Abstract

Brawijaya University has a website that is used to provide online journals that the user needs is the Journal Portal website and the Student Journal website. Based on the service (e-complaint) there are complaints from users of Portal Journal website that the user is difficult to login because the username and password are not integrated with the nim and password, and on the Student Journal website that is difficulty in uploading and there are menus that are not appropriate, This discusses the quality of service evaluation on Journal Portal website and Student Journal website using Webqual 4.0 and IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. The variables used in this research are Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality. Data obtained based on the questionnaire that has been filled by 100 respondents who analyzed using IPA. Based on IPA quadrant analysis on Journal Portal website that needs to be improved that is statement which is located in quadrant I (Main Priority) and at quadrant III (Low Priority) that is U3, U4, SIQ21, and U5, U6, U7, SIQ17, SIQ18, SIQ19, SIQ20, SIQ19, SIQ20, SIQ20, SIQ20, SIQ20, SIQ20, SIQ20, SIQ20, SIQ20, SIQ20, SIQ20, SIQ20, SIQ18, SIQ20, SIQ21.

Abstract

SAMBAT Online is a concrete application of E-Government in a web-based platform for complaints provided by Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Malang (Diskominfo Malang). An incoming complaint text will be categorized into various areas of the SKPD. With that being said, in order to make the job of the super admin easier in organizing and determining an SKPD category, as well to organize a complaint text and improve the time efficacy, a method of text classification is paramount. NW-KNN is an upgraded algorithm of the traditional KNN algorithm. Generally, the closest neighboring distance calculations will use Cosine Similarity with bag of words for feature extraction. Bag of words is a feature extraction that ignores the order of words of a sentence altogether. To improve the algorithm despite the deficiency, this research will use supporting method for feature extraction, which is called as N-Gram. The result in this research indicated that NW-KNN with neighboring value k = 3 and N-Gram with Unigram have the highest f-measure's value with 75.25%.

Abstract

Along with the rapidly excalation in the number of tourists as well as tourism which are located in Banyuwangi, problems arise from the tourists. With limited time, they would like to visit as many destinations without wasting time in traveling. However, another problem happened when the visitor and each visited destination has time windows or visiting time which has been established. From this issue, it needs a solution to solve the problems regarding with the tourism scheduling with the optimal time based on time windows from the tourists and the destinations. Generally, these problems called Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows (VRPTW). VRPTW problems can be solved with several optimization methods, including using hybridizing genetic algorithm and simulated annealing. Genetic algorithms (GA) will be used to explore the global optimum problem, while Simulated annealing (SA) will be used to exploit a local optimum problem. The fitness value approach optimal i.e. of 1.0616 obtained by using parameters of GA-SA on the size of population of 400, amount of generation by 800, combination of cr and the mr of 0.3 and 0.1, initial temperature of 0.9, cooling factor of 0.9, and the coefficient of acceptance of a new solution amounting to 200. Using these parameter values hybrid GA and SA outperforms separated GA and SA.

Abstract

Information is the result of processing data in any form that is more meaningful to the recipient. Information describes a real event and is used for decision making. Website http://blitarkab.go.id which is the Blitar District Government website is the source of information for the people of Blitar Regency. But if the information is difficult and rare to update how the information can easily reach the community. By doing usability testing, the system can be evaluated so that the system can be easily used by the user. This research begins with the process of determining the sample and population to perform usability with the task already created. The next step is the process of measuring website usability using the Keystroke Level Model methodology by assigning tasks to test targets. The purpose of usability measurement is to measure the usability level of learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction of the Blitar district website. The results are time, error, and reaction of test target during testing. Analysis of usability level that has been done will be a reference of the recommendation improvement website of Blitar. The improvement recommendations are based on the HHS guidelines and the website development guidelines of the local government website of USDRP (Urban Sector Development Reform Project) participants to meet the minimum standards of government websites

Abstract

A handphone is a two-way telecommunication tool that can be so easy to bring it anywhere and has the ability to send a voice message. Many kind user of this communication tool, from children to adults. Children are sometimes beyond the normal usage limits and have negative impact. Children can open content that is not appropriate for their age resulting in their social behavior. Because of this case, in this research to simplify and maintain usage of a handphone for children which create based on several stages of interaction design that are: “what is wanted”, “analysis”, “design prototype”, and “implement”. This handphone will be made without screen, there are just 4 buttons with each functions. Each button equipped with an attractive emoticon that usually used in any smartphones currently. The functions are for calling your father, mother, teacher and received a call. In terms of handphone usability testing with Likert scale involving 30 children kindergarten, usability category, satisfaction, ease to use and easy to learn score average 4. Testing keypad by involving 2 kindergarten teachers stated that teachers find it difficult to use this tool because there is no screen available when typing, and they are difficult to understand serial monitor on Arduino IDE.

