Abstract

Korean wave fever became one of the phenomena of conformity. In Indonesia, especially Jakarta, many teenagers hypnotized by all cultures derived from the ginseng country. Invasion of South Korean culture worldwide including to Indonesia gives tone and brings its own implications for fans of Korean cultural products especially Korean drama music. Even to imitate the style of Korean artists. This study aims to determine how conformity korean wave aplied and occurs, especially for fans of Korean music and Korean drama group. This research use traditional methods of qualitative descriptive approach. The subject is adolescent in the age category 16 to 28 years old. The results of this study showed that the subjects pay homage enthusiasm and love for music groups and artists as well as the Korean drama fanatics behave as culture originating from the country.Keyword: Konformitas, Fanatisme, Korean Wave

Abstract

Text hoax containing more massive lies and hatred manifested in the form of news, data, images, and photos. Hoax inherent in the cyber media becomes a necessity, when narrated in social media. Users of social media becomes difficult to select and sort, where the news is factual where news is a lie. All became faint. Society has finally been accustomed to receiving everything hoax. Even the news that contains hatred. The government, through the police, and then perform preventive efforts against hoax, so as not to spread hoax then become a culture and ideology increasingly steady.

Abstract

The result of empirical study, that RRI Pro 2 FM Jakarta has conducted marketing communication of it’s interative programme in the frame of attracting the audience toward the advertiser through two strategies both push strategy and pull strategy such as advertisement, promotion, public relation and publicity, personel selling and direct selling. However, the result of its advertisement has been unoptimum as the private radio in Jakarta worked. The results of analysis of qualitative approach by SOSTAC method (Situation, Objective, Strategy, Tactics, Action, Control) is gotten the result that marketing communication of interative programme through advertisement, promotion, public relation and publicity, personel selling and direct selling at RRI Pro 2 FM Jakarta has been not conducted maximally due to the limited number of marketing, so the gained commercial advertisement has not met an existing quota. This is caused by having not been supported a planning, implementing and evaluation effectively, sistemically, integratedly and comprehensively as the impact of having not been fully encouraged by quality and quantity of organizer’s human resources of RRI Pro 2 FM Jakarta sufficiently, especially Marketing Human Resources those are involved durctly in marketing communication of interative programme.Keyword: Strategy Of Marketing Communication, Interative Programme, Radio

Abstract

Public Relations is a management function that builds and maintains a good relationship between the organization and rewarding public that affect the success or failure of the organization. One strategy efforts to maintain good relations with external public who do Public Relations Jakarta State Polytechnic is to conduct socialization to some schools, which aims to find potential new students are qualified and competent through test selection  UMPN and PMDK-PN. In this case the authors use kulalitatif descriptive study that describes a situation in which the object being observed, conducted interviews author and observation to answer research questions. The research results show the success of Public Relations Jakarta State Polytechnic in improving the quality of new students through a few strategies that consist of doing an exhibition , socializing to each school , do a test track selection, and conducted annually. This activity received a positive response from all schools and prospective new students Jakarta State Polytechnic. Keywords: Public Relations Strategy, External Public, New Student Admission

Abstract

“Books For Kids” program in Capacity building and improving children’s in reading is a part of corporat social responsibility conducted by PT Cargill since 2011. Corporat social responsibility program in the field of education, in 2016 carried out by giving the 1100 books at SDN 1 Godong Grobogan,  central Java.  This research is to find out the corporat social responsibility program PT Cargill in developing the capacity of children and improve the studends reading interest through books for kids SDN 1 Godong Grobogan, Central Java.In this study researchers used a qualitative approach and case studies, as method of research that suggest that through books for kids are part of corporat social responsibility program in the field of education. Abstract

