Abstract

This paper intended to describe the implementation of electronic leitz ordner base of electronic filing system of PT Taspen (Incorporated) Secretariat Section. The main informants were: an assistant manager of archive depreciation; an executive staff of archive depreciation, and an executive staff of archive management. The qualitative descriptive research conducted for this research. Data acquired through participant observation, structures interviews, and document analysis. The resultshowed that the system supported by scanner hardware, compress and or reduce application software of “Orpalis”; Scanner software “scandAll PRO” and the main system “Electronic Leitz Ordner”. The stages of electronic filing system based on Electronic Leitz Ordner were (1) weeding the archive, to separate the archive from harmful things; (2) data recording (scanning) by scanner hardware’s aided by scanAll PRO software; (3) archive saving and recovering from computer internalsaving files and reducing and compressing application; (4) backing up the reduced data by efs elo application’ (5) sending backed archive manually from branches to center office, and; (6) archive depreciation by removing the archives to secretariat department; (7) archive extermination, and handover the archive to ANRI (National Archive Center of Indonesia).

Abstract

Based on the results of research, the transfer of vital archives is based on the University Rector's Decision Letter and the activities of transfer is the identification of vital archives and the classification of vital archives by the archivist team. The recording of vital archives is referring to Norms, Standard Procedures and Criteria (NSPK) Filing and Archive Retention Schedule (JRA). The Office of Archives also carries out the work ethic of the employee and the making of the archivists' work targets to make the listing activity more effective and efficient. Digitalization is for the rediscovery of archives, as a form of archive rescue method as well as archive publication. Preservation of vital archives at the Archives Office of the University of Indonesia covers the storage, maintenance and restoration of vital archives.The vital archive storage in the archives office refers to the NSPK and POB Archives as well as to the ANRI Regulation No. 49 of 2015 on the procedures of the vital archive program. They are who maintaining the vital archives is the assigned archivist in particular and all employees in general. Recovery of archives at the University of Indonesia archives has not been done before, because there is no vital archive that requires special recovery. In securing the archives, the manager gets limited access authority according to the field of work unit. The technology applied in the archive office in performing archival safeguards refers to the System Technology and Information Technology Standards. Good technology is required in the archives of the University of Indonesia to ensure the maintenance of thearchive by supporting secure accessibility.

Abstract

This qualitative research intended to acknowledge the application of “green office concept” at Housekeeping Department of Ministry of Health of Indonesia. The researcher captured the data from the research field factually. Data gathered from the responsible staffs purposively, data collection methods used were moderate participant observation, indepth interview, and document analysis. The data validated by technique triangulation and resource triangulation.The qualitative research resultshowed that (1) the staffs have moderate commitment for “green office”behavior. As showed by the paper saving, electricity saving, water saving, waste management, greening, cleanliness, and room’s air conditioning; (2) Eco – friendly office technology applied by using information technology system as electronic mail, electronic filling system and web based communication group.(3) The office physical building design suitable for naturally lighting design with lights’ placement grouping system, and also considers building green coefficient.(4) Vehicle cleaning and watering trees with condensed water were prohibited.(5) Office materials selected to minimize the use of papers and tissues. (6) Air conservation system applied by using centralized Air Conditioning System with average degree 24 – 25 celcius. (7) Airhumidity about 55% with no smoking rule. (8) Electric saving lights used by grouping system and also there was motion sensor lights at the bathroom; (9) flush the plant with Air Conditioning condensed water.

Abstract

Research intended to acknowledge managerial aspects of Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Serpong Tangerang Selatan, especially from the aspects of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. The research method used was the qualitative explorative method. Data collected from observation, documents analysis, and in-depth interview with some teachers. Data triangulation used as data analysis tool by compounding the data from observation, interviews and document analysis. The study result showed that overall the management function performed well from the aspect of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. Planning function recommended to have specific programs, not only actuate the main program commanded by Ministry of Religious Affair, to make it more known by people at Tangerang Selatan district.

