Abstract

Good IT management application of information technology is expected to run optimally . IT management is best done by assessing the suitability anatara application of IT and business processes of the organization. With the increasing use of IT in business , IT governance becomes important concepts discussed . IT governance information system services to customers in digibook been done although still not running optimally because they have not reached the expected level of maturity . Analysis was conducted to determine the maturity level of IT governance maturity level based on the condition of governance institutions currently obtained through questionnaire , interview and observation in accordance with the standards set by COBIT. Analysis maturity level is done by processing the results of the questionnaire respondents maturity models . Questionnaire design is done by providing a number of questions for each level of control objectives that exist in the Domain Monitoring and Evaluation ( ME ) . The level of maturity ( Maturity Level ) that exist in every domain of IT processes contained in the monitor and Evaluate ( ME ) on average 3,246 and still be at level 3 ( defined process).Keywords: COBIT , Monitoring and Evaluation ( ME ) , IT Governance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis Object-Oriented Urban Revenue Information System is developed by analyzing the needs of the Village Office of Belitang Satu Kabupaten Sekadau West Kalimantan. The preparation of Revenue and Expenditure Budget still use Microsoft Excel application. To process the data, especially financial data required the use of certain calculation formulas. And the capacity of data in Microsoft Excel is also limited to a certain amount. With the help of Unified Modeling Language (UML), the information system design of Revenue and Expenditure Budget is made. The UML types used are Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and Deployment Diagrams. The design of this application can be a reference in making the information system in the future so that it can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the performance of the  apparatus. Keywords: Information System, Object Oriented and UML.

Abstract

Banking, especially commercial banks is at the core of the financial system of each country. The Bank is a financial institution that becomes a venue for companies, agencies - government and private entities, and individuals to save funds - funds. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (BBRI) and PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. (BMRI) are the two giant banking companies that excel and consistently dominate the banking industry in Indonesia, but in order to assess whether or not a bank is not only seen from the value of its assets, one of the tools that can be used to assess banks are financial ratios. The purpose of this study was to analyze the comparative financial performance. Bank Mandiri Tbk. with PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. using financial ratios period 2011-2015.This study uses secondary data, in the form of annual financial statements of banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011 - 2015. Of the total financial performance analyzed include four ratios measured, namely EPS, PER, PBV and DER seen that the financial performance. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. dominates overall than PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. Tests were performed using one-way ANOVA test can be partially seen that there are differences in the average financial performance of the two companies is based on PER. But simultaneously, the statistics on the test results of this study show the difference in financial performance between the two companies. These results indicate that the establishment of a portfolio consisting of both types of shares that will provide optimal results considering both these stocks have a different characteristic views of its financial performance.

Abstract

Research is done to make a choice of an employee who is entitled to get a bonus with the methods anp, In which method is using the factor that there are companies, according to the terms of the criteria to look for the precedence of any criterion for determining criteria that is more important. So for every focusing only one criteria of judgment dominant.So that it can be used as a guideline to give judgment against the employee, For employees can motivate others to improve its performance. A decision can be taken based on the results of stimuli that respondents a questionnaire containing comparisons between the criteria and alternative as a test ( employees ) decision maker involved in its evaluation employees. Research methods used are questionnaire, librarianship, and respoden. Opinion of respondents very important in the provision of opinion calculating-wise priority cluster because with the data of respondents we can know that the alternatives that are compared having their priorities different. Based on the above test had employees who are entitled to a bonus that employee A and C whereas with methods that are in use by the company employees get bonus is employee E.Keyword: decision, motivation, criteria

Abstract

ABSTRACTEvery company or institution needs a data processing application system and employee salary calculation. CV. Frici is a company engaged in the garment. Currently the company only uses Microsoft Excel applications in the process of calculating the salaries of employees and data storage is still in the form of archives, this causes the payroll process to be less effective and there are still errors in the process. Based on the explanation will be made an employee salary calculation application CV. Frici desktop-based. In making the application is used VB.NET programming language and Microsoft Access database applications. Making this application aims to facilitate the process of data addition, data conversion, data deletion and employee salary calculation becomes more effective and efficient and accurate.Keywords : VB.NET, Ms access, Ms Excel.