Sasaran penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan Karyawan dalam pengambilan keputusan dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan, pengaruh langsung motivasi berprestasi dengan kepuasan kerja Karyawan dan pengaruh keterlibatan Karyawan dalam pengambilan keputusan dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama-sama dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Target penelitian (responden) dari peneltian ini adalah semua karyawan yang berstatus tetap, dengan jumlah 45 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan analisis jalur (path analysis), data diolah dengan program SPSS versi 15.0.Dari uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan menggunakan analisis faktor menunjukkan, instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah valid dan reliabel. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisi jalur menunjukkan keterlibatan karyawan dalam pengambilan keputusan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi, keterlibatan karyawan dalam pengambilan keputusan dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Sinar Abara Internasional (SAI). Sedangkan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan berdasarkan analisis regresi linear berganda adalah variable keterlibatan dalam pengambilan keputusan.Perlu dilakukan pengukuran data dengan menggunakan data kepuasan kerja yang objektif seperti data prestasi kerja karyawan PT. SAI untuk menguji konsistensi temuan penelitian ini, mengingat keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah instrument pengukuran, data yang menggunakan data persepsi yang bersifat subjektif sehingga data yang dikumpulkan cendrung menunjukkan persepsi positif, sebagai respon yang dipengaruhi oleh bias metode self report yang digunakan dalam pengukuran data.Kata kunci :Keterlibatan dalam pengambilan keputusan, motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan kerja

Abstract

Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat is located in NTB, is one of the areas that break away from its parent district according to the Autonomy Law Daerah. As a district that continues to grow, current and impartial information constantly about government policy, activity area, as well as access and agenda development area must be known by the local community. Public Relations is one of the important organs for local governments, because the Public Relations have a duty not only in terms of the formation of a positive image, also serves as a public relations communicator and also as a mediator for various purposes government agencies, as well as container and the voice of the people.This research is concerned about the Public Relations of Sumbawa Barat government strategy of local government in providing lighting and information to the public. Through this study, the authors wanted to describe how public relations strategy in disseminate of local government information to the public through new media. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, the authors obtain information by collecting all the data and the results are examined in the form of spoken words or relevant from a reliable source, and authors get an idea of the topics raised. The results of this study were conducted Public Relations of Sumbawa Barat government strategies in conveying information, namely the selection of new media as a means of communication in order to be able to touch all walks of life. A second strategy is the information content of diverse public relations website so that the public becomes aware of any information or good news regional news, national and international. And the third strategy is the process of delivering information that consists of multiple flow, so that the information provided is trustworthy and relevant and timely cultivated. Key word: Public relations strategy, providing information, internet

Abstract

This study aimed to analyse the Influence of Leadership Style, Employee Motivation and Performance of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia. The subjects were central office clerk Ombudsman Indonesi numbered as many as 68 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire, of 68 questionnaires distributed, 64 returned the questionnaire and which can be evaluated by 64 questionnaire.The tools used in this research is multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 17.0 This study resulted in three discoveries in accordance with the proposed hypothesis. First Leadership Style significant effect on the performance of employees. Abstract

Dalam memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal dan efisien, kini instansi pemerintah Kota Depok telah membuka pelayanan dalam hal perizinan maupun non-perizinan melalui Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Satu Pintu Kota Depok atau yang lebih familiar dengan DPMPTSP Kota Depok. Sebagai pelayan masyarakat, DPMPTSP Kota Depok memiliki peran dan tugas yang sama dengan Humas, hal ini cenderung terlihat dari kerja karyawan yang mayoritas bertatap muka dengan masyarakat serta menjembatani masyarakat dengan dinas teknis yang terkait dalam hal perizinan maupun non-perizinan. Hal lain yang melandasi terbentuknya program DPMPTSP Kota Depok adalah untuk memudahkan masyarakat sehingga pada saat proses pelayanan hingga persetujuan berkas masyarakat hanya cukup melakukannya di loket yang sama, sehingga meminimalisir kebingungan masyarakat ataupun kegiatan illegal seperti pungutan liar yang dilakukan oleh oknum yang tidak bertangung jawab. Kata Kunci: Pelayanan Publik, Humas Pemerintah dan Masyarakat