Abstract

Research intended to describe Vital Archive Program of Staffing Department of Ministry of Religious Affair of Southern Jakarta Municipality. The method used was qualitative descriptive. Sampling method used was purposive sampling technique. The research informants’ purposively chosen from the staffs. The data acquired through interviews, document analysis, and participant observation. Data validated through triangulation techniques. The research revealed that Vital Archive Program of Staffing Department of Ministry of Religious Affair conducted by simple technique including protection, maintenance, damage prevention, and safekeeping of vital archive. The research protection process implemented by vital archive dispersal, duplication, and saving program. The research recommends the office to pay attention to the dispersal and storage of vital archive. So, the archive management runs better.

Abstract

Research intended to count the of implementation of Sapta Pesona program effects toward visitors’ quantity ofGuci Park at Kabupaten/District of Tegal, Central Java Province of Indonesia. the quantitative research methodused for this study. Data collected through questionnaires from visitors. The data analyzed by a correlationalstatistic. Instruments tested by validity test, normality test, multiple regression equations, and coefficientcorrelation feasibility. The research result showed that Sapta Pesona program affects significantly toward thequantity of visitor of Guci Park of Tegal District. Determination coefficient count 0.498 means that Sapta PesonaProgram affected to the increasing of visitors by 49.2%, while 50.2% affected by another factor as governmentregulations, service quality, visitor satisfaction, infrastructures and facilities, and so on. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pelaksanaan program sapta pesona dalammeningkatkan kuantitas pengunjung obyek wisata Guci Kabupaten Tegal. Penelitian ini menggunakan data yangberasal dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada para pengunjung obyek wisata di wisata Guci Tegal baik padavariabel sapta pesona dan peningkatan pengunjung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodepenelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dan survei. Data hasil penyebaran kuesioner kemudian dianalisis denganmenggunakan penghitungan statistik korelasional. Pengujian yang dilakukan meliputi uji validitas, normalitas.persamaan regresi berganda, dan kelayakan koefisien regresi. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa sapta pesonamempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan pengunjung Wisata Guci di Kabupaten Tegal,dengan koefisien determinasi KD = 0,498 hal ini berarti sapta pesona berpengaruh terhadap peningkatanpengunjung sebesar 49,8% sedangkan 50,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Dimana faktor laintersebut seperti peraturan pemerintah, kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pengunjung, dan lain-lain. Dengan demikian,dapat dikatakan bahwa sapta pesona mempunyai pengaruh yang besar terhadap peningkatan pengunjung WisataGuci di Kabupaten Tegal.

Abstract

The research intended to investigate service quality of staffs of Koperasi Dosen & Karyawan UniversitasMuhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA. The method used to be descriptive qualitative. The research result showedthat some staff performance below the standard. It proved by the satisfaction level of the users still at themedium level, so it is necessary to implement a training for developing staff’s service quality capabilitiesimprovement. AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui mutu pelayanan karyawan Koperasi Dosen dan Karyawan UniversitasMuhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatifdeskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian karyawan perparkiran dan jasa kebersihan KoperasiDosen dan Karyawan Matahari Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA belum melaksanan tugasnyadengan penuh tanggung jawab. Terbukti tingkat kepuasan jasa koperasi masih dalam level sedang. Oleh karenaitu perlu diadakan suatu metode pelatihan peningkatan pelayanan konsumen.

