The research aims to analyze the effect of, leverage, and Liquiditas on rating bond. Data were collected from 9 companies from non financial (bond) listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2012 to 2014. The analysis method of this research used multiple regression. The results showed that leverage had a negative and significant effect on rating bond and liquidity had a positive and significant effect on rating bon (p-value <0.05), Overall, the model's ability to explain rating bon is 23.00% Discussions and limitations are discussed in the paper. This Research aims to investigate the reporting mechanism based on its financial performance and ethics. This research using experimental methods for confirming these findings, and considers ethics level as a moderating effect on its opportunist motivation of managers. The findings of this research show that performance affects the readability of disclosures. It consistent with previous findings. Beside that, this research also indicates that ethics have an impact on disclosure readability. Then, ethics can marginally moderate relationshipfinancial performance and disclosure readability. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of performance measurement based on a balaced scorecard for government agencies with a case study on KPP Jakarta Pasar Rebo. This study was a descriptive-quantitative research through case studies with quantitative methods. The data used are primary data from the results of a questionnaire given to all taxpayers in KPP Pratama Jakarta Pasar Rebo and secondary data from the documentation. The results obtained from this study showed the performance measurement using the balanced scorecard for all three perspectives: customer satisfaction, internal business process and learning and growth as a whole obtain good results with some suggestions and improvements that need to be done, but on the financial perspective showing results unfavorable. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work discipline on employee performance at Manggarai Station, South Jakarta. The type of research used is probability sampling with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study used a simple random sampling technique. The data obtained are primary data from the results of respondents' answers to questionnaires distributed by 115 respondents and processed using the SPPS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) software program 17. In the f test the variable Job Stress and Work Discipline together (simultaneous) affect the Employee Performance. The results of the study show that in the t test (partial) the Job Stress variable negatively affects Employee Performance and Work Discipline variables have a positive effect on Employee Performance. The purpose of this study is to examines the antesedents of capital structure. The object is 42 companies in the property and real estate sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2017 periods. Regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis. The results showed that the firm size variable had a significant effect on the capital structure, the profitability variable had a significant effect on the capital structure while the asset structure variable had no effect on the capital structure. And together with company size variables, profitability and asset structure affect the capital structure. Keywords: Profitability, Asset Structure, Capital Structure

This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Reputation and Vendor Reputation of online purchasing decisions with consumer trust as a variable between. This is triggered from the phenomenon of the number of companies engaged in E-Commerce, but many are still failing. By looking at the big prospects in Indonesia, it is hoped that this research can find out what strategies can be done in order to succeed in E-Commerce. This research uses quantitative research method by conducting survey. Sampling method is purposive sampling. Validity and Reliability Test Results using SPSS v 20.0, and the results of hypothesis using path analysis. Corporate Reputation has a significant effect on Consumer Trust, as well as Vendor Reputation also has a significant effect on Consumer Trust. The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationships to which leadership style (task and relations oriented leadership) moderate the impact of conflict on employee performance. Data were collected from 92 employees in different job levels. Partial least squares variance-based structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to test the relationship in the models. The results showed that task and relation conflict was associated with employee performance. The research findings also showed that leadership styles moderated the relationship between conflict and employee performance. This study offers implications for managerial practices. This study aims to determine the impact of various corporate contextual factors through investment opportunities, earnings management, on the influence of the level of free cash flow on funding decisions. The sample in this study were 18 retail trade companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 5 years (2013-2017). The analysis technique used is MODPROBE macro v 2.0 using SPSS 22 program. The results of statistical tests in this study indicate that together (Test-F) free cash flow on funding decisions, investment opportunity sets as moderating variables have a significant effect in strengthening flow relationships free cash on funding decisions and shareholder value as moderating variables have a significant effect in strengthening the relationship of free cash flow to funding decisions. This study aims to identify factors that influence of job performance and career development at the Rehabilitation Center of the Ministry of Defence. Data were collected from 65 respondents using self-administration questionnaires, and path analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The results show that work experience, competencies, and training directly affect performance, but only work experiences that directly affect career development. Finally, performance directly affects employee career development. Implications and suggestions are explained in the paper.

This study aims to test and determine the increasing value of wooden chair seats and drum variations based on business capital, production process, and product marketing. The subject of this study is the RW community, 18 Harapan Jaya Sub-district - North Bekasi. The results of this study are the lack of capital so that small businesses Karang Taruna is less able to compete in the market so that access in marketing is hampered and Marketing System is only limited from word to mouth and relying on social media from some members of youth caustic so minimal prospects. From some of these things have an effect on the selling value of the products of youth cadets that are far from the desired expectations.
