Abstract

The learning quality can be enhanced by effective teaching that will effect positively to student learning motivation. The Role playing model assumed will motivate students to actively involved in the learning activities as managed by the instructor. By role playing methods, the students will investigate the subjects actively and experience the meaningfull learning process. This Classroom Action Research conducted at second year student grade of Economics Education Department of Faculty of Education of University of Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka, with Human Resources Management Course subject. The data collected qualitatively and quantitavely from students’ reflection and learning outcomes result interpretation. The result of the research showed that the teaching effectivity fulfilled when the students involved in role playing activities. The reflection process and data analysis result from the first cycle of the classroom action research showed that students learning competencies positively increased by reached minimum criteria score. 27,77 % of students got lower scores under minimal criteria. The researcher believed that the students ability can be optimized ar second cycle of classroom action research. The second cycle showed that only 12,12% students gained under minimum criteria score. The research summarized that role playing method increased the students’ learning competencies. Keywords: Classroom action Research, Role Playing, Learning Competencies Abstrak Kualitas pembelajaran dapat ditingkatkan antara lain dengan pembelajaran yang efektif yang dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Metode Pembelajaran dengan Bermain Peran adalah salah satu metode pembelajaran yang dianggap dapat memotivasi siswa untuk lebih aktif terlibat dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang disusun skenarionya oleh seorang pengajar. Metode Bermain Peran menjadikan mahasiswa dapat menyelidiki materi pelajaran secara aktif dan mengalami proses pembelajaran yang lebih bermakna. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilaksanakan pada mahasiswa tahun kedua di Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka, tepatnya pada matakuliah Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Pengumpulan data penelitian secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif dilaksanakan melalui hasil refleksi mahasiswa dan skor hasil belajar yang diinterpretretasikan peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran efektif tercapai saat mahasiswa terlibat aktif dalam proses belajar dengan Metode Bermain Peran. Hasil refleksi dan analisis data dai siklus pertama penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa mencapai nilai kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Hanya 27,77 % yang belum mencapai target tersebut. Untuk itu peneliti melnjutkan ke siklus kedua penelitian. Hasil siklus kedua menunjukkan hanya 12,12% mahasiswa yang meraih nilai kurang dari skor kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Dengan demikian maka penelitian meyimpulkan bahwa metode bermain peran dapat meningkatkan kompetensi belajar mahasiswa. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Public Relation Marketing to Brand Awareness of Cimory products at Cimory Dairy Shop Cawang. This research used associative quantitative research method. The research population of this study were 380 costumers and the sample were 79 respondents, chosen by incidental sampling technique. The data examined by normality test and homogenity test. Then, conducted the analysis of variance test (ANAVA) as prerequisites to next analysis. The results of linear regression calculations showed that ,36 + 0,53(X) and the calculation of ANAVA obtained Fcount < Ftable (0,2975 < 1, 74). The hypothesis testing was done by the Pearson’s product moment correlation to obtain . That showed the strong influence of Public Relation Marketing to Brand Awareness at Cawang based Cimory Dairy Shop. The value is compared to the criteria interpretations of correlation coefficient table interpretation as 0.600 – 0.799. Therefore, the study concluded that there was the influence of Public Relation Marketing to Brand Awareness of Cimory products at Cimory Dairy Shop Cawang. Abstract

Office Layout System is a course at Bachelor Degree Program of Economics Education at Faculty of Teacher Training and Pedagogy, University of Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA. The students requested to understand and practice make office layout system manually. The researchers designed computer based virtual laboratory to assisst the student study the course. The research and development method used to test the effectivity of instruction by using virtual laboratory system that created by “Sweet Home 3D” software. The result showed that virtual laboratory instruction compared to two grades, as experiment model and control model at Economics Education study program students, at their third year. There was significant differences between the experiment class and control class, it mean that virtual laboratory based instruction of office layout course was effective. Abstract