Abstract

Research intended to investigate the application of management model at Sekolah Alam Indonesia, a nature basedschool located at Ciganjur, South Jakarta region. Research methods used was a case study with qualitative approach. Datagathered from interviews, literature analysis, observation. The data analyzed by data organizing technique, data assumptionexamination, and data description. Research subjects were Director, Director of Academic Affair, principles, Teachers, andparents.The study described some results as the special managerial characteristics of Sekolah Alam Indonesia as: 1) schoolplanning generally organized by Board of Trustee and special planning conducted by the Director of the school; 2) schoolorganization shape as flexible community; 3) staff recruitment conducted by structured method; 4) the foundation drive theschool with the hand of the director and principals; 5) coordinating Task mostly conducted by director periodically accordingto learning problem or other program; 6) reporting job done by the report to the board of the trustee; 7) budgeting programheld by financial staff by one door rule for all financial cash turnover. Some characteristics differ Sekolah Alam Indonesiawith general school in Indonesia according to facilities and infrastructures; school organization; educational staffperformance standards; the specific concept about curriculum and learning; the curriculum implementation and learningprogram; learning assessment. Management model implemented was MPMBS (Manajemen Peningkatan Mutu BerbasisSekolah/School based Quality Improvement Management) with some flexibilities in the organization.AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui model manajemen yang di terapkan Sekolah Alam Indonesia CiganjurJakarta Selatan. Metode Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subyekpenelitian terdiri dari direktur utama, direktur pendidikan, kepala sekolah, guru/fasilitator, dan wali murid. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan/observasi, wawancara mendalam, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. kemudian data tersebut dianalisis dengan teknik pengorganisasian data, menguji asumsi data, dan mendeskripsikan data yang sesuai dengan fokuspembahasan manajemen sekolah alam.Hasil penelitian dari paparan data di lapangan bahwa Sekolah Alam Indonesia merupakan sekolah alternatif yangmempunyai beberapa karakteristik : perencanaan di lakukan oleh dewan sekolah yang bersifat umum dan direkturpendidikan bersifat khusus, pengorganisasian berbentuk komunitas yang bersifat luwes dan fleksibel, rekrutmen tenagakerjadilakukan dengan metode internal dan eksternal yang secara terstruktur dalam penyelenggaraannya, pengarahan dilakukanoleh yayasan, direktur pendidikan dan kepala sekolah yang sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya, pengkoordinasian dilakukanoleh direktur utama secara berkala dalam setiap pelaksanaan pembelajaran maupun pelaksanaan program, pelaporan disampaikan kepada syuro (musyawarah) dewan sekolah, penganggaran keuangan menerapkan satu pintu dalam perputaranarus keuangan. yang membedakan dengan sekolah-sekolah konvensional lainnya. Beberapa karakteristik tersebut dapatdilihat melalui: (1) sarana dan prasarana; (2) keorganisasian sekolah; (3) kinerja tenaga kependidikan; (4) konsep kurikulumdan pembelajaran; (5) implementasi kurikulum dan pembelajaran; (6) evaluasi belajar. Sementara untuk hasil penelitianmenunjukan bahwa model manajemen yang di terapkan di Sekolah Alam Indonesia, Ciganjur Jakarta Selatan seperti modelMPMBS (Manajemen Peningkatan Mutu Berbasis Sekolah) sehingga dalam penyelenggaraanya bersifat fleksibel namuntetap menggunakan kaidah-kaidah fungsi manajemen dengan hasil output Sekolah mendapatkan beberpa penghargaan, tetapidalam hal keefektipan dan keefisienan agak sedikit kurang, dikarenakan kefleksibilitasan manajemen yang di terapkan.

Abstract

Research intended to develop learning outcome by an implementation of presentation type of cooperative learningmodel in X grade of the Office Administration, Department of Public Vocational High School in 10, East Jakarta.Research conducted from July until August 2014. Classroom Action Research conducted for this research by theimplementation of two research cycles, each cycle contains three times of face to face teaching practice. The studyresult concluded that the research success indicator gained at second cycle. The amount of student reach minimumlimit score or more, were 97,46% with mean 80,97%. So, the implementation of learning model can increase studentlearning outcome at this grade. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya peningkatan hasil belajar dengan penggunaan model pembelajaranKooperatif TPS di kelas X jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 10 JakartaTimur. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai dengan November 2014. Metode Penelitian yang digunakanadalahpenelitian tindakan kelas. Untuk penelitian ini diterapkan dua siklus penelitian. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tigakali pertemuan tatap muka, dengan pelaksanaan post test pada pertemuan tatap muka ketiga. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa indikator yang diharapkan tercapai pada siklus kedua; yaitu jumlah siswa yang mendapatkannilai sampai batas tuntas atau lebih, sebanyak 97,46% dan nilai rerata mencapai 80,79%. Prosentase ketuntasansiswa telah mencapai indikator yang diharapkan. Siswa yang melakukan kegiatan negatif hanya 1,55%. Dengandemikian disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar.
