Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of price, service quality, and promotion on customer satisfaction at Pak Edy's Express Laundry. Primary data were collected through interviews and questionnaires distributed to all customers of Pak Edy's Express Laundry. A purposive sampling technique was used to obtain a sample of 100 respondents. Descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression were conducted using SPSS 26 software. The results showed that price, service quality, and promotion positively affect customer satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. The service quality variable has the most significant impact on customer satisfaction compared to the other variables. This indicates that enhancing service quality can substantially increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research examines how PT Bank Sumut KCP USU's promotion strategy affects customers' decisions to save. The study's population consists of 12,650 customers of PT Bank Sumut KCP USU. Using the Slovin formula, 100 participants were selected for the sample. The data analysis approach employed multiple linear regression analysis, including statistical tests (F, T, and determination coefficient) and tests for classical assumptions (normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity). The normalcy test using Kolmogorov-Smirnov found that the data distribution is normal. There were no signs of heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, or multicollinearity. The regression analysis revealed a partially positive and significant influence from advertising and direct marketing, and a partially positive but non-significant effect from sales promotion, public relations, and personal sales. An R-squared value of 0.488 indicates that the independent variables explain 48.8% of the variance in the dependent variable, with the remaining 51.2% attributed to factors not included in the regression model

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of café atmosphere, location, and innovation on purchase intention at Bengkel Kopi Bandar Lampung. Bengkel Kopi is a unique restaurant that offers the concept of enjoying food and beverages, especially coffee, in a serene and comfortable environment. The restaurant provides playing facilities for customers, whether friends or family, while waiting for their orders. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population consists of 4,559 people who participated in the Bandar Lampung coffee workshop in 2022, and a sample of 98 people was selected using the convenience sampling method. Data were collected through observation and analyzed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 22. The results show that café atmosphere, location, and innovation significantly influence purchase intention. Abstract

Unemployment and poverty remain persistent issues that governments, especially regional administrations, continuously strive to address. The analysis of unemployment and poverty varies across regions due to different datasets. This study reveals the latest data related to research variables in Langkat Regency. Path analysis was employed to accurately measure the influence of variables through intervening variables with dynamic macroeconomic data. The regression model in sub-structural 1 indicates a direct influence of economic growth and inflation on unemployment, showing a combined effect of 65%. Furthermore, the sub-structural regression model 2 reveals a direct influence of unemployment on poverty, while economic growth and inflation do not directly affect poverty. However, collectively, economic growth, inflation, and unemployment show an influence of 85%. Other findings using path analysis demonstrate an indirect influence of economic growth and inflation on poverty through unemployment. These results enrich the literature on unemployment and poverty and provide new data for similar studies across various regions in Indonesia. These findings are expected to contribute to the literature on policy-making related to unemployment reduction and poverty alleviation in the macroeconomic context of Langkat Regency.

Abstract

. This study aims to determine the effect of fiscal decentralization on poverty both partially and simultaneously. It examines factors influencing fiscal decentralization, namely Regional Original Income (PAD), balancing funds, and regional expenditures. The data used in this research are secondary data obtained from the official website of the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance or the Ministry of Finance (DJPK). Based on the discussion results, the conclusions drawn are: 1) There is no significant effect of Regional Original Income on poverty, as evidenced by the t-value of -5.721 < t-table 2.131. 2) There is no significant effect of balancing funds on poverty in Jambi Province, as evidenced by the t-value of 1.399 < t-table 2.131. 3) There is a significant effect of regional expenditures on poverty in Jambi Province, as evidenced by the t-value of 6.22 > t-table 2.131. In conclusion, Regional Original Income and balancing funds do not have a significant effect on poverty, while regional expenditures have a significant effect on poverty in Jambi Province.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the internal and external factors for developing the Kerinci Lake tourist attraction and to determine the strategy for developing the Kerinci Lake tourist attraction. The data used is primary data obtained from respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is SWOT analysis. Based on the study carried out, it was concluded that the strategy for developing the Kerinci Lake tourist attraction is in quadrant 1, namely the Rapid Growth Strategy. By using the SO strategy, the strategy for developing the Kerinci Lake tourist attraction is to maintain the existence of natural resources which have great potential as tourist attractions, establishing cooperation with other parties in developing facilities and infrastructure as well as tourist attractions. Apart from that, the strategy that needs to be carried out is to develop the Lake Kerinci tourist attraction with the aim of providing comfort and security by involving the participation of the community of the tourist attraction area and its unique socio-cultural (community traditions) to increase Opportunities in the current natural tourism trend in order to drive the community's economy and improve PAD.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of diversification strategy, leverage, earning growth, and company size on the performance of banking companies. The type of research used is quantitative. The methods used in this research are descriptive and verification methods. The data used in this research is secondary data. The population in this study were banking companies or banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample or sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 30 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection techniques by studying, understanding, reviewing journals, books and other sources. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression techniques, classical assumption tests which include normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests, F tests, t tests, and R² tests. The results of this study are Diversification Strategy has a significant influence on Company Performance. Leverage has a significant effect on Company Performance. Earning Growth has no significant effect on Company Performance. Company Size has no significant effect on Company Performance. Simultaneously, Diversification Strategy,Leverage, Earning Growth, and Company Size have a significant influence on Company Performance.

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of digital marketing, marketing communications, and service quality on consumer satisfaction. The population in this research is iPhone user consumers. This research uses a purposive sampling method. The method is based on criteria with a sample size of 100 respondents. The model used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The partial research results show that digital marketing variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Marketing communication has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Service quality has a significant negative effect on consumer satisfaction. The results of simultaneous research tests show that digital marketing, marketing communications and service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The results of this research obtained an Adjusted R Square value of 69.1%. The remaining 30.9% can be explained by other variables outside this research, for example Web E-Commerce, promotions and others.

Abstract

The advancement of information and communication technology in everyday life has undergone many changes. Smartphone technology is a driver of change, influencing various aspects of society's activities. This research aims to analyze the influence of marketing communications, electronic word of mouth and product quality on iPhone purchasing decisions. The type of research used is quantitative. The independent variables in this research are marketing communications, electronic word of mouth and product quality, the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. The sample was 100 respondents. The method used is quantitative by obtaining data from questionnaires via Google from. The instrument in this research used a questionnaire which was then processed using IBM SPSS version 26 software. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The partial results of this research show that marketing communications, electronic word of mouth and product quality have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the research results show that marketing communications, electronic word of mouth and product quality have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Net Profit Margin, and Firm Size on financial performance in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2022. The research method used is quantitative research. The sampling technique was conducted using purposive sampling with a total of 79 samples. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from financial statements on the IDX website (www.idx.ac.id) or the official website of each company. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The research results indicate that the variables Total Assets Turnover, Net Profit Margin, and Firm Size significantly influence financial performance, whereas the Debt to Equity Ratio variable does not significantly affect financial performance.
