Jurnal Madaniyah merupakan salah satu jurnal ilmiah dari STIT Pemalang yang memiliki fokus kajian tentang pendidikan, sosial dan keagamaan. Pada masing-masing edisi yang diterbitkan dua kali dalam satu tahun, diangkat tema-tema kajian yang berbeda sesuai dengan isu-isu yang berkembang. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai sarana komunikasi dan publikasi karya ilmiah ilmu pendidikan dan ke-Islaman, melalui pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di bidang pendidikan, penelitian dan pengabdian yang megacu pada pola induk pengembangan ilmiah STIT Pemalang; penyebarluasan hasil-hasil penelitian dan pengabdian di bidang pendidikan Islam; penerapan hasil-hasil penelitian melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

The success of an educational organization in achieving its intended purpose can not be separated from the service quality and management of price or cost to achieve one goal is to give satisfaction to the academic. This study aims to analyze the influence of quality of service to academic satisfaction college student, the influence of price on students academic satisfaction, and influence jointly between quality and price sevice on students academic satisfaction. Techniques analysis of the results of studies using dekspriptif. Based on this study suggested satisfaction of students academic needs to be improved because there are still some students who are not satisfied with the service quality and price or cost they have paid. Positive effect that if the quality of service and better pricing management in then increasing students academic satisfaction. Keywords: Strategy, Quality, Service, dan Academic.

Abstract

Kualitas pendidikan seseorang menentukan posisinya dalam tata pergaulan di masyarakat, dan lebih luas lagi kualitas pendidikan di suatu Negara dapat menentukan posisinya di kancah dunia. Rendahnya prestasi pelajar Indonesia di kancah Internasional, terutama dalam bidang sains dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor baik internal maupun eksternal, salah satunya adalah kualitas pembelajaran dan penerapan penilaian hasil belajar yang kurang sesuai dengan tuntutan dan kebutuhan peserta didik. Berbagai upaya pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia telah dilakukan, antara lain melalui perbaikan kebijakan, pengembangan kurikulum, seperti Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi (KBK), Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP), dan yang terakhir adalah Kurikulum 2013 yang mewajibkan guru untuk melakukan PKB (Penilaian Unjuk kerja Berkelanjutan). Penilaian merupakan faktor penting dalam menentukan kualitas pendidikan, terutama penilaian dalam pelajaran fisika, khususnya penilaian praktikum fisika yang selama ini belum mendapat perhatian yang serius. Penilaian unjuk kerja cocok diterapkan pada praktikum fisika sekolah menengah. Penilaian unjuk kerja merupakan penilaian hasil belajar peserta didik secara menyeluruh, yang meliputi kemampuan dan sikap siswa yang di dalamnya mengandung unsur kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor, yang ditunjukkan melalui suatu perbuatan atau unjuk kerja yang berkaitan dengan keterampilan mendemonstrasikan.

Abstract

Sekolah sebagai suatu institusi pengelola pendidikan senantiasa berurusan dengan program tes. Terutama guru yang biasanya terlibat secara langsung dalam penyusunan tes hasil belajar. Tes buatan guru ini biasanya digunakan untuk ulangan harian, formatif, dan ulangan umum (sumatif). Tes objektif adalah seperangkat tes atau alat ukur yang setiap butirnya menuntut jawaban memilih, yang terdiri dari butir tes bentuk jawaban singkat, benar-salah, menjodohkan, dan pilihan ganda dalam berbagai variasi. Tes pilihan ganda adalah seperangkat tes yang setiap butirnya menyediakan pilihan jawaban dan salah satu opsinya merupakan jawaban yang benar, sedangkan opsi lainnya berfungsi sebagai distraktor atau pengecoh.Skor menyimpan banyak tentang informasi mengenai kemampuan siswa. Informasi yang didapat dari instrumen tes adalah skor. Skor yang akurat tentunya akan dihasilkan oleh alat ukur yang yang benar. Dalam penskoran ada beberapa tahap dalam mendapatkan skor. Tahap pertama adalah tahap penyusunan tes. Penyusunan alat ukur merupakan bagian penting karena kesalahan dalam penyusunan akan mempengaruhi hasil yang didapat dari pengukuran. Dalam penyusunan alat ukur yang menjadi perhatian adalah tujuan. Setelah alat ukur berupa tes selesai dibuat tahap kedua adalah proses pengerjaan tes oleh siswa. Skor akan diperoleh setelah siswa merespon tes dengan cara memberikan jawaban pada lembar jawaban. Tahap ketiga setelah skor diperoleh adalah mendeteksi informasi dari skor. Ada tiga teknik yang digunakan dalam penskoran yaitu: skor konvensional, skor penalti dan skor konpensasi yang sering digunakan dalam penskoran tes obyektif model pilihan ganda.

