Abstract

The linking between Universities and enterprises is an objective requirement based on the principles of education: Learning with practice, education combined with productive labor, education of University attached "Education of the family and society", "The University teaches the society, not the training of the University"... In Vietnam, this issue has not been seen by the subject in a way. Thorough, the link between the university and the enterprise is quite superficial, fragmented, low efficiency, resulting in a serious imbalance in supply and demand of high quality human resources. This paper was conducted during the time from June, 2014 to July, 2016. The research result showed that there were 550 enterprises who to be interviewed and answered nearly 6 questions. The researcher had analyzed KMO test, the result of KMO analysis used for correlation analysis. Enterprises’ responses were measured through an adapted questionnaire on a 5-point Likert scale. Hard copy and online questionnaire were distributed among enterprises in Dong Nai province. The research results were processed from SPSS 20.0 software.

Abstract

Nursing, one of the bachelor offered by Faculty of Top Studies Iztacala, UNAM, there are special interest on teachers that teaching research methodology, in which the education of the Statistics (basic tool in scientific methodology) uses as far as possible the educational available technology in the faculty, as the Internet and specialized software (SPSS and Excel). Thus, the former strategies are left behind as the resolution of exercises in which the students, using a calculator, realized a great quantity of mathematical necessary calculations to demonstrate a statistical hypothesis, or the consultation of tables of diverse distributions probabilísticas with an immense quantity of numbers in that one was looked especially and where the students were ending accidentally to know nothing of the numbers. In this work there appears the form in which the use of predictive models included in the statistical software SPSS, specifically the model Classificatio and regression tres, helps to understand concepts hypothesis testing, value "p" and probability.Results. A nursing student obtained his professional title and demonstrated sufficient knowledge it brings over of basic concepts in Statistics. We concludes that the use of predictive models support the learning of the students. Key Words. Nursing, Teaching, Statisitc, forecasting models

Abstract

The Ivorian government has popularized the cultivation of cotton in the north of Ivory Coast in order to reduce rural-urban migration, poverty, etc. Thus, the cotton program should involve all social categories (men, women, and youth) to achieve this ambitious objective of the state. But after more than three decades of cotton popularization, the reality in the field shows that, although women are strongly present at the production line, they are almost absents at marketing level. Without taking into account that, they rarely leave the production sphere to become farm managers. However, this culture has long been "boycotted" by the “Senoufo” farmers who consider it as a female and captive’s activity. This article aims to highlight and analyze the social representations constructed in cotton growing communities towards women, yet indispensable agents of this culture. In terms of methodology, the article is based on a qualitative approach with comprehensive goal focused on semi-structured interviews, observations and focus groups.

Abstract

This study focused on reasons why Science in Urban School Districts has been poorly received, and identified appropriate strategies necessary to help learners become confident in gaining better understanding in Chemistry. A high percentage of our students’ have failed to achieve passing grades on the statewide Chemistry Examination. This research described several obstacles that contribute to students’ poor performances in Chemistry.  Based on the findings from Clara Barton and Paul Robeson High Schools, adequate professional development and collaboration of human resources are key ingredients for dissolving the misconception of Chemistry awareness among our students. The action plan focused on: (1) improving students’ achievement on the Statewide Chemistry Regents Examination (2) providing teachers’ opportunities to implement monitor and evaluate new teaching practices (3) developing Chemistry workshops to increase collaboration and collegiality between principals, assistant principals, coaches, teachers and specialist from the district office. This plan was primarily aimed on having Chemistry teachers, reexamine their teaching styles and determine appropriate methods that will support students understanding of Chemistry better. This was accomplished via teachers sharing common prep time to conduct planning, assessment and decoding the Chemistry curriculum in order to eliminate irrelevant topics by aligning it with previous Chemistry Regents Examination also Science coaches will demonstrate best methods of teaching different Chemistry concepts.

Abstract

The article deals with the results of a study of 430 students’ lifestyle and their orientation towards health protection during the process of professional formation at the University. During the period of study, the students’ lifestyle undergoes significant changes: reduced amount of time spent on homework, increased the number of students who combine studies with work, reduced physical activity, increased proportion of students with excessive body mass, increased primary morbidity and prevalence of smoking. The physical health of young people is influenced mostly by the level of physical activity and the bodys resistance to catarrhal diseases. Monitoring the indicators of lifestyle and health allows students to assess the effectiveness of preventive and rehabilitation measures and develop scientifically based health-improving programs.Key words: students, health, lifestyle, time management, physical education, morbidity, smoking, nutrition
