Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris pengaruh pengungkapan Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan terbuka di industri keuangan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada industri keuangan tahun 2021. Data nonkeuangan yang terkait pengungkapan ERM diperoleh dari laporan tahunan menggunakan pendekatan content analysis, sedangkan data keuangan terkait ROA, diperoleh dari terminal Bloomberg. Selanjutnya pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan pengaruh positif atas pengungkapan ERM terhadap profitabilitas.

Abstract

The phenomena discovered in this study suggest that the Banjar occupation officer's performance is still subpar. This is influenced by leadership's subpar emotional intelligence and underwhelming teamwork. The aim is to understand how teamwork affects staff performance, how the emotional intelligence of leadership affects team collaboration, and how these three factors interact to affect staff performance. This study employed a descriptive verification method as its methodology. a finding that demonstrates that respondents' responses to emotional intelligence are generally positive. Additionally, the respondents' response to the officer's inconsistent performance received a respectable response. Data analysis revealed that leadership's emotional intelligence has a small but positive influence on worker performance. According to this, the performance of the staff won't necessarily improve if the leadership's emotional intelligence rises. Staff performance is significantly and positively impacted by team collaboration. This implies that as staff performance improves, team cooperation will as well. Employee performance is significantly and favorably affected by emotional intelligence in leadership and teamwork. To put it another way, if teamwork and emotional intelligence in leadership improve, employee performance will also rise.

Abstract

Unit Gawat Darurat (UGD) adalah salah satu layanan utama di RSUD Cilacap yang siap memberikan pelayanan pasien gawat darurat yaitu pasien dengan ancaman kematian dan perlu pertolongan segera, pasien memerlukan bantuan namun dengan tingkat cedera yang kurang berat serta dipastikan tidak mengalami ancaman jiwa dalam waktu dekat, dan pasien dengan cedera minor setingkat penyakit yang tidak membutuhkan pertolongan segera dan tidak mengancam nyawa serta tidak menimbulkan kecacatan. UGD RSUD Cilacap melakukan pelayanan selama 24 jam sehingga membutuhkan pegawai yang berkinerja tinggi setiap harinya. Namun kenyataannya, capaian Standar Pelayanan Minimal RSUD Cilacap Tahun 2020 masih terdapat indikator yang belum mencapai target. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1). Mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai UGD RSUD Cilacap, 2). Mengetahui pengaruh tingkat kemangkiran kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai UGD RSUD Cilacap, dan 3). Mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan tingkat kemangkiran kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai UGD RSUD Cilacap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif kemudian data diinterpretasi untuk menghasilkan data deskriptif serta analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan tingkat kemangkiran berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Apabila kepuasan kerja semakin baik dan tingkat kemangkiran semakin rendah, maka kinerja pegawai juga akan semakin meningkat, begitu pula sebaliknya.

Abstract

Abstract – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari, mengetahui, dan menganalisis (1) Pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kota Banjar. (2) Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kota Banjar. (3) Pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kota Banjar.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey explanatory, sedangkan teknis analisis data, yaitu uji validitas, uji reabilitas, statistik deskriptif, Analisis Statistik Induktif dengan Regresi Berganda (Multiple Regression).Hasil penelitian menginformasikan bahwa (1) Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kota Banjar. Artinya jika motivasi ditingkatkan, maka kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kota Banjar akan meningkat pula. (2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kota Banjar. Artinya jika disiplin kerja ditingkatkan, maka kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kota Banjar akan meningkat pula. (3) Motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kota Banjar. Artinya jika motivasi dan disiplin kerja ditingkatkan, maka kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kota Banjar akan meningkat pula.

Abstract

This research is entitled VILLAGE FUND POLICY IN SUPPORTING RURAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND EMPOWERMENT IN PANIKEL VILLAGE, KAMPUNG LAUT DISTRICT, CILACAP REGENCY. The Village Fund Budget which is sourced directly from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget which has been distributed to Panikel Village from 2015 to 2021 is already quite large . However, in its utilization it has not been able to be utilized optimally for the welfare of the community. This is measured by the portion of Village Original Income to Village Income in the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget which is still very small. This shows that the level of village independence is still very lacking and is still very dependent on transfer income and financial assistance. The method used in this research is a descriptive approach with a qualitative approach, the results of the study 1) The Village Fund Policy has been implemented well, although the results have not been effective. The policy has been implemented well, seen from infrastructure development activities as well as the implementation of community development and empowerment. It has not been effective because if it is measured from the portion of Village Original Income to total village income for one year it is still relatively small. 2) Utilization of Village Funds for 2021 cannot be maximized for community development and empowerment. This is because for 2021, based on priorities, it is used for handling the Covid-19 pandemic in villages
