Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana meningkatkan partisipasi orang tua dalam pengembangan pendidikan. Secara khusus penelitian ditujukan untuk mengetahui pendekatan, teknik dan instrument yang digunakandalam partisipasi orangtua dalam proses pengembangan pendidikan. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Muhammadiyah IKota Baubau Sulawesi Tenggara dengan menggunakan Metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Kepala Sekolah dan KetuaKomite Sekolah bertindak sebagai kolaborator pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa sebelumpenelitian tindakan kelas dilaksanakan proses pengembangan pendidikan di SMA Muhammadiyah I Baubau SulawesiTenggara dilaksanakan oleh perwakilan saja dan pendekatan tidak langsung. Maka hanya sedikit orangtua berperanpada proses pengembangan pendidikan dengan pendekatan langsung dan sedikit dukungan terhadap pengembanganpendidikan. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa partisipasi orangtua pada pengembangan pendidikan dapat diperkuatdengan penggunaan pendekatan langsung, rapat-rapat dan kartu opini sebagai alat partisipasi. Dengan demikian kartuopini menjadi instrument baru yang mirip dengan “proses pemetaan oval” dan “proses Delphi” The aim of the research was to find out the way to enhance parent participation on education development. Especially, the research wants to find out approach, technique, and instrument using in parent participation on educationdevelopment process. The research conducted at Muhammadiyah Senior High School (SMA Muhammadiyah 1 KotaBaubau Sulawesi Tenggara), using Action Research method. Head school and chief of school committee becomeprominent collaborator on this research. The research found that before Action Research, education developmentprocess in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Baubau Sulawesi Tenggara done by representative or indirect approach. So,just few parent are take part in education development process to be more participative by used direct approach andany instrument support for education development. The research concludes that parent participation on educationdevelopment could be enhanced by using direct approach, meeting, and card opinion as instrument. Even, card opinionis the new instrument similar with ‘oval mapping process’ and ‘Delphi’ technique.

Abstract

Research intended to investigate the application of management model at Sekolah Alam Indonesia, a nature basedschool located at Ciganjur, South Jakarta region. Research methods used was a case study with qualitative approach. Datagathered from interviews, literature analysis, observation. The data analyzed by data organizing technique, data assumptionexamination, and data description. Research subjects were Director, Director of Academic Affair, principles, Teachers, andparents.The study described some results as the special managerial characteristics of Sekolah Alam Indonesia as: 1) schoolplanning generally organized by Board of Trustee and special planning conducted by the Director of the school; 2) schoolorganization shape as flexible community; 3) staff recruitment conducted by structured method; 4) the foundation drive theschool with the hand of the director and principals; 5) coordinating Task mostly conducted by director periodically accordingto learning problem or other program; 6) reporting job done by the report to the board of the trustee; 7) budgeting programheld by financial staff by one door rule for all financial cash turnover. Some characteristics differ Sekolah Alam Indonesiawith general school in Indonesia according to facilities and infrastructures; school organization; educational staffperformance standards; the specific concept about curriculum and learning; the curriculum implementation and learningprogram; learning assessment. Management model implemented was MPMBS (Manajemen Peningkatan Mutu BerbasisSekolah/School based Quality Improvement Management) with some flexibilities in the organization.AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui model manajemen yang di terapkan Sekolah Alam Indonesia CiganjurJakarta Selatan. Metode Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subyekpenelitian terdiri dari direktur utama, direktur pendidikan, kepala sekolah, guru/fasilitator, dan wali murid. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan/observasi, wawancara mendalam, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. kemudian data tersebut dianalisis dengan teknik pengorganisasian data, menguji asumsi data, dan mendeskripsikan data yang sesuai dengan fokuspembahasan manajemen sekolah alam.Hasil penelitian dari paparan data di lapangan bahwa Sekolah Alam Indonesia merupakan sekolah alternatif yangmempunyai beberapa karakteristik : perencanaan di lakukan oleh dewan sekolah yang bersifat umum dan direkturpendidikan bersifat khusus, pengorganisasian berbentuk komunitas yang bersifat luwes dan fleksibel, rekrutmen tenagakerjadilakukan dengan metode internal dan eksternal yang secara terstruktur dalam penyelenggaraannya, pengarahan dilakukanoleh yayasan, direktur pendidikan dan kepala sekolah yang sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya, pengkoordinasian dilakukanoleh direktur utama secara berkala dalam setiap pelaksanaan pembelajaran maupun pelaksanaan program, pelaporan disampaikan kepada syuro (musyawarah) dewan sekolah, penganggaran keuangan menerapkan satu pintu dalam perputaranarus keuangan. yang membedakan dengan sekolah-sekolah konvensional lainnya. Beberapa karakteristik tersebut dapatdilihat melalui: (1) sarana dan prasarana; (2) keorganisasian sekolah; (3) kinerja tenaga kependidikan; (4) konsep kurikulumdan pembelajaran; (5) implementasi kurikulum dan pembelajaran; (6) evaluasi belajar. Sementara untuk hasil penelitianmenunjukan bahwa model manajemen yang di terapkan di Sekolah Alam Indonesia, Ciganjur Jakarta Selatan seperti modelMPMBS (Manajemen Peningkatan Mutu Berbasis Sekolah) sehingga dalam penyelenggaraanya bersifat fleksibel namuntetap menggunakan kaidah-kaidah fungsi manajemen dengan hasil output Sekolah mendapatkan beberpa penghargaan, tetapidalam hal keefektipan dan keefisienan agak sedikit kurang, dikarenakan kefleksibilitasan manajemen yang di terapkan.

