Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of salary and disiplinkerja to work motivation, work motivation on employee performance, and the effect of salary and work discipline on employee performance through work motivation. Type of research used in this research is explanatory research and research method used is quantitative. The population in this study amounted to 47 employees of PT KAI (Persero) Stasiun Kertosono. The sample size is 35 employees by using purposive sampling technique. This study uses descriptive analysis and statistical analysis used to determine the elements - variable elements of salary, work discipline, work motivation and employee performance. Data processed using computer program SPSS for windowsver. 23 Based on the results of statistical analysis using path analysis, the salary variable has a direct influence on work motivation so that hypothesis 1 is accepted and the influence is significant. The discipline variable has a direct influence on work motivation, so hypotheses 2 is accepted and the effect is significant. And the salary variable has a direct influence on employee performance so that hypotheses 3 is accepted and the influence is significant. From the variable of work discipline has a direct influence on employee performance so that hypothesis 4 is accepted and significant. And the motivation variable has a direct influence on employee performance. This shows that the variable salary and work discipline give a significant influence on work motivation and employee performance either directly or indirectly. Abstract

In determining and achieving a goal in a organization, one element that’s needed is human resource. In facing challenges to achieve organizational goals, continues improvement is needed to improve and enhance employee performance. The goals of this research is : 1. To know and analyze the impact of shift system to employee’s performance, 2. To know and analyze the impact of employee’s stress level to employee’s performance, 3. To know and analyze the impact of work environment to employee’s performance, 4. To know and analyze the impact of shift system, employee’s stress level, and work environment simultaneously to employee’s performance. This research is associative casual research using quantitative approach. This research was conducted on PT Liku Telaga’s employees. The population of this research is all permanent employees of PT Liku Telaga. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling method from 68 respondents. Those data were processed using SPSS software ver.20. The result of this research shows that 1. Shift system doesn’t affect significantly and affect positively to employee’s performance 2. Employee’s stress level affect significantly and affect negatively to employee’s performance 3. Work environment affect significantly and affect positively to employee’s performance 4. Shift system, employee’s stress level and work environment affect significantly to PT Liku Telaga employee’s performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the independence habituation for students with autism in learning management at SMK (vocational high school) Tunas Bangsa, Malang. It covers the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the independence habituation in the learning process for students with autism. Besides, it studies the problems and solutions made during the application of the learning program. It is qualitative research with autistic students of grade XII as the subject. The informants of this research involved the headmaster; normative, adaptive, and productive teachers; the advisor of exceptional teachers; parents; and psychologists. The data collection methods include observation, interview, and documentation. The results of the study cover the planning, outcome, and learning implementation through the independence habituation of students with autism at SMK Tunas Bangsa, Malang. The learning independence appears from the development of the students’ independence. The problems found during the independence habituation process on the learning process are solved through some solutions applied by all of the educational elements of the comprehensive learning management at SMK Tunas Bangsa, Malang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the service quality of educational institutions on student satisfaction at SMK Negeri 4 Malang. The sample that has been used were all students of class XI SMKN 4 Malang taken through a total sampling technique in order to obtain 260 students. Collec ted data through observation, interviews and questionnaires by testing the quality of service through five variable indicators, namely tangible, reliability variable, responsiveness variable, assurance variable, and empathy variable using Likert scale. The results of this study was indicate that the tangible, reliability and responsiveness variables have a negative and insignificant ef fect, while the assurance and sympathy variables have a positive influence on student satisfaction at SMKN 4 Malang. This is because the guarantee is able to provide feedback to students by providing trust and a sense of security, while the empathy variable is able to provide a sense of comfort in understanding the needs of students so that they can provide service satisfaction for SMKN 4 Malang students in these two aspects.

