Abstract

Every company wants a position or position that is more profitable and can survive and earn profits accordingly. Price discount policy is a matter of interest to the consumer and can increase the sales volume. Because in the provision of a very large discount the effect on the increase of sales volume, then the company must be able to establish the right price cut policy to meet the desired sales target inmaximizing corporate goals. Price discount policy is one of the driving factors to increase sales volume.This study aims to: know how the effect of discounted policy on sales volume. From result of research can be concluded that:1) From the calculation of correlation analysis done to produce correlation coefficient value of 0.963 which means that between the policy discount (X) with sales volume (Y) has a strong or positive relationship; 2) From the results of regression analysis obtained regression equation Y = 213 + 5.8X. So if the discount policy is increased by one part (1 part) then the sales volume will increase by 5.8 units. Suggestions that writers can give to the company are: The company should pay more attention to the policy of price discount, in order to increase company sales volume. This is very important because with the increase in sales volume indirectly sales results in the company also increased

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at Bank Mandiri Depok Area. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive research with causality research. The population in this study were employees of Bank Mandiri Area Depok which amounted to 473 employees. The number of samples based on the Slovin formula so as to obtain a sample of 217 employees.The result of this research is expected that leadership style influence to job satisfaction of employees. Organizational culture affects employee job satisfaction. Leadership style influence on employee performance. Organizational culture affects employee performance. Job satisfaction affects employee performance.

Abstract

Researcher (it means I) is interested in studying this journal to describe about important and updating issuesfor improving products or services also increasing total quality management (TQM) and discussing about how to market our products or services to be accepted by customers or consumers (customer focus). For the time being, I am very interested to discuss some ways that can be used to multiply or increase our sales or our profit by using planning, controlling (inspection)and quality assurance and products or services improvement from raw material (input) until finished goods (output), and finally can be marketed to consumers (customers) or accepted by them with continuously repurchasing and also how to promote our products or services to them by using total quality management (TQM) or integrated quality management.Beside that, I am also interested in discussing momentary issues, such as: cycle of product development, safety of products or services, the products or servivesthat not get along with prime standards, correlation with some supliers, and about education and training for employees, also issues of ethics. So, in the prospect, our products or services are able to overcome the market-share, because they are so very competitive ones (market-based competition) and very sustainable thing.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of organizational culture and compensation to performance employe by motivation of axaIndonesia Jakarta. In this research data collection use the questioner spread to respondents. The sampling method collection used in this research is non-probability sampling, with collection technique is purposive sampling. Total sample of this research is 210 respondences. The analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis technique, method for hypothesis testing using software LISREL. The results of this research show that organizational culture has no significant impact to motivation, and organizational has no significant impact to performance employee. Compensation has a significant effect on work motivation, compensation has a significant effect on employee performance and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research goal to be achieved is to know the factors that affect labor productivity and to know what efforts are done by small businesses to improve labor productivity especially in Pd. Jujur Lestari. The method used in this research is qualitative method with data technique such as; interviews, and documentation. These are the research subjects of Owner and Employee Pd. Jujur Lestari. Based of present of study, than influence factors in Pd. Jujur Lestari have know, that are internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are included age, education rate, health, and skill. External factors are included compatible wages gift. Appropriate decision of wages system, tools, health communication pattern, conducive place, health and disaster subsidies cost attestation of manager to the employees, good arrangement problem by manager. Efforts done by micro industries to increase productivity of employees by Pd. Jujur Lestari are 1) to give a conformity appreciation to excellent employees. 2) analyze the grade employees’ productivity every month. 3) stimulate CEO in order to they can work with employees. 4) schedule un equal activity that can increase approximation of employees interpersonal connection. Like traveling, out born and tassakuran. 5) to create harmonic communication at work. 6) create design of problem or conflict solving with family relation. 7) clear employees working that mean to clear standard of the employees working resources. 8) Increase discipline of working. 9) Increase employee ability with un equal practice. 10) create working conditions and healthy communication design. 11) Conformity salary system application. 12) to published whole working system that can do in house or in company.

Abstract

Analytical tools used in this study is the analysis of the Path with the help of application Statistical Programme for Social Science (SPSS) Amos 23, whereas the sample used in this study were 72 employees contract which is the power seller in PT Danareksa securities.From the results of this research are expected to be known the extent to which the magnitude of influence between the variable Capacity Building and Reward employees with Work Performance against the Commitments of Work as intervening in PT Danareksa securities.

Abstract

The background of this research is the value of student achievement for class A, B and C in semesters 1 and 2, especially for class XII experiencing a fluctuating level. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and discipline of teachers on student achievement in boarding school Al-MubarokSerang City. The independent variable is Organization Culture (X1) and Discipline (X2), for the dependent variable is Learning Achievement (Y). The research method used is quantitative method. The population in this study is all teachers in boarding school Al-MubarokSerang city as many as 73 teachers. Given the total population of 73 respondents, the authors took the decision to use the sampling technique that is non probabillity sampling using saturated sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used include classical assumptions, correlation, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The result of the research on the table of coefficiens obtained the result of regression analysis obtained t value 4,772 while t table 1,994 that tcount>ttable (4,772> 1,994) and significance value 0.000 <α (0,05) h0 rejected. While the Discipline of Learning Achievement obtained the results of regeresi analysis obtained t value 5,696 while t table 1.994 then tcount>ttable (5,696> 1,994) and significance value 0.000 <α (0,05) then H0 rejected. Conclusion of research based on the above calculation then there is a significant influence between the Organization Culture on Student Achievement of Santri and there is a significant influence between discipline on student learning achievement. Based on the analysis results can be concluded that simultaneously independent variables Organizational Culture and Discipline significantly influence the Achievement of Student Learning in Boarding School Al-MubarokSerang City.

Abstract

Self-efficacy is a person's belief in his chances of successfully achieving a particular task. Self-efficacy is a personal factor that distinguishes each individual. Changes in employee self-efficacy can cause behavior changes, especially in the completion of tasks and goals. Employees who have high self-efficacy, will devote all their effort and attention in accordance with the demands of the situation, to achieve the goals and performance that has been set. Failure to achieve the goal makes employees work harder to achieve it again, overcome obstacles that make it fail, and after successfully overcoming it the employee will re-assign another higher target. Trust in one's ability, confidence in success achieved by all means making someone work harder and produce the best. This paper aims to explain the relationship between self-efficacy and individual performance in terms of theoretical aspects and empirical approaches.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the control of defective productsin PT Bisi International Tbk. Kediri, a producer of corn seeds in Kediri Regency. Themethods used are Historam, Pareto Diagram, P-Chat 3 sigma control chart and Cause Effectdiagram at the production stage. The results showed that by using the Histogram graph, itcan be concluded that the number of product defects is mostly in the process of Ear Shortir,pareto diagram shows 69% disability is on the type of seed that is too young and corn seed isless perfect, so with the mitigation of both types of defect, the company can reduce productdefect rate by 69%. On the 3 sigma P Chart, it is known that observations 2 and 7 are abovethe upper control limit, and at 8th observations are below the lower control limits. Analysisof Cause Effect diagram shows there are 6 main sources of causes of product defects, namelyfrom aspects of HR, Equipment, Procedure, Material, and other causes.
