Abstract

There are many women who still reluctant to pay attention to the health of the reproductive system. Cancer can attacks slowly if women don't maintain the health of their reproductive system. Cancer prevention is very necessary nowadays, but sometimes it stumbled on the limited number of doctors or experts. Therefore, a tool of expert system need to be made to reduce these limitiations. This study implements an expert system to diagnose cancer in the reproductive system using the android-based Naive Bayes-Certainty Factor method. Based on trials, by using Naive Bayes-Certainty Factor method, the calculation accuracy of the diagnose is good and accurate, the calculation accuracy of the diagnose is good and accurate, because the output of system has 85,71% as accurity level.

Abstract

Scheduling is a problem that is quite difficult if it should be prosecuted in quick time and will be more troublesome if the arrangement is scheduled for something uncertain with many options that require a more complicated decision. Jobshop scheduling model is one example of scheduling problems that were encountered in the manufacturing industry. Completion of complex problem and the best solution can only be obtained by trying all possibilities. Genetic algorithm is one of algorithms which can provide complex solutions to problems within acceptable time rationally, so that it can be applied to the Flexible Job Shop problem. Genetic Algorithm is able to take into account by trying to exchange arrangements provided and/or try to replace the array directly (crossover and/or mutation).

Abstract

Cloud computing is a technology that used to store data online. With only internet connection, store and access data can be an easy task. However, cloud computing technology also cause some security problems. Cryptography is a study of how data can be secured. Therefore, applying cryptography in cloud computing environment is not a new thing. New algorithms and combination between them is expanded and studied to ensure security aspects such as confidentiality, integrity and availability. In this research, a system is built with applying 2 methods of cryptography, encryption and secret sharing to ensure data. Data that is ensured will be store at 2 different type of media storage namely cloud storage and laptop's internal storage. The test shows all the security functions work well.

Abstract

Currently quadcopter is widely used as one of the objects of research method using image processing. With the applied image processing on quadcopter then quadcopter will have plenty of ability to perform the mission, such as tracking, landing, or detect certain objects. However, in most research image still captured by the external camera that additional cost prohibitive. To solve this problem, in this research used Parrot AR.Drone quadcopter that has a built in camera, so not needed an extra camera. Image processing is implemented on the platform that is used to connect the ROS and quadcopter with PC using OpenCV. The method used is color filtering on the HSV color space. The results of this research in the form of a system at AR.Drone are able to detect color with accuracy of 89,6%. Tests on the system is done by testing the performance of detection distance against quadcopter with objects and color detection performance testing with a certain speed. The results is the effective range of object detection is at a distance of 1 meter and the effective speed of quadcopter done dynamically detection is with the speed of 0.6 m/s.

Abstract

Implementation of duties by the Department of Transportation and LLAJ is done by disseminating information about project execution through Layanan Pengadaan Secara Elektronik (LPSE). The large number of bidders requires the Department of Transportation and LLAJ to make a good selection of winners. The winner's assessment can be done by applying the Preference Ranking Method Method of Organizational Methods for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE II) on the system to consider several alternatives and choose the best alternative based on administrative aspects, quality, price and qualification. The method of Promethee II performs calculations with several stages: weighting, multicriteria preference index calculation for 3 types of preferences, usual, level and quasi then continue by calculating of leaving flow, entering flow, and netflow. Based on the test, the highest accuracy of the system is 84.21% with usual criterion and quasi criterion type preferences. The lowest accuracy is 63.15% with level criterion type preference. The degree of accuracy in testing is influenced by the weighting conditions used for each of the criteria and the type of preferences used in the calculation process. Implementation of Promethee II method is expected to determine the winning bidder with a good assessment process by considering all criteria.

Abstract

Education has an important role to develop this country. The school as an educational institution must develop a variety of guidance systems that are motivating and developing potential of the student. One of them with the selection of student achievement.However, the general election student achievement is more focused in academic achievement. As in JHS 3 Mejayan, has no balance in election of student achievement because in the process of selecting student achievement weight voting greater than the value of the non-academic. So there a rises of a problem in determining the best weighting of each criterion both of them and it really takes time to selection of student achievement. To make it come true, needs to be made for a system that able to work fast and objectively in decision making so that the result were correct and could be called as student achievement. In manufacturing of a system is necessary to suppor the methods used. The methods used are K-Nearest Neighbor as a classifier and Weighted Product as to sorting. Based on the comparison between data expert with manually calculation from the school and output data system for K-Nearest Neighbor's method has an accuracy continuesly 56.67 % and 76.67%. Then, ranked comparison between data expert with manually calculation from the school and output data system for Weighted Product's method has an accuracy continuesly 11,1 % and 100%.

