Abstract

This research is design of an Attendance Information System titled “Malang City Polytechnic Web Based Student Attendance Information System Telecommunications Engineering Study Program Using Fingerprint”. Students of Malang City Polytechnic are still using a manual attendance system. The attendance system that is still manual has many disadvantages such as data processing, report making and also difficult to monitor student attendance. Therefore, the existence of this system makes it easy to find out student attendance on that day, because it is timely or real time. This system also makes it easy to make monthly reports about student attendance and delay. The design of this system uses PHP Web and MySQL Database connection. The results of this system can create and display monthly reports that have been processed and can monitor student attendance every day.

Abstract

 Mengisi kupon atau tiket adalah salah satu kegiatan yang sering dilakukan didalam arena permainan keluarga dan sering terjadi dalam proses permainan game tiba–tiba   error, sehingga customer   akan sibuk untuk mencari dan memanggil petugas yang berjaga. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut perlu adanya sistem kendali otomatis dengan cara membuat “Rancang Bangun Alat Informasi Kode Error Mesin Game Berbasis Mikrokontroler”. Alat informasi kode error mesin game ini sangat membantu dalam mengetahui apabila tiket habis atau tidak keluar, karena sistem ini bekerja berdasarkan tiket yang melewati sensor LDR  yang terpasang pada dispenser tiket pada mesin game. Pada proses perancangan alat ini penulis menggunakan metode eksperimen dan perancangan yang mana dalam proses eksperimen didapatkan hasil perancangan alat keseluruhan, aplikasi mikrokontroler untuk mengirim informasi kode error mesin game dapat bekerja sesuai yang diharapkan karena dapat dengan cepat mengetahui mesin error tiket habis. Buzzer akan aktip sebagai alarm pemberitahuan tiket habis dan LCD akan menampilkan nama mesin game serta kode error mesin game tersebut. Kata kunci: Tampilan LCD, Mikrokontroler, Kode Error Mesin Game, Sensor LDR, Buzzer.

Abstract

The activity of selecting bidders is one of the most important activities carried out by companies to order goods or services for bidders, but at meetings of the company leadership it is difficult to select bidders to make business partners because there are only a few things that are not in accordance with who agree to end the shipment of goods, prices do not match and end the company that receives losses. That is caused by the lack of competence of selected tender partners. From the problems mentioned above, the tender selection process that has been conducted so far is still lacking and inaccurate. The purpose of this study is to create an application program using the Rapid Application Development Model (RAD Model) that can assist leaders in selecting business partners through a tender process by giving weights according to the criteria specified requirements. It is expected that the tender selection process is objective and accurate. Assessment method Decision making (SPK) Analytichal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is one method in the process of resolution by completing each case by completing it first by using weighting criteria. In the end the selection application program can help lead in making objective, fast and accurate decisions.

Abstract

Sistem Pendukung keputusan adalah sebuah sistem yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu seseorang maupun lembaga dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penentuan jurusan merupakan kegiatan strategis, terutama sangat berguna bagi masyarakat yang ingin mendaftar ke Yayasan Muhammad Nasir. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan adalah dengan menggunakan metode Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis atau biasa disebut MOORA. Metode MOORA ini metode yang memiliki kalkulasi yang sederhana. Dan dari penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode MOORA didapatkan bahwa A4 merupakan jurusan terbaik.

Abstract

Masalah keamanan dan kerahasiaan data dan informasi merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting. Salah satu cara untuk menjaga data tersebut yaitu dengan teknik enkripsi dan dekripsi atau juga sering disebut dengan kriptografi. Kriptografi adalah ilmu dan seni  untuk menjaga keamanan data dengan cara mengubahnya menjadi suatu bentuk yang tidak dapat dikenali lagi. Kriptografi dapat diterapkan pada berbagai jenis file salah satunya adalah gambar. Algoritma blowfish dan twofish yang digunakan untuk membahas tingkat kecapatan masing-masing algoritma. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata perbandingan kecepatan dari algoritma blowfish dan algoritma twofish  dalam satuan milidetik adalah  4355:4267.

