Abstract

Peningkatan pangsa pasar dari sebuah produk merupakan hal yang selalu ingin ditingkatkan oleh perusahaan. Berbagai strategi dilakukan perusahaan untuk mencapai maksud tersebut, diantaranya adalah pada kualitaas, desain produk dan daya Tarik iklan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas produk, Desain Kemasan Produk, dan Daya Tarik iklan terhadap keputusan Pembelian Susu SGM Ekslpore Surabaya. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi berganda, uji F, dan uji t. Dengan menggunakn sampel sebesar 90 orang konsumen, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Quality (X1), Desain Kemasan Produk (X2) dan iklan (X3) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan daya Tarik iklan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan kualitas product sebagai variabel yang berpengaruh dominan . Product Quality asTop Triggers Variable Purchasing Decisions Formula SGM eksplore in Surabaya AbstractIncreasing the market share of a product is the things you always wanted is enhanced by the company. Various strategies of the company to achieve this purpose, such as to the quality, product design and advertising Pull power. This study aimed to analyze the effect of product quality, Product Packaging Design, and Attractiveness of advertising on purchase decisions Milk SGM eksplore Surabaya. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression, the coefficient of multiple determination, F test and t test. Using a sample of 90 consumers, results show that the Quality (X1), Packaging Design Products (X2) and advertising (X3) simultaneously on the purchase decision (Y). The results also showed that the quality of products and advertising Pull partial effect on purchasing decisions, with product quality as the dominant influence variables.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Implikasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Budaya Organisasi Dan Motivasi AbstrakKinerja karyawan ditentukan kepemimpinan dalam organisasi. Salah satu kepemimpinan yang dapat mendorong kinerja karyawan adalah kepemimpinan transformasional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui variabel budaya organisasi dan motivasi. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 77 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakanpath analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan secara langsung. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan secara tidak langsung melalui variabel motivasi. Sedangkan, kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui variabel budaya organisasi. Hasil penelitian memiliki implikasi manajerial, yakni untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan perlu mengoptimalkan peran kepemimpinan yang mendorong motivasi kerja karyawan. A Transformational Leadership, It’s Implication on Employee Performance through Organizational Culture and MotivationAbstractThe employee performance is determined by a leadership in an organization. One of leadership that can increase the employee performance is a transformational leadership. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance by organizational culture and motivation variables. The total samples in this study is 77 persons. The technique of data collecting uses questionnaire. The data analysis uses path analysis. The result of this study shows that the transformational leadership does not influence directly the employee performance. The transformational leadership influences indirectly the employee performance through motivation. Whereas, the transformational leadership does not influence the employee performance by organizational cultural variable. The result of the study has managerial implication, that is for improving the employee performance it necessarily optimizes the leadership role for forcing the working motivation of employees.

Abstract

AbstrakHarmony Kediri The Service City adalah merek kota yang dirilis Kediri pada pertengahan 2016. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi layanan publik di Dispendukcapil Kediri berdasarkan Harmony Kediri The Service City brand. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan tiga birokrat dispendukcapil dan tiga orang Kediri yang telah melakukan pencatatan data lebih dari satu kali (sebelum dan sesudah merek dirilis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah merek Harmony Kediri The Service City, perubahan kebijakan pelayanan publik di dispendukcapil Kediri dapat dilihat dari prosedur pelayanan, persyaratan layanan, kompetensi personel layanan, proses layanan cepat, inovasi-layanan, inovasi dan pemenuhan fasilitas yang cukup nyaman. Hasilnya juga menunjukkan keberhasilan memposisikan Harmoni Kediri The Service City sebagai merek Kota di Kediri.Public Service Implementation Based On Brand "Harmoni Kediri The Service City" AbstractHarmony Kediri The Service City is a city brand released Kediri in mid 2016.  The purpose of this study to find out how the implementation of public services in Dispendukcapil Kediri based on the Harmony Kediri The Service City brand. This research method is qualitative with case study approach. Data were collected through interviews with three of bureaucrats dispendukcapil and three people of Kediri who had done data recording more than once (before and after brand released). The results showed that after the brand Harmony Kediri The Service City, the change of public service policy in dispendukcapil Kediri can be seen from service procedures, service requirements, the competence of service personnel, the process of rapid service , innovation-service, innovation and fulfillment of facilities that are quite comfortable . The result also shows the success of positioning Harmoni Kediri The Service City as City brand in Kediri.

