Abstract

Decision-making is the selection of several alternative measures exist to achieve one or more goals or intentionswhich have been determined (Turban, 2005). Problems occur if there is a decision support not as expected and thelack of objectivity in decision making. Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making (F-MADM) is a decision supportsystem is quite simple and can be one of the alternative methods of making decisions if alternative or variables thatare used quite a lot. In this study, the research done to make the selection of the supplier of IT infrastructure byusing Analytical Methods Hierarcy Process (AHP) where this method would use the factors that have been there inaccordance with the provisions of the company, the existing criteria will be sought priority of each criterion todetermine which is more important criteria. Decisions can be taken based on the results of stimuli respondents, byadministering a questionnaire containing a comparison between the criteria and alternatives as a test (Supplier)about the decisions involved in choosing the supplier. And by using the tools expert choice in 2000 in dataprocessing with Hierarcy Analytical Method Process (AHP). The end result of this research puts PT.BuanaGloblindo Consistent with the weight of 47.2%, CV.Brianco Main Partners with weights of 29.3%, and PT.TelecomVisitama with a weight of 23.5%. The highest ranking in the selection of suppliers of raw materials are those whichhave the greatest weight.

Abstract

AbstrakBeasiswa yang ada di sekolah ditawarkan oleh pihak pemerintah maupun swasta untuk membantu seseorang yang kurang mampu ataupun berprestasi selama menempuh studinya. Banyaknya jumlah siswa sekolah mengakibatkan pihak sekolah mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan siswa yang berhak mendapatkan beasiswa. Untuk mempermudah memilih siapa saja siswa yang berhak mendapatkan beasiswa, maka digunakanlah metode  Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode ini dipilih dengan cara membuat kriteria-kriteria dan menentukan nilai bobot yang dilanjutkan dengan perangkingan pada tahap akhir. Dalam penelitian ini, beasiswa dapat diperoleh apabila calon penerima memenuhi kriteria yang sudah ditentukan yakni penghasilan orang tua, nilai siswa, jumlah tanggungan orang tua, jumlah saudara kandung dan jumlah pengeluaran orang tua perbulan. Dengan metode ini, bisa lebih akurat dalam mendapatkan hasil akhir karena menggunakan bobot untuk kriteria. Dalam penelitian ini, didapat 12 siswa yang berhak mendapatkan beasiswa berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Kata kunci: Pemberian Beasiswa, Metode Simple Additive Weighting(SAW).AbstractScholarships available in schools are offered by both government and private parties to help someone who is less able or accomplished during his  studies. The large number of school students resulted in the school having difficulty in determining the students who are eligible for a scholarship. To simplify the selection of students who are eligible for a scholarship, the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used. This method is selected by creating criteria and determining the value of weight that is followed by ranking in the final stages. In this study, scholarships can be obtained if the prospective recipient meets the predefined criteria of  parent income, student value, the number of parent dependents, sibling number and monthly parental expenditure. With this method, it can be more accurate in getting the final result because it uses the weights for the criteria. In this study, obtained 12 students who are eligible to get a scholarship based on predetermined criteria.Keywords: Grant of Scholarship, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pemanfaatan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi dalam proses pemerintahan akan meningkatkan efisiensi, efektifitas, transparansi dan akuntabilitas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, telah disadari oleh negara Indonesia melalui Inpres No. 3 Th 2003, pemerintah dalam hal ini Departemen Komunikasi dan Informatika telah menetapkan Kebijakan dan Strategi Nasional tentang pengembangan e-government. Sehingga dituntut adanya website pemerintah yang berkualitas. Berdasarkan hal itu, penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengukur kualitas website pemerintah kota Depok yaitu www.depok.go.id yang ditinjau dari sisi kepuasan pengguna akhir menggunakan metode webqual 4.0, yang terdiri dari tiga dimensi yaitu usability (kemudahan penggunaan), information quality (kualitas informasi) dan interaction quality (kualitas interaksi). Pengambilan sampelnya adalah pegawai yang ada di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (diskominfo) kota Depok karena dianggap dapat mewakili keseluruhan pegawai yang ada di kantor pemerintahan kota Depok dan sering mengakses website tersebut. Penelitian ini mendapatkan sebuah kesimpulan bahwa dari 3 dimensi webqual 4.0 hanya dimensi information quality dan interaction quality yang dinilai berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna website, sedangkan dimensi usability dinilai tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna website. Kata Kunci : e-government, Kualitas Website, Webqual 4.0 Abstract The utilization of information and communication technology in the governmental process will improve the efficiency, effectiveness, transparency and accountability of the government administration, has been recognized by the state of Indonesia through Presidential Decree No. 3 Th 2003, the government in this case the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has set a National Policy and Strategy of the development of e-government. So this required quality government website. Accordingly, this study attempts to measure the quality of Depok city government website that www.depok.go.id viewed from the side of end user satisfaction using WebQual 4.0, which consists of three dimensions, namely usability (ease of use), information quality (quality information), and interaction quality (quality of interaction). The sample collection is an employee in the Office of Communications and Information Technology (diskominfo) Depok city as a whole is considered to represent an employee in Depok city government offices and often access the website. This research get a conclusion that from 3 dimension of webqual 4.0 only dimension of information quality and interaction quality which assessed have an effect on to website user's satisfaction, while usability dimension is not influenced to website user's satisfaction. Abstract

Abstrak Teknologi komputer telah banyak membantu perusahaan dalam menjalankan kegiatan bisnis, dalam hal ini akuntansi sangat berperan penting bagi perusahaan sebagai penunjang kegiatan. Dengan didukung teknologi komputer, pencatatan transaksi bisnis yang sebelumnya menggunakan buku dan memerlukan tempat pengarsipan dapat diganti dengan teknologi komputer. Penggunaan aplikasi komputer akuntansi sangatlah efektif dan efisien bagi seorang pengusaha dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. PT Aulia Prima Alami adalah perusahaan dagang yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan berbagai macam jenis gula dan jahe. Sistem pencatatan data transaksi keuangan pada PT Aulia Prima Alami masih belum menerapkan sistem yang terkomputerisasi, sehingga dalam pembuatan laporan menjadi terhambat. Adanya perkembangan teknologi untuk pencatatan transaksi keuangan dengan terciptanya software MYOB Premier V16 sangat membantu perusahaan dalam pengolahan data transaksi keuangan. Hasil dari penerapan memperlihatkan bahwa aplikasi MYOB Premier dapat berjalan dengan baik dan dapat mengatasi permasalahan penjualan, pembelian, pencatatan uang masuk, pencatatan uang keluar dan pembuatan laporan keuanganyang ada pada PT Aulia Prima Alami. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Transaksi, Keuangan, PT Aulia Prima Alami Abstract Computer technology has been helped the companies in running the bussiness, in this case accounting is very important for the companiesas the activity support. By the support from computer technology, the record of bussiness transaction which using the book before and need to be archieved can be replaced with computer technology. The use of computer accounting application is very effective and efficience for an entrepreneurin running their bussiness. PT Aulia Prima Alami is a trade company which handle in selling variants of sugar and ginger. The financial data recording system in PT Aulia Prima Alami still not applying the computerization system, which obstracting the report. The exsitance technology development for recording the financial transaction with innovation from the latest software MYOB Premier V16 is very helpful for the company in developing the financial data. The result of this apply shows that MYOB Premier application can running well and also can resolve the problems of selling, buying, the recording of input fund, ouput fund and the making of financial report in PT Aulia Prima Alami. Abstract

Abtraksi    Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor paling penting dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsi pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Sukabumi.Tolak ukur prestasi kerja pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Sukabumi merupakan kemampuan pegawai untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan umum secara optimal. Keberhasilan atau kegagalan kinerja pegawai Dinas Lingkuhan Hidrup Kota Sukabumi dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kinerja pegawai secara individu atau dalam kelompok. Dengan asumsi semakin baik kinerja pegawai maka semakin baik kinerja entitas. Untuk itu entitas perlu menetapkan tujuan kinerja pegawai yang akan dicapai. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 74,48% menunjukkan besarnya efek dari kemampuan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai, sisanya sebesar 25,52% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain, maka DLH Kota Sukabumi perlu terus berupaya meningkatkan kemampuan pegawainya untuk meningkatkan kinerja, baik pegawai maupun organisasi, melalui pelatihan-pelatihan ataupun dengan melakukan rotasi pegawai            Kata Kunci: Kemampuan pegawai, kinerja pegawai Abstact Human resources are the most important factor in carrying out the main tasks and functions of the Department of Environment employees in Sukabumi City. The measure of work performance in the Department of Environment of Sukabumi City is the ability of employees to be able to improve the quality of public services optimally. The success or failure of the performance of employees of the Hidrup City Department of Sukabumi City is influenced by the level of performance of employees individually or in groups. Assuming the better the performance of employees, the better the performance of the entity. For this reason, entities need to set goals for employee performance to be achieved. From the results of the study, the determination coefficient value of 74.48% indicates the magnitude of the effect of the ability of employees on employee performance, the remaining 25.52% is influenced by other variables, the DLH of Sukabumi City needs to continue to improve the ability of employees to improve performance, both employees and organization, through training or by rotating employeesKeywords: Employee ability, employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the participation of the community of Gunung Geulis Village, particularly vulnerable groups, in managing resources in order to reduce disaster risk; (2) increasing the capacity of citizens and officials on disaster management and (3) the performance of the Village DRR forum. This study uses a qualitative method. The subjects of this study were Gunung Geulis village secretaries using the interview method. The results showed (1) personnel from the disaster management forum planted trees on landslides prone area and made archery embankments, (2) Gunung Geulis Village as a program implementer of Disaster Resilient Village had been actively conducting routine and ongoing training every once a month in an effort capacity development on disaster management, (3) the Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) forum of Gunung Geulis village has carried out passive mitigation efforts such as making mapping and analysis of disaster risk, even though there is no document compiled. DRR personnel also carry out mitigation and early warning efforts through information through pamphlets, brochures, and other village meetings. In addition, active mitigation efforts have been made by the DRR team.

Abstract

The development of information technology is very fast and can provide significant impact in all aspects of human life. This development led to the change of the role of technology in the world of business or organization. Information technology that does not support the needs of businessestoday need to be aligned with the strategy and objectives of the Organization so that the need to set up an outline of the strategic planning of information systems. The three main objectives of the efforts of the application of information system (SI) and information technology (it) within anorganization. The first, repair work efficiency by performing automation processes that manage information. Second, improve the effectiveness of management information in order to satisfy the needs with decision making. Third, improve the competitiveness or enhance the Organization'scompetitive advantage by changing style and way of doing business (Ward & amp; Peppard, 2002). The basic concepts used in drawing up the framework for strategic planning of information systems and information technology (SI/TI) at a College is the methodology put forward by JohnWard and Joe Peppard. Framework for strategic planning of information systems and information technology (SI/TI) proposed consists of 5 stages, namely: stage- 1-identification of the Organization, namely the stage-2: analysis of the business environment and information, stage-3SI/TI target, 4-stage determine strategic SI/TI and stage-5 is a plan and implementation. Analysis of the strategy of using the PESTEL analysis methods, analysis of BCG Matrix, an analysis of Porter's Six Force, SWOT analysis, Value Chain Analysis, analysis of the CSF and the BalancedScorecard.The results of the research is creating a framework of planning strategy that integrates TI SI/so it makes it easier for management to manage a resource to generate needed information, accurate, can be used jointly by all the parties.

Abstract

Aplikasi Poliklinik adalah sebuah sistem informasi prosedur pelayanan kesehatan berbasis web yang digunakan untuk mendata, mengelola, dan memantau jalur informasi pelayanan pengobatan pasien. Poliklinik adalah tempat layanan medis umum untuk pasien rawat jalan dan umumnya terdiri dari beberapa dokter praktek, dengan beberapa anggota seperti perawat, dan apoteker yang merangkap kasir. Penerapan pada klinik dr. Iqbali Taufan, peneliti membuat aplikasi yang cukup sederhana, mudah digunakan namun sangat berguna untuk tenaga kesehatan dan staf administrasi dalam memberikan pelayanan yang baik, teratur, dan efisien. Dimulai dari pendaftaran pasien, pemantauan antrian pasien, periksa dokter, pencatatan rekam medis, pemberian obat-obatan, dan tagihan. Peneliti menggunakan templat SB Admin 2 Bootstrap 4 responsif untuk halaman muka aplikasi web, paket XAMPP yang mencangkup PHP, web server Apache, basis data MariaDB. Hasil perancangan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Poliklinik ini diharapkan dapat membantu dan memberikan solusi kepada klinik maupun poliklinik dari beberapa permasalahan yang ada dimana cara yang saat ini digunakan masih secara manual atau konvensional..Kata Kunci:  Aplikasi Poliklinik, Web Medis Bootstrap 4, Klinik dr. Abstract

School is one institution that has the duty and function to seek, promote and foster the potential of thestudents. Various factors affect the quality of education among which is the curriculum, instructionalmedia, learning and other methods can also give effect to student interest. Students' interest often affectstudent learning outcomes, with interest in learning the low is likely to produce learning outcomes thatare not optimal, in addition to the above lack of student interest is also influenced by the learning methodthat teachers are still using a system of conventional teaching by means lecture. The results ofobservations at one junior high school students to the data values are still many students who get lowmarks, especially in science subjects. This is caused by boredom experienced by the students of theatmosphere in the classroom, as well as the delivery of content media pembelajaan unattractive anddifficult to be understood by the students. So in need of a new system that can support teaching andlearning activities, one of which is interactive learning with intelligent agent-based animation. Abstract

Tingkat satuan pendidikan yang dianggap sebagai dasar pendidikan adalah sekolah dasar. Di sekolah inilah anak didik mengalami proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran yang merupakan bekal kemampuan dasar membaca, menulis dan berhitung juga yang tak kalah penting yaitu pendidikan karakter. Sehingga pemilihan sekolah dasar yang dapat mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan dasar secara tepat merupakan impian setiap orang tua agar anaknya dapat berkembang sesuai dengan harapan. Banyaknya sekolah dasar islam yang berkualitas dan sesuai dengan visi misi orang tua dengan beragam keunggulannya sering membuat orang tua bingung menentukan pilhan. Sistem penunjang keputusan ini diharapkan dapat membantu orang tua menentukan pilihan sekolah dasar yang terbaik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil akhir penelitian ini yaitu nilai tertinggi untuk pilihan responden adalah sekolah SDIT Al Hamidiyah, pilihan kedua SDIT Miftahul Ulum, pilihan ketiga Sekolah Alam Indonesia, pilihan keempat SDIT Darajatul Ulum.