Abstract

Research intended to acknowledge costumer’s perception about service quality at Faculty of Economics andBussiness of University of Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA. Research method used was quantitative descriptivemethod with 50 respondents acquired by judgmental sampling technique. The student’s perception towardinstitutional services indicated by tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty. Research concludedthat consumers’ perception toward institutional services at faculty of economics and bussiness leveled at littlesatisfied and just satisfied. So the faculty must upgrade their services for the students at every indicator.AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Fakultas Ekonomi danBisnis, Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan50 responden dengan menggunakan judgemental sampling. Persepsi konsumen terhadap pelayanan yang terdiri dari5 indikator yaitu; Wujud fisik, kehandalan, tanggapan, keterjaminan, dan empati. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkanbahwa persepsi konsumen / mahasiswa terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, UniversitasMuhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka berada pada level kurang puas dan cukup puas. Oleh karena itu maka FakultasEkonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. Hamka harus meningkatkan pelayanannya pada setiapindikator pelayanan.

Abstract

Research intended to investigate the improvement’s result of continuous training for teacher’s evaluatio n skills.Research conducted from January until May 2015 at SMKN 10 Jakarta by Classroom Action Research method.Continuous training model were focus group discussion and presentation. Research conducted two cycles, in which every cycle has three sessions of class meeting. The research summarized that limit of upper standard reached by97,45%. Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan penilaian denganpelatihan berkelanjutan. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Bulan Januari sampai dengan Mei2015 di SMK Negeri10Jakarta. Model pelatihan yang digunakan adalah Diskusi dan Presentasi. Penelitian menggunakan metodePenelitian Tindakan Sekolah dan dilaksanakan terdiri dari dua siklus, tiap siklus dilaksanakan tiga kali pertemuan dan pada pertemuan ketiga dilakukan Post Test.Hasil Penelitian telah mencapai indikator yang diharapkan pada siklus kedua, yaitu jumlah guru dalam pelatihan yang mendapatkan nilai sampai batas tuntas atau lebih sebanyak 97 ,45 %.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Mandiri Bekasi.Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian survey.Penelitimelakukan analisis dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner kepada para guru di SMKMandiri Bekasi.Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru SMK Mandiri Bekasi (32 orang guru) digunakan teknikpengambilan sampling purposive sampling.Jumlah sampel penelitian 25 orang guru, terdiri dari 14 guruperempuan dan 11 orang guru laki-laki.Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan dengan teknik analisa kuantitatifdeskriptif dengan menggunakan statistik, analisa regresi, teknik analisa korelasi product moment, pengujiansignifikansi, dan koefisien determinasi.Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa; Pertama, terdapat pengaruh yangsignifikan antara kompensasi dengan kinerja guru di SMK Mandiri Bekasi. Hasil tersebut diperolehberdasarkan pada pengujian hipotesis yaitu untuk koefisien korelasinya diperoleh r Hitung lebih besar r Tabelpada taraf signifikan 5% adalah 0,460 > 0,396. Jika dilihat dari interpretasi nilai r antara 0,40 sampai dengan0,599 mempunyai hubungan sedang maka tingkat hubungan sedang. Untuk pengujian signifikansinya diperoleht Hitung lebih besar dari t Tabel pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 adalah 2,489 > 2,060. sedangkan untuk koefisiendeterminasi diperoleh bahwa kontribusi yang diberikan oleh kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMK MandiriBekasi adalah sebesar 21%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 79% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak di telitiseperti gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin guru, motivasi guru dan lingkungan