Abstract

AbstrakKeputusan manajemen operasional banyak dibahas pada industri besar, tetapi seringkali terabaikan untuk usaha kecil. Obyek penelitian adalah UKM Whisnu yang bergerak dibidang kerajinan tangan yaitu cor kuningan. Meskipun dalam proses operasional UKM Whisnu masih menggunakan peralatan manual dan proses produksi memiliki ketergantungan yang tinggi dari kreativitas karyawan, produk handmade cor kuningan UKM Whisnu memiliki permintaan yang cukup tinggi setiap bulannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksploratif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara secara langsung dengan pemilik UKM Whisnu. Teknik analisis data penelitian terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian sepuluh keputusan operasional yang sudah dijalankan oleh pemilik UKM selaku manajer operasional berkaitan dengan perancansgan produk, pengelolan kualitas, perancangan proses, perancangan kapasitas, strategi lokasi, strategi tata letak, perancangan sumber daya manusia dan perancangan pekerjaan, pengelolaan rantai pasokan, pengeloaan persediaan dan perencanaan kebutuhan bahan baku, dan pemeliharaan. Have Already The Cor Of UKM Kuningan Implementing Operational Decisions? Abstract      Operational management decisions are mostly discussed in large industries, but are often overlooked for small businesses. The object of the research is SME Whisnu which is engaged in handicraft ie brass cast. Although in SME Whisnu's operational process still using manual equipment and production process has high dependence of employee creativity, SME Whisnu brass handmade products have high demand every month. This type of research is explorative with a qualitative approach. Techniques used to collect using observations and interviews directly with the owner of SME Whisnu. Technique of research data analysis consist of four stages that is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the ten operational decisions conducted by the owners of SMEs as operational managers related to product design, quality management, process design, capacity design, location strategy, layout strategy, human resource design and job design, supply chain management, inventory management and raw material requirements planning, and maintenance.

Abstract

Anomali Pasar Pengembalian Saham Perusahaan LQ 45Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Abstrak            Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) menganalisis perbedaan Efek Rogalski (2) untuk menguji perbedaan Efek Senin (3) untuk mengeksplorasi perbedaan Efek Akhir Pekan terhadap return saham pada perusahaan LQ 45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 43 perusahaan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara rata-rata hari Senin-April dengan rata-rata return saham hari Senin, bukan return saham bulan April, dan tidak ada Efek Rogalski pada saham LQ 45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, (2) tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara rata-rata pengembalian saham hari Senin dengan rata-rata pengembalian saham bukan hari Senin. Dan tidak ada Efek Senin terhadap return saham LQ 45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, (3) ada perbedaan signifikan yang terjadi pada hari Rabu, sedangkan pada hari Senin, Selasa dan Kamis tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara rata-rata return saham. Dan tidak ada Efek Akhir Pekan terhadap return saham LQ 45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari Februari 2016 hingga Januari 2017. AbstractThe purposes of this study were to: (1) analyze the differences of Rogalski Effect (2) to examine the differences of Monday Effect (3) to explore the differences of Weekend Effect on stock return at LQ 45 company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this study was descriptive quantitative, the sample in this study amounted to 43 companies selected by using purposive sampling technique, the analysis tool used was the Independent sample t-test. The result of this research showed (1) there was no significant differences between the average of Monday-April with the average stock return of Monday, not April stock return. And there was no Rogalski Effect on LQ 45 stock return listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange, (2) there was no significant differences between the average return of the stock of Monday with the average return of not Monday stock. And there was no Monday Effect on LQ 45 stock return listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange, (3) there were significant differences occurred on Wednesday, while on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday there was no significant difference between the average stock return. And there was no Weekend Effect on LQ 45 stock return listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from February 2016 until January 2017.

Abstract

Abstrak            Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku beralihnya nasabah tabungan Britama ke tabungan bank lain. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menguji lima variabel bebas yaitu reputasi bank, kualitas layanan bank, daya tarik iklan bank, harga dan involuntary switching terhadap customer churn. Data penelitian berasal dari 100 responden eks nasabah Britama yang tinggal di wilayah Greater Jakarta (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang dan Bekasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reputasi bank, kualitas layanan bank, daya tarik iklan bank dan harga berpengaruh signifikan secara negatif, sedangkan involuntary switching berpengaruh signifikan secara positif terhadap tingkat churn tabungan Britama. Reputasi bank, kualitas layanan bank, daya tarik iklan bank dan harga akan menghambat terjadinya peralihan nasabah dan meminimalisir tingkat churn tabungan. Sebaliknya, involuntary switching justru akan mendukung beralihnya nasabah dan meningkatkan churn tabungan.CHURN LEVEL OF SAVINGS IN THE BANKING INDUSTRYAbstract            This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence customer switching behavior of Britama savings to other bank savings. Multiple linear regression analysis will be used to examine the independent variables such as bank reputation, bank service quality, attractiveness of bank advertisement, price and involuntary switching that influence customer churn. The data of this research were obtained from 100 respondents of former Britama that live in Greater Jakarta area (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi). The result shows that bank reputation, bank service quality, attractiveness of bank advertisement have significant influence negatively, while involuntary switching positively significant influence to Britama savings churn. Bank reputation, bank service quality, attractiveness of bank advertisement and price will prevent the customer switching behavior and minimize customer churn. Instead, involuntary switching will support the customer switching behavior and increase savings churn.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini menganalisis tentang implementasi kebijakan dan budaya organisasi pada kualitas pelayanan publik di Kecamatan Pamulang Tangerang Selatan. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei sebagai alat. Sedangkan untuk pengumpulan data, penulis menggunakan teknik cluster sampling dengan jumlah responden adalah 400. Selain itu, untuk menganalisis data, penulis menerapkan persamaan regresi linier berganda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan dan menjawab hipotesis penelitian. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan fakta bahwa ada hubungan antara kebijakan dan organisasi budaya pada kualitas pelayanan publik. Melalui penelitian ini, penulis menemukan hasil bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara implementasi kebijakan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kualitas layanan publik.Public Service Quality: Between The Implementation Of Organizational Policies And Culture (Case Study In Pamulang Sub-District, South Tangerang) AbstractThis reseacrh analyzed about the implementation of policies and organizational culture on the quality of public services at Kecamatan Pamulang Tangerang Selatan. The writes used the method of descriptive quantitative method  with survey method as the tool. While for collection data, the writer   used cluster sampling technique with the number of respondents was 400. Moreover, for analyzing the data, the writer applied the multiple linear regression equation. The aim of this reseacrh was to find and to answer the hypothesis of the research. This reseach revealed the fact that there was a relationship between  the polices and culture organization  on the quality of public service.    Through this research, the writer finds the result that that there is significant influence between the implementation of policy and organizational culture on the quality of public services.