Abstract

Fire be a problem that could happen anywhere, in office buildings, housing or in public facilities. The process of the fire did not predictable. The current system which detection of is a fire or not , if there was a fire notice will send a message to the owner of the through smartphone. the system can't detect in which the location of fire, because know the location of fire will ease the evacuation process. Based on these problems , there must be a fire detection system might give warning spot location fire incident that human were inside the building immediately evacuation and fire sprinkler can inject water directly to the fire. The process of the determination of recipient point fire use the room temperature obtained from the results of reading sensors lm35 connected with arduino mega as mikrokontroler to be implemented with the methods naive bayes. Sensor LM35 read the value of room temperature in a recurrent manner , if there is a trigger on a system . then system warning there was a fire on a certain location. Trigger obtained from sensors flame to detect there was a fire or not, when there was a fire. sensor flame will send triger to arduino mega and value lm35 will be processed in to the methods naive bayes.Researchers used a method of bayes naive to determine the classification fire. This method chosen because it is one of a good the classification methods, the categorization of point class fire has been set since the beginning. After the research was done , there are several conclusions .First conclusion a detection system locations fire point when tested in training room air-conditioning with the data testing as many as 36 points obtained value 94% accuracy. Conclusions second, when fire detection system used in the air conditioning of 36 points testing get some 86 % accuracy. Third conclusion, the system takes time 0.48 seconds to determines any decision in which the location of the occurrence of fire incident.

Abstract

Getting qualified human resources to fill vacant positions is certainly not an easy matter. Both agencies and companies generally use selection to get staff according to established criteria. Selection is done because it sees the important role of staff in helping run the wheel of the workplace concerned. Getting the staff with the desired abilities will certainly have a good impact not only on the related places but also on the existing resources. This research uses Profile Matching and Weighted Product method to assist the selection process. Both methods are selected because the Profile Matching is considered to help the human resources or team selection in giving the weight of the value according to the level of importance of the criteria for the position offered. While Weighted Product is the best method according to Vijay Manikrao Athawale and Shankar Chakraborty for robot selection. Based on the test performed, the accuracy obtained from the incorporation of this method is 80%.

Abstract

In RPG Games there are 3 most common professions namely Fighter, Mage, and Cleric. Of the three professions, there are complex differences that can affect the game RPG. To conduct research on the balance of the profession on Game RPG, the experiment takes a long time and high cost. Therefore, a method that reduces the cost of performing the testing ability on the RPG character professions. Therefore, this study discusses how we apply a commonly usable algorithm that is Particle swarm optimization (PSO) in character testing of characters in RPG Games automatically, thereby reducing the cost of game development. This research produces an AI bot that can mimic human behavior in general that matches the rules in the Game so as to help Game designers in determining the balancing ability of the Game they create. This study discusses the use of the Artificial neural network (ANN) to control a character in a game in order to simulate a match as a balanced size of a battle. The ANN controllers were trained without being taught or self-taught to understand their enemy's movements and were evaluated to serve as the primary controllers of the study. ANN own learning method using PSO to determine the best controller in the training. The research was conducted on turn-based games - RPG. The result of this research is a new balancing skill set process along with PSO configuration that influences this research.

Abstract

Development of internet has been increased in recent years. One of the well developed internet technology is called Internet of things (IoT). IoT is able to transmit data through the network without direct interaction of person-to person or person-to-computer. The increase in size and amount of IoT environments complemented with the complex usage oftenly cause disturbances on networks and devices. Well developed device management is required to observe and availability of networks to prevent disturbances. Microcomputers with Raspberry Pi is required to develop the system. The device monitoring system of IoT works on transport layer using UDP protocol, the system will take only the required data for effective computing. Data structure will be designed with Dictionary Data Structure system, the monitoring system of IoT then developed by modifying the Management Information Base (MIB). The development of agent and manager will be adjusted according to MIB on SNMP with OID categories to create a well structured information and data to create an accurate interface for device monitoring. The result of IoT device monitoring is processed from data package on one transmission with the size of 402 bytes, slighty different with previous research which is 326 bytes, the result is caused by the usage of dictionary data structure which key and value can choose data based on OID category. The IoT device monitoring system is more effective than 3916 bytes SNMP protocol.