Abstract

Dr. Meow Petshop adalah salah satu bisnis yang berada di bawah payung "usaha kecil dan menengah", yang mengacu pada bisnis dengan karyawan kurang dari 500 dan yang terlibat dalam bisnis penjualan peralatan dan makanan hewan. Tidak ada bukti transaksi untuk pelanggan, tidak ada bukti pengambilan kucing yang sudah melalui proses grooming, pengolahan data masih belum terkomputerisasi, pembuatan laporan penjualan dan pembelian hanya menggunakan catatan rekap untuk laporan, dan jumlah hewan peliharaan yang dapat dipelihara dalam satu hari dibatasi hingga 20. Jumlah hewan peliharaan yang dapat dirawat dalam satu hari dibatasi hingga 20. Sistem informasi yang dapat membantu pembukuan, pengolahan data, pencatatan dan laporan transaksi, serta penggabungan komponen yang belum terkomputerisasi menjadi satu sistem, serta fungsi penjaminan dari berbagai bagian, hingga sistem yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan layanan penjualan, produk dan layanan yang diberikan oleh Dr. Meow Petshop adalah solusi yang ditawarkan. Hal ini dapat dicapai dengan merancang sebuah sistem informasi yang membantu pengolahan data sehingga pengelolaan bisnis di Dr. Meow Petshop bisa lebih efektif dan efisien

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze persuasive communication as a promotion method for the Integrated Islamic Senior High School Darul Hikmah West Pasaman. Collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the theory of Miles and Huberman, namely reducing data, presenting data, and concluding data. The results of this study describe the persuasive communication process carried out starting from planning, some persuasive communication techniques used, some obstacles in persuasive communication and how to solve them as well as several factors that facilitate persuasive communication in the promotion of Admission of New Students at the Darul Hikmah Integrated Islamic Senior High School West Pasaman. Keywords: Communication, Persuasion, Planning, Engineering, Barriers. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis komunikasi persuasive sebagai metode promosi Sekolah Menengah Atas Islam Terpadu Darul Hikmah Pasaman Barat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teori dari Miles dan Huberman yaitu mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menyimpulkan data. Hasil penelitian ini menjabarkan proses komunikasi persuasif yang dilakukan dimulai dari perencanaan, beberapa teknik komunikasi persuasif yang digunakan, beberapa hambatan dalam komunikasi persuasif dan bagaimana jalan keluarnya serta beberapa faktor yang memudahkan komunikasi persuasif dalam promosi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru Sekolah Menengah Atas Islam Terpadu Darul Hikmah Pasaman Barat. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi, Persuasif, Perencanaan, Teknik, Hambatan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the valuation of PT. Saliman Riyanto Group and determine the indication of the fair value of the share price to be released if the company makes an offer to potential investors either through an initial public offering (IPO) or closed offering using fundamental analysis, called the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method. As a private company, it is a difficulty for investors to know the value or valuation of PT. Saliman Riyanto Group and what is a reasonable price per share. This is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This study used techniques of data analysis, called the calculation of financial ratios, using the DCF formula. The results of research used the DCF method show the value (valuation) of PT. Saliman Riyanto Group is Rp. 494,257,978,926.22, - and the fair share price to be released in the IPO is Rp. 7,776,365.94

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Dar Al-Raudhah Islamic Boarding School. This study aims to determine and analyze 1) the effect of work discipline on the performance of dar al-raudhah Islamic boarding school teachers 2) the effect of motivation on the performance of dar al-raudhah Islamic boarding school teachers 3) the effect of the work environment on the performance of dar al-raudhah Islamic boarding school teachers 4) the influence of work discipline, motivation and work environment on the performance of Dar Al-Raudhah Islamic boarding school teachers. The population of this study were all teachers who were the 44 samples for the study. Data were taken from a field survey using a questionnaire with a sampling method using saturated sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach with the data to be analyzed must meet the validity and reliability tests, and also test the classical assumptions first, namely the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study partially show 1) work discipline has an effect on the performance of Dar Al-Raudhah Islamic Boarding School teachers, 2) motivation has an effect on the performance of Dar Al-Raudhah Islamic Boarding School teachers 3) work environment has no effect on the performance of Dar Al-Raudhah Islamic Boarding School teachers. The results simultaneously show that 4) work discipline, motivation and work environment affect the performance of Dar Al-Raudhah Islamic Boarding School teachers
