Abstract

Determining which housing to choose by consumers is influenced by many factors, including price, location, facilities, environment, and house design. The housing selection process is very important so that prospective buyers do not make the wrong choice. In this study, an assessment of housing selection load was carried out based on four main factors used as a reference in decision making, namely price, location, facilities, house design, and environment. One method that can be used to solve problems in housing selection is the TOPSIS (Technique for Orders Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method which is a multi-criteria decision-making method that applies the principle that the chosen alternative must have the closest distance to the ideal positive solution and the farthest distance. with a negative ideal solution. With this method consumers can make choices or make a decision by determining the weight value for each attribute, then proceed with a ranking process that will provide the best alternative from a number of alternatives, the alternative that has the highest weight value is the alternative option that has the highest priority value. Based on this method, the ranking results will be obtained which will be used as a reference in determining decision making. The result of the calculation process of the TOPSIS method is in the form of housing selection information that is closest to the choice desired by consumers who want to have an ideal home.Keywords: housing, assessment weight, topsis

Abstract

It is undeniable that technology is developing very fast. All the activities in the company or agency have shifted to computerization. The hospital is no exception. In providing health services to patients, hospitals are required to be able to do it quickly, precisely, and efficiently by not reducing the quality standard of service. The use of conventional systems makes hospitals hampered in the implementation of service activities. Whereas hospitals have an obligation to create, implement and maintain quality standards of health services in hospitals as a reference in serving patients. At the Ibnu Sina Mother and Child Hospital, in the service of patients for outpatient registration they still use the conventional system so that it is necessary to transition the system from conventional to computerized in order to maintain the quality of service. The system needed, namely registration and management of outpatient data. The system is prepared using the waterfall method as a method of software development and implementing the system in the form of a desktop application using the programming language Codeigniter 3, PHP 7, and Bootstrap 4. It is expected that with this system, hospitals can run better and can improve hospital quality in services so that patients feel satisfied with the services provided by the hospital.

Abstract

The procurement of the goods or services of a company is determined by qualied suppliers. Therefore, it is necessary for a company to choose and evaluate the suppliers that have cooperated based on the required criteria. The purpose is that all of the suppliers can compete in improving the quality and their consistency as a supplier to the company. The process to decide the appropriate supplier in this study is multicriteria support decision methods that can help in the consistency's criteria and the accuracy of the decision. Here we perform the calculation criteria for consistency with the AHP method that will further calculate the weight of criteria and alternatives against the criteria using the method of MABAC and WASPAS. The results of the data comparison using the method of MABAC have actual results with the suppliers recommended and not recommended compared to the method of WASPAS.

Abstract

Salah satu wujud nyata Pemerintah Kabupaten Tana Tidung dalam mengelola program kerjanya secara transparan dan akuntabel adalah melalui proses monitoring dan evaluasi (monev) secara komprehensif dan berkala. Hanya saja selama ini proses monev masih dilakukan secara manual dengan beberapa kelemahan, seperti format laporan yang tidak seragam, keterlambatan proses penyampaian laporan untuk SKPD yang jauh, terjadinya kesalahan input dalam laporan karena data tercecer, dan tidak adanya kontrol monitoring progress realisasi anggaran per triwulan secara efektif dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengusulkan untuk mengembangkan Simdalev (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pengendalian dan Evaluasi Pembangunan Daerah) Kabupaten Tana Tidung. Simdalev ini dibangun dalam bahasa pemrograman web PHP diatas framework CodeIgniter dan generator CRUD Harviacode. Pengembangan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Waterfall atau biasa disebut SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) dan diuji terhadap 33 responden dengan pengujian black-box, kompabilitas, dan usabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengujian black-box sebagian besar bernilai valid, pengujian kompatibilitas bernilai kompabilitas untuk semua jenis browser, serta pengujian usabilitas bernilai 80,79 yang menunjukkan antarmuka Simdalev dapat digunakan oleh pengguna dengan mudah.

Abstract

Companies need an information system that supports and can provide fast and accurate data. This research was conducted as an effort to improve the existing payroll system so that it is more effective and efficient. At this time several companies engaged in the payroll system services are still at their maximum, starting from recording attendance to payroll, making it possible when the process takes place there are errors in payroll, inaccurate reports made and late in searching for the required data. The research information system uses object-oriented Unified Modeling Language (UML) software modeling. Researchers use Unified Modeling Language modeling with the aim that the desired system can be provided properly so that problems in the existing system are resolved. This uml modeling process begins with analyzing the system's needs and implementing it in usecase traffic diagrams by making class diagrams, sequence diagrams, and activity diagrams. UML software modeling also provides benefits in software development and is able to monitor the flow or system flow expected by the company. This research also uses the approach waterfall method, namely analysis, design, code generation program, testing and maintenance in designing. This information system design is the best solution to solve problems that exist in the payroll system. The payroll system that utilizes software to support the process provides a very effective contribution to the company and the development process will still be carried out for existing problems.

