Abstract

CV. Baiducha Technology is one of the manufacturing companies engaged in game equipment construction. Along with the development of the company towards a larger and complex, the existing information management system in the company became one of the obstacle fluency the internal production activities. So far, the company does not have an integrated system in processing all business activities, recording and processing of information flows of companies that are prone to error because it is still done manually, and also has not been integrated between the company and the supplier causing the company still make the process of ordering raw materials only through the telephone network. In addition, the absence of an information system that can manage the supply chain process in internal company more effectively and efficiently. This study aims to develop an Electronic Supply Chain Management information system that can assist in improving the company's performance in order to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in its business processes. Software development is done using a waterfall model, where there are several steps that must be done sequentially. On testing software functionality using blackbox method and whitebox method. Based on the results of functionality testing that has been done indicate that this system has met the needs in accordance with the specified specifications, and also the results of compatibility testing shows that the system can run well on various different browsers.

Abstract

In App Purchase System is one of Google Play's features that allows developers to sell additional contents on applications that available on Google Play. But the In App Purchase System has its shortcomings, it can be hacked by VirtualSwindler system. LuckyPatcher is an example of VirtualSwindler system that able to manipulate signature verification process and save unauthentic purchase data into the local device system. The combination of 3 security methods, Server Side Verification, Verification Bypass Detection, dan Obfuscator, successfuly secure the In App Purchase system of a Weather Information App from the attacks of LuckyPatcher with 100% of accuracies . Verification Bypass Detection will determine wether the verification process is authentic or not. Server Side Verification will check the authenticity of saved purchase data without the worries of being manipulated by the compromised In App Purchase system. Obsfucator can keep the saved data secure from unauthentic modifications.

Abstract

Web FILKOM APPS for students is a medium of information that helps FILKOM students to meet the needs of study, especially for students who do thesis. So far the web has not been evaluated, therefore it is necessary to evaluate the usability of web FILKOM APPS for students, to find out the problems faced by the web, The purpose of this research is to know comparison of evaluation result between heuristic evaluation and think aloud method, Which is expected from the results of this study can provide information to web developers, To improve usability and functionality of existing features. Heuristic evaluation is an evaluation method done by HCI alhi to show usability problem, Whereas the think aloud method is a method of usability evaluation performed by users to be consulted, and expressing their feelings and thoughts when interacting with the interface product. From the evaluation results, for heuristic evaluation methods HCI experts found usability problems related to common interface and some menus that still can not function properly, as well as inconsistent languages. As for the method think aloud users find usability problems such as constraints faced when performing an action / task and problems related to the interface display, the menus are not working properly, and language is not consistent.

Abstract

PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk is a limited liability company under the command of BUMN which is engaged as the largest integrated steel producer in Indonesia. Corporate information technology governance is an important part of ensuring that the availability of the information technology has supported the achievement of the company's business objectives. With the problems found on existing resources, human resource management, and knowledge management of employees, information technology resource management on PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. The COBIT 5 framework is considered to be an appropriate framework for information technology resource management. This study focuses on the COBIT 5 subdomain EDM04: Ensure Resource Optimisation, APO07: Human Resources Optimisation, and BAI08: Manage Knowledge and to determine the current of capability level and GAP's value. The result of EDM04 value is 3 at level 3 and GAP 1, APO07 is 2.3 at level 2 and GAP 0.7, and BAI08 is 2.7 at level 2 and GAP 0.3. In creating the recommendations, use SWOT analysis. The recommendation is focusing on controlling each procedure, implementing redundancy in the regeneration of infrastructure, labor demand, and updating and improving the analysis results on the knowledge management website, and increasing employee competency.

Abstract

Because of CVPD virus attack in 2012, about 500 farmers in the south and west of Jember regency, East Java were forced to enlarge thousands of their citrus trees. While in other areas the citrus farmers were forced to cut down their citrus crops due to stricken fungus stems and citrus fruit can not be harvested. It takes a method that can be used to classify the types of symptoms of citrus plant disease. Naive bayes classifier is one of the suitable methods to be applied in the classification of the types of symptoms of citrus plant diseases. The reason for using the Naive Bayes Classifier method is because the Naive Bayes Classifier method is a simplification of the Bayes theorem. The variables needed in this study are the symptoms of the disease on the leaves, berries, stems and roots of citrus plants. This research resulted in a decision support system with 90% system accuracy.

