Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh worklife balance dan employee engagement terhadap turnover intention di elzatta hijab jakarta. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 60 responden, dan seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur untuk menjawab hipotesa penelitian. Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis jalur, diperoleh analisis jalur worklife balance terhadap turnover intention sebesar 0,754 memiliki tingkat korelasi kuat. Analisis jalur employee engagement terhadap turnover intention sebesar = -0,244 memiliki tingkat korelasi rendah. Dan analisis jalur worklife balance terhadap employee engagement sebesar 0,806 memiliki tingkat korelasi tinggi. Oleh karena itu, hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh worklife balance dan employee engagement terhadap turnover intention di Elzatta Hijab Jakarta.

This paper intended to review the humanistic education concept of Paulo Freire according to Entrepreneurship Courses at Indonesian Higher Education. The method used is the content analysis. The paper summarized that Education must be carried out dialogically, not stifling creativity and creativity, because in essence students are not passive beings where the dialogue process itself is a process of awareness as the core of the process of humanization or humanity. In line with the concept of humanization Paulo Freire, the concept of humanization also underpins the entrepreneurship learning process in universities. Entrepreneurship learning is not just learning oriented to business and economics alone, but on exploring values / values of independence, honesty, innovative creative, so that entrepreneurial learning becomes an important learning that is applied in all study programs in higher education. The focus of this article is on entrepreneurship learning in private teacher training colleges which in the main profile print professional teacher candidates and an additional profile that is reliable entrepreneurship printing. Learning entrepreneurship in private teacher training colleges is still said to have not taught the value of humanism. There are several obstacles, among them are still focusing on theoretical with more dominant proportions compared to practice, exploring creative ideas are still dominated by ideas from lecturers so students tend to be passive and less creative, creative idea development programs are not maximally channeled so that it only stops at the completion of the course assignment obligations, the interest and motivation of students to become entrepreneurs has not yet fully arisen by students' self-awareness. Even though the creative ideas that have emerged from students should be continued as a forerunner to the emergence of startup-based young entrepreneurs. Freedom to create ideas and creative thoughts should be extended to students so that students are more motivated and motivated to become job creators than job seekers.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses that play an important and strategic role as a stabilizer and dynamics of economic development in Indonesia. UMKM resilience also has tested when Indonesia experienced a monetary crisis in 1997. Currently, Indonesia is experiencing a crisis again caused by the COVID pandemic 19. The COVID 19 pandemic crisis has had a significant impact on the sustainability of MSME. Almost all MSMEs suffer losses, have difficulty running their operational activities, and even have to close down their businesses because their products cannot be absorbed by the market. This condition is again testing the resilience of MSMEs to be able to deal with the 19th COVID pandemic crisis. Various strategies have been developed to get out of this crisis. Among others by optimizing the online-based sales system that utilizes a variety of marketplace platforms to market their products. The role of the government is very important to help MSMEs to be strong in facing the COVID pandemic crisis 19. Monetary policies such as relaxation of loans, delaying installments and interest on loans as well as social assistance are a breath of fresh air for MSMEs to be able to breathe a little between the crush of the COVID pandemic crisis 19.

This study aimed to describe the effect of the marketing mixs on school selection decisions at Sei Glugur Rakyat Junior High School including product, price, and place elements. This study used a descriptive research design using a questionnaire instrument. The data research data of product, price, and place effect scores were processed using statistical analysis to prove the alternative hypothesis that there was a significant effect of product, price, and place on school selection decisions. The results showed that there was a significant effect of product, price, and place influence on school selection decisions.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran pemanfaatan WhatsApp sebagai media komunikasi di masa pandemic Covid-19 oleh komunitas Pita Oren Alumni FISIP UHAMKA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Deskriptif Kualitatif dengan pradigma fenomenologi dengan teori empati Robert A. Baron dan Donn Byrne memberikan pertolongan, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam kepada 6 orang informan, yang merupakan pengurus atau relawan Pita Oren. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa media Whatsapp menjadi pilihan karena dianggap paling mudah digunakan dan memilikii aplikasi yang lengkap dan digunakan oleh semua relawan Pita Oren. Komunitas Pita Oren adalah komunitas alumni dan mahasiswa FISIP UHAMKA yang tergerak melakukan aksi sosial membantu masyarakat yang terdampak pandemic covid 19. Aksi sosial dilakukan di Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang dan Bekasi (Jabotabek) dengan kegiatan memberikan bantuan sembako dan masker kepada masyarakat terdampak akibat pemberlakuan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB). Diketahui dalam melakukan kegiatan memberikan bantuan berupa pengumpulan dan pembagian sembako juga masker di masa pandemik covid 19 didasari karena menjalankan perintah agama, saling membantu dan sebagai bentuk empati kepada warga yang berada di sekitar tempat tinggal relawan Pita Oren. Kegiatan yang telah dilakukan komunitas Pita Orens sejalan dengan Visi UHAMKA menjadi Universitas utama yang unggul dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang cerdas dalam aspek spiritual dan sosial.

This study aims to find the influence of prices on purchasing decisions. The research population of 80 people was entirely studied. The sampling technique used is the Incidental Sampling technique. After the data is declared normal and linear distribution based on normality test and linearity test, followed by variance analysis (ANAVA). Based on the results of linear regression calculation obtained Y = 51.10 + 0.477 x and the calculation result of ANAVA obtained Fhitung < Ftabel is 0.732 < 1.75. Hypothesis testing was conducted by calculating product-moment correlation and obtained Rhitung > Rtable 0.381 > 0.220 and Thitung > Ttabel 4.67 > 1.66 which means Ho was rejected and Ha accepted. Therefore, the results of this study concluded that there is an influence between Price and Purchasing Decision on Telkomsel Mobile Card Consumers.

Pengembangan ekonomi kreatif merupakan pilihan tepat untuk menjaga ketahanan. ekonomi dalam kondisi krisis global. Ekonomi Kreatif perlu dikembangkan karena ekonomi kreatif berpotensi besar dalam memberikan kontribusi ekonomi yang signifikan; menciptakan yang terbarukan; menciptakan inovasi dan kreativitas yang merupakan keunggulan kompetitif suatu bangsa; dan memberikan dampak sosial yang positif. Pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di Kota Metro sangat diperlukan untuk menjawab tantangan permasalahan pembangunan, diantaranya pertumbuhan ekonomi yang relatif konstan atau bahkan cenderung rendah pasca krisis ekonomi, tingkat kemiskinan dan pengangguran yang masih cukup tinggi, dan daya saing industri yang masih rendah. Untuk menentukan arah pengembangan ekonomi kreatif, sekaligus memenuhi Instruksi Presiden Nomor 6 tahun 2009. Industri kreatif sebagai basis dari konstruksi ekonomi kreatif merupakan industri yang berbasis kreativitas, keterampilan dan talenta yang memiliki potensi peningkatan kesejahteraan serta penciptaan lapangan kerja dengan mencipta dan mengeksploitasi Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HAKI).

This research aims to find out the Application of Joint ventures in PT. X. This research uses qualitative methods that are qualitatively descriptive. For data sources selected purposive sampling with the criteria of mastering or understanding the application of a Joint Venture, the number of informants was as many as 3 people. Data collection techniques using non-participatory observation techniques, interviews, documentation studies, and triangulation. The results of the study showed that cooperation between capital owners was carried out both in terms of stock capital and also the formation of a board of directors and the composition of commissioners. The contractual/agreements used in this Joint Venture are the Joint Venture Agreement and articles of association. The advice in the implementation of this Joint Venture is that there needs to be a discussion from the board of directors or commissioners in order to achieve the goals well, and the need for more socialization for business activities that are being carried out, and socialization of work implementation to be in accordance with the regulations derived from either the Joint Venture Agreement or the Articles of Association.

This study aims to find out the Implementation of the KFC LA Terrace Product Diversification Strategy which includes concentric diversification, and horizontal diversification. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling which is a sampling technique with certain considerations. This research uses in-depth interview methods, observations, documentation studies, and is analyzed using triangulation techniques and source triangulation. The result of this research is that the application of the product diversification strategy used by KFC LA Terrace in the form of concentric diversification and horizontal diversification.