Abstract

AbstrakSebuah perusahaan berdiri karena mempunyai target, visi dan misi yang ingin dicapai. Selain bersaing pada kualitas produk, perusahaan wajib mengawasi SDM yang terkait dengan pola perilaku, sikap, kebiasaan yang dapat bermanfaat untuk memperkuat kinerja di perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara Budaya organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan pada Bunker Rabbani Pucang Surabaya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis data korelasi rank-spearman. Hasil riset yang dilakukan dengan variabel budaya organisasi dengan indikator inovatif mengambil risiko, memperhatikan detail, orientasi team, agressivitas, bertanggung jawab, bekerja merupakan ibadah, bekerja  azas manfaat dan maslahat,  bekerja  penuh yakin dan optimistis, memperhatikan halal dan haram, dan bersikap tawadzun melalui teknik sampling jenuh dan menggunakan penyebaran kuisioner dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan atas kinerja karyawan pada Bunker Rabbani Pucang Surabaya.Organizational Culture and Employee Performance:An Islamic Economic PerspectiveAbstract            A company stands because it has the target, vision and mission to be achieved. In addition to competing on product quality, companies must monitor HR related to behavior patterns, attitudes, and habits that can be useful to strengthen performance in the company. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between organizational culture and employee performance in the Rabbani Pucang Bunker Surabaya. This research is quantitative research using rank-spearman correlation data analysis. The results of research conducted with organizational culture variables with innovative indicators of taking risks, paying attention to details, team orientation, aggressiveness, responsibility, work is worship, working principles of benefit and benefit, working full of confidence and optimism, paying attention to halal and haram, and being tawadzun through Saturated sampling techniques and using questionnaires can be concluded that organizational culture has a significant relationship to employee performance in the Pucang Surabaya Rabbani Bunker

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of Motivation, Transformational Leadership and Service Quality towards Satisfaction and Professional Commitment of Minor Seminary’ Students of  St. Vincentius A Paulo at Blitar. The population of this research is Minor Seminary’ Students of St. Vincentius A Paulo at Blitar. The research sampling method used census method. The instrument of this research was questioners. The data were collected from the questioners which were distributed to 115 students at Minor Seminary of St. Vincentius A Paulo at Blitar, tested by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Motivation measured by three indicators (ERG theory) which introduced by Alderfer (Gibson et al., 2006:94). Transformational Leadership measured by four indicators which introduced by Robin and Judge (2011: 391). Service Quality based on Lovelock & Wright (2002: 266: 267); Satisfaction based on Westbrook and Oliver (1991); Professional Commitment based on Kalbers and Fogarty (1995).In measuring the data, this research used Likert Scale, while in measuring the validity and reliability, this research was used validity and reliability test based on Crombach’s Alpha to the internal consistence by using SPSS program version 22 with Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) version 23. The model of relationship between the variables studied shown that Motivation, Transformational Leadership and Service Quality have significant influence to Satisfaction and Professional Commitment of Minor Seminary’ Students of St. Vincentius A Paulo at Blitar.Based on the result of this research,  Rector of Minor Seminary of  St. Vincentius A Paulo at Blitar suggested to give comprehensive attention to the variables that influenced Professional Commitment: Motivation, Transformational Leadership, Service Quality, Satisfaction of Minor Seminary’ Students of  St. Vincentius A Paulo at Blitar.

Abstract

Underpricing is a condition which shows that stocks price at primary market is lower than the stocks price at secondary market. This research was aimed to find out the influence of financial and non-financial information in the form of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE), underwriter reputation, and the percentage of stocks offering to underpricing of stock prices in companies that conducted Initial Public Offering (IPO). The population in this research were the companies that conduct IPO listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period time of 2013-2017. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method and there were obtained 52 companies as the samples. The used data were the secondary data in the form of the data of companies that carry out IPO and listed in IDX in 2013-2017and the prospectus of the companies.The data analysis technique was multiple linier regression. The result of this reseach showed that Return on Equity (ROE) and Underwriter Reputation has a negative significant effect to underpricing, while Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Percentage of Stocks Offering doesn’t have significant effect to underpricing.