kerja. Kedua, dariperhitungan tersebut maka disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja gurudi SMK Mandiri Bekasi. Research intended to investigate how much the influences of compensation on the teacher’s performance at SMK Mandiri Bekasi. Research methods used was library research and survey. The Researcher did documentanalysis, observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Research population was all teachers at this school (32teachers). Sampling method used was the purposive sampling method, by this method choosen 25 teachers asresearch participants; 14 female teachers and 11 male teachers. Research data collected and analyzed bystatistical quantitative descriptive analysis, regression analysis, product moment correlation analysis technique,significance measurement and also determinant coefficient measurement. From the research concluded that: 1)there were significant influences of compensation toward teacher’s performance at SMK Mandiri Bekasi. Thisacquired from hypothesis testing of the correlation coefficient. Counted t bigger than t table value as 5% ofsignificant level; 0.460 > 0.396. From r value interpretation resumed that the value of r scale between 0,40 –0,599 indicated medium level relation. From the research concluded that: 1) there were significant influencesof compensation toward teacher’s performance at SMK Mandiri Bekasi. This acquired from hypothesis testingof the correlation coefficient. Counted t bigger than t table value as 5% of significant level; 0.460 > 0.396. Fromr value interpretation resumed that the value of r between 0.40 – 0.599 indicated medium level relation. Themeasurement of the significance level resulted that counting t value bigger than t table value at 0.05 significancelevel was 2.489 > 2.060. The determinant coefficient calculation resulted that the contribution of compensationto the teacher’s performance at SMK Mandiri Bekasi was 21%, the rest contributed by other factors as theprincipal leadership style, teacher’s discipline, teacher’s motivation, and work condition. 2) From the datacalculation summarized that there were positive influences of compensation toward the teacher’s performanceat SMK Mandiri Bekasi.

Abstract

Education has an important role and a capital in the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). Education is becomingan alternative to human resource development; human resource development is expected to contribute postitif in thedevelopment and growth of the country. Improvement of human resources becomes essential to improve thecompetitive edge of the country. The analysis technique involves the interpretation of this study using a qualitativeapproach (critical reasoning). The college has a role not only produce graduates who have only intellectuallyintelligence alone (hard skills) but also must be able to produce graduates who have the Traffic over (soft skills).Changing the paradigm of alumni from job seekers into job creators is needed for strengthening the SME sector inorder to shore up the nations economy. Need synergy among the government, businessmen, and intellectuals inorder to achieve state goals.AbstrakPendidikan memiliki peranan yang penting dan menjadi modal dalam menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN(MEA). Pendidikan menjadi alternatif dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia, peningkatan sumber dayamanusia diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi postitif dalam pembangunan dan pertumbuhan negara.Peningkatan sumber daya manusia menjadi penting untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif negara. Teknikanalisis penelitian ini melibatkan interpretasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif interpretif. Perguruantinggi memiliki peran tidak hanya menghasilkan lulusan yang hanya memiliki kecerdasan secara intelektual saja(hard skill) akan tetapi juga harus mampu melahirkan lulusan yang memiliki kemampuan lebih (soft skill). Merubahparadigma lulusan dari job seeker menjadi job creator. Perlu adanya penguatan pada sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil danMenegah (UMKM) dalam rangka menopang perekonomian bangsa. Perlu sinergisitas antara pemerintah, pengusaha,dan intelektual agar dapat tercapai tujuan negara.

