Abstract

Setiap tanggal 17 Agustus bangsa Indonesia akan melakukan upacara untuk memperingati hari kemerdekaan Indonesia. Dalam kegiatan upacara tersebut selalu diadakan pengibaran bendara merah putih yang dilakukan oleh sekelompok orang yang di sebut dengan Paskibraka. SMP Negeri 2 Tapian Dolok setiap tahun juga melakukan seleksi anggota Paskibraka untuk mengibarkan bendera merah putih di sekolah tersebut. Mereka di seleksi mulai dari fisik, kesehatan serta wawasan pengetahuannya. Seleksi ini dimaksudkan untuk membekali para siswa agar ketika masuk SMA dapat kembali terpilih menjadi anggota Paskibraka baik tingkat kota maupun provinsi. Untuk mempermudah dalam pemilihan anggota Paskibraka di SMP Negeri 2 Tapian Dolok. Analisis sistem pendukung keputusan ini menggunakan metode Electre dimana setiap alternatif yang kurang sesuai dengan kriteria dieliminasi dan alternatif yang sesuai dapat dihasilkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa peringkat yang paling tinggi A3 (Nanda Hariri) dengan jumlah total nilai 3 dan diikuti A1 (Cindi Ananda) dengan jumlah total nilai 2 adalah siswa/siswi yang direkomendasikan lulus sebagai anggota Paskibraka.

Abstract

The number of vehicles in Indonesia is currently increasing, which is not matched by the availability of parking lots, especially cars. Like in public places, namely, offices, shops, and other public places. However, in Indonesia the use of parking lots is still less organized, such as too close the position of one car to another, the position of the vehicle that is not in line with the slot, this can cause inconvenience in the use of parking lots or both parties. Supervision carried out by the manager of the parking lot is still lacking because it can be caused by the vast parking area and the number of supervised vehicles, so that a parking control system is needed that can help overcome this problem. The control system to be designed uses a proximity sensor to detect the proximity of the vehicle to one another, where the position of the vehicle has been determined, not only to detect proximity, but the number of vehicles that have entered the parking area, so parking users know whether the slot provided is still available or not. To detect distance, fuzzy logic method is applied. Fuzzy methods are applied to read the conditions received by the proximity sensor, and calculate the number of vehicles using infra red and photodiode sensors. If information from the proximity sensor that is processed in the microcontroller by fuzzy logic is detected, the output is in the form of an LED indicator and alarm warning.

Abstract

The development of information systems that are very fast nowadays, encourages every organization to follow in order to escalate the competition. The technology that is widely used today is web-based technology. Apart from being easily accessible and used, this technology is vulnerable to any attacks; so using this information system will bring access risks by those who are not authorized. Therefore, risk management is something that needs to be considered in an organization to minimize the risks that will arise. Mapping the information asset profile can help Universitas Internasional Batam to evaluate, manage risks, and protect assets from the risks that will occur. The researcher used OCTAVE Allergo method in mapping and measuring Information Systems at Universitas Internasional Batam, consists of Academic Information Systems, Academic Portals, Registration Information Systems, Financial Information Systems, HR Information Systems. From the results of this study, Universitas Internasional Batam finds out which impact areas are the most effected: the reputation and customers trust, recognize the information of critical assets, mitigate assets that have high risks, in order to minimize unwanted risks.

Abstract

Pada jurnal ini, akan dibahas penggunaan algoritma deteksi tepi Prewitt dan jaringan saraf tiruan Backpropagation sebagai bentuk pengenalan terhadap pola citra logo mobil. Inputan ke dalam jaringan saraf berupa binary image yang telah mengalami deteksi tepi dengan algoritma Prewitt kemudian pola akan dikenali pada jaringan saraf tiruan Backpropagation. Jurnal ini mendiskusikan bagaimana kemampuan kedua algoritma dikombinasikan untuk menentukan logo suatu mobil dengan data yang relatif kecil.

Abstract

Every object is always moving, and movement of an object can occur at any time. The value of the motion which produced from an object can be very small to very large, and the impact of the movement can be at risk until very risky. For this reason, the movement of objects at risk must be observed whenever changes and observations for data retrieval can be done remotely. The purpose of this research to design an Internet of Things (IoT) devices that can observe and detect changes in the motion of an object.  The device is designed to be small, around 44 x 48 millimeters with very low power consumption. The design phase begins with recording motion data using the MPU6050 accelerometer sensor as a motion detector, arduino nano as a control device, WiFi ESP8266 as a communication medium for sending data from a receiver apllication motion data with UDP protocol. The test results show that this device is very sensitive to detect changes in the motion and angle of X, Y and Z of an object.

Abstract

Games have the basic meaning of games, games in this case refer to the notion of intellectual agility. In its application, a Game certainly requires an AI (Artificial Intelligence), and the AI used in the construction of this police and thief game is the dynamic programming algorithm. This algorithm is a search algorithm to find the shortest route with the minimum cost, algorithm dynamic programming searches for the shortest route by adding the actual distance to the approximate distance so that it makes it optimum and complete. Police and thief is a game about a character who will try to run from police. The genre of this game is arcade, built with microsoft visual studio 2008, the AI used is the Dynamic Programming algorithm which is used to search the path to attack players. The results of this test are police in this game managed to find the closest path determined by the Dynamic Programming algorithm to attack players

Abstract

Advances in information technology encourage the emergence of unlimited textual information with the use of online media developing so rapidly that the emergence of the need for information presentation without reducing the value of the information presented. Basicaly the concept of the dataset is a general form of almost every discipline, where the dataset provides empirical basic information for research activities. Sentiment analysis is done to see opinions or feelings about a problem or identify and classify information trends from the problem. The dataset analysis in determining sentiment classification is a model of sentiment classification that has relevance to the dataset with the use of machine learning techniques with supervision that learns from experience to predict output from labeled input data and output from machine learning. The results of experiments and tests that have been carried out on machine learning techniques with supervision can classify sentiments in the tweet text properly and the level of accuracy can still be improved to a better direction with data namely baseline 100 (days) and 83 (weeks), naivebayes 100 (days) and 82 (weeks), maxent 100 (days) and 83 (weeks), and SVM 100 (days) and 83 (weeks).

Abstract

Pencatatan kehadiran mahasiswa merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam pengolahan kedisiplinan, kewajiban, dan ketaatan mahasiswa dalam mengikuti proses perkuliahan. Pencatatan kehadiran mahasiswa sebelumnya dilakukan dengan cara manual yaitu dengan menggunkan tanda tangan, pencatatan kehadiran dengan cara manual dapat menjadi penghambat pemantauan kedisiplinan, ketaatan mahasiswa dalam hal ketepatan waktu datang mahasiswa. Pencatatan kehadiran mahasiswa secara manual dapat diganti dengan pencatatan kehadiran mahasiswa secara terkomputerisasi yang menggunakan proses indentifikasi teknologi biometrik, untuk mengidentifikasi pola wajah mahasiswa digunakan metode bilateral filter, canny edge detection, haar-like feature, integral image, cascade classifier adaboost. Dari hasil pengujian, tingkat keberhasilan pencatatan kehadiran mahasiswa berdasarkan pola wajah dari masing-masing mahasiswa sebesar 70.43%.

Abstract

Penggunaan bilangan prima berukuran sangat besar pada kriptografi kunci public sangat diperlukan untuk menghindari proses dekripsi pesan secara tidak sah. Dalam implementasinya, pembangkitan bilangan prima berukuran sangat besar ini terkendala pada operasi perpangkatan dengan bilangan yang besar. Makalah ini membahas teknik pembangkitan bilangan berukuran sangat besar menggunakan algoritma Linear Congruential Generator (LCG) serta pengujian bilangan prima secara probabilistik menggunakan algoritma Miller-Rabin. Bilangan prima yang dihasilkan diuji dan dianalisa pada sistem kriptografi kunci public RSA dan ElGamal dengan tujuan untuk keamanan informasi.

Abstract

Credit is a financial facility that allows a person or business entity to borrow money to buy a product and repay it within a specified period of time. PT. Capella Multidana is a consumer goods financing company, especially for other vehicle products with the largest and largest outlet network in Indonesia. The number of those who apply for credit makes the company difficult and the process is long because the process with the decision by means of a recording system to determine the right according to the criteria that have been determined. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the PT. Capella Multidana consists of several procedures, namely credit applications, credit investigation and analysis, credit approval, credit disbursement, and credit repayment. The credit application system of PT. Capella Multidana has been effective, each unit or division has clear duties and authority, making it easier for employees to do their jobs properly and well.
