Abstract

The development of communication technology world is now very advanced and continues to support human needs. Convenience, practicality, accuracy of information becomes its own needs for the life of modern society today. Information on world health is also needed because of increased awareness about the health of modern life. Needs of a growing economy makes the factor for many people to try a natural treatment with herbal medicine, information on medicinal plants are also more and more. It would be very useful when communications technology was developed to facilitate all the people getting the information about the diagnosis of common diseases and herbal medicinal plants that can be used for treatment through a mobile web application that can be accessed via a gadget that has supported the web-browser without installing the application of ES in their gadgets.Keywords: Expert system, herb, web mobile, common disease

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim to produce a web-based system, which can provide convenience for each region to provide data related to the region, as well as ordinary users to search for and obtain information about a particular area with a category of indicators from any where and anytime. Based on the maps of Indonesian Food Security and Vulnerability, among other a spects of the use of normative consumption percapita net availabilityof cereals on the ratio, number of people living below the poverty line, connecting the appropriate access number, number of house holds without access to electricity, number of infant mortality, number of children with weight below the standard, number of illiterate women, number of house holds without access to clean water and the number of house holds who live more than 5km from a health facility. Each indicator value is represented using fuzzy sets form the shoulder, with the initial parameter set based on preliminary data have been obtained. Abstract

ABSTRAK Indonesia adalah Negara terkaya kedua pemilik jenis bahasa terbanyak di dunia setelah Papua Nugini, Negara kita memiliki 731 macam bahasa, demikian dikatakan oleh prof.Dr.Ajip Rasjidi dalam konferensi internasional Budaya Sunda I tahun 2001 di Bandung. Sesuatu yang luar biasa, satu diantaranya adalah “Bahasa Sunda”.Bahasa sunda merupakan bahasa daerah yang dipakai di Jawa Barat, sebagian Jawa Tengah bagian barat dan sebagian Daerah Khusus Ibu Kota Jakarta. Sangat disayangkan sekali, Bahasa sunda ini justru perlahan-lahan makin hilang di Jawa Barat. Dikarenakan, banyak alasannya. Seperti: kurang minatnya anak-anak belajar Bahasa sunda, kurangnya orang tua memperkenalkan Bahasa sunda sebagai percakapan sehari-hari. Serta kurangnya media yang memperkenalkan tentang Bahasa sunda. Untuk itu, pemanfaatan teknologi harus dimaksimalkan dalam berbagai bidang. Salah satunya adalah pendidikan. Multimedia berupa animasi interaktif dirasa efektif untuk memperkenalkan minat anak-anak terhadap pelajaran Bahasa sunda. Perancangan animasi ini juga merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengenalkan bahasa daerah kepada anak – anak, agar kelak dimasa yang akan datang mereka tetap bisa melestarikan kebudayaan serta menjaga nilai – nilai kedaerahan yang dimiliki bangsa Indonesia. Perancangan ini  menggunakan Macromedia Flash 8, Adobe Photoshop dan Adobe Illustrator.Fasilitas yang dihasilkan dari multimedia pengenalan Bahasa Sunda untuk menu utamanya antara lain: Keluarga, Tubuh, Angka, Anak Hewan, Kuis dan Pribahasa dalam Bahasa Sunda.Kata kunci: Bahasa Sunda, Multimedia, Waterfall ABSTRACT Indonesia is the second richest country has the most language in the world after Papua New Guinea, our country has 731 kinds of languages, as said by prof.Dr.Ajip Rasjidi in international conference of Sunda I Culture in 2001 in Bandung. Something extraordinary, one of which is "Sundanese". Sundanese language is a regional language used in West Java, parts of western Central Java and part of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. Very unfortunate, Sundanese language is actually gradually increasingly lost in West Java. Due to, many reasons. Like: less interest of children learn Sundanese language, lack of parents introduce Sundanese language as daily conversation. And the lack of media that introduce about Sundanese language. To that end, the utilization of technology must be maximized in various fields. One of them is education. Multimedia in the form of interactive animation is considered effective to introduce the interest of children to Sundanese language lessons. The design of this animation is also one way to introduce the local language to the children - children, so that later in the future they will still be able to preserve the culture and maintain the values - the value of regionalism owned Indonesia. Abstract

To create a modern educational needs good IT foundation. But this is not something easy to be realized because of the problems of education in this country is not simple, as well as school of IT courses must resolve issues such as unavailability of a standard curriculum for schools that have IT courses, investment in schools which has a course IT is more expensive, is still at least schools that have IT courses, especially in East Jakarta municipality. These problems conducted this study with the objective of identifying the foundations of IT in the State Vocational High School IT / TKJ courses. In addition, this study also conducted a review of a decision support system in determining SMKN who have a favorite course of study IT. This needs to be done so that prospective students and parents / community can choose a SMKN who have a favorite course of study IT for children who can improve the skills and knowledge in accordance with the needs of the business, where in this study focused on High School SMKN 26, SMKN 22 and SMKN 24 under the auspices of the Department of Education and Culture (Department of P & K) East Jakarta. Technical  analysis  used in this research is Analytical  Hierarchy  Process  (AHP),  with  an  application  Expert   Choice 2000. The results of this study indicate that the top priority or the highest of three alternative strategic decision support in determining the SMKN who have a favorite course of study IT is to SMKN 26 with a weight value equal to 0.414 or 41.4% of the total specified alternative. Then the next alternative priority is the  SMKN 22 (weight value 30.6%), and ranked the lowest priority is SMKN 24 (28% weighted value).  Keywords:  Decision support system, High School, Analytical Hierrachy Process.

