Abstract

Dalam menentukan status gizi balita, banyak sekali kriteria yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap balita. Balita merupakan kelompok yang masyarakat yang rentan dengan gizi. Pemberian gizi pada balita merupakan faktor yang penting dalam menjaga kesehatan. Berdasarkan pemantauan status gizi yang telah dilakukan mendasari pembuatan sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan status gizi balita dapat dikatakan sangat penting untuk penentuan kualitas SDM generasi penerus bangsa Indonesia. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dapat memberikan alternatif solusi bila seseorang atau sekelompok orang sulit dalam menentukan keputusan yang tepat dan sesuai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting dalam menentukan status gizi balita. Metode ini mampu untuk mengevaluasi alternatif optimal dari sejumlah alternatif berdasarkan kriteria – kriteria pengambilan keputusan. Adapun kriteria yang digunakan yaitu tinggi badan atau panjang badan, berat badan, umur dan indeks massa tubuh.  Keywords: balita, gizi, simple additive weighting

Abstract

In an organization the role of information technology is indispensable, especially in terms of data processing in organizations in which one of them is the archival management system to support the smooth operations of an organization, to accelerate the process of work so that more effective and efficient as well as faciliate document management became more regular. Archives holds a very important role in the smooth running of an organization, that is as a source of information and as a source of memory for the organization. Management of archives of tax BPHTB in Unit Pelayanan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Palmerah Jakarta still apply the archive administration management system manual. Archives management of process taxes BPHTB still being recorded, by means or recorded into the book as a media archive storage tax so that if a book is lost or damaged will complicate an employee to do a search and examination return all BPHTB archive is needed at any time. To overcome these problems, then the author administrative officer in performing management of archive, could provide the needed information quickly, can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the work process, as well as streamline the activities of the organization.Keywords : Application of Management Information System for Archives, Structured Programming

Abstract

One factor of success in a housing construction project is the monitoring of each division that is interrelated and connected with each other. It would be very inefficient if from each party there was no clear and uncontrolled communication. As with the Jakarta Housing Corporation, currently monitoring the project has not been well integrated. Where information that is intertwined with regional offices is still limited to communication information by telephone, as well as data that is used using documents or archives that can sometimes be lost or forgotten in the storage. Of course this will slow down the project development process, because it is constrained by each of the relevant parties, plus the report must be presented or needed at any time by the director. For this reason, a system that can support the monitoring process is needed so that data can be stored properly and the control of the progress of each project is monitored from the center. One of them is the creation of a web-based system application, with this system all can be done in real time.

Abstract

Salah satu isu terpenting saat ini dalam dunia online yaitu keamanan. Masalah keamanan terbesar salah satunya adalah Phishing yang melibatkan duplikat situs yang sah atau asli untuk menipu dengan mencuri informasi pengguna online. Memang diakui sangat sukar untuk membedakan situs asli dengan palsu. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan klasifikasi dalam memprediksi website yang terindikasi Phishing. Dengan klasifikasi dalam Algoritma C4.5, permasalahan tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan menghasilkan rule dari pohon keputusan. Untuk dapat meningkatkan akurasi dari prediksi algoritma C4.5 dapat digunakan fitur seleksi dengan menggunakan algoritma genetika. Berdasarkan penerapan algorima C4.5 dihasilkan akurasi sebesar 83,81% untuk memprediksi website Phishing dan dengan seleksi fitur menggunakan algoritma genetika meningkatkan akurasi sebesar 3,22% menjadi 86,47. Dari penelitian ini algoritma genetika terbukti dapat meningkatkan akurasi untuk prediksi website phishing.