Abstract

Unemployment is a big problem faced by the Indonesian people from year to year besides poverty. Therefore it is necessary to predict the level of open unemployment in Indonesia so that later the government and private parties have the right references and references to work together to overcome this problem. The prediction method used is Resilient Backpropagation which is one method of Artificial Neural Networks which is often used for data prediction. The research data used is open unemployment data according to the highest education completed in 2005-2018 based on the semester obtained from the website of the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics. Based on this data a network architecture model will be formed and determined, including 12-6-2, 12-12-2, 12-18-2, 12-24-2, 12-12-12-2, 12-12-18 -2, 12-18-18-2 and 12-18-24-2. From these 8 models after training and testing, the results show that the best architectural model is 12-18-2 (12 is the input layer, 18 is the number of hidden neurons and 2 is the output layer). The accuracy of the architectural model for semester 1 and semester 2 is 75% with an MSE value of 0.0022135087 and 0.0044974696

Abstract

School institutions in Batam have problems in how the events they conduct can support the school's operational effectiveness. The solution model for these problems is to build web-based event systems using the dynamic systems development (DSDM) method. This system aims to solve problems that occur in event scheduling at activities carried out at school institutions in Batam. The school representative used is a school in Batam. The method is done by learning and the feasibility of case studies, model functionality, design, and implementation. This implementation produces a system that is very helpful in processing data and reports during the event. Starting from the registration of the event, the continuity of the event, until the completion of the event, all can be stored in detail. Besides users, there are also managers and administrators. Managers have a role to manage the data entered by registrants, while administrators give access to each user account and maintain system security. This system is divided into 2 roles with one as a user and one acting as an administrator. Registrants to participate in this event act as users. The results of this study are that school operational effectiveness increases after implementing this web-based event system.

Abstract

Pada jurnal ini, akan dibahas penggunaan algoritma Greedy Search dan Depth-First-Search untuk mencari sebuah kota (final state) dari kota asal (initial state). Kedua algoritma akan dibandingkan berdasarkan total cost dari path yang terbentuk oleh pencarian masing-masing algoritma. Path yang digunakan adalah Romania Problem yang mana path ini sering digunakan pada kasus-kasus kecerdasan buatan. Abstract

Masyarakat batak adalah masyarakat adat. Dalam acara adat Batak tidak lepas dari yang namanya Ulos. Ulos adalah sebuah hasil karya yang telah memiliki makna yang tinggi serta mengandung makna ekonomi dan juga makna sosial. Banyak masyarakat Batak yang tinggal di kota kurang paham dalam acara adat Batak terutama pemilihan jenis ulos sehingga masyarakat memerlukan waktu yang lama dan hasil yang kurang efektik untuk mencari jenis ulos yang cocok digunakan pada kegiatan adat. Sistem pakar sangat berguna untuk memecahkan masalah yang rumit dan mengambil sebuah keputusan.  Forward Chaining merupakan salah satu metode yang sering digunakan dalam sistem pakar, karena metode ini akan memulai pelacakannya dengan fakta-fakta yang ada dalam basis data. Melalui sistem pakar dengan metode forward chaining dapat memudahkan dalam mendeteksi jenis ulos yang cocok digunakan pada kegiatan adat tersebut, dan tentunya juga memerlukan proses identifikasi yang akurat untuk memberikan hasil keputusan yang tepat. Proses konsultasi berhasil dengan menampilkan jenis ulos yang digunakan dan juga solusi dan keterangan penggunaan ulos tersebut.

Abstract

In this research, the algorithm used to compress images is using the haar wavelet transformation method and the discrete wavelet transform algorithm. The image compression based on Wavelet Wavelet transform uses a calculation system with decomposition with row direction and decomposition with column direction. While discrete wavelet transform-based image compression, the size of the compressed image produced will be more optimal because some information that is not so useful, not so felt, and not so seen by humans will be eliminated so that humans still assume that the data can still be used even though it is compressed. The data used are data taken directly, so the test results are obtained that digital image compression based on Wavelet Wavelet Transformation gets a compression ratio of 41%, while the discrete wavelet transform reaches 29.5%. Based on research problems regarding the efficiency of storage media, it can be concluded that the right algorithm to choose is the Haar Wavelet transformation algorithm. To improve compression results it is recommended to use wavelet transforms other than haar, such as daubechies, symlets, and so on.