Abstract

Faced with a monitor screen, be it television or computer monitor has becomepublic consumption every day. The behavior needs to be directed so as notaffected by radiation from the monitor. Placing the eye at a safe distance is one of the simplest solution, but it is difficult to do without the indicator. Through the development of a combination of hardware and software-based microcontroller,ultrasonic sensors, seven segment displays, and the buzzer can be assembled asafe distance indicators to monitor eye. The indicator works by detecting the distance, and give warning if the minimum safe distance of the eye with the monitoris not reached. This indicator can help users monitor in determining the proper position to reduce the danger of radiation from the monitor. Keywords: monitor radiation, ultrasonic, microcontroller

Abstract

The main function of electric distribution network is to distribute electricity from central power plants through transmission network and reduce the voltage to 380 volts AC and 220 volts AC by using the distribution transformer. The 220 volts AC is a voltage from a onephase distribution network which is mostly used for household and office consumption. The electrical  network can be optimized used as transmission to controlling electrical loads that connected with him. It is expected that with this system we can utilize the onephase electric network, work with computer continuously and effectively, and we can also control loads which is connected to the network effectively and efficiently. By using this system, the computer will directly receive alarm signal when there is a problem with one or all electrical load device. Abstract

Website increasingly popular and is used in almost all fields. This is because the use of a website to support the ease of dissemination of information. Website development is done in a project team often encounter obstacles and barriers in both web development and oversight of development, especially when the team is in the distance and the lack of face to face meetings between team members in the development of the website. Redmine is a web-based projectmanagement application that can be applied in the creation of websites. With support Subversion(SVN) to manage project documents, redmine a web-based project management tool that can be relied upon. The method used in study is experimental. This study aimed to implement a web-based project management application using redmine and SVN to facilitate the creation, development and management of the website. The result is a website creation project withredmine and SVN to facilitate the creation, development, and management of the website. The result is a website creation project with redmine and SVN can reduce the barriers and constraints of the project of the website although the project team members are in different locations and without face-to-face. In addition, by using redmine and SVN maintenance and control of thecompany’s website also easier.Keywords: website, web-based project management, redmine, svn

Abstract

Education is a very important thing for all individuals in this world. In a country, the education sector is the most noticed sector because it will greatly affect the progress of the country in the future. To achieve the expected level of education, professional educators are required. The professionalism of educators in Indonesia can be known through the achievement that the system has been established by the government. Educators who are achievers should be rewarded accordingly. It aims to motivate educators to grow high dedication to the realization of intelligent learners and foster a sense of pride in the profession. Educators in college are called lecturers. Achievement of lecturers achievement is a lecturer who implement Tridharma Higher Education that is Education, Research and Service to the community. However, the selection of lecturers with achievements in accordance with the requirements of the award system set by the government certainly is not an easy thing. Therefore, to assist the selection of outstanding lecturers in this study used data mining classification with the method of Naive Bayes Classifier with the results of this study achieves an accuracy of 91.67%

Abstract

Umumnya orangtua ingin memiliki anak-anak yang pintar. Adapun komputer yang merupakan peralatan yang diciptakan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan manusia, saat mencapai kemajuan baik di dalam pembuatan perangkat keras maupun perangkat lunak. Untuk itulah penulis mencoba mengaplikasikan program animasi interaktif mengenal nama binatang dalam bahasa Inggris. Supaya bermanfaat bagi anak-anak pentingnya mengenal nama binatang dan mengetahui bentuk rupanya. Animasi interaktif dapat menjadi solusi bagi para orangtua yang memfasilitasi anak mereka dengan media komputer, sehingga dapat memberitahukan kepada anak-anaknya tentang bagaimana pentingnya mengenal nama binatang dalam bahasa Inggris. Agar dapat membantu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pembelajaran untuk anak-anak TK. Pengenalan animasi interaktif ini merupakan solusi terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang ada pada zaman modern ini, selain dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran, pengenalan, animasi juga dapat menghilangkan rasa bosan terhadap  aktifitas sehari-hari. Dan hasil yang diharapkan tentunya para pengguna dapat menambah wawasan, pengetahuan, dan kosakata dalam berbahasa Inggris, khususnya yang berhubungan dengan nama binatang.

Abstract

Semakin pesatnya teknologi yang berkembang dari masa kemasa, menuntut kita untuk selalu uptodate mengenai informasi yang berkaitan dengan teknologi khususnya dalam bidang informasi, dan pengolahan data yang cepat dan tepat waktu. Perusahaan konsultan properti membutuhkan sebuah sistem manajemen penyewaan properti yang baik untuk menunjang kinerja perusahaan. Belum optimalnya penggunaan sistem informasi penyewaan properti yang digunakan di bagian Marketing, dimana berfungsi untuk memonitor proses penyewaan apartemen serta belum adanya sistem yang memberikan laporan secara sistematis, dapat menimbulkan resiko pencatatan laporan yang berulang sehingga laporan yang dihasilkan bisa menjadi tidak akurat. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisa model Rapid Application Development (RAD), untuk membangun sistem informasi penyewaan apartemen pada sebuah perusahaan konsultan properti. Diharapkan sistem ini akan membantu perusahaan dalam mengelola data penyewaan apartemen dan menghasilkan laporan yang efektif dan efisien.
