Abstract

The implementation of information and communication technology (ICT) curriculum at elementary school is the educational sector development. ICT subject is a practical subject which requires a direct practice to make easier in elementary student understanding the material. Founding many problems in understanding their English material especially reading comprehension a teacher is demanded to make a learning media which helps the student to understand the material of study. This research is aimed at describing the model of ICT in elementary school and using of learning media. Moreover, the description can be bocome one of the basic from the development of interactive study model base on student self learning. Designing material for elementary student and giving media learning can motivate them in teaching learning English better. Concerning these problems, a set of suitable instructional elementary student material and media learning for elementary student. Abstract

The policy in the governance of Islamic education in Indonesia between the Ministry of Education and Culture which is decentralized and the Ministry of religious which is centralized impact on the quality, service, and support is also different. Islamic Educational institutions managed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs although in each region have grown rapidly, but the local government tends not to support the full in Islamic education services because it is not their obligation. This study uses qualitative research methods with political research approaches in institutional perspectives. Sources of research are taken from education policymakers and stakeholders in Pasuruan Regency. Data collection is using document review, observation, and in-depth interviews. Data analysis is using interactive models A. Michael Huberman and Mattew B. Miles. Check data validation is through transferability, dependability, and confirmability.This article will reveal the efforts of the Pasuruan Regency Government to integrate the education governance in the Quranic read-write program. The results of this research showed that with regional autonomy, the government of Pasuruan Regency initiated the education policy "covert sarong culture" by forming the Sub-Office of PERGURAG, under the auspices of the Education Office and Culture, as a part of policy at the local level to support the Ministry of Religion in conducting service efforts and improving the quality of Islamic education in Pasuruan regency. As well as implementing the Qur'an write read Program for all types and levels of primary and secondary level in Pasuruan Regency, East Java, Indonesia

Abstract

This study is aimed at developing ( ESP ) English for Specific Purposes Instructional Material for Islamic Department Students . In this case, the product is English for Specific Purposes Instructional Material in teaching English. To support in this study, the appropriate design that the analyst connected research and development ( R & D ). The result of need assessment consists 1) the college need ESP Instructional Material, 2) the students need toward ESP Instructional Material, 3) the Islamic graduates about English at Islamic department, 4) the curriculum maker interview. After that the material mapping to develop the first draft of the material, then gave the product to the expert validation, after revised the result of the tryout of the material, the researcher revised of the product and got the final. The final product consists of the good over, the material by using with the principles of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) and communicative approach which full activities of reading and speaking to improve the learners’ skill also the essential phrases for use the situation in real-life.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work culture and reward on military education professional commitments at the middle of the center of the commando for the development of the doctrines of education and training of the TNI AL (KODIKLATAL) Surabaya. The research used is a survey with a causal design. The number of respondents was set at 160 educators, the sampling technique was done by simple random sampling from 265 organic educators at the level of Middle Officers who were lecturing in Kobangdikal, Bumi Moro, Surabaya.

Abstract

Constructivism, as a philosophical paradigm, seems to be a good explanation in understanding the entrepreneurial learning process that builds meaning through experience with the business world. This study aims to explore the learning process of student entrepreneurship from a constructivist perspective and try to understand how students learn to become entrepreneurs in the context of higher education. This research is based on the learning of a small group of Sharia Economics study program students who take entrepreneurship modules at Sunan Giri University Surabaya Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that the student learning process is seen as a very valuable experience and is based on all types of interactions in the classroom according to the situation outside their class. Entrepreneurship development is supported by an experience approach to learning, action-based and student-centered, focusing on developing skills and competencies related to entrepreneurship.

Abstract

On this research paper analysis Cadet Engineer, junior engineer, Operational level senior engineer, and management level senior engineer will do experiment using data velocity various scenario at marine engine simulator and then result of experiment will use analysis education and training marine engine simulator for to know correct time. Then analysis has also revealed that the human errors occur for the following reasons: Lack of knowledge on the over all system and fundamental operation, Insufficient confirmation to operation and Incomplete knowledge on the operational sequence. the roles of instructor will be described in order to reduce the cause for such human errors and to enhance the educational performance according implemented and development each them various scenario base on expert justification and reference IMO Standard and SOLAS. kinds various scenario safety procedure for all Engineer with hope to minimalist accident loss of soul at sea. For the purpose of machinery plant operation training by means of Engine Room Simulator (ERS) based on PC, describes the features of human errors by the Incompetence trainees in the marine engine plant operation and shows the necessary improvement in the training in order to decrease such errors from the viewpoint of educational technology. The examination of such data has shown that error occurs mainly by omission error and extraneous act. Further analysis was made on such errors by the trainees engineer to find out the characteristics of errors caused in the process of acquiring procedural knowledge for the operation according implemented development various safety scenario.