Abstract

In this era of digitalization, there are many companies that have problems in delivering information. This makes the data management process slow, as well as providing information when needed, which hinders the process of selling or releasing goods. There are still many large companies in Indonesia that have not applied technology to be one of the reasons for the author to create a web-based inventory design application to facilitate the delivery of the required information, especially in information regarding reports of goods in and out, final stock reports and all problems related to stock. By designing the system towards a better direction, it is hoped that it can help and facilitate the ongoing system processes in managing data, including processing, compiling, and storing data which ultimately produces accurate data that can be used for company needs. The results of the analysis are described using the UML modeling language and applying the Rapid Application Development model. Implementation is in the form of the final result achieved, namely the formation of a web-based information system that can make it easier for users to process data.

Abstract

Perusahaan kecil dan menengah yang mulai berkembang pesat harus mulai berpikir untuk melindungi semua aset sistem informasi untuk kelangsungan hidup di industri 4.0. Menjaga kelangsungan operasi perusahaan merupakan masalah. Serangan cyber tidak hanya menyerang perusahaan besar tetapi juga secara acak mengancam level perusahaan lain. Identifikasi ancaman dan serangan cyber merupakan masalah utama. Perusahaan tidak memahami dengan baik celah dalam risiko keamanan jaringan komputer. Banyak risiko yang akan dihadapi dari segi ekonomi, operasional, dan teknologi yang harus diperhitungkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar perusahaan memiliki kemampuan untuk memahami posisi keamanan teknologi informasi dan sistem informasi. Akibatnya, perusahaan masih perlu menyesuaikan objeknya dari risiko tinggi menjadi risiko rendah. Salah satu panduan Manajemen Risiko yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan sistem teknologi informasi kritis adalah standar dari NIST. Penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara  dengan karyawan perusahaan sehingga dapat memberikan solusi untuk memperbaiki sistem informasi agar dapat bertahan dalam persaingan bisnis

Abstract

PT. Jasa Angkasa Semesta. Tbk. perusahaan  yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa pengiriman barang dan eskpedisi. PT. Jasa Angkasa Semesta. Tbk.sangat membutuhkan perancangan perangkat lunak yang memadai dalam mengelola dan menjalankan segala aktivitas perusahaan. Salah satunya adalah Rancang Bangun  Build Up dan Break Down Cargo Valuable yang sekarang belum terkomputerisasi dan terintegrasi dengan baik, sehingga masih memiliki banyak kekurangan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan tersebut, khususnya untuk menangani masalah pengiriman barang. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pendekatan terstruktur yang menggunakan beberapa alat bantu dan teknik pengerjaan, seperti component diagram, entity relationship diagram (ERD), black box test. Dan model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall. Dimana model Waterfall merupakan urutan aktivitas yang dilakukan dalam pengembangan sistem mulai dari penentuan masalah, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan implementasi, integrasi, uji sistem, penerapan dan pemeliharaan. Dengan diimplementasikannya sistem informasi sistem tersebut dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengolahan data build up dan break down cargo valuable tersebut. Dihimbau kepada bagian admin agar terus melakukan maintenance sehingga aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan normal.

Abstract

Iris mata terletak di antara kornea mata dan lensa mata, yang berfungsi untuk mengontrol intensitas atau jumlah cahaya yang masuk dengan cara melebarkan dan mengecilkan pupil. Setiap orang memiliki iris yang berbeda dan memiliki stabilitas sepanjang hidup, kecuali terjadi kerusakan yang tidak disengaja pada iris seperti terjadi kecelakaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan pengklasifikasian dan identifikasi pengenalan citra iris dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran atau machine learning. Metode yang diusulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan ekstraksi fitur seperti HOG, Hu-Moments, dan Haralick dengan algoritma klasifikasi yang terdiri dari LR, LDA, KNN, RF, CART, NB, dan SVM. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan dalam mengklasifikasikan iris dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan ekstraksi fitur sangat berpengaruh pada nilai akurasi yang dihasilkan. Dalam hal ini nilai akurasi terbaik diperoleh dari penggabungan ekstraksi fitur HOG dan haralick pada algoritma Random Forest dengan nilai akurasi sebesar 81.38℅.