This research intended to measure the effect of performance supervision toward the staff’s productivity of General Bureau Division of Badan Narkotika Nasional (National Antinarcotics Agency) of Indonesia. The disproportionate stratified random sampling technique used to choose 74 staffs as research’s samples. The associative quantitative method applied for this sresearch. The test of normality and homogenity of data conducted to test the data distribution normality, and continued by Analysis of Variance Test. The linear regression calculation summarized that ȳ = 34.467 + 0.674 (x) and ANAVA test result was Fcount < Ftable (1.62 < 1.80). The hipothesis tested by Pearson’s product moment correlation test to gain rxy = 0.600, it means that there was a strong effect of performance supervision toward staffs’ productivity as measured by interpretation criteria of the coefficient correlation interpretation table. So, the paper concluded that there is an effect of performance supervision toward staff’s productivity. Keywords: Performance supervision, Job’s productivity, associative quantitative method

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana meningkatkan partisipasi orang tua dalam pengembangan pendidikan. Secara khusus penelitian ditujukan untuk mengetahui pendekatan, teknik dan instrument yang digunakandalam partisipasi orangtua dalam proses pengembangan pendidikan. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Muhammadiyah IKota Baubau Sulawesi Tenggara dengan menggunakan Metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Kepala Sekolah dan KetuaKomite Sekolah bertindak sebagai kolaborator pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa sebelumpenelitian tindakan kelas dilaksanakan proses pengembangan pendidikan di SMA Muhammadiyah I Baubau SulawesiTenggara dilaksanakan oleh perwakilan saja dan pendekatan tidak langsung. Maka hanya sedikit orangtua berperanpada proses pengembangan pendidikan dengan pendekatan langsung dan sedikit dukungan terhadap pengembanganpendidikan. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa partisipasi orangtua pada pengembangan pendidikan dapat diperkuatdengan penggunaan pendekatan langsung, rapat-rapat dan kartu opini sebagai alat partisipasi. Dengan demikian kartuopini menjadi instrument baru yang mirip dengan “proses pemetaan oval” dan “proses Delphi” The aim of the research was to find out the way to enhance parent participation on education development. Especially, the research wants to find out approach, technique, and instrument using in parent participation on educationdevelopment process. The research conducted at Muhammadiyah Senior High School (SMA Muhammadiyah 1 KotaBaubau Sulawesi Tenggara), using Action Research method. Head school and chief of school committee becomeprominent collaborator on this research. The research found that before Action Research, education developmentprocess in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Baubau Sulawesi Tenggara done by representative or indirect approach. So,just few parent are take part in education development process to be more participative by used direct approach andany instrument support for education development. The research concludes that parent participation on educationdevelopment could be enhanced by using direct approach, meeting, and card opinion as instrument. Even, card opinionis the new instrument similar with ‘oval mapping process’ and ‘Delphi’ technique.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Mandiri Bekasi.Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian survey.Penelitimelakukan analisis dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner kepada para guru di SMKMandiri Bekasi.Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru SMK Mandiri Bekasi (32 orang guru) digunakan teknikpengambilan sampling purposive sampling.Jumlah sampel penelitian 25 orang guru, terdiri dari 14 guruperempuan dan 11 orang guru laki-laki.Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan dengan teknik analisa kuantitatifdeskriptif dengan menggunakan statistik, analisa regresi, teknik analisa korelasi product moment, pengujiansignifikansi, dan koefisien determinasi.Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa; Pertama, terdapat pengaruh yangsignifikan antara kompensasi dengan kinerja guru di SMK Mandiri Bekasi. Hasil tersebut diperolehberdasarkan pada pengujian hipotesis yaitu untuk koefisien korelasinya diperoleh r Hitung lebih besar r Tabelpada taraf signifikan 5% adalah 0,460 > 0,396. Jika dilihat dari interpretasi nilai r antara 0,40 sampai dengan0,599 mempunyai hubungan sedang maka tingkat hubungan sedang. Untuk pengujian signifikansinya diperoleht Hitung lebih besar dari t Tabel pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 adalah 2,489 > 2,060. sedangkan untuk koefisiendeterminasi diperoleh bahwa kontribusi yang diberikan oleh kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMK MandiriBekasi adalah sebesar 21%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 79% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak di telitiseperti gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin guru, motivasi guru dan lingkungan kerja. Kedua, dariperhitungan tersebut maka disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja gurudi SMK Mandiri Bekasi. Research intended to investigate how much the influences of compensation on the teacher’s performance at SMK Mandiri Bekasi. Research methods used was library research and survey. The Researcher did documentanalysis, observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Research population was all teachers at this school (32teachers). Sampling method used was the purposive sampling method, by this method choosen 25 teachers asresearch participants; 14 female teachers and 11 male teachers. Research data collected and analyzed bystatistical quantitative descriptive analysis, regression analysis, product moment correlation analysis technique,significance measurement and also determinant coefficient measurement. From the research concluded that: 1)there were significant influences of compensation toward teacher’s performance at SMK Mandiri Bekasi. Thisacquired from hypothesis testing of the correlation coefficient. Counted t bigger than t table value as 5% ofsignificant level; 0.460 > 0.396. From r value interpretation resumed that the value of r scale between 0,40 –0,599 indicated medium level relation. From the research concluded that: 1) there were significant influencesof compensation toward teacher’s performance at SMK Mandiri Bekasi. This acquired from hypothesis testingof the correlation coefficient. Counted t bigger than t table value as 5% of significant level; 0.460 > 0.396. Fromr value interpretation resumed that the value of r between 0.40 – 0.599 indicated medium level relation. Themeasurement of the significance level resulted that counting t value bigger than t table value at 0.05 significancelevel was 2.489 > 2.060. The determinant coefficient calculation resulted that the contribution of compensationto the teacher’s performance at SMK Mandiri Bekasi was 21%, the rest contributed by other factors as theprincipal leadership style, teacher’s discipline, teacher’s motivation, and work condition. 2) From the datacalculation summarized that there were positive influences of compensation toward the teacher’s performanceat SMK Mandiri Bekasi.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kewirausahaan Guru dan Potensi Diri terhadap Kepuasan KerjaGuru pada Sekolah Dasar se gugus Di Kecamatan Cimanggis Depok Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah metode survei. Populasi targetnya adalah seluruh guru se gugus Di Kecamatan CimanggisDepok, mengingat jumlah populasinya sedikit, penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 40 guru. Untuk menguji hipotesistersebut menggunakan analisis jalur atau Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan hal-hal sebagai berikut.Pertama, terdapat pengaruh langsung Kewirausahaan Guru (X1) terhadap Kepuasan kerja guru (X3) denganpersamaan regresi X3 = 91,957+ 0,462X1 dan koefisien korelasi 0,575, yang signifikan pada taraf α = 0,05. Kedua,terdapat pengaruh langsung Potensi Diri (X2) terhadap Kepuasan kerja guru (X3) dengan persamaan regresi X3 = 86,166 + 0,488X2 dan koefisien korelasi 0,643, yang signifikan pada taraf α = 0,05. Ketiga terdapat pengaruhlangsung Kewirausahaan Guru (X) terhadap Potensi Diri (X2) dengan persamaan regresi X2 = 47,680 + 0.714X1dan koefisien korelasi 0,674, yang signifikan pada taraf α = 0,05. 1 Research aimed to investigate the influence of teacher’s entrepreneurship and self-potency concept toward teacher’swork satisfaction of the teachers at Cimanggis District cluster. The research method used here was survey researchmethod. The sample were 40 teachers. The research examined hypothesis with path analysis method. Abstract

Research aimed to investigate the using of BOS grant (Dana BOS/ Grant of School Operational Aid) according to the regulation at SMPN 233 Jakarta. Method used in this research was evaluation research to assess the objectof evaluation program based on certain standard. Evaluation program intended to investigate the span of BOSgrant for enhancing educational access for students from poor family. The research concluded that BOS grantdistributed to eight aspects of educational standard (graduate competence development, development ofstandardized content, development of process standards, administrational and teaching staff development,financial standard development, and evaluation system development and implementation. BOS grant issued inaccordance with the regulation of planning and management of RAPBS. BOS grant for students divided intofour terms of quarter of payment. The BOS grant always accepted lately by the school, so bailouts needed tocover the running load. BOS grant just cover educational fee by minimal service standard. The researchsuggested the School Committee of the SMPN233 to find the financial solution when BOS grant come lately,and also find the ways for funding of learning quality improvement that omitted from BOS Grant use. AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) sesuai acuan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 233 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian evaluasi yaitumenilai objek evaluasi program berdasarkan standar tertentu. Tujuan evaluasi program BOS ini untukmengetahui berapa besar cakupan dana BOS dalam rangka meningkatkan akses kegiatan pendidikan bagisiswa/siswi dari orang tua kurang mampu dalam pembiayaan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkanbahwa pelaksanaan dana BOS didistribusikan ke delapan aspek standar pendidikan yaitu: PengembanganKompetensi Lulusan, Pengembangan Standar Isi, Pengembangan Standar Proses, Pengembangan Pendidik danTenaga Kependidikan, Pengembangan Sarana dan Prasarana Pendidikan, Pengembangan Standar Pengelolaan,Pengembangan Standar Pembiayaan, dan Pengembangan dan Implementasi Sistem Penilaian. Dana BOS tahun2013 SMP N 233 Jakarta dikeluarkan sesuai dengan acuan dalam perencanaan dan pengelolaan RencanaAnggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Sekolah (RAPBS). Penecairan dana BOS untuk siswa per tahun dibagimenjadi empat triwulan. Pencairan dana umumnya terlambat sehingga memerlukan dana talangan untukmenutupi beban berjalan. Dana BOS menutupi biaya penyelenggaraan pendidikan dalam konteks standarlayanan minimal. Penelitian menyarankan agar komite sekolah mencari solusi pendanaan jika dana BOSterlambat pencairannya dan pendanaan dalam pengembangan program peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran, yangtidak diatur dalam dana BOS.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of maintenance and depreciation of dynamic inactive records inthe National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI) in Jakarta. This study used a qualitativedescriptive approach. The research sample used snowball sampling, where sampling technique toinvestigate many information related with the topic of the research. Informants in this study were selectedaccording to the criteria of credible and relevant informants. This research data collected throughobservation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. The research showed the result that ANRI keepthe record securely physically and the substance of the records, and it can be used during its keeping timeduration.The maintenance conducted by the room’s temperature controlling, keep i ts certain humidity,itssurrounded cleanliness, and correct damaged textual archives by manual encapsulation method orleafcasting method. The depreciation activities were movement, destroy, and delivery. AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pemeliharaan dan penyusutan arsip dinamis inaktif pada Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia (ANRI) Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptifkualitatif. Sampel penelitian menggunakan snowball sampling dimana teknik penentuan sampel denganmenggali informasi sebanyak mungkin yang terkait dengan penelitian. Informan dalam penelitian ini dipilihsesuai dengan kriteria informan yang kredibel dan relevan. Pengambilan data penelitian ini dilakukandengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ANRImenjaga arsip secara fisik dan informasinya agar tetap terjaga dan dapat digunakan selama masa simpannya.Kegiatan pemeliharaan yang dilakukan meliputi pengontrolan suhu ruangan, menjaga kelembaban udara,menjaga kebersihan lingkungan, dan perbaikkan arsip tekstual yang mengalami kerusakan denganmenggunakan metode enkapsulasi manual dan leafcasting. Kegiatan penyusutan dengan 3 kegiatan intiyaitu pemindahan, pemusnahan dan penyerahan.

Abstract

Research aimed to investigate learning result improvement of the students of 11th grade of SMK Negeri 48 after the using of demonstration and presentation instructional methods. This research used Classroom Action Research Method, which was implemented from July until November 2013. The result of the research showed that the indicators of the research goal fulfilled at the second cycles of Action Research. It stated that 97.5% of the students passed the limit of learning targets. AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Peningkatan Hasil Belajar dengan penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Demonstrasi dan Presentasi di kelas XI SMK Negeri 48.
