Ethics becomes the foundation to communicate between individuals and groups. Ethics provide a moral foundation in building deontology against all attitudes and behavior of individuals or groups in communication. standardization and communication ethics propaganda foundation is built on the instructions of communication Ethics Koran, Islam teaches that communicates with a full civilized, respectful, respect for people who talk, and so on. When talking with others, Islam provides a clear foundation on procedures speaking namely: qawlan sadidan correct word meaning contained in the Koran letter an-Nisa verse 9 and Al-Ahzab verse 70, qawlan balighan means striking the words contained in the letter of an- Nisa verse 63, qawlan maysuran means the word is found in the Quran surah Al-Isra verse 28, qawlan layyinan meaning words of gentle contained in the Quran letter Lugman paragraph 44, qawlan Kariman meaning words that glorious contained in the Quran surah Al-Isra verse 23 and qaulan ma'rufan appropriate word meaning contained in the Koran letter an-Nisa verse 5.Etika menjadi dasar pijakan berkomunikasi antara individu dan kelompok. Etika memberikan landasan moral dalam membangun tata susila terhadap semua sikap dan perilaku individu atau kelompok dalam komunikasi. standarisasi dan dasar pijakan etika komunikasi dakwah adalah Etika komunikasi dibangun berdasarkan petunjuk Alquran, Islam mengajarkan berkomunikasi itu dengan penuh beradab, penuh penghormatan, penghargaan terhadap orang yang diajak bicara, dan sebagainya. Cultural values in the community are gradually being replaced. Children more easily receive information provided by internet media. Right and wrong are still questions because what is received, read, seen and heard from various sources is unclear. Especially if it is associated with Islamic nuances, namely da'wah, it will be a great homework for da'wah interpreters to straighten the news or information that is often found in the community so that people start to be sheepfolded by hoax information that will obviously harm our society. Therefore, it is imperative that efforts be made to filter people out of false news and misleading behavior so that the community becomes an intelligent society, with morality, accompanied by local wisdom nuances that are still maintained as an adhesive between the relationship between the people in this millennial era.

Under Indonesian law there are 30 types of corruption. For eradication, the government has made a variety of rules and institutions, including the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), but corruption remains a problem that must be dealt with in Indonesia. Ministry of Religion as an institution that serves to foster religious life has made various efforts to make ummah obedient to Islamic teachings, religious and morally commendable. One of its efforts is to provide Islamic counseling. However, counseling still should be increased in order to contribute to corruption eradication. The contribution can be made by encouraging the extension of Islamic counseling through the development of curriculum and materials used to be consulted with the addition of an understanding of the thirty kinds of corruption, Islamic moral teachings and principles violated by the perpetrators of corruption

Khusus bagi masyarakat Bajau yang berdiam di desa Rampa, wilayah Kecamatan Pulau Laut Utara, Kabupaten Kotabaru, adat budaya (traditional culture) melingkupi kehidupan mereka adalah sangat penting dan sangat bernilai bagi kehidupan. Salah satu budaya dari orang-orang suku Bajau ialah mereka masih memperpegangi tinggi peringkatnya masalah ?pengobatan tradisional pedesaan? yang ini banyak dibantu oleh ahli pengobatan tradisional, dalam bahasa Bajau dinamakan ?SENDRO?. Sebagian diantaranya ada ?Sendro Wanita? yang terbiasa menggunakan bahan obat-obatan, sesuai dengan syari?at agama Islam dalam hal bahan-bahan yang dipergunakan ada yang dikategorikan ?Najis? dan bahan-bahan itu tidak layak (tidak baik) dipergunakan dan begitu juga ?Sendro? mau menerima dan memakainya, dan dia mendapat kekuatan bathin dari pertolongan Tuhan dan roh-roh yang terdahulu. Dengan demikian, bimbingan pengobatannya mengarah pada animisme dan dinamisme. Untuk masalah ini, hal yang benar yang diperlukan ialah pencapaian aktivitas yang baik menurut agama dan diupayakan jalan keluarnya dalam Islam, yaitu mengaktifkan kembali pemahaman tentang Islam dan mencarikan jalan keluar yang hubungannya dengan keyakinan lama (kuno) dalam hal sektor pengobatan, sehingga tidak keluar dari koridor dan prinsip-prinsip kebenaran ajaran agama Islam yang hak dan diridhoi oleh Allah azza wajalla.

The Umayyah dynasty became a major force in the development of propaganda spread throughout the world as well as being one of the first centers of political, cultural and scientific studies in the world since the Middle Ages. At the height of its greatness, its success in expanding Islamic power was far greater than that of the Roman empire. The history of Islamic preaching in the Umayyah Dynasty can be divided into two periods in the dynasty era in Damascus and in Cordoba. Islamic da'wah at this time was carried out in three stages, first the expansion of the da'wah area, the second was the development of science and the third was economic thought.

People with visual disabilities are someone who has a sense of vision (both) do not function as channels of information in their activities as normal people. This means that a blind person has a disability in the sense of vision so that the vision function is not the same as people in general. Disabilities in persons with visual impairments have a major influence on daily life.The physical limitations of people with visual impairments hamper any activities that are normally carried out by normal (seeing) people. These limitations affect the mental condition of persons with blind disabilities, for example a feeling of inferiority towards the physical possessed, then fear and insecurity about their potential, this is a problem that must be faced by persons with blind disabilities.Persons with disabilities who are blind with imperfections of their sense of sight will naturally experience various problems including those related to their self-acceptance, because it is not easy for those with disabilities to be able to accept themselves, and will require a long time, until it is embedded in him that experiencing blindness is not the end of everything, and with limitations on their sense of sight they still have a strong desire and determination to realize their desires, and are able to adapt themselves to their circumstances and environment by seeing themselves as they really are and recognizing themselves as they really are.Persons with visual impairments, whether innate or not, who have self-acceptance they will have the confidence to face problems, have the same degree as others, can receive praise, be able to accept criticism, able to accept limitations and strengths that exist in themselves, have a positive assessment of himself, able to control his emotional state, and be responsible

Humans are social creatures who need a good relationship with other people, and have the urge to relate to other people and other impulses such as curiosity, self-actualization, and so on, it will be discarded by communicating with each other. Because humans can always develop and be able to carry out community life, of course, with communication, which can be done at any time, when, by whom and with anyone. Likewise with communication for a child in a family who has work to be used in the community. Parents in a family become a figure for children in the form of the same thing, behavior, speech words formed by parents of parents. The key pattern of communication in the family that is built will affect the parenting style of the children. With good communication patterns will create good parenting patterns, the formation of children in the family form as an effort of parents for the virtue of behaving that must be done early is the basis of education. The formation of awareness as the basis of education is a manifestation of the formation of a child's personality.