Abstract

This article describes the importance of counseling services to married couples with different religions. Counseling services need to be done because there are still pros and cons related to different religious marriages. Counseling services need to be done to help consolidate the heart for potential couples of different religions who will decide to marry and for married couples. This is because marriage partners of different religions must have problems, either before deciding to marry or after marriage and live married life. The focus of counseling services is the problem of interaction in living the household. Different religious marriage counselors may act as moderators, counselors or advisers, as well as saviors of marriage and family relationships. The method used in this research is by library study approach. This approach is applied to find concepts related to religious marriage counseling with the aim of increasing the treasury of guidance and counseling in the setting of society. Key Words: Counselling, Marriage Different Religion.

Abstract

The study of Gerwani is documented in a book entitled "The Destruction of the Womens Movement in Indonesia, Sexual Politics in Indonesia Post-Fall of the PKI" by Saskia Wieringa. The factor of the massacres and the appearance of Suharto on the stage of power was not only the result of the emergence of sexual metaphors but also the economic turmoil that created a sense of uncertainty in both the army and the Communists (fifth army-the possibility of 21 million peasants and armed laborers escaping AD control). Suharto rose to power by masterminding an unequaled campaign of violence. Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors mental mental / mental disorders and preventive solutions. The loss of the meaning of life in modern life continues to develop. Through Islamic psychology approach is expected to form a healthy mental, which is an inner condition that is always in a state of calm, safe, and serene. Attempts to find inner peace can be done, among others, through personal salvation to God). Islam as a religion of Grace has a concept to answer it. Man is not only a creature in the physical, material, mental, and spiritual appearance. Abstract

Education has an important role in maintaining life on earth, by strengthening and instilling an attitude of trust. Amanah is one of the most basic buildings in interacting with God, human, environment and self. Trust must be formed from the time of childhood because young children are like white paper, so the formation of trustworthy attitude easily is accepted by the child. God gives trust only to man, because only human beings are able to carry it. However, in reality people pay less attention to the mandate.  As if the trust is only a responsibility that can be done when it is capable, otherwise if not able not done. In fact, Allah SWT clearly has forbidden humans not to betray and deny a mandate that has been submitted to humans. If a man neglects a mandate, then there will be a destruction in this world. Humans become the benchmark of prosperity on this earth. Abstract

This following article will describe the concept of using Clausewitz’s philosophy approach in study the history of the battles of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The need for Clausewitz’s philosophy as an approach in study the battles history of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is an attempt to understand the battles of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as a whole and more themed war. Abstract

This research aims to know the application of Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) as method of sufistic therapy in overcoming mental disorders in Rumah Perlindungan Sosial Berbasis Masyarakat (RPSBM) Pekalongan City. This research is a qualitative with case study approach. The population of this study is all patient of mental disorder, with sample 4 patient of mental disorder, taken by purposive sampling. Data collecting in research using library study and field study. Analysis of data using data reduction, data publishing and conclusion. The result showed that SEFT is a combination of spiritual power and energy psychology, of which 90% emphasizes spirituality. With SEFT, the subject is brought to the belief that healing comes from God so that it can be sincere and resigned to the mental problems that it undergoes. Keywords: mental disorders, SEFT, sufistic therapy
