Abstract

Community service activities are conducted with the aim of providing skills for all small-scale entrepreneurs in the field of services or owners of the rented house in order to be able to calculate the income of how much the number of rented houses they have, and depending on whether the rented house has been in accordance with the set of price included the cost of electricity and water that every month must be paid by the rented house owner. