Abstract

Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) banknotes have unique characteristics that distinguish them from one another, both in the form of numbers, zeros and background images. This pattern of each type of banknote will be modeled in order to test the nominal value and authenticity of IDR, so as to be able to distinguish not only IDR banknotes but also other denominations. Evolutionary Neural Network is the development of the concept of evolution to get a neural network (NN) using genetic algorithms (GA). In this paper the application of evolutionary neural networks with less input is able to have a better success rate in object recognition, because the parameters for producing neural networks are far better

Abstract

Automatic speech recognition merupakan kemampuan untuk menerima dan mengidentifikasi kata-kata yang diucapkan dengan mengubah sinyal analog ke digital, dan mengekstraksi karakteristik vokal unik seperti pitch, frekuensi, nada dan irama untuk membentuk model speaker atau sampel suara. Sampel suara yang digunakan yaitu voice register, voice register adalah pembagian wilayah suara manusia berdasarkan sumber suara, sensasi ruang resonansi, bentuk, warna, timbre suara, dan tinggi rendahnya nada yang dihasilkan. Fast Fourier Transform digunakan sebagai transformasi untuk mengolah sample suara yang akan diklasifikasi. FFT dalam mentransormasikan sinyal voice register hanya mampu mengklasifikasikan dengan rata-rata true positive rate 65.4%.

Abstract

The human face is an entity that has semantic features. Face detection is the first step before face recognition. Face recognition technique is an identification process based on facial features. One feature extraction approach for facial recognition techniques is the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method. The PCA method is used to simplify facial features and characteristics in order to obtain proportions that are able to represent the characteristics of the original face. The purpose of this research is to construct facial patterns stored in a digital image database. The process of pattern construction and face recognition starts from objects in the form of face images, side detection, pattern construction until it can determine the similarity of face patterns to proceed as face recognition. In this research, a program has been designed to test some samples of face data stored in a digital image database so that it can provide a similarity in the face patterns being observed and its introduction using PCA

Abstract

Watermarking adalah suatu teknik penyembunyian data atau informasi pada suatu digital (gambar, suara dan video) dan mampu tidak terlihat oleh mata biasa dan tahan terhadap proses digitalisasi (editing media, noising, blurring, dll). Sedangkan Audio watermark diartikan sebagai suatu teknik penyembunyian data atau informasi rahasia kedalam suatu data audio untuk “ditumpangi” (audio host), tetapi orang lain tidak menyadari keberadaan data tambahan pada data host-nya. Phase Coding adalah menyembunyikan data dengan cara menukarkan fase asli segmen inisial dari sinyal suara dengan fase absolute dari sinyal watermark dengan tetap menjaga fase relative antara segmen sinyal menggunakan beda fase segmen dari sinyal asli. Ketika beda fase antara sinyal asli dan sinyal yang dimodifikasi adalah kecil, maka perbedaan suara yang dihasilkan tidak terdeteksi oleh pendengaran manusia. Untuk mengenali kepemilikan konten multimedia, dilakukan pengujian terlebih dahulu dengan menggabungkan file cover dan watermark. Hasil dari pengujian tersebut adalah watermark yang digunakan.

Abstract

Pada hakikatnya, manusia dapat membedakan pola terhadap suatu objek berdasarkan bentuk visual yang mengandung keadaan emosional. Seperti membedakan ekspresi wajah seseorang pada suatu citra. Manusia dapat membedakan ekspresi pada citra tersebut secara kasat mata. Namun komputer yang tidak dapat mengenali ekspresi wajah tersebut. Bag of visual words merupakan suatu skema untuk mengklasifikasikan citra berdasarkan nilai-nilai pixel pada citra. Dengan menggunakan deteksi interest point dan ekstraksi interest point, bag of visual words mengambil ciri unik pada citra sehingga dapat membedakan pola-pola yang terdapat pada suatu citra. Bag of visual word dengan nilai K 500 mampu mengklasifikasi pola ekspresi wajah dengan tingkat akurasi 69%,Kata kunci: Wajah, Klasifikasi, Speed-up Robust Feature, Bag of visual words, Ekspresi

Abstract

The utilization of e-learning as a complementary learning requires careful consideration by the Higher Education, so that e-learning can provide benefits and improve student satisfaction, especially employee class students in Batam City. The aim of the study was to find out whether there was an effect of expediency, ease of use, social influence, and conditions of supporting facilities on student learning satisfaction in using e-learning as a complementary learning tool in Batam City. Data was taken from random distribution of questionnaires to 207 respondents of students of Information Systems Study Program Batam International University and Putera Batam University who used e-learning as a complement to learning. Research uses a quantitative approach. Data were analyzed by multivariate multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show the significance of Benefit 0,000 with a coefficient of 0.322, significance of Ease of Use 0,000 with coefficient of 0.286, significance of Social Influence 0.002 with coefficient of 0.187 and significance of Conditions of Supporting Facilities 0.001 with coefficient of 0.197. It can be concluded that usefulness, ease of use, social influence and conditions of supporting facilities have a significant positive influence on learning satisfaction.

Abstract

Wifi technology is a means to obtain information quickly, to strengthen the role of the signal, an antenna is needed because the antenna serves as a means for transmitting and receiving electromagnetic waves which are contained signal information. Mikrostrip antenna has a characteristic that is small, light, thin, easily fabricated, and can be used at a great distanceIn the use of wifi antenna require a relatively small shape and a cheaper prize. One of the antena on that specification is a microstrip antenna. By using 2 circular array method, the microstrip antenna can improve the wifi signal and wider on bandwidth. In this final project will be designed and created microstrip antenna with the 2 patches ccircular array methodwith slot that will be used as a wifi receiver. The results of the antenna microstrip rectangular 2 patches measurement indicating that it can work optimally on 2.406 GHz frequency, on a value of return loss – 22.90 dB, a value of VSWR 1.160, a value of bandwidth 0. 1035 GHz, and a value of gain 14.95 dBi.

Abstract

Penggunaan file audio sebagai media distribusi informasi digital sangat populer sekarang ini karena semakin canggihnya perangkat keras maupun perangkat lunak yang dapat mengolah file audio digital tersebut. Ditambah lagi dengan semakin mudahnya akses internet dimana saja baik melalui perangkat mobile ataupun tidak. Karena semakin banyaknya penggunaan file audio digital oleh perorangan atau perusahaan misalnya dalam produksi musik, atau video klip maka semakin sulit untuk menentukan keaslian suatu file audio digital dan sulitnya mencegah tingkat tindak pencurian atau pembajakan yang sangat merugikan pihak pememilik hak cipta. Ada beberapa metode dalam menentukan keaslian file audio digital dan mencegah tindak pembajakan terhadap media digital, yaitu digital watermarking. Pada jurnal ini akan dibahas dua buah metode watermarking yaitu metode low bit coding dan phase coding. Tujuannya ialah untuk mengetahui beberapa kelebihan dan kekurangan dalam penerapannya kedalam file audio digital. Karena ada beberapa aspek yang harus diketahui dalam menentukan baik atau tidaknya tingkat pengamanan pada file audio digital. Sehingga kita dapat menentukan metode yang mana yang pantas digunakan dalam menentukan keaslian file audio digital dalam mencegah tindak pencurian atau pembajakan.Kata kunci :audio, watermarking, low bit coding, phase coding

Abstract

Network infrastructure monitoring is an important part of an institute to maintain the stability of computer network devices. One of the functions of computer network monitoring is to find out the data traffic generated in network application. Simple Network Management Protocol is one of protocols for monitoring the data traffic in network device. However, network device administrators still have problems when they want to monitor their network infrastructure, such as device location and data traffic information of network device that is only temporarily stored in the monitoring system, and physical location of network device is not contained in the monitoring system. In order to make it easier for them how to monitor network devices, the Researcher intends to combine Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and SNMP into a web-based monitoring application. Geographic Information System application can display the physical location of network devices, whilethe SNMP application using for monitoring the data traffic in network device,finding out the data traffic that can be generated in real time, and displaying data traffic of network device that has been monitored in to graphical form based on the time and network device used.

Abstract

Pengembangan bisnis asuransi di saat yang berkembang pesat, dimana ini bisa membuat bingung dalam menentukan calon pelanggan untuk memilih opsi asuransi jiwa yang sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan mereka. Asuransi jiwa adalah bisnis dijasa yang memberikan jaminan kepada pelanggan ketika mereka mengalami perisitiwa yang beresiko hilang produktivitasnya menjadi keuangan. Namun, sebagian besar pelanggan benar-benar menyesal menjadi nasabah asuransi karena kurangnya pemahaman mereka untuk asuransi itu sendiri. Sistem informasi berbasis komputer dapat digunakan dalam memecahklan masalah pengambilan keputusan sering disebut sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu setiap orang dalam pilihan masalah yang dihadapi. Metode ini dapat digunakandalam pemilihan asuransi jiwa dinilai metode proses analisis dimana setiap alternatif akan dilakukan perengkingan untuk mendapatkan hasil terbaik. Sistem pendukung keputusan diharapkan dapat membantu calon pelanggan untuk memilih asuransi jiwa yang tepat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan.
