Abstract

Android is a Linux-based operating system that is used to perform functions such mobile sms, phone calls, browsing, gaming and even other applications with a specific purpose and function is also available in android. One is to use android mobile food ordering in a restaurant or other eating places. Android mobile usage for ordering food can certainly help the business processes in a restaurant or eating place. Android mobile usage to record orders can replace paper and pen. Android mobile application users ordering food and beverages are the buyer (the waiter) which stores data ordering to MySql database server who is the part where the use of web-based PHP script that will see (receive) the data from the ordering customer, other than that part cashier as place-based payment desktop with java programming language also receive the data reservations on a table.Key words: Mobile android, MySQL, PHP, Java

Abstract

The study aims to determine how the Personal Capability And Effect Of Organizational Culture On Employee Performance Department of Industry , Trade and Cooperatives Kapuas Hulu in West Kalimantan Province . To collect the necessary , the authors use the technique of collecting data through questionnaires obtained at the Office of Industry , Trade and Cooperatives Kapuas Hulu in West Kalimantan province. Population in this study is the employees In On of Industry, Trade and Cooperatives Kapuas Hulu Province West Kalimantan as many as 51 people and taken sample using census / total sampling as many as 51 employees. Judging from the results of the analysis , it is known that the simultaneous performance ( Y ) is jointly influenced by the Personal Capability variable ( X1 ) and Cultural Organization ( X2 ). Partially, this study concluded that the Personal Capability ( X1 ) is a factor which significantly affect the performance ( Y ) variable and Cultural Organization ( X2 ) partially also a factor affecting the performance ( Y ).Keywords: Personal Ability , Organizational Culture , Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTIncreasing competition in the business world, making the existence of a computerized data processing is essential in order to assist strategic planning and effective decision making. At the time of this recording customer registration, scheduling training, customer attendance and payment of training at the Training Institute Stir Mobil Indotech Citra Jaya Purwokerto is still done manually so that its performance has not been effective. This is reflected in the determination of fault schedules of participants, attendance and calculation of payment transactions. The goal of this research is the construction of information systems are expected to help improve services and be able to control the process of registration management, payment transactions and allocation process training schedule. Software development method used is the Waterfall. The information system is built using Borland Delphi 7 and MySQL as the database. Abstract

The rapid development of information technology today is making changes to all aspects of life. Every second of it always us to see and feel its development, especially software that became the main focus. It also followed the development of hardware that is always also a supporting factor. Development of Internet technology that is faster and more users now become a leading-edge technology to deliver things, like send and retrieve media files or documents such as text, video, images, etc. The Internet is also used to convey information, exchange data, media communication between users worldwide. In this paper, the authors use the waterfall model to resolve the existing problems in the agency management team in terms of registration of new artists by applying several stages and procedures. Waterfall method has several steps to resolve the problem include the planning, analysis, design, implementation or application, testing and maintenance is expected to resolve the existing problems in the artist agency Management Team. Abstract

One of phenomenon that is around the world and developed quickly is developing through some penetrations in technology information area. The purpose in application technology information by instance of government is to improve instance skill government in the process, manage, distribute and distribute information and public service. Based on the President’s instruction number 3 in a year 2003 about e-government, so it is need to planning the IS strategy and IT to support business activity in the government. Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Provinsi Kalimantan Barat is one of publics that has a task and function were doing the business of local government in general working area. The complex activity in the instance give an effect in coordination between a part and the area walking well. The planning program of the process often overed the limited time, sometimes the working project between a part lame overlap each other and budget project cost doubled. It is cause of there is no strategy planning IS/IT for Dinas PU Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. One of the approaches to makes strategy planning IS and IT is Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). EAP is a method to develop an information arsitecture. One of frameworks to developing EAP is Zachman Framework. The result that whises from the usage EAP through framework Zachman can made a strategy planning and IS/IT arsitecture that needed to help and support the business process in Dinas PU Provinsi Kalimantan Barat.Keyword: The Usage of EAP, IS/IT Strategy Planning, Zachman Framework

