Abstract

This study aims to read and compare the price movements of returntransactions generated by each indicator Parabolic SAR, Bollinger Bandsand Stochastic Oscillator , and a combination. This study form based on thesimulation of trading and trading plan that has been created based on eachindicator and a combined indicator. Trading plan in the form of this tradingsystem will be implemented in a software Victory Trader 4 . The simulationresults using the Parabolic SAR indicator trading generates a return of 3,255pips of 17 transactions during the year 2013, while trading simulation usingStochastic Oscillator indicator generates a return of 5619 pips of 19transactions . Simulation results for the indicator Bollinger Bands tradinggenerate 1661 pips of 14 transactions , while trading simulation with acombined indicator generates a return of 1152 pips of 3 transactions .Indicator Stochastic Oscillator generates the greatest return than otherindicators. The parabolic SAR indicator, the Stochastic Oscillator andBollinger Bands should not be combined into a single instrument, becausethe three indicators do not give a reversal signal simultaneously. The lessonslearn from the simulation results is that we can not use more than twoindicators, due to the potential refraction information.

Abstract

The road design should apply engineering principles to meazure trafficdensity and rapidity in minimizing crash probability. The weaknesses ofaggregat mixed aspalth concrete is causing the road quality design beingreduced.Marshall test is a technical testing to find the properness of aggregate mixed asphalt concrete in case of road design costruction.  Marshall’s stability is one of experiment result to know maximum load that  will be occupied by asphalt concrete. However, to ensure the  accuration of stability point of Marshall’s is needed a Compute Method  such Neural Network to solve diversity and unlinearity accuracy problem.  Neural Network Optimization is being tested to find the best accuration  value by using Genetic Algorithm in order to increase accuration value that  result by Neural Network. The experiment had done in obtaining optimum  architecture and increase accuracy. The result of this research that is  confusion matrix has prove Neural Network accuracy before optimized by  Genetic Algorithm is 93.83% and becomes 97.37% after being optimized.  AUC has result Neural Network is 0.975 after being optimized become  0.992. It is prove that experiment estimation of Marshall’s stability by  using Neural Network method and Genetic Alogarithm is more accurate  than Individual Neural Network Method.

Abstract

AbstrakThe series of disasters that occurred late show is still much work to be completed by the various parties, namely the Government, Private / World of Business and Society. Included in this is the local society in terms of the decentralization policy, to reduce the risk and impact of disasters. One of the strategic effort should continue to be pursued in order to achieve disaster risk reduction program is to encourage people to "responsive and resilience" in disaster management. The impact of losses resulting from the emergence of huge losses predicted disaster, if then the entire risk of catastrophic losses that are charged only to the government, either through APBN (national level) and APBD (provincial and district level) can definitely be devastating to the performance of the government and posture as well as the health of the existing budget. This condition may eventually make the budget deficit, so as to reduce the burden that large budget caused by the disaster need to look for the best alternative, which can provide a solution without sacrificing the performance of the budget and the government efforts to improve the protection and welfare. One alternative option is to do the initiation of the need for disaster insurance for people living in disaster-prone areas, in an effort to transfer of risk financing and certainty of disaster impact protection for the community.Immediate steps for districts within the framework of autonomy and efforts to protect the public from threats, while improving the quality of life, particularly of the threat of disasters in the region, it is expected, and this step requires the political will of the holder of the mandate in the area, to realize the program of disaster insurance as one a safeguard for people in disaster-prone areas, especially if it will be focused for the poor. In this connection, data collection on poor people who are entitled to receive the insurance is the most important thing to ensure that the program with a limited budget, will be able to reach the right target and useful for people residing in vulnerable and high risk.

Abstract

AbstractEntrepreneurial spirit can have the character of street children through  education, hard work and comprehensive knowledge. The general objective  of the research is to produce a model entrepreneur community among street children and realize the nature and behavior of self to not be  a burden to others. The study design was a multiple case study.  Methods of data collection using a combination of approaches (triangulat  which include: surveys, observation, field study, FGD (focus group  discussion), PRA (Participatory rural appraisals) and action research.  Samples numbered 33 street children in the city of Palembang, results  showed some children street in the city of Palembang born of the economic  downturn the bottom layer of society. they become street  children due to the low socio-economic conditions of the family and his  efforts to use the money to support their families and personal needs such  as playing online games at Internet cafes. Activities undertaken by  street children is singing on the bus, begging, hawkers (selling  newspapers, food and soft drinks). Conclusions Entrepreneur modeling  studies can be done through family empowerment approaches and models  of mentoring, especially in terms of economy, education and  religion. Through family involvement can accelerate the growth of the  entrepreneurial spirit for street children

Abstract

Number of patient with kidney disease is increasing every year. Kidney disease as a chronic disease bring changes in the lives of patient .One of the implications of the changes that must be made is fluid restriction. Compliance with this fluid restriction is a problem for people with the kidney disease. There are various factors affecting patient compliance with chronic renal failure both internal and external.Factors that influence are seven aspects of illness perception (timeline acute chronic, timeline cyclical, personal control , treatment control, illness coherence, emotional representation, consequences) and three aspects of health locus of control (chance, powerful others, internal). External factor was the social support. This research aims to see the effect of the timeline acute chronic, timeline cyclical, personal control, treatment control, illness coherence, emotional representation, chance locus of control, powerful others, internal locus ofcontrol and social support for treatment adherence of patients with chronic renal failure. The study used a questionnaire distributed to 98 patients who were diagnosed with chronic kidney disease. This data analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed protective factors that play a role in patient compliance with chronic renal failure are: powerful others and treatment control. The risk factors that play a role in patient compliance with chronic renal failure are: female, social support, timeline cyclical and emotional representation. Abstract

AbstractThis study analyzed the consumer behavior using mobile  phone marketing. The growth of mobile marketing usage was  increasing in Indonesia. This gave the opportunity for  marketers to use this technology to capture and to maintain  consumers in the long-term period. This study aimed at  analyzing the consumer behavior to use mobile marketing as  the recipients of information. The study used the  institutional trust, personal trust, perceived control. These  variables were analyzed using survey to a number of  respondents. The respondents were workers and students.  The total number was 83. The sampling uses non-probability  sampling, namely purposive sampling. The  data was analyzed using multiple regression statistics. The  managerial implications were explored to provide vivid  understanding about the usage of mobile marketing in  Indonesia. Only personal trust had positive correlation with  consumer behavior to use mobile marketing.

Abstract

AbstractOne of the mandates set out in ASEAN Charter, ASEAN Socio-CulturalCommmunity Blueprint and the vision of Indonesia’s Chairmanship in 2011is to have a more people-oriented of ASEAN. The youth may the society andact as an agents of change in this nation have a significant role in achievingthis goal. European Union as ASEAN’s aspiration for regional integrationhas been using a mechanism of structured dialogue to bolstering youngpeople engagement in whole sectors. Stuctured dialogue aims to discusschosen themes with young people, in order to obtain results which are usefulfor policy-making. This paper will review the possibility of such mechanismto be implemented in Indonesia.
