Abstract

Sebagai instansi pemerintah yang bertugas melaksanakan penyuluhan, pelayanan, dan pengawasan Wajib Pajak, salah satu fungsi Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama (KPP) adalah pengumpulan, pencarian dan pengolahan data, pengamatan potensi perpajakan, penyajian informasi perpajakan, serta pendataan objek dan subjek. Dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi tersebut, perlu adanya perbaikan sistem dalam hal rekapitulasi data Wajib Pajak Tidak Lapor Tidak Bayar (WP TLTB). Pengawas atau Account Representative (AR) harus mengakses terlebih dahulu website terpadu pajak dan mencari data wajib pajak satu-persatu pada saat pemberian himbauan kepada WP TLTB. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Prototype untuk mempersingkat waktu pengembangan sistem informasi. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini AR tidak perlu susah payah untuk merekap satu-persatu data wajib pajak yang akan diberi himbauan atau di-visit. Form WP TLTB, data WP, data AR, dan data penerimaan pembayaran dapat dilihat secara efektif dan efisien di web SIMPEJAK, sistem informasi ini juga dirancang untuk melakukan rekapitulasi secara otomatis data WP TLTB (Wajib Pajak Tidak Lapor Tidak Bayar) sekaligus dapat mencetak surat himbauan secara otomatis.Kata Kunci: Pajak, Wajib Pajak, Sistem InformasiAbstract As a government agency tasked with carrying out counseling, services, and supervision of taxpayers, one of the functions of the Primary Tax Service Office (KPP) is collecting, searching and processing data, observing potential taxation, presenting tax information, and collecting data on objects and subjects. In carrying out these tasks and functions, it is necessary to improve the system in terms of recapitulation of taxpayer data not report non-payment (WP TLTB). The Account Representative (AR) must first access the integrated tax website and search for taxpayer data one by one at the time of giving an appeal to the WP TLTB. This study uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method of the Prototype model to shorten the time to develop information systems. With the existence of this information system AR does not need to struggle to recapitulate the taxpayer data one by one which will be given an appeal or visit. The WP TLTB form, WP data, AR data, and payment receipt data can be seen effectively and efficiently on the SIMPEJAK website, this information system is also designed to automatically recapitulate WP TLTB data (Taxpayers Not Reporting Not Pay) as well as printing an appeal letter automatically. Abstract

Seni termasuk kedalam salah satu aspek bagian terpenting untuk melengkapi kehidupan. Dengan adanya seni dalam musik menjadi salah satu tujuan untuk pembentuk kepribadian anak dikarenakan dapat meningkatkan logika, rasa estetis, dan tingkat kreatifitas. Di Kota Sukabumi terbentuk unit-unit Marching band baik berasal dari organisasi masyarakat maupun lingkungan sekolah yang menambah kegiatan ekstrakulikuler untuk siswa-siswanya. Sekarang ini Marching band GSKS telah memperluas penambahan anggota dengan menyertakan masyarakat umum untuk ikut bergabung menjadi anggota. Namun dalam penyampaian informasi unit ini masih menggunakan sistem manual, yaitu proses pendaftaran dan penerapan materi untuk calon anggota yang kurang efisien. Dengan membawa keunggulan internet dalam proses bisnis khususnya kegiatan promosi pendaftaran anggota akan memberikan manfaat bagi perusahaan yang menerapkan aplikasi. Sistem pendaftaran secara online akan memudahkan dalam proses pendataan calon pendaftar. Dalam penelitian ini dibuatkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis website dengan menggunakan model waterfall yang meliputi analisa kebutuhan sistem, desain, pembuatan kode program, pengujian, pendukung dan pemeliharaan. Dengan adanya website pendaftaran anggota baru pada Marching Band Gema Swara Kota Sukabumi (GSKS) dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pendaftaran, juga dapat diakses darimana saja melalui media internet.Kata Kunci : Model Waterfall, Pendaftaran, Anggota

Abstract

According to WHO, 17 million people die every year due to diseases of the heart and blood vessels around the world. Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) alone holds the title as the cause of death and disability in the world number one. It will be applied algorithm C4.5 decision tree feature selectionbased Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to find out how accurate the PSO feature selection to improve the accuracy of the C4.5 decision tree in predicting heart disease.The results for the accuracy of classification algorithm C4.5 worth 81,25%, whereas the accuracy for C4.5 classification algorithm based on PSO is worth 93,75% the value that is equal to 12,5% accuracy. While evaluation using ROC curve for both, the value of AUC by ROC curve for C4.5 classification algorithm is worth 0,718 with Fair diagnosis classification level, wheras for C4.5 classification algorithm based on PSO is worth 0,855 with Good Classification diagnosis rate, the difference in AUC values is 0,137. It can be concluded that the application of particle swarm optimization techniques can improve the accuracy of the algorithm C4.5.