Abstract

Messenger apps are devices for communicating between users through internet service while being online at the same time. In 2005 the growth of Messenger apps increased by 19%, therefore the messenger apps are increasingly in demand and selected by students to help the learning process in the classroom, because messenger apps have a feature that can send instant messages to all class members and lecturers involved In the class group. With the utilization of messenger apps by students then do the research to build a messenger apps that can fulfil the needs of students and lecturers to support learning. Therefore it is necessary modules or some features that can support the classroom. So in this study the author will be more discussed related to the development of a module / feature that needs to be added on Brawijaya Messenger, while for discussion related to the development of Brawijaya Messenger is generally done in other research separately. By utilizing the firebase platform the writer wants to help solve the problem by doing the development of learning support module in the classroom for brawijaya messenger application at UB, which later from the application is expected to be used as a supporting tool for innovative and useful learning. Based on the results of Brawijaya Messenger compability testing after added learning support modules generated that the Brawijaya Messenger application can run smoothly, and no errors on the android OS lollipop version, marshmallow.

Abstract

Tone deafness, wich known as congesti amusia, is kind of disability to sing the note correctly. Tone deafness can be detected through tests that apply the montreal battery method, used to determine a person's ability to compare the level of tone and recognize patterns of ups and downs. Based on the problems above, then designed serious game that aims to therapy for people with tone deafness. The design of this serious game is implementing DPE (Design, Play, Experience) framework, that divides designing process into multiple layers. These layers include: learning layer, layer storytelling, gameplay layer, user experience layer, and the technology layer. The tests wich conducted in this serious game is play test and tone deafness competency test. In play test, questionnaires will be used as a testing tool, containing questions related to the player's interest towards content and idea of this game. On the tone deafness competency test, participants ability to descriminate tones will be analysed, which is represented by the score of the tone deafness test. From the results of these tests, can be concluded that serious games are designed in compliance with the objectives learning as well as the excitement factor wich is the essence of a game.

Abstract

Proper living needs (KHL) is a standard requirement for a worker or single person physically can live well for the needs of one month, the value of KHL is one of the five minimum wage determinataion factors. The value of KHL is determined based on survey value from january to september, while in determining regional minimum wage (UMR) shall be done no later than 60 days or two months before january 1st of the following year. Therefore it's necessary to forecast the value of KHL. This forecasting is helpful for the goverment in the process of determining UMR. In forecasting using fuzzy time series method optimized with genetic algorithm. The optimization is done on the interval value in the fuzzy time series method to get good accuracy in forecasting. Based on the results of tests on value of KHL Kediri from 2009 to 2015, using the parameter of the interval number 7, using the combination of Cr 0.9 and Mr 0.5, the population number 1050, and the number of generations 100 using the average forecasting error rate (AFER) has obtained an error value of 4.7211%

Abstract

Scheduling is an important thing to be prepared carefully for the sake of an activity doing well.Good and effective scheduling will make the activities work and be well organized. Practicumis a routine activity for the application of materials that have been accepted by students.Practicum can work well if the teaching schedule of the practicum assistant does not collidewith the lecture schedule or their other activities. Genetic algorithm is one of algorithm thatcan complete the teaching schedule of practicum assistant through computation process. Thedata in conducting the research is the data from practicum schedule, practicum assistant andthe schedule of the assistant's willingness. The code of the practicum assistant is representedon the chromosome using the permutation method. The sequence of genes on thechromosomes represents the code of the practicum schedule. The crossover method appliedis one-cut-point, with mutation method using reciprocal exchange, and elitsm selectionmethod. The test result obtained optimal genetic algorithm parameter with total population5000, generation 500, with cr and mr value is 0,9 and 0,1. The output of the system is theteaching schedule of the laboratory teaching assistant.

Abstract

In the rapid development of information technology, many efforts has been done to provide more efficient and effective service for information exchange. One of the architecture that attracts researchers's attention is publish-subscribe architecture, which included in Information Centric Networking (ICN). Publish-subscribe system will help data exchange between nodes. Subscriber node will not care who is the data sender as long as the data matched the topic they has subscribe. The current publish-subscribe application is not capable to run in area with unstable connection. One of the solutions to solve that problem is to build publish-subscribe architecture in Delay Tolerant Network (DTN). In this study, publisher had uploaded some book file. Brokers had been able to forward the files to subscriber according the topic. Subscriber had been able to receive files published by publisher according the topic they choose. Three of them run in DTN. Success rate of sending files to destination in testing of 5000 file-sending is 100%. All files had been sent successfully to broker and subscribers according to its destination without data-lost. File with size of 1 MB, more than 10 MB, and more than 100 MB had been successfully uploaded to publsiher's storage and also successfully sent to subscribers. This system also has re-sending mechanism for lost data-packets that functions properly.
