Abstract

Empowerment of women has the aim of developing all the potential that women have, this empowerment is carried out through activities that can improve the welfare of women, especially helping improve the family economy. Methods of data collection with technical triangulation, to test the credibility of the data is done by checking the data to the same source with different techniques, in other words when the researcher has obtained data from the interview method, it is necessary to check again with other methods such as observation and documentation. So that it can be ascertained that the data is considered valid. Furthermore, a SWOT analysis is carried out, this analysis is used to formulate qualitatively and holistically both the internal and external environment of the entity being observed. The results of the research, First, the deepening of several industrial centers in the village of Sukajaya, Sukabumi District has different dynamics and characteristics. such as identity, age and education and the length of time workers have worked in centers in the location of this study, and Fourth, in order to realize the empowerment of women workers, integrated support is needed, both local agencies and community institutions (civil society), the private sector and educational institutions.  Keywords: Empowerment, women

Abstract

The learning method is currently done is face to face with the learning process Sundanese language subjectswith time once a week with a period of 1 hour so that the provision of material Sunda language is very limited.By this time limitation makes it difficult students in understanding the material provided. For that we need a funway of learning that should be improved by the teacher to the subject matter can be conveyed properly to thestudents so we need a tool for students to learn anytime and anywhere with a sense of fun. Intelligent agentsSundanese language learning can be one way to study for the selection of students for the intelligent agent is funand not boring in its use. This study uses data collection, analysis, project design, manufacture and testingprojects on intelligent agents that will be designed.

Abstract

Penggunaan Internet untuk kepentingan akademik belum diterapkan pada SMP Tunas Bangsa  Bogor,  ini  adalah  salah  satu  kelemahan  dari  informasi  dari  sekolah  kepada  siswa terutama mengenai informasi akademik terbaru. Dengan kesempatan ini dibuatkanlah desain software  sebuah  website  yang  berisi  semua  informasi  sekolah  akademik  termasuk  informasi absensi  siswa,  jadwal,  data  kelas,  nilai-nilai  pelajaran,  kalender  akademik,  dan  juga menyediakan  kebutuhan  akademik  guru.  Metode  yang  digunakan  pada  sistem  informasi akademik  sekolah  ini  menggunakan  metode  waterfall  yang  biasa  digunakan  untuk  aplikasi manufaktur,  baik  desktop  dan  berbasis  web.  Ada  beberapa  tahapan  dalam  desain  perangkat lunak ini, antara lain analisis kebutuhan ( requirement analysis), desain sistem perangkat lunak (system  and  software  design),  pengujian  (testing),  dan  Operasi  dan  Pemeliharaan  (operation and maintenance).

Abstract

AbstrakKurangnya  pengetahuan  tentang  penyakit  pneumonia  dan  penanganan  penyakit  pneumonia yang terbatas pada anak balita sering dialami oleh orang tua. Oleh karena itu, perlu tindakan atau  pengobatan  dini  untuk  mencegah  anak  balita  menderita  penyakit  pneumonia.  Melalui sistem  pakar  diagnosis  penyakit  pneumonia  yang diaplikasikan  dalam  bentuk  aplikasi  mobile berbasis android ini diharapkan dapat memenuhi nilai informasi  yang  lebih cepat dan fleksibel. Penelitian  ini  menganalisis  data  penyakit  pneumonia  pada  balita  dengan  menggunakan klasifikasi data mining yaitu algoritma C4.5. Dari 128 kasus yang terdiri dari 115 kasus pasien yang terinfeksi pneumonia dan 13 kasus pasien yang tidak terinfeksi penyakit pneumonia pada balita yang berasal dari UPTD Puskesmas Sukaraja, diperoleh 10 aturan yang dihasilkan dari algoritma pohon keputusan C4.5 dengan Jumlah kelas "Tidak" sebanyak 4 aturan dan jumlah kelas  "iya"  sebanyak  6  aturan,  sehingga  dapat  disimpulkan  bahwa  penelitian  yang diimplementasikan  ke  dalam  aplikasi  android  ini  dapat  membantu  pengguna,  terutama  orang tua dalam mendiagnosis penyakit pneumonia pada anak balita.Kata kunci: Sistem Pakar, Algoritma C4.5, Pneumonia, Balita, Aplikasi MobileAbstractLack  of  knowledge  on  pneumonia  disease  and  limited  handling  of  pneumonia  disease  in children  under  five  is  often  experienced  by  parents.  Therefore,  the  need  for  action  or  early treatment to prevent children under five suffering from pneumonia disease. Through the expert system  of  pneumonia  disease  diagnosis  applied  in  the  form  of  android -based  mobile applications is expected to meet the value of information more quickly and flexibly. This study analyzes data of pneumonia disease in children under five using data mining classification that is C4.5 algorithm. Of the 128 cases consisting of 115 cases of patients infected with pneumonia and 13 cases of patients who are not  infected with pneumonia disease in children under five obtained from UPTD Puskesmas Sukaraja, then obtained  10 rules generated from the decision tree  algorithm  C4.5  with  the  number  of  class  "  Not  "as  many  as  4  rules  and  the  number  of classes" yes "as much as 6 rules, so it can be concluded that the research is implemented into this android application can help users, especially parents in diagnosing pneumonia disease in children under five.Keywords: Expert System, C4.5 Algorithm, Pneumonia, Toddler, Mobile Application

Abstract

Abstrak Besarnya angka pengguna internet di Indonesia semakin membuka peluang bisnis baik di tingkat lokal maupun global. Perusahaan kecil dan besar berlomba-lomba memanfaatkan internet demi menunjang bisnis mereka. Penerapan teknologi e-commerce merupakan salah satu faktor yang penting untuk menunjang keberhasilan penjualan suatu produk dari sebuah perusahaan. Sistem prediksi jumlah transaksi penjualan dapat diterapkan pada aplikasi e-commerce. Metode K-Nearest Neighbor digunakan karena memiliki akurasi yang tinggi dengan rasio kesalahan kecil. Adapun hasil dari prediksi atau peramalan bermanfaat untuk membantu meningkatkan omzet penjualan perusahaan. Studi kasus penelitian ini dilakukan di Distro Folder yang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan pakaian seperti baju, jaket, celana, topi, tas dan aksesoris lainnya di Sukabumi. Dengan menggunakan website pembeli dapat lebih mudah dalam memilih dan memesan barang kapanpun dan dimanapun tanpa harus mengunjungi distro. Pembangunan website e-commerce yang memiliki sistem prediksi transaksi penjualan menggunakan metode K-Nearest Neighbour diharapkan dapat meningkatkan angka penjualan dengan lebih cepat, lebih luas jangkauan pasarnya serta lebih mudah dalam mengelola laporan penjualan. Kata Kunci: E-commerce, K-Nearest Neighbor, Web Abstract The large number of internet users in Indonesia increasingly opened business opportunities both at local and global levels. Small and big companies vying to use the internet to support their business. Application of e-commerce technology is one important factor to support the successful sale of a product of a company. The prediction system of the number of sales transactions can be applied to e-commerce applications. The K-Nearest Neighbor method is used because it has high accuracy with small error ratios. The result of prediction or forecasting is useful to help increase sales turnover of the company. Case study of this research is done in Distro Folder which is a company engaged in the sale of clothes such as clothes, jackets, pants, hats, bags and other accessories in Sukabumi. By using the buyer's website can be easier in choosing and ordering goods anytime and anywhere without having to visit the distro. The development of e-commerce website that has a sales transaction prediction system using K-Nearest Neighbors method is expected to increase sales figures with faster, wider range of market and easier in managing sales report. Abstract

AbstrakRegistrasi pasien adalah salah satu layanan rumah sakit yang harus selalu diunggulkan agar proses pelayanan kepada pasien berjalan lebih baik dan optimal. Ini tentu saja juga harus didukung oleh manajemen sistem yang dapat memfasilitasi kegiatan ini. Untuk proses pendaftaran pasien, Rumah Sakit Islam Assyifa telah mengembangkan Aplikasi SIMRS untuk memfasilitasi petugas dalam melakukan proses layanan pendaftaran. Selanjutnya, untuk proses verifikasi pasien BPJS, Rumah Sakit Islam Assyifa menggunakan Aplikasi Klaim Virtual yang dikembangkan oleh Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan (BPJS Kesehatan). Namun, Sistem SIMRS dan Klaim Virtual masih terpisah sehingga input selalu dilakukan dua kali untuk identitas satu pasien. Oleh karena itu perancangan aplikasi bridging system SIMRS dengan Virtual Claim dilakukan sehingga proses registrasi dan verifikasi dapat dilakukan dalam satu transaksi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan program Bridging System yang berfungsi menjembatani dua sistem yang sedang berjalan sehingga proses input data berjalan lebih efisien. Sistem bridging adalah penggunaan fasilitas teknologi informasi layanan web yang memungkinkan dua sistem berbeda sekaligus mampu melakukan dua proses tanpa campur tangan satu sistem pada sistem lain. Kata kunci: Sistem Bridging, SIMRS, Klaim Virtual, BPJS, Desain.   AbstractPatient registration is one of the hospital services that must always be seeded so that the process of service to patients runs better and optimally. This of course must also be supported by system management which can facilitate these activities. For the patient registration process, Assyifa Islamic Hospital has developed the SIMRS Application in order to facilitate officers in carrying out the registration service process. Furthermore, for the verification process of BPJS patients, Assyifa Islamic Hospital uses a Virtual Claim Application developed by the Health Social Security Administering Body (BPJS Kesehatan). However, the SIMRS System and Virtual Claim are still separate so that the input is always done twice for one patient's identity. Therefore the design of the bridging system SIMRS application with Virtual Claim is done so that the registration and verification process can be done in one transaction. This study resulted in a Bridging System program that serves to bridge the two systems that are running so that the data input process runs more efficiently. Bridging system is the use of a web service information technology facility that allows two different systems at the same time capable of carrying out two processes without the intervention of one system on another system. Keywords: Bridging System, SIMRS, Virtual Claim, BPJS, Design.

Abstract

AbstrakYayasan Al-Hamidiyah merupakan sebuah yayasan yang berlokasi di Cisaat Kabupaten  Sukabumi yang memberlakukan iuran rukun kematian bagi warga sekitar. Iuran tersebut merupakan iuran wajib bulanan yang dibayarkan warga (per-Kepala Keluarga) atas dasar kesepakatan bersama. Iuran ini bertujuan untuk meringankan beban anggota keluarga yang terkena musibah beban kematian. Dalam pengelolaan iuran kematian, seringkali terjadi iuran yang tidak merata dan pencatatan data yang tidak tertata sehingga mengakibatkan sulitnya mencari data yang sudah diinput sebelumnya. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini  adalah metode kualitatif. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka dibuatlah sistem berbasis web sebagai alat bantu dalam pengolahan data dan untuk menunjang pertanggungjawaban dalam penyajian laporan yang efektif dan efisien serta mempermudah dalam menghasilkan informasi yang berkualitas seperti yang dibutuhkan. Pembuatan sistem tersebut dikembangkan menggunakan model pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall. Dengan adanya sistem ini, proses pengelolaan iuran kematian antara pihak yayasan dan rukun kematian menjadi lebih terorganisir dengan baik dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan serta efektivitas kinerja pihak yayasan. Keywords: Pengelolaan Iuran, Rukun Kematian, Sistem Informasi, Web AbstractAl-Hamidiyah Foundation is a foundation located in Cisaat, Sukabumi Regency, which imposes a death benefit contribution for local residents. The fee is a compulsory monthly fee paid by residents (per Head of Family) based on mutual agreement. This contribution aims to ease the burden on family members affected by the death burden. In the management of death contributions, there are often uneven contributions and recording of unorganized data, making it difficult to find data that has been previously inputted. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. To overcome these problems, a web-based system was created as a tool in data processing and to support accountability in the presentation of reports that are effective and efficient and make it easier to produce quality information as needed. The making of the system was developed using the waterfall software development model. With this system, the process of managing death contributions between the foundation and the pillars of death has become more organized and can improve the quality of services and the effectiveness of the foundation's performance. Keywords: Contribution Management, Pillars of Death, Information Systems, Web

Abstract

Apart from being a Server Control Center is also the access gateway to the outside world, to maintain good communication access necessary servermaintenance of adequate physical security monitoring, such as server space and server room temperature. When the room temperature is too hot it will affect server performance and server equipment will be easily damaged, use of temperature sensors as the sensor becomes one of the solutions used. Temperature readings using the arduino, arduino is able to read 10bit analog signal , arduino using the ATMega328p in use to display temperature in the LCD PCD8544. Through fuzzy logic that his Input in the form of Crips Error and different Error, the system will control the fan according to the temperature of the sugeno method FIS server space in accordance with imposed according to company policies, if room temperature exceeds the specified threshold control method and system by itself is not successful, the arduino will give orders (AT Command) on the GSM Modem, to give a warning in the form of SMS to the clerk and overheating when the LCD will Flash with the words "WARNING" and alarm reads. System to meet the specifications of the original design by keeping the normal temperature of 22 o C, the fan is used to maintain a normal temperature. The tool that has been created is an embedded system that can be used and developed for other purposes, temperature-controlled room, apart from the server room.

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi (TI) dapat meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing suatu organisasi, sehingga banyak organisasi bergantung pada TI, tidak terkecuali dengan SMK Tunas Harapan. Dalam menjalankan aktivitas layanannya, SMK Tunas Harapan didukung oleh Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan. Konsep Information of Technology (IT) governance adalah cara mengelola penggunaan teknologi informasi di sebuah organisasi. IT Governance menggabungkan good practices dari perencanaan dan pengorganisasian, pembangunan dan pengimplementasian, penyaluran dan pelayanan, serta memonitor kinerja sistem informasi untuk memastikan informasi dan teknologi yang dapat mendukung tujuan dan misi organisasi. Salah satu cara mengetahui hal tersebut adalah dengan melakukan proses audit dan analisi terhadap sistem tersebut. COBIT (Control Obejctive for Information and Related Technology) adalah standar control SI yang sifatnya umum serta dapat diterima dan diterapkan oleh organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis sistem informasi perpustakaan SMK Tunas Harapan dengan cara melakukan analisis internal controlnya menggunakan COBIT framework. IT Maturity Model merupakan model yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan pengelolaan teknologi informasi dalam suatu organisas, yang meliputi : tingkat 0 (non-existent), tingkat 1 (initial), tingkat 2 (repeateable), tingkat 3 (defined), tingkat 4 (managed) dan tingkat 5 (optimised). Semakin tinggi maturity level akan semakin baik proses pengelolaan teknologi informasi. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan domain delivery and support (DS) dipilih untuk melakukan analisis pada setiap level proses IT COBIT. Dari hasil penelitihan ini diperoleh data tingkat kematangan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan pada level rata-rata 2,67 (repeatable but intuitive) dari domain DS1, DS4, DS5, DS7, DS8, DS10, DS11 dan DS12. Keywords: Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan, Internal Control, Cobit Framework

Abstract

The use of Internet technology today has become a very important requirement and even support allthe activities of our daily work, saah them is the emergence of a new program offered by TelkomIndonesia: Indonesia Wireless Fidelity (wifi.id). This service has been used by the entire territory ofIndonesia which has given Access Point is no exception Sukabumi area. Hence it is important to knowhow the effectiveness of its use in the community. The model is used to look into the matter is referredto the model of success that DeLone & McLean in which there are several factors that InformationQuality, System Quality, Quality of Service, intensity of use, satisfaction Usage and Net Benefits, withdata processing methods SEM (Structure Equation modeling) and using AMOS 21.0 software. Fromthis study proved the quality of service affects the intensity of the user , the intensity of use satisfactionaffect users , and user satisfaction affects the net benefitsKeywords: Methods DeLone & McLean, wifi.id, SEM.