Abstract

Universitas Terbuka merupakan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN) ke-45 di Indonesia yang menerapkan sistem belajar terbuka dan jarak jauh, keberhasilan pembelajaran lebih ditentukan oleh adanya jiwa kemandirian dan motivasi tinggi dari mahasiswa. Untuk mengetahui keberhasilan sistem pembelajaran yang diberikan, dilakukan survei menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada mahasiswa untuk mengetahui penilaian dari masing-masing mahasiswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengklaster dan mengklasifikasi data hasil kuesioner tingkat kepentingan sistem pembelajaran Universitas Terbuka dengan menggunakan software RapidMiner 9.0.0.3. Metode klasterisasi yang digunakan adalah algoritma k-medoids, sedangkan metode yang digunakan untuk klasifikasi adalah algoritma Naïve Bayes, k-NN, dan C4.5. Dari pengolahan data tersebut didapatkan hasil 2 klaster dengan pembagian data sebanyak 273 pada klaster 0 dan klaster 1 sebanyak 97 data. Pada proses klasifikasi, algoritma Naïve Bayes memperoleh nilai akurasi paling tinggi dibandingkan dengan algoritma yang lain dengan nilai akurasi sebesar 72,70% dengan nilai AUC sebesar 0,499. Sedangkan algoritma k-NN memperoleh nilai akurasi sebesar 71,62% dengan nilai AUC sebesar 0,438 dan algoritma C4.5 memperoleh nilai akurasi sebesar 68,92% dengan nilai AUC sebesar 0,450.

Abstract

Breast cancer is increasing in everycountries in the world, especially in developing countries likeIndonesia. Neural network is able to solve problems with the accuracy of data and not linear. Neuralnetwork optimization tested weeks to produce the best accuracy value, applying neural network withfeature selection methods such as Wrapper with Backward Elimination to raise the accuracy produced byNeural Network. Experiments conducted to obtain optimal architecture and to increase the value ofaccuracy. Results of the research is a confusion matrix to prove the accuracy of Neural network beforeoptimized by Backward Elimination was 96.42% and 96.71% after becoming optimized. This proves theestimation of feature selection trials using neural network-based method Backward Elimination moreaccurate than the individual neural network method.

Abstract

Information Technology Support in business is very big because affects the continuity of operational processes of organizations. In its management, Information Technology needs a standard that can help managers to see the gaps between business risks, control needs, and problems. In its management, Information Technology needs a standard that can help managers to see the gaps between business risks, control needs, and problems of existing techniques. IT Governance is a structure of relationships and processes that drive and manage the organization in achieving its objectives by providing value-added of Informatiom Technology utilization and balancing risk with the results provided by Information Technology and processes. Maharaja Ban is a company that is committed to developing business and serving the needs of customers, so it needs the support of good IT Governance.  COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) is one tool in the measurement of IT Governance that is used to view existing IT governance. COBIT has 4 domains, namely Plan and Organization (PO), Acquisition and Implementation (AI), Delivery and Support (DS), and Monitoring and Evaluate (ME). This research was conducted for the fourth domain is the restriction on the 34 process . Research results found that the level of maturity (maturity level) IT Governance at Maharaja Ban on level 2. This means that the current maturity level was below the expected level of maturity, so it needs to be improved to be located at the expected level.

Abstract

Based on the increase of libraries numbers both in the town and village also the amount of books owned by the libraries, the writer tried to give a solution in solving the difficulty to ease the readers in finding the books by using this application system. Based on the research method used in form of requirement analysis that is according to the users’ needs and doing both direct interview and observation around the student neighborhood, the writer concludes that there is a lot of difficulty for students / people in discovering the book they need. Actually, the management of books in all libraries will give a lot of advantageous for them who looking for the books. Thus, it will make them easier and faster to know the location where the particular books they need. Based on the explanation above, the writer made a website to convey facility in order to ease and to accelerate the searching process of the books. This also can intrigue people’s interest in reading. Afterwards, using this algorithm searching system may ease people’s access in getting the books they want just by typing key words for the books they ask.

Abstract

Abstrak Salah satu sumber pendapatan provinsi berasal dari pajak kendaraan yang disebut PKB. Pemprov Jabar sendiri menyebutkan jumlah kendaraan di Jawa Barat pada bulan September 2016 mencapai 15.750.624 unit. Sebanyak 13.447.117 unit atau 85,38 persen sepeda motor. Pemprov Jabar dan Pemprov Jabar meluncurkan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Pajak Online yang disebut SIPOLIN pada 21 Mei 2017. Aplikasi tersebut diperkenalkan kepada masyarakat terkait kemudahan pembayaran pajak kendaraan secara online. Aplikasi ini bisa diunduh via PlayStore sehingga orang tidak perlu lagi berbaris atau datang ke kantor Samsat. Dalam aplikasi ini,orang akan mengetahui informasi pajak kendaraan mereka. Tingkat kegunaan menjadi patokan, apakah sistem akan berguna, dapat diterima oleh pengguna dan bertahan lama di pasaran. Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana menguji antarmuka pengguna SIPOLIN dengan menggunakan Usability Testing dengan USE Questionnaire pada SIPOLIN versi 1.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua atribut memiliki nilai rata-rata di atas 3 yang mengindikasikan bahwa SIPOLIN memiliki aspek nilai kegunaan yang sangat baik. Kata Kunci: Antarmuka, Aplikasi, Sipolin, Pajak, Penggunaan Abstract One of the provincial revenue source is derived from vehicle tax called PKB. West Java Provincial Government itself states the number of vehicles in West Java at September 2016 reached 15,750,624 units. A total of 13,447,117 units of which or 85.38 percent are motorcycles. West Java Provincial Police and West Java provincial government launched the Online Tax Information System application called SIPOLIN on May 21, 2017. The application introduced to the public related to the ease of paying vehicle taxes online. This application can be downloaded via PlayStore so that people no longer need to line up or come to the Samsat office. In this application, people will know their vehicle tax information. Usability level becomes a benchmark, whether the system will be useful, acceptable to the user and last long in the market. This study focuses on how to test the user interface of SIPOLIN using Usability Testing with USE Questionnaire on SIPOLIN version 1.0. Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Selama ini semua proses pembelajaran di SMK Daarut Taufiq Tangerang masih bersifat konveksional, dengan kata lain bahwa proses belajar mengajar antara siswa dengan guru hanya dapat dilakukan dengan syarat terjadinya pertemuan antara siswa dengan guru di dalam kelas. Jika pertemuan antara siswa dengan guru tidak terjadi atau guru yang bersangkutan tidak hadir dan waktu pembelajaran yang dibatasi pihak sekolah m maka secara otomatis proses pembelajaran pun akan terhambat. Untuk merancang aplikasi ini digunakan metode pererancangan struktural yaitu pembuatan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) dan pembuatan Logical Relationship Structure (LRS) untuk merancang dan mendokumentasikan sistem perangkat lunak berdasarkan aliran data. Dengan adanya e-learning ini dapat membantu proses belajar mengajaran agar lebih optimal. Memudahkan para guru untuk dapat mendistribusikan materi pelajaran untuk siswa/i di SMK Daarut Taufiq Tangerang dn juga siswa/i dapat dengan mudah mendapat materi pelajaran. Kata Kunci: SMK Daarut Taufiq Tangerang, E-learning ABSTRACT So far, all learning process in SMK Daarut Taufiq Tangerang is still convective, in other words, that the teaching and learning process between students and teachers can only be done on the condition of meeting between students with teachers in the classroom. If the meeting between students and teachers does not occur or the teacher is not present and the learning time is limited by the school m then automatically the learning process will be hampered. To design this application used structural design method that is making Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and making Logical Relationship Structure (LRS) to design and documenting software system based on data flow. With this e-learning can help the teaching-learning process to be more optimal. Facilitate the teachers to be able to distribute the subject matter for students in SMK Daarut Taufiq Tangerang in also students / I can easily get the subject matter. Abstract

ABSTRAKTriloka Dago Sukabumi merupakan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah yang bergerak dibidang penjualan paket data internet seperti kartu kuota dan voucher kuota dari berbagai operator, dimana proses penjualannya masih bersifat konvensional. Laporan keuangan dan laporan yang digunakan juga masih bersifat konvensional, dimana perhitungannya masih menggunakan Excel. Terdapat masalah dalam penggunaan metode konvensional ini, yaitu adanya resiko manipulasi data stok awal maupun harga jual barang. Selain itu dalam menghitung omset harian yang didapat, memakan waktu yang lama karena karyawan perlu menunggu laporan yang dibuat oleh kepala regu. Maka dengan dibuatnya program ini dapat membantu mengefisiensikan waktu dan meminimalisir kesalahan dalam pembukuan. Perancangan program ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik, dimana program ini dapat menghematwaktu penghitungan omset harian, dan menghindari adanya selisih dalam penghitungan. Karena dengan digunakannya program ini, karyawan tidak perlu menunggu pembukuan harian yang dikirimkan oleh kepala regu, dan kepala regu tidak perlu mempersiapkan pembukuan harian kepada karyawan, karena sudah dipersiapkan oleh Program. Selain itu, kepala regu tidak perlu khawatir adanya manipulasi data, karena semua stok awal barang, dan harga barang, tidak dapat dimanipulasi oleh karyawan. Program ini pun memiliki laporan pembukuan harian maupun bulanan, dimana laporan ini dapat digunakan oleh kepala regu, dan owner untuk mengetahui keuntungan yang didapat. Kata kunci: Perancangan Aplikasi, Penjualan Kartu Perdana, Triloka Dago Sukabumi ABSTRACTTriloka Dago Sukabumi is small to middle micro business which involves the sales of internet access quota and quota voucher from a lot of providers, which the sales process itself is conventional. Financial statement and the report are also conventional that used Excel as its counter. There is a problem in this conventional method which is there is a risk on the stock data and the price itself. In spite of the profit counting in each day. It also takes a lot of time because the employees need to wait for the report that the leader group has made. Therefore, in making this program, it will help us to save our time and minimize the mistake that might appear in the daily report. This program design is the best solution for this program can save time in counting the the profit every day and avoid the difference on the calculation. By using this program, the employees do not have to wait for the daily report which has to be sent by the group leader and and the group leader does not have to prepare the daily report because it is already prepared. Besides, group leader can make sure that there is no manipulation in the data for all the stock of the goods and the price of the goods cannot be manipulated by the employees.
