This study examined the role of internship in mediating and moderating the effect of competency and ICT skills on students' work readiness. The final sample of this study was 284 vocational accounting students in South Tangerang City. By using partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis, this study proved the direct effect of competency and internship on work readiness. On the other hand, this study also found that internships can mediate ICT skills and moderate competency on work readiness. However, this study failed in proving any direct effect of ICT skills on work readiness. This study implied that internship was critical in maximizing students' work readiness. In this context, students' ICT skills did not directly affect work readiness but must be mediated by internships. The internship is also essential to strengthen the effect of competency on student work readiness.

Student competence is measured by cognitive and psychomotor aspects. Data analysis by percentage and paired sample T-test analysis. The results of expert validation were declared "Very Feasible" with a score of 86.4% (cognitive) and 88.2% (psychomotor). The results of material expert validation were 89% (cognitive) and 87.5% (psychomotor) with the "Very Feasible" category. The results of the large class trial resulted in a score of 86.7% for the teacher's response and 88% for the student's response to the assessment instrument product. The increase in student competence is measured through project assignments, where the results of the calculation of the paired sample T-test show that there is a difference in the average score before and after using the assessment instrument in either the cognitive or psychomotor domain.

This study aimed to examine the effect of the audit committee, independent commissioners and stakeholder pressure on integrated reporting either directly or moderated by profitability. The object of research was companies listed in Kompas100 index for three consecutive years from 2018-2020. The research sample was determined by using purposive sampling method, and obtained 231 units of analysis. The analysis tool used descriptive and moderated regression analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that on average the number of audit committees and independent commissioners was ideal and according to the rules, institutional ownership was more than 50% of all companies in all industrial sectors. The test results showed that the audit committee and stakeholder pressure had a significant positive effect on integrated reporting, while the independent commissioner had a significant negative effect. Profitability was able to weaken the effect of the audit committee, strengthen the effect of independent commissioners, and was not able to moderate the effect of stakeholder pressure on integrated reporting. Suggestions from this study are to increase the number of audit committees and independent commissioners for the company indexed Kompas100 that does not meet the minimum standards, as a form of corporate responsibility and a form of company compliance with OJK rules.

Privately-managed higher education institutions that play a notable role in the Indonesian higher education sector, in today's increasingly competitive environment, need to develop brand equity to secure the existence and ensure the institutions' sustainability. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of brand development at the pre-admission touchpoint, during the course touchpoint, and the post-passing touchpoint on the brand equity of private higher education institutions. This study involved 100 third-year students from two private higher education institutions in Klaten Regency and used the purposive sampling methode as the sampling technique. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicated that brand development at the pre-admissions touchpoint becamee the primary variable in determining the brand equity of the private higher education, followed by brand development at the course touchpoint and brand development at the post-passing touchpoint. In addition, brand development at the three touchpoints simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on the brand equity of private higher education institutions.

Restaurant tax is one type of state income that can strengthen economic stability. However, due to the economic crisis due to the pandemic, the target for restaurant tax revenues is not optimal. The purpose of this study aims to examine the impact of social relationships and feed sanctions on mandated tax compliance. This research targets restaurant taxpayers who have been registered at Regional Revenue Office (Bapenda) DKI as many as 50 taxpayers with a sample selection technique using accidental sampling. The sample involved in this study is restaurant taxpayers registered with the DKI Jakarta Bapenda using accidental sampling with 50 restaurant taxpayers. The data collected was then analyzed by multiple regression and processed using SPSS. Hypotheses testing has established that tax audits, regulatory comprehension, and tax sanctions all have a favorable effect on restaurant taxpayer compliance. The social relation variable does not affect restaurant taxpayer compliance. The higher and stricter the tax sanctions, the higher the compliance of restaurant taxpayers. Tax sanctions are used to ensure that taxpayers adhere to restaurant tax payment requirements. Thus, taxpayers will be informed if they are subject to tax penalties for violating and failing to comply with their tax duties.

This study aims to see the readiness of individuals in dealing with changes that occur in the environment, especially in the workplace. In this study, data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 200 respondents who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. The research data that has been collected is then analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The data analysis technique was carried out in three stages, namely the inner model, outer model, and hypothesis testing. Using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), the findings of this study indicate that exogenous variables (workplace welfare and psychological empowerment) have a positive and significant effect on endogenous variables (individual readiness to change) in educators at the Universitas Negeri Jakarta Diploma level. The results also prove that psychological empowerment can be a mediator between the effect of workplace well-being on individual readiness to change in a positive and significant way.

Agricultural commodities remain the primary source of exports for both developing and developed countries. However, inequity in competitiveness has emerged as a key concern as a result of discrepancies in economies of scale, efficiency, and government protection. The purpose of this study is to assess the competitiveness of main agricultural commodities in a number of developing countries. A semi-systematic review of the literature was employed as an analytical technique. The study's data was gathered from earlier research. The findings suggest that food crop commodities in poor nations have a low level of competitiveness. This is owing to the fact that the agricultural labor force in developing countries is largely comprised of unskilled employees, particularly women who are underpaid. In developing countries, four factors may have an impact on the competitiveness of food crop agricultural commodities. Availability of particular plant resources, technology, external and domestic demand, and domestic commodity and export pricing are just a few of them.
