Abstract

The study aims to know employee training and development model at PT Parador Management International and utilized descriptive qualitative model by observing employee training and development model according to Schuler dan Jackson. The data collection technique used is observation, interview and document analysis. The data analysis technique used is interactive model according to Miles and Huberman, comprises of three things: data reduction, data display and conclusion. There are three dimensions of employee training and development. The first dimension is the stage of assessment, the indicators are need assessment and goal achievement. The second dimension is the stage of training and development, the indicators are media selection and learning principle, facilitating training, and creating condusive condition. The third dimension is the stage of evaluation, the indicators are performance development, pre-test, training monitoring, training evaluation, and transfer evaluation. Based on analysis result, it was concluded the employee training and development model has been running well according to the model of Schuler and Jackson. The company need to maintain the well-run dimensions but on the third dimension, the stage of evaluation, especially in the indicator of pre-test, the company need to do pre-test to see the effectiveness of training and development, it is not enough done by only asking the participant on the beginning of training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pelaksanaan Penagihan Pajak dengan Surat Paksa di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jakarta Mampang Prapatan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam Penagihan Pajak dengan Surat Paksa merupakan modal utama bagi pelaksanaan Penagihan Pajak yang efektif, karena dengan diterbitkannya Surat Paksa memberikan kewenangan kepada petugas penagihan pajak untuk melakukan eksekusi langsung (parate executie) kepada wajib pajak atau penanggung pajak. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan melalui pendekatan studi kasus dengan model instrinsik. Model ini memfokuskan pada kasus tertentu dan ingin mengetahui secara intrinsik suatu fenomena, keteraturan, dan kekhususan kasus. Bukan untuk alasan eksternal lainnya. Sampel Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel data dipilih secara tertentu. Informan atau narasumber penelitian ini berjumlah 3 (tiga) orang staf yang terdiri dari Kepala Seksi Penagihan, Jurusita Pajak dan Pelaksana. Teknik Pengumpulan Data Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara semiterstruktur dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data tersebut dianalisis kembali dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan Penagihan Pajak dengan Surat Paksa melalui tahapan sebagai berikut: Surat Teguran, Penagihan Seketika dan Sekaligus, Surat Paksa, Penyitaan, Lelang atas asset sita, Pencegahan dan Penyanderaan telah sesuai dengan SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur) berdasarkan Undang-undang Perpajakan.

Abstract

Abstract This research aimed to find how smart phone as one of the very important tools nowadays develop learning environment which is suited with the current learners’ attitude who  now can not be separated from the mobile phone. Case study research method used to investigate the research aim. The focus of this research is finding how important the smartphone in the learning process at the Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UHAMKA while the sub focuses are how effective the lecturers in using the smart phones during the learning process and how students response positively in using the smartphone for the shake of effective and supportive learning process. The research found that most of the students, 97% have and use smartphone in their daily lives and only less than a half number, 47% use them for the shake of education or knowledge sources. The research also found that they feel better informed when having discussion with enough resources and knowledge.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility to corporate image at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk in North Jakarta. The population of this study is all Telkom customers who visited Plasa Telkom in North Jakarta during the study period. The sample of this study amounted to 67 customers who taken uses incidental sampling technique.This research uses the associative quantitative research method.After the data have the same characteristics and normal distribution based on normality and homogeneity test, followed by analysis of variance (ANAVA). Based on the results of linear regression calculations obtained Ŷ = 30.14 + 0.598 (x) and the calculation of ANAVA obtained Fhitung < Ftabel (1.127, 1.691). Hypothesis testing is done by calculating the correlation of the Pearson product moment and obtained rxy=0.615, it shows the influence of corporate social responsibility to corporate image at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk in North Jakarta is Strong in accordance with the interpretation criteria in Table Interpretation of Correlation Coefficients. Therefore, the results of this study can be concluded that there is an influence between corporate social responsibility to corporate image at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk in North Jakarta.