Abstract

The existence of the technology in a system information becomes very important due to being able to support the process of work and business processes be optimized. SMAIA 4 Kemang Pratama is a formal private education institutions. Increasing management of information technology (IT) in school activities, demanded the holding of information technology audit, which focused on the security of the system, to assess whether the General control and security of information systems able to meet the goal. To find the measure of the level of completeness and maturity of the 5 areas that have been adapted to international standards, i.e. ISO 27001:2005 this research uses Information Security Index (us). The results suggested that Al-Azhar Islamic SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL 4th Kemang Pratama has High category in the role and TIK interests namely of 29 of a total of 48 overall assessment and results of the fifth area is done of the overall total of 588 381 fall into the category needs improvement. There is improvement strategy on information security governance area is adding a special staff, create a regular schedule for staff assessment and audit IT, while the information security technology area that is sikronisasi the whole system that has existed and evaluate and improve system security log recording primarily as security gaps.

Abstract

Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet application that can be used in business applications Community satisfaction index, is a data and information about the level of community satisfaction with the results obtained from the public opinion in obtaining the services of officials of public service providers by comparing the expectations and needs. 14 elements of the "relevant", "valid" and "reliable", as the minimal element that must exist for the basic measurement of community satisfaction index is the following service procedures, service requirements, Clarity care workers, service personnel discipline, responsibility care workers, ability officer service, speed of service, a ministry of Justice, Courtesy and friendliness of staff, fairness of service charges, cost of service assurance, service assurance schedules, Leisure environment, the Security service. The purpose of this study was to Knowing how much the level of community satisfaction in the service, to determine the performance of service personnel, in this study using quantitative methods of data processing is to be anggka the provision of respondents based on factors which are then processed to determine the calculation of HPI to get the results .Keyword: Community Satisfaction Index, Public Service Management.

Abstract

Department of copyrighted work, spatial and hygiene district of Kubu Raya experiencing operational constraints due to budget, facilities and human resources. These problems can be solved with the construction of information systems with the appropriate information technology. The information systems and information technology can reduce operating costs and maximize existing human resources. It is necessary for Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) framework using TOGAF ADM describes the detailed planning process constructions Information Systems/Information Technology with eight phases. Abstract

Kebutuhan akan informasi dan pembelajaran mengenai agama untuk anak usia dini sangatlah penting, khususnya agama islam. Hal ini dikarenakan pemberian informasi pembelajaran secara lisan atau tertulis saja tidaklah selalu menarik minat anak. Sehingga, tidak sedikit anak-anak malas belajar atau susah untuk memahami pelajaran juga pengetahuan yang diberikan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi media pembelajaran berbasis Andorid untuk anak usia dini yang memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan dasar agama islam kepada anak usia dini melalui media pembelajaran interaktif yang berjudul “Anak Muslim”. Diharapkan melalui media pembelajaran ini, dapat meningkatkan ketertarikan anak-anak untuk belajar dan mengetahui dasar agama islam. Pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif “Anak Muslim” ini menggunakan metode pengembangan multimedia berupa konsep, desain tampilan dan objek-objek menu. Terdapat tiga tahap pengujian yaitu fungsional media pembelajaran, pengujian device dengan menggunakan blackbox dan pengujian ketertarikan user dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Media pembelajaran interaktif ini juga dikembangkan dengan menggunakan Construct2 yang berbasis HTML5. 512mb, dan versi 4.0+. Dengan adanya media pembelajaran ini, diharapkan dapat lebih menarik anak usia dini untuk belajar tentang pengetahuan dasar agama islam.

Abstract

In the field of health care, information is needed to improve the quality of health care given optimal health care is not just limited to the treatment technique but also how a hospital, health institution or clinic serving the administration of outpatient and inpatient. Level III Hospital District. Kubu Raya or better known as TK III Rumkit this is one of the hospitals owned by the military who are in the midst of society. In addition to serving the military, civil servants and their families, kindergarten Rumkit III also serve the general society. In the services, especially in the field of administration or record data in the search for new and old patients still running manually, by writing or collecting patient card containing patient data and patient care data that have. In a study conducted by the author, the manual way is applied to Rumkit TK III is not very effective and efficient. Mencarian of data can take a long time and hilangkannya patient data into the problems often faced by the administration.Key words: Hospital Administration System, Administrative Information Systems
