (UTDD) in the City. However, the availability of blood stocks in the PMI UTDD is often not sufficient for blood needs and compulsory family families of patients who should look for blood donors that match the blood type of the patient. This certainly does not make it easy for the patient's family. In addition, families of patients who are in need of blood is also not easy to find blood donors who are located closest to the hospital. The shortest path search has several problems, but the main problem is finding the shortest route, of course, looking for the shortest possible route or path. However, for its implementation, this issue can be expanded more broadly among others to find the minimum cost, etc. In this research will be analyzed the performance of software to find information of the nearest blood donor with two different method, that is method of Greedy Best First Search and Dijkstra, besides analyzing the performance of the algorithm, this research also can know the percentage of similarity of output from searching the closest distance of both algortima , so it can know how many percent level of similarity of both algorithm. The result of the Dijkstra algorithm's order of growth value is better than the Greedy Best First Search method with a value of O (n ^ 2) and the similarity of the results of the two algorithms is 75%.

Abstract

E-commerce or electronic commerce, is the process of buying and selling product or services that utilize online network or internet. The quality services of a website affects the number of users accessing customer satisfaction. Xyz is one of the largest e-commerce websites for gaming community in Indonesia. In 2016, there are some issues on xyz such as ease, information given by the website, and services. Therefore, the quality of a website has a great impact to customer satisfaction. This study uses Webqual 4.0 with multiple linear regression analysis. The finding of this study show that customer statisfaction is influenced by Usability of the website and not influenced by information Quality and Service Interaction. It proves that ease of use of the website can affect customer satisfaction. This study also shows that Usabillity, Information Quality, and Service Interaction simultaneously affect customer satisfaction. It shows that the ease, information provided by the website and service on a website simultaneously can affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

There are three elements of security, which are data confidentiality, data integrity, and data availability. This research focuses data confidentiality on NodeMCU microcontroller device in an IoT environment. Relatively small NodeMCU processor and dynamic memory becomes a challenge in fulfilling the data confidentiality. Lizard stream cipher algorithm is implemented on NodeMCU. The JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) data will be encrypted into a cipher text using the Lizard algorithm keystream before being sent to the database server over the wireless wifi network. On the server side, the data will be decrypted into its original form and stored into the database. The process of sending data uses the REST (Representational State Transfer) web service architecture. There are four parts of testing to ensure the system has been running well, that is test vector validation testing, functional testing, time and memory performance testing, and security testing. The 216 and 352 bit keystream generated on NodeMCU devices takes 0.01 seconds and 3.4% of total dynamic memory, while encrypting 216 and 352 bits plain text takes 0.02 and 0.04 seconds with 0.3% of total dynamic memory. Implementation of Lizard algorithm has successfully guaranteed the data confidentiality.

Abstract

Sugar demand will increase in line with the increase in population, income, and growth in food and beverage processing industry. Therefore, in order for the sugar production process is always increasing in accordance with needs of the sugar itself, hence need for production planning. Accurate forecasting can help companies in taking decisions to determine the amount of sugar to be produced, the materials needed and determine the price of the goods. One method that can be used to do the prediction algorithm is Extreme Learning Machine. But that method in a selection of input and weight bias is chosen randomly, this can lead to the results obtained in the calculation less maximum. This need for a combination of Particle Swarm Optimization algorithms that can perform optimization the input value weight and bias optimally. This research uses data 45 milled sugar production with 5 features. Based on the research that has been performed, the obtained optimal parameters, namely the number of population size 50, 80% training data comparison (36), the number of hidden neurons 10, weighs of inertia 0.5, and a maximum of iterations 250. The parameter value is obtained from the average MAPE of 0.59%. From the average MAPE results obtained, shows that the addition of the PSO algorithm on ELM can determine the value of the input of weight and optimal bias.

Abstract

Performance appraisal on company units is a process of assessment of the ability of a group unit members in completing tasks in order to determine the level of success achieved by the unit. However, the assessment of the performance of the company units conducted in Perum Jasa Tirta 1 Malang is still conventional, causing the assessment process to take time. In addition, in assessing the performance of a company units involving several people because each person will have different assessment weight. Therefore, a system or model is required to facilitate the assessment of the company's unit performance that is group decision support system using TOPSIS and Borda method. TOPSIS method used for decision making on the assessment of the performance of the company units performed by each decision maker. Borda method used for group decision making from the results of each decision maker. Based on the tests performed, the test scenario 1 result the highest or best accuracy is 81% with the best weight in the combination of 4,5,6 while the test scenario 2 with the best weight on all combinations is 83%.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Akademik Mahasiswa (SIAM) is a web-based Information Technology service that provides academic information services for students. The password policy service requires all students to create strong passwords in accordance with the policy for the creation of data security as well as user information. The user's desire to create a strong password is certainly influenced by several factors. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect the user behavior of XYZ's SIAM account in the creation of strong passwords. This study uses Protection Motivation Theory (PMT) and is confirmatory because it only performs model testing based on previous research. Data collected from active users of SIAM service of XYZ were 281 respondents. Data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The research used six latent variables: Perceived Severity (PS), Perceived Vulnerability (PV), Fear (FR), Response Cost (RC), Response Efficacy (RE), and Intention (INT). From the research results, the factors that influence users in creating strong passwords according to policy are perceived vulnerability, response cost, and response efficacy.

Abstract

Congestion that occurs at the toll gate is due to the increased volume of vehicles that cannot be accommodated by the road capacity and the payment system that is running is unable to overcome the congestion. Based on this, a system developed that helps efforts to minimize congestion at toll gates using the Fuzzy method. As an observer of the density condition, Ultrasonic sensor is used, as a payment instrument as well as the vehicle size reader used RFID RC522, the system output is used by the servo as the toll gate and then processed in the Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller. the min implication process and Fuzzy system inference are max, from the inference stage followed by the defuzzification process and obtained a strict value for servo in determining the duration of the opening of the toll gate. In testing, the Ultrasonic sensor has the same measurement in measuring distance using a ruler. RFID as a system interface produces fast reading accuracy and has a maximum reading distance of 1 cm. The system output has a difference in the difference in servo position degree measurement with manual measurement of 2.4 degrees and an error of 3.766%. After the system is implemented, the results of the system calculation are then compared with the sample data obtained from several experiments, overall the calculation of Fuzzy logic on the opening time of the toll gate has an error percentage of 4.189%.

Abstract

Islamic law establishes inheritance rules with a very fair form. In it is the right of ownership of property for the heirs, both men and women in a fair way. Islamic law also establishes the right of shifting of ownership of a person after passing away to his heirs from all his relatives and nasabs, without distinction between men and women, young and old alike. But in its implementation, for the Islamic community itself, most of the determination and calculation of inheritance is done in a way that is not in accordance with the prevailing law of inheritance of Islam that often leads to conflict. In solving the limited problem of experts regarding inheritance law, it is necessary to design an application that can help solve the problem according to Islamic law. This thesis provides a more accurate decision using forward chaining and dempster-shafer methods based on an expert's trust. In the Dempster-Shafer theory there is a Frame of Discernment denoted by θ. This frame is the universe of speech from a set of hypotheses θ = {A, B, D, E}. The goal is to relate the trust size of the elements θ. Not all evidences directly support each element. Based on the testing of this system that is equal to 92.67% which means this system can run well because the results of the system close to the similarity with the fact of the actual field.

Abstract

Money is a valuable tools that are needed by all of the people for payment. Moreover, when people knowing about the money, the computer have limited ability to read the image of money. Computer is an electronic tool that used to receive and store the data, processing that and produce the output that already saved in the memory. The case of computer or robot that cannot notes the value of money because of the limited access in introducing the data, made the researcher provide a solutions from that problem to support the application of money which called template matching. A matching template is an input image that matches the linkeness of the test image. Based on that template matching method is designed for the data training and introduction of the data. A series of test was used in diagnostic to calculate the accuracy. So the average result will be 91% from all of the calculation of diagnostic test. Therefore, the error will state in front of money.

Abstract

Faculty of Computer Science (FILKOM) Brawijaya University is a faculty under Brawijaya University, which can not be separated from the use of infrastructure facilities in organizing lecturing activities. As those activities goes by, those infrastructure facilities will be damaged which current solution is by the academic community FILKOM report to the worker Direct equipment orally or through the E-Complaint website of Universitas Brawijaya. The problem that arises from the process of reporting the complaint is the difficulty in identifying the infrastructure being reported so that it takes a long identification time of between 4 to 6 minutes. Based on these problems, Reporting and Maintenance Assets Management Information System that can be used by academic community to report complaints of infrastructure facilities in region of FILKOM UB are developed. This information system can also be used to track the status of reported complaints, either by the reporting party itself or by other academic community. The development of this information system is divided into 2 types, which are android applications for reporters and operators website for Equipment staff. Software development method used to develop this information system is using waterfall model. Then to test the implementation result of the reporting and status tracking function, validation testing, usability testing and time comparison testing were performed. From the testing stage it was found that with the availability of camera features and QR code scan, this information system can speed up the reporting process and also can accelerate the tracking of reporting status.
