Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and price on purchase intention in the Codashop game top-up service application. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires distributed to Mobile Legends application users who interact via the Twitter/X account @mlbbfess. Data were analyzed using t-tests and F-tests to assess the partial and simultaneous effects between the independent variables (product quality and price) and the dependent variable (purchase intention). The results show that product quality and price have a significant influence on purchase intention. Partially, product quality contributes 85% to purchase intention, while price contributes 43.5%. Simultaneously, product quality and price have a significant effect on purchase intention with an F-value of 52.456, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.09 and significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These findings indicate that improving product quality and setting competitive prices can enhance consumer purchase intentions in the Codashop game top-up service application.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether financial performance and financial leverage influence financial distress in consumer cyclical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the population in this study is the Consumer Cyclicals company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling method. The results of this research show that financial performance has a negative effect on financial distress in consumer cyclical companies. The results of this research show that the first hypothesis (H1) is supported and financial leverage has a negative effect on financial distress in consumer cyclical companies. The research results show that the second hypothesis (H2) is not supported.

Abstract

High operational costs have had a major impact on Bandung's CV XYZ rubber production plant. Labor, specifically in the completed goods section, accounts for the largest portion of operational expenditures, costing Rp 377,190,000. A labor and process efficiency study is required in order to cut expenses. This study intends to evaluate the labor and process performance of CV XYZ's finished goods division and make recommendations for enhancements. CV XYZ has enough capacity, according to the capacity study, to satisfy current demand without going beyond. Small products are used 65.91% of the time, medium products 67.73%, and large products 53.81%. The efficiency rate for medium-sized products is 81.59%, large-sized products is 64.82%, and small-sized products is 79.41%. Waiting waste was identified as the most common process by a thorough process mapping. Eight workers were found to be under load, whereas one worker had a typical workload, according to the workload study. Reengineering business processes proposes integrating components or operations to better. During the rubber vulcanization process, the suggested method cuts down on worker idle time. The new workload distribution is computed using the re-engineered business process as a base. Even though it falls under the under-load category, this leads to fewer employees and a greater burden. By using this suggested method, CV XYZ can save Rp 125.730.000,00, or 33% of its direct labor expenditures

Abstract

This research aims to identify and evaluate ergonomic risks associated with pipe lifting activities using rod loaders in the PT 5/2018 concerning K3 Work Environment, measuring and controlling ergonomic risk factors is important to ensure safe K3 Work Environment conditions. The ergonomic measurement method used refers to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 9011:2021. This research uses a comparative approach with data collection techniques through field observations, data-based questionnaires, and GOTRAK complaint surveys. The research results show that pipe lifting activities with rod loaders have significant ergonomic risks, especially related to manual material handling. More than 30% of Drill Helper workers experienced GOTRAK complaints classified as moderate-severe. Recommended measures include workplace ergonomics assessments, ergonomic workplace redesign, training on ergonomics, and use of appropriate equipment to reduce the risk of injury and musculoskeletal disorders in workers.

Abstract

Financial performance is one form of assessment with the principle of benefits and efficiency in the use of financial budgets, the financial performance of a company can be obtained from the information presented in financial reports in a period, not only seen from the development of stock prices. The company's performance can be measured using Tobin's return on equity and return on assets. This study aims to examine the effect of good corporate governance and leverage on the company's financial performance. The research approach used in this study is to use the associative method with a quantitative approach. The Data used in this study were obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange regarding the annual reports of banking sub-sector companies in 2020-2022. The population in this study is banking companies listed on the IDX for the period 2020-2022. Sample selection in this study using purposive sampling method. The results of this study can be concluded that the board of Commissioners, audit Committee, Board of Directors has no effect on financial performance, while leverage has a significant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of economic growth, foreign direct investment and energy consumption on environmental quality in Indonesia in terms of increasing carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. This research is descriptive quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis tools using the e-Views 12 application. The data used in this research is time series data with a period of 38 years in the period 1985-2022 obtained from various sources on the internet including Worldbank, Global Carbon Atlas, and Our World In Data. The research results show that economic growth has a negative and insignificant influence on environmental quality in Indonesia. If economic growth increases by 1%, it will reduce CO2 emissions by 1.42%. Furthermore, FDI and energy consumption have a positive and significant influence on environmental quality in Indonesia. If FDI and energy consumption increase by 1%, then these two variables will increase CO2 emissions by 2.67% and 0.26%. Simultaneously economic growth, FDI and energy consumption have a positive and significant influence on environmental quality in Indonesia in terms of CO2 emissions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of investment motivation, investment knowledge, and social media on capital market investment interest in students. The type of research used is quantitative causality. The population used in this study are students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta semester 6, semester 8, and semester 10 with a total of 3001 students. The technique used in this study is Purposive Sampling. The Data used is primary data data in the form of responses obtained through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that investment motivation, investment knowledge and social media affect investment interest.

Abstract

Many companies have not met their performance targets over the past year, indicating poor performance. This study aims to analyze whether good corporate governance can moderate the influence of intellectual capital and capital structure on company performance. The sample consisted of 80 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020 to 2023. The methodology used was multiple linear regression analysis, with the assistance of EViews 12 software. The study found that intellectual capital and capital structure do not affect company performance, but good corporate governance can moderate the effect of intellectual capital and capital structure on company performance. The conclusion of this study is that good corporate governance can moderate the influence of intellectual capital and capital structure on company performance.

Abstract

In the modern era, sports have become an essential need for individuals as it helps maintain health and reduce the risk of various diseases that can hinder daily activities. Additionally, sports serve as a way for people to spend their leisure time amidst their busy schedules. Companies in the sports industry strive to be market leaders by offering high-quality products. This research aims to analyze the influence of brand image and product quality on the purchasing decisions of Ortuseight sports shoes at Soccer Corner, Bandar Lampung. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 45 respondents. The analytical techniques used include classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that brand image has a 16.72% influence on purchasing decisions, while product quality has a 23.06% influence. Brand image and product quality together influence purchasing decisions by 17.3%. Both variables significantly impact and mutually influence each other.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosures on firm value. The sample consists of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2023. The sampling method employed is purposive sampling, with hypothesis testing conducted using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that Environmental Disclosure has a significant impact on firm value, while Social Disclosure does not have a significant effect. Governance Disclosure also has a significant impact on firm value. Furthermore, simultaneous analysis reveals that ESG disclosures, as a collective, significantly affect firm value. These findings suggest that although Social Disclosure does not individually impact firm value, the overall integration of ESG aspects influences investors' perception of a company's value