Abstract

This qualitative research intended to acknowledge the application of “green office concept” at Housekeeping Department of Ministry of Health of Indonesia. The researcher captured the data from the research field factually. Data gathered from the responsible staffs purposively, data collection methods used were moderate participant observation, indepth interview, and document analysis. The data validated by technique triangulation and resource triangulation.The qualitative research resultshowed that (1) the staffs have moderate commitment for “green office”behavior. As showed by the paper saving, electricity saving, water saving, waste management, greening, cleanliness, and room’s air conditioning; (2) Eco – friendly office technology applied by using information technology system as electronic mail, electronic filling system and web based communication group.(3) The office physical building design suitable for naturally lighting design with lights’ placement grouping system, and also considers building green coefficient.(4) Vehicle cleaning and watering trees with condensed water were prohibited.(5) Office materials selected to minimize the use of papers and tissues. (6) Air conservation system applied by using centralized Air Conditioning System with average degree 24 – 25 celcius. (7) Airhumidity about 55% with no smoking rule. (8) Electric saving lights used by grouping system and also there was motion sensor lights at the bathroom; (9) flush the plant with Air Conditioning condensed water.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pelayanan publik bidang administrasi kependudukan pada kecamatan Medan Satria, Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang dilaksanakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data dansampel dipilih secara purposif dan bersifat snowball sampling, analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Pelaksanaan pelayanan publik di bidang administrasi kependudukan sudah cukup baik dengan tersedianya media informasi yang mudah diakses sesuai kebutuhan masyarakatserta prosedur pelayanan yang efisien; 2) Transparansi di bidang administrasi kependudukan bahwa sudah bersifat terbuka dan mudah diakses oleh semua pihak; 3) Kondisional dibidang administrasi berdasarkan pada bagan alur prosedur yang ada pada prosedur operasional standar; 4) Partisipasi dalam melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, menyediakan kotak kritik dan saran serta sms center; 5) Persamaan hak dalam pelayanan publik sudah dilaksanakan secara praktik.

Abstract

Small Micro and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have a strategic role in national economic development. SMEs also play a role in economic growth and employment as well as income distribution. Entering the free market, there should be a special concern for the survival of SMEs in order to survive amid global competition. For that we need a strategic effort in conducting quality improvement of SMEs. Efforts could be done by strengthening the Network of Partnership, Innovation, Technology, Strengthening human capital and Entrepreneurship, Infrastructure Development of Physical Existence of Large Corporations and Access to Markets and Market Information and Access Business Support Services.

Abstract

Research intended to acknowledge managerial aspects of Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Serpong Tangerang Selatan, especially from the aspects of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. The research method used was the qualitative explorative method. Data collected from observation, documents analysis, and in-depth interview with some teachers. Data triangulation used as data analysis tool by compounding the data from observation, interviews and document analysis. The study result showed that overall the management function performed well from the aspect of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. Planning function recommended to have specific programs, not only actuate the main program commanded by Ministry of Religious Affair, to make it more known by people at Tangerang Selatan district.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how external communication in public relations Division of the national police. This research takes data from three informants, namely the head of sub-Division of the news section of the public lighting bureau public relations Division community police, head of the ministry of information and documentation bureau manager documentation information public relations Division of the police, administrative officer and part of the ministry of information and documentation. In the study, researchers conducted the sample and the data source selected by purposive and snowball sampling. This research uses qualitative research methods, descriptive. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the research was undertaken researchers then it can be inferred that the external communications on the public relations Division of the national police are divided into two linesconsist of (1) communication from the organization to a wider audience that is informative tailored to Act No. 14 of the year 2008 about the openness of public information delivered through several activities and by using the media.The openness of institutions do to get the public trust to the institutions; (2) Communication from the audience to the organization that is the public relations Division police get feedback and opinions from the community in the form of a negative and a positive response by observing the mass media, online media, public relations activities conducted and the police sources trustworthy of the policies conducted by the ranks of the police force of the Republic of Indonesia andthe information submitted public relations Division of the national police.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to know the correspondence management applied in the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia, which covered the management of incoming and outgoing mail. The effective management of the letter is expected in managing the letter, both incoming mail and outgoing mail. The results were expected to contribute to the improvement and development of the management of the letter. This research was use descriptive qualitative method. The informants were chased purposefully from the staffs. The data collected mostly through participated observation techniques, interviews, documentation analysis. The triangulation techniques used as data validation process for qualitative research. The results of this study indicated that the management of incoming mails was divided into six stages which include: letter receipt, letter ordering, letter briefing, letter recording, mail distribution and mail storage. As for the management of outgoing mail there were also six stages included: the drafting of letters, letter typing, letter editing, the affixing mailing address process, folding and mailing and mail distribution and distribution. The application ran well, and on progress to relocate to electronic mailing system.