Abstract

Research aims to analyze the promotional mix to increase the number of new students in FKIP UHAMKA. Theresearch methodology used is by using descriptive qualitative method. Retrieving data from informants in the form of interviews, documentation and observation, and triangulation of data from existing findings. The results found in thestudy FKIP UHAMKA using promotional mix are advertising (advertising), sales promotion (sales promotion),publication (publication) and private sales (personal selling). And in this study found that the promotion mix of themost influential in increasing the number of students in FKIP UHAMKA The first is the sale of a private (personalselling), which both advertising (advertising) third sales promotion (sales promotion) and the last is the publication(publication) , Additionally in this study was found also in addition to the media campaign promotional mix abovethat information by word of mouth which is very influential in the increase in the number of new students in FKIPUHAMKA. AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis bauran promosi dalam meningkatkan jumlah mahasiswa baru di FKIPUHAMKA. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Mengambil data dari informan berupa wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi serta melakukan triangulasi data darihasil temuan yang ada. Hasil yang didapati dalam penelitian yakni FKIP UHAMKA menggunakan bauran promosiyaitu iklan (advertising), promosi penjualan (sales promotion), publikasi (publication) dan penjualan pribadi (personalselling). Dan dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa bauran promosi yang paling berpengaruh dalam peningkatanjumlah mahasiswa di FKIP UHAMKA yang pertama adalah penjualan pribadi (personal selling), yang keduaperiklanan (advertising) yang ketiga promosi penjualan (sales promotion) dan yang terakhir adalah publikasi(publication). Selain itu dalam penelitian ini ditemukan juga media promosi selain bauran promosi diatas yaitu informasi dari mulut ke mulut yang sangat berpengaruh dalam peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa baru di FKIPUHAMKA.

Abstract

Research intended to acknowledge how much the influence of natural beauty perception of visitors of “Green Canyon” tourism site of Pangandaran, West Java, toward their traveling satisfaction. The method used was quantitative descriptive method. The research population were sampling from all visitors at certain period. The research conducted from January to February 2016. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling technique, by the sum of respondents were 150 tourists. The data then tested for its normality, multicolinearity, multiple regression, and its feasibility for regression coefficient. The result showed that the natural beauty variable have tcount: 12,585. Its bigger than ttable: 1,976. It mean that the natural beauty significantly affected for the tourists’ satisfaction. The value of coefficient of determination was 0.517 it showed that natural beauty contributed 51.7% toward tourist’s satisfaction. The other factors were government regulation, service quality, and security.

Abstract

Based on the results of research, the transfer of vital archives is based on the University Rectors Decision Letter and the activities of transfer is the identification of vital archives and the classification of vital archives by the archivist team. The recording of vital archives is referring to Norms, Standard Procedures and Criteria (NSPK) Filing and Archive Retention Schedule (JRA). The Office of Archives also carries out the work ethic of the employee and the making of the archivists work targets to make the listing activity more effective and efficient. Digitalization is for the rediscovery of archives, as a form of archive rescue method as well as archive publication. Preservation of vital archives at the Archives Office of the University of Indonesia covers the storage, maintenance and restoration of vital archives.The vital archive storage in the archives office refers to the NSPK and POB Archives as well as to the ANRI Regulation No. 49 of 2015 on the procedures of the vital archive program. They are who maintaining the vital archives is the assigned archivist in particular and all employees in general. Recovery of archives at the University of Indonesia archives has not been done before, because there is no vital archive that requires special recovery. In securing the archives, the manager gets limited access authority according to the field of work unit. The technology applied in the archive office in performing archival safeguards refers to the System Technology and Information Technology Standards. Good technology is required in the archives of the University of Indonesia to ensure the maintenance of thearchive by supporting secure accessibility.