Abstract

PT.Delta Jaya Motor is a company engaged in the sale of spare parts yamaha motor that serves the needs of consumers in large enough quantities. PT.Delta Jaya Motor to retain customers and gain new customers with a wide range of strategies used. The strategy is meant here is the strategy of CRM (Customer Relationship Management ) which is one of the tools of collaboration with customers who use a variety of companies to maintain the relationship and create a situation of win-win by improving the value of customers' lives every day through a variety of ways , so that the customer remain loyal to the services provided by these companies. So customer satisfaction will be measured by the success of product marketing. Design and analysis methods used in the development Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) is the system Linear Sequential atau Waterfall Model. This method is a classical model which is systematic and easy to understand because the successive stages of building a software ranging from process communication, planning, modeling, construction hingga proses deployment.

Abstract

The department of counseling and career development (DKPK), is a departments in Insitut Tecnology Of Budi Utomo that moves in the field of service center for a career and job fair. DKPK as of service center for a career, help the alumni to look for a job, and to improve career. DKPK work, as an exchange serves as bridge between job seekers ( job seeker ) and employer ( employer ), where between job seekers and employer this is to be formed an information that is job vacancies. So far, the employer always have difficulty in acquiring employee candidates in accordance with the criteria vacancy. The great number of applicants with kriteria-kriterianya data candidates each cause problems for both employer in determine a candidate applicants work exact conformity to the needs of the company. Therefore, required a the support system decision that could ease firm in determine a candidate a suitor who exactly corresponding criteria vacancy expected. With the existence of the application of the determination of a candidate applicants work dna-based the web being a candidate of applicants would obtain work in accordance with the criteria vacancy. Abstract

Liquidity is very closely related to the availability of cash , which is cash available to support the company's policy to distribute dividends to shareholders, repay loans, pay interest on the loan, the operations of the company and make new investments. Where this will be a stimulant for investors to buy shares of a company. Which will cause a rise in the company's stock price. This study to determine the effect of liquidity on stock prices of construction companies listed on the JSE. To achieve these objectives, the program used E views 4.1 applications to determine regression equations and correlation. The data used is downloaded from www.jsx.co.id data as well as data from PT Bumi Capital Indonesia. In connection with the results of the statistical test F test results 2.757036 F count is less than F table 3.37. That is, the simultaneous liquidity ratio (current ratio and cash ratio) had no significant effect on stock prices.Key words: Liquidity, Investments, Stock.

Abstract

Zahir Accounting Software use this caused a reaction on its self, in the form of acceptance or rejection. Due to the success of the application of information technology is subject to acceptance by the user as the user of technology. A technology acceptance model known as TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) can explain and predict the acceptance of the technology by the user. TAM models used to determine attitudes, intentions and behavior of users by using two main input variables of expediency and convenience. This study by spreading the questionnaire number 117 in the form of a closed question in the form of statements to know how to influence the perception of self-efficacy variable of Computer Self Efficacy (CSE), Perceived Ease of Use (PEoU), Perceived usefulness (PU), the Attitude Toward using (ATU), Behavioral Intention to Use (BITU) and Actual System Usage (ASU). Factors that affect the acceptance of the use of Software Zahir in Bogor BSI AMIK Computerized Accountancy Studies on research studies Zahir Accounting Software usage capabilities include themselves on the computer, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, the attitude to use, behavioral intention to use and actual use system.Keywords: Zahir Accounting, TAM, SEM, dan AMOS

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat menuntut pelaku bisnis untuk memiliki strategi bisnis yang baik untuk bertahan dan mampu bersaing. Aplikasi merupakan salah satu hal yang mutlak dimiliki oleh pelaku bisnis untuk membantu kegiatan bisnis dapat berjalan efektif dan efisien. Laundry Q Pontianak memerlukan aplikasi pelayanan jasa dan persediaan bahan baku guna memastikan kegiatan bisnis yang dijalankan dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien. Aplikasi dibuat menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 sebagai bahasa pemrograman, MySQL sebagai database, WampServer sebagai server dan Crystal Report sebagai aplikasi yang membantu cetakan laporan.Kata Kunci : Strategi Bisnis, Aplikasi, Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, MySQL