Abstract

Fish is very beneficial for humans because it constains a wide variety of subtances needed by the human body. In the process of cultivation and seeding tilapia, fish farmers or farmers having some problems, one of the obstacle is disease in farmed tilapia.by using web based expert system using a forward chaining method tilapia fish farmers do not meet and consult with experts in fhisheries. Abstract

Dalam hal penilaian kinerja karyawan dengan dukungan sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan salah satu implementasi perkembangan teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode profile matching dalam sistem pendukung keputusan. Kriteria yang digunakan pada sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian kinerja karyawan ini adalah : Disiplin, Kompetensi, Komitmen Organisasi, Kerjasama, dan Pelayanan. Data nilai yang diperoleh langsung dihitung menggunakan rumus-rumus yang terdapat dalam metode profile matching. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan urutan rangking dari calon karyawan yang terbaik untuk dapat di pilih menjadi koordinator di LPP TVRI baik secara tertulis maupun secara lisan, dan output dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat membantu para stakeholder untuk proses pengambilan keputusan dalam memilih koordinator di LPP TVRI.

Abstract

It is important for doctors to make an early diagnosis of tuberculosis in order to reduce the transmission of the disease to the wider community. In this study, the authors will apply and compare several methods of data mining classification, including AlgoritmaC4.5, Naïve Bayes, and Neural Network to diagnose tuberculosis disease, then compare which of the three methods are the most accurate. Based on the performance measurement results of the three models using Cross Validation, Confusion Matrix and ROC Curve methods, it is known that Naïve Bayes method is the best method with accuracy of 94.18% and under the curva (AUC) value of 0.977 , then neural network method with accuracy 89,89% and under the curva value (AUC) 0,975, and then C4.5 method with accuracy level equal to 84,56% and under the curva value (AUC) equal to 0,938. This shows that the three models that are produced including the category of classification is very good because it has an AUC value between 0.90-1.00.

Abstract

Salah satu asset yang berharga dalam sebuah perusahaan adalah sumber daya manusia (SDM).  Karyawan adalah sdm tersebut. Karyawan menjadi peran penting. Dalam perusahaan besar pasti mempunyai banyak karyawan. Didalam perusahaan terdapai tiga jenis karyawan yaitu, outsourcing, karyawan kontrak dan karyawan tetap. Untuk mendapatkan karyawan tetap dilakukan proses penyariangan melaui penilaian yang dilakukan oleh bagian SDM. Dalam proses tersebut mengalami kendala dalam segi teknis dan efektifias karena penilaian manual dan kadang keputusannya dinilai secara subyektif. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penilitian untuk klasifikasi penetapan status karyawan dengan metode Naïve Bayes dan Rapidminer. Penelitian ini menggunakan lima atribut yaitu : absensi, attitude, psikotes,wawancara dan diangkat.yang digunakan sebagai labelnya adalah atribut diangkat. Hasilnya adalah perhitungan manual dan penggunaan rapidminer menghasilkan nilai yang sama. Dengan nilai c1(diangkat) adalah 0.567 sedangkan untuk nilai c2 (tidak diangkat ) adalah 0.433. Dan nilai yang tertinggi adalah diangkat. Jadi pola yang didapatkan dari proses ini untuk penetapan status karyawan dengan atribut dan nilai, absensi : bagus, attitude: baik, psikotes: tinggi, dan wawancara : baik.

Abstract

The development of science and technology has developed rapidly. Everything is demanded to be done quickly and accurately. This can be realized with the maximum use of technology. Technology in this case is a computer that is very necessary, including in the world of commerce, with Computerization Systems the problems that exist in this company, especially in terms of data processing can be overcome properly, and with a computerized system can be achieved an effective and efficient activity in supporting activity at CV Prima Inti Anugrah this is because manual data processing in the company often occurs late in processing sales reports. This certainly hampers the company's objectives. So we need a sales program that is made using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 software. With Computerization as an alternative problem solving that can overcome the problems faced by manual systems. Among them can minimize errors that may occur and facilitate the search for data needed.

Abstract

The development of technology and information is very helpful in an organization. Extracurricular organizations in Malaka Vocational High School Jakarta in the registration information system still use manual system or not yet computerized, it caused the lack of effective and efficient registration information. So the need for information system registration extracurricular effective and efficient with computerized a system using a website-based, to help facilitate the management of registration information and extracurricular data member. To develop an extracurricular registration information system using waterfall method. The test results show that the information system capable of conducting online extracurricular registration process can be effective and efficient.
