Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interpersonal relations and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of the Supreme Court's Balitbang Secretariat of Education and Legal Training of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia (MA.RI). The method in this study uses quantitative, by distributing questionnaires to 50 employees. The analysis technique that the researcher uses in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that interpersonal relationships and work environment had a close relationship seen from the R value of 0.588 or 58.8%. While the value of Adjusted R square is 0.318 or 31.8%. Changes in job satisfaction can be seen from interpersonal relationships and work environment, while the remaining 68.2% is due to other factors not examined in this study. Based on the results of the t test it is also known that interpersonal relationships and work environment partially have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of perceptions of fairness on satisfaction of performance appraisal. The research method used quantitative descriptive analysis method by testing a sample of 100 employees of the second largest Foundation of Islamic Education in Yogyakarta. Data analysis techniques using SPSS version 21. Findings in this study indicate that there is an effect of fairness on satisfaction of performance appraisal. The implication of this study is that efforts to create employee satisfaction in performance appraisal are inevitable to always be realized because they will be indicators of the effectiveness or failure of the performance appraisal function carried out by an organization. The limitations of this study are limited to one organization so that the results of the study cannot be generalized to other organizational conditions, both similar and different. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between stress, conflict and job performance. Data were collected from 40 employees using anonymously completed questionnaires. The results indicate that work stress and conflict have a negative and significant influence on employee performance. Thus, the higher the stress and perceived conflict, the lower the employee's performance. This research can provide useful input to help companies take appropriate steps to improve employee performance by overcoming stress and work conflicts that occur within the company. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress on employee job satisfaction in one of the Directorate in the State Ministry. In this study used associative research methods using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees in one of the Directorate in the State Ministry, with a sample of 30 people with data collection techniques through questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques using simple regression through SPSS version 23. The findings of this study that there is a significant influence between work stress on job satisfaction, where both variables have a strong and positive correlation. The magnitude of the effect of work stress on job satisfaction is 86.2%. Keywords: Job Stress, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of supervision and motivation on discipline. Survey methodology was used to obtain self-report data from a sample of 90 students in courses at a public university. Results revealed that supervision and motivation have a positive correlation with discipline. Indicates that the more effective supervision and motivation, the higher the student's discipline will be. Implications and suggestions are discussed in the paper. Abstract

This research was aimed for knowing the influence between promotion effectiveness above the line and below the line to the attractiveness of visitor of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. This research used a quantitative approach through survey to 150 visitors. Using a convenience sampling Hypothesis test (t test) result that shows that the variable above the line affect significantly to these attractiveness of visitor proved by t value about 5,867 which is more than t table. And the variable of below the line affect significantly with t value about 5,345 which is more than t tabel. The conclusion of this research is promotion of above the line and below the line be influential effectively increase the attractiveness of visitors of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. This means that the promotional media which can increase the wishes of the people for a visit to Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. Keywords: promotion,above the line, below the line, marketing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the index of public satisfaction in public health center services in Sumenep Regency and the relationship between the services to the public satisfaction. The analysis measured the index of public satisfaction and logistic regression methods to determine the effect of the relationship on total satisfaction in the health services of Public Health Center. The results of the study are the alignment between interests and patient satisfaction is still not aligned, there are still differences between interests and satisfaction, the pattern of the result is the relationship between the assurance dimension to the service satisfaction of the public health center, and the results of the index of public satisfaction values show that the results of the community assess the public health center performance is very good by getting an A grade. Abstract

The bank is considered not maximal yet to finance housing because it is faced with prudential rules in managing third party funds. In general, banks still face a gap between funding sources and housing finance. But the reality of banking financing sources is still the foundation of housing finance. Without reducing the precautionary aspect, the potential for bank funds can be extracted for housing finance. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the potential for housing finance by banks. After analysis, the banks studied have the potential to carry out housing finance, even though funding sources are obtained from different funding sources. Abstract

This research aims to review and analyze the influence of training and development of the performance of employees. The population in this research is of permanent workers at the PT. Nawakara Mighty Nusantara, which consisted of 72 people. Researchers used saturated where sample of a whole population are only sampled. The method of analysis of the data used in this research was the worship of idols linear regression analysis. The research results show that a ) training in full have had a positive impact and significant on the performance of employees, b ) the development of a career in full have had a positive impact and significant on the performance of employees, c ) training and the development of a career together significant impact on employee performance. And d ) a variable that dominant that influences the performance employees is the development of a career. Keywords: training, the development of career, and performance employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product price diversity, which consists of product quality diversity, product type diversity, product display diversity to customer satisfaction. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling with 90 respondents in the Tebat branch of Ramayana, and data collection techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show the variable of product quality diversity and product display variables have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction in the Ramayana branch of Tebet. While the variable price of product prices and the diversity of product types have no effect on customer satisfaction in the Ramayana Depart. Store Tebet branch.