Abstract

Infants or so-called children is a group that have an important period in physical growth. Infants itself is categorized as a group of children between age 1 to 3 as a teddler group, and age 3 to 5 as a pre-school group. Some says children has a big role in order to attaining of growth success in the future for human, hence they call it as the golden age of living. Children's growth not only discribing as an increasing of body dimensions but also as the continuity of intake and nutrient needs. An indicator to know the children's health is by determining their nutritional status. Based on SK Minister of Health in Indonesia, they use a method called anthropometry to determining children's nutritonal status. While this method only reviewing 4 internal factors, there're some other factors which influence of children's nutritional status itself such as genetic, disease, education, knowledge, and income. Therefore Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor is used in this study as a classifiaction method that can determining children's nutritional status because this method using the data training as the knowledge to clasify and would adjust other factors of nutritional status itself right in the future. From the test results of the study, this system can clasify well with maximum accuracy of 84,37% when using 160 training data with k value = 4.

Abstract

Software Defined Network (SDN) has been developed over the last few years with the aim to simplify complexity in computer network. SDN's concept also developed to other kind of computer network including wireless network that really popular nowadays. The popularity of wireless network is caused by the simplicity and mobility that possible so there is no limitation for user's movement. But in the other hand, mobility also adds more challenges and really effected to the quality of wireless network performance. So, mobility is an important factor to considered when measuring wireless network performance. In this research, analysis of node mobility in SDN-wireless based or Software Defined Wireless Network (SDWN) has been done. The analysis is done by measuring network performance metrics specifically throughput, packet loss, and delay with Random Direction, Random Walk, and Random Way Point mobility model. The measurement is done at different velocity of node that is 5m/s, 10m/s, 15m/s, 20m/s, and 25m/s. The result shows that the highest throughput value 9.63 Mbps is gain in Random Direction at maximum velocity 25m/s, but it shows different result when the test is redone with 6.46 Mbps as highest throughput in Random Way Point that is caused by the instability of emulator. In the other hand, Random Way Point has the lowest packet loss 2116.2 packets at 25m/s and the lowest delay 51.056ms at 20m/s. The results show unstable value because of the emulator instability.

Abstract

Seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah populasi manusia, sumber air bersih yang ada di bumi terus berkurang. Dampak yang diberikan akibat tercemarnya sumber air juga tidak dapat diremehkan. Beberapa dampaknya antara lain adalah menurunnya kadar oksigen yang ada di bumi dikarenakan tumbuhan tidak dapat berfotosintesis dengan baik, mengganggu kesuburan tanah, mematikan hewan-hewan yang hidup di dalam air dan masih banyak dampak lainnya. Salah satu sumber air di muka bumi ini berasal dari sungai. Untuk menjaga kualitas air agar tetap pada kondisi alamiahnya, perlu dilakukan pengukuran dan analisis terhadap air sungai tentang status mutu airnya. Pada penelitian ini digunakan 7 parameter pengukuran kualitas air sungai yang kemudian akan diklasifikasikan menjadi 3 kelas berbeda. Kelas klasifikasi dibagi menjadi tercemar ringan, tercemar sedang, dan tercemar berat. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengukuran dan analisis pada penelitian ini adalah metode Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) dan Algoritme Genetika. Dalam penelitian ini, bobot awal yang digunakan pada proses training dan testing ELM akan dioptimasi menggunakan Algoritma Genetika. Data training dan data testing yang digunakan, ditentukan oleh 5 fold yang telah dibentuk dari data awal yang berjumlah 150 data. Data tiap fold akan diuji menjadi data testing secara bergantian. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, penelitian ini mampu meraih tingkat akurasi sebesar 88.0002%.

Abstract

UD Darmo Jaya is currently a company engaged in the sale of building materials such as wood, iron, galvalum, nails, and others that can sell up to large scale to almost all of Indonesia. Based on the result of the interview, UD Darmo Jaya has some problems on sales transaction and warehousing activities. The problems that UD Darmo Jaya possesses include the stacking of nota and surat jalan, customers who forget to settle their debts, calculate the remaining stock of goods take a lot of time, recording transactions done after hours of work, and branch heads who do not record the goods. The method used in system development is Throw-away Prototyping where the method is chosen because it can help the stakeholders to get a desired system to be able to solve the problem. In this research we got 81 functional requirement and 1 non functional requirement obtained from 1 time iteration. From the results of black-box testing, obtained a result of 100% valid of 81 test cases tested. Based on compatibility testing, the tested system is capable of running on many different browsers, especially in the microsoft edge and android browsers. Based on testing of user acceptance testing of 3 types of testers (owner, cashier, and branch head) produces an average percentage of 80% stating that the system meets the functional requirements, and can assist in running business processes at UD Darmo Jaya mainly on sales and warehousing.

Abstract

The Internet in government gives positive influence to performance in support of good governance. Lowokwaru sub-district site as reference's society in getting all information, so this site must be able to present of professional sites and good quality be based on user's perception by conducting an evaluation. Evaluation of the site using WebQual 4.0 and Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) method. The WebQual 4.0 as questionnaire have three dimension like usability, information quality, and quality of interaction. While IPA as analysis of the level suitability, gap analysis, and analysis of quadrant. The result from evaluation that the quality has a suitability of 99.43% which the respondent felt approaching satisfaction with the sites service. The result of gap analysis is -0.026, which respondent felt that quality of performance is low and can not meet the importance. On quadrant analysis show one attribute on the first quadrant, twelve attributes on the second quadrant, eight attributes in the third quadrant, one attribute on the fourth quadrant.
