Abstract

This study aimed to determine how Occupational Safety and Health Management System in PT Century Textile Industry. The method used is the qualitative nature is descriptive. The number of informants of this research consists of as many as 3 Safety Coordinator PT Century Textile Industry, Safety Coordinator Dyeing Departement, and Safety Coordinator Weaving Departement, all their informants are people who know and hostage in order in the occupational safety and health management system. The research sampling using purposive sampling. Based on the findings, that occupational safety and health management system includes the planning or policy of occupational safety and health, the implementation or communication of occupational safety and health, and evaluation of occupational safety and health. Planning or policy of occupational safety and health is done through 3 aspects: regulation of occupational safety and health management system which must be obeyed by all employees, occupational safety and health Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and maintenance of machinery and work equipment. In the implementation or communication of safety and health through 3 aspects is the socialization and dissemination of occupational safety and health information, internal communication conducted between employees both- superiors about occupational safety and health, and external communication to the community about K3. The last stage of occupational safety and health evaluation is the stage of measurement, assessment, and improvement that must be done in PT Century Textile Industry by holding a safety patrol program.

Abstract

Research intended to describe Vital Archive Program of Staffing Department of Ministry of Religious Affair of Southern Jakarta Municipality. The method used was qualitative descriptive. Sampling method used was purposive sampling technique. The research informants’ purposively chosen from the staffs. The data acquired through interviews, document analysis, and participant observation. Data validated through triangulation techniques. The research revealed that Vital Archive Program of Staffing Department of Ministry of Religious Affair conducted by simple technique including protection, maintenance, damage prevention, and safekeeping of vital archive. The research protection process implemented by vital archive dispersal, duplication, and saving program. The research recommends the office to pay attention to the dispersal and storage of vital archive. So, the archive management runs better.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of store atmosphere to store image at Hypermart Plaza Pondok Gede. The population of this study is all Hypermart customers who visited Plaza Pondok Gede during the study period. The sample of this study amounted to 50 customers who taken uses incidental sampling technique. This research uses associative quantitative research method. After the data have the same characteristics and normal distribution based on normality and homogeneity test, followed by analysis of variance (ANAVA). Based on the results of linear regression calculations obtained Å· = 64,93 + 0,36 (x) and the calculation of ANAVA obtained Fhitung < Ftabel (0.79 , 1.96). Hypothesis testing is done by calculating the correlation of pearson product moment and obtained rxy = 0.362, it shows the influence of storeatmosphere to store image at Hypermart Plaza Pondok Gede is Low in accordance with the interpretation criteria in Table Interpretation of Correlation Coefficients. Therefore, the results of this study can be concluded that there is influence between store atmospher to store image at Hypermart Plaza Pondok Gede.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the product attributes of Kentucky Fried Chicken franchise shop at Tamini Square Mall at Pinang Ranti. It covered brand attributes, product packaging, labeling, supplementary services and product warranty. This research used qualitative descriptive research method. The data collected used some techniques of data collection as interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects in this study were product attributes of KFC shop, and research informants were 3 staffs of the store. The results of this study indicated that the product attributes as a major stimulus that affects the effectiveness, cognition and behavior of consumers. Consumers evaluate these attributes in relation to their own values, beliefs and past experiences. The marketing efforts and other information also affected the buying decision and the costumer satisfactory level. The research realized that the product attributes have been run properly, although there are still obstacles in the promotion, but it does not affect the activities of product attributes performed. The research suggested that the physical packaging messages should be delivered in tantamount shape and unique form. So,  the people who receive the message will be more interested and grow their interest to buy KFC products again and again.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Relationship Marketing to Customer Retention at Bank BNI Branch Office Jakarta City. The population of this study is all customers of Bank BNI KC. JAKARTA CITY during the study period. The sample of this study amounted to 57 customers taken using incidental sampling technique. This research used associative quantitative research method. After the data have the same characteristics and normal distribution based on the normality and homogeneity test, followed by analysis of variance (ANAVA). Based on the result of linear regression calculation obtained Ŷ = 34,57 + 0,73 (x) and result of calculation of ANAVA got Fhitung <Ftabel that is -2286,165 <4,04. Hypothesis testing is done by calculating Pearson Product Moment correlation and in can rxy = 0,734, it shows influence of Relationship Marketing to Customer Retention at Bank BNI KC. Jakarta City is Strong in accordance with the interpretation criteria in Table Interpretation of Correlation Coefficients. Therefore, the results of this study can be concluded that there is influence between Relationship Marketing Against Customer Retention at Bank BNI Branch Office Jakarta Kota.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Relationship Marketing terhadap Customer Retention di Bank BNI Kantor Cabang Jakarta Kota. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Bank BNI Kantor Cabang Jakarta Kota selama periode penelitian. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 57 pelanggan yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampling insidental. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Setelah data berkarakteristik sama dan berdistribusi normal berdasarkan uji normalitas dan homogenitas, dilanjutkan dengan analisis varians (ANAVA). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan regresi linear diperoleh Ŷ = 34,57 + 0,73(x) dan hasil perhitungan ANAVA didapat Fhitung< Ftabel yakni -2286,165 < 4,04. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menghitung korelasi Pearson Product Moment dan di dapat , hal ini menunjukkan pengaruh Relationship Marketing terhadap Customer Retention di Bank BNI KC. Jakarta Kota adalah Kuat sesuai dengan kriteria interpretasi pada Tabel Interpretasi Koefisien Korelasi. Oleh karena itu, hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Relationship Marketing terhadap Customer Retention di Bank BNI Kantor Cabang Jakarta Kota. Abstract

The research objective is to learn the influence of Brand Identity (name, Logo, Color, packaging design, tagline and brand endorser, character, URL and website) against buying decision of Rabbani products in CV Rabbani Asyani at Rabbani Bunker Rawamangun. Normality test and homogeneity test applied before the main testing. Based on linear regression calculation, obtained Y= 46.32+0.575 (x) and ANAVA result shows Fcount <Ftable (0.473<1.94). Linier Shaped Fcount >Ftable ,(23,49>4,04) significan regression. Hypothesis testing done by calculating correlation Pearson Product and as result rxy=0.573, it shows that the brand identity affects Rabbani’s product buying decision in at Rabbani Bunker Rawamangun is strong, related with interpretation criteria of the correlation coefficient Interpretation table.

Abstract

Research intended to describe the role of secretary to enhance work efficiency of staff of Headquarters of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (Persero). The research used qualitative research method. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The main informants were the secretary of marketing communication division, Marketing Division Head of Marketing Communication, and the Supervisor of Marketing Communication. The data acquired by observation, indepth interview, and document analysis. The data validated by triangulation program. The result of the research showed the secretary role to increase job efficiency by planning, saving, timming, simplifying, eradication, and gathering the work to utilize value, timing, economics of jobs, and satisfied works.

Abstract

This paper intended to describe the implementation of electronic leitz ordner base of electronic filing system of PT Taspen (Incorporated) Secretariat Section. The main informants were: an assistant manager of archive depreciation; an executive staff of archive depreciation, and an executive staff of archive management. The qualitative descriptive research conducted for this research. Data acquired through participant observation, structures interviews, and document analysis. The resultshowed that the system supported by scanner hardware, compress and or reduce application software of “Orpalis”; Scanner software “scandAll PRO” and the main system “Electronic Leitz Ordner”. The stages of electronic filing system based on Electronic Leitz Ordner were (1) weeding the archive, to separate the archive from harmful things; (2) data recording (scanning) by scanner hardware’s aided by scanAll PRO software; (3) archive saving and recovering from computer internalsaving files and reducing and compressing application; (4) backing up the reduced data by efs elo application’ (5) sending backed archive manually from branches to center office, and; (6) archive depreciation by removing the archives to secretariat department; (7) archive extermination, and handover the archive to ANRI (National Archive Center of Indonesia).

Abstract

This study aimed to find the relationship between employee work professionalism with the public services. This research was conducted at Tax Office Pratama Jakarta PasarRebo, located on Jl. Raya Bogor No. 46, Kelurahan Rambutan, Ciracas District, East Jakarta. This study took as sample from 48 employees of the Tax Office Pratama Jakarta Pasar Rebo. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique with random term. This research used associative quantitative approach, with survey method with correlation technique. After the data passed on normality test and linearity test, the linear regression calculation counted. The value of linear regression calculation of professionalism to public service was obtained Fobserved = 1.30 < Ftable = 1.99. Furthermore, the Pearson product moment correlation used to know the relationship between the two variables. it obtained 0.693 then continued t counting test with the level of significance obtained calculation 0.05 = 1.677. It turns out tobserved > ttable or 6,527>1,677, then Ho rejected, it means there was a significant relationship between professionalism with public service. So the determinant coefficient of 48.02%. This means that 48.02% of professionalism contributesd to public services, while 51.98% is determined by other variables or other factors not investigated. Thus in this study concluded there was a relationship between employee work professionalism with the public services of the employee of the Tax Office Pratama Jakarta Pasar Rebo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek terhadap ekuitas merek pada produk telefon genggam merk Samsung. Subjek penelitian adalah semua mahasiswa pengguna merk tersebut di program studi Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka pada bulan Juli – Agustus 2017 sejumlah 61orang. Teknik pemilihan sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling kuota. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Setelah dihitung bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan linier, dilanjutkan dengan analisis varians (ANAVA). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan regresi linier diperoleh 𝑌̂ = 41,61 + 0,66(X) dan hasil perhitungan ANAVA didapat Fhitung< Ftabel (1,146 <2,03). Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menghitung korelasi product moment dan didapat thitung> ttabel (6,8049>2,0057) yang berarti Ho ditolak. Oleh karena itu, hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara citra merek terhadap ekuitas merek.
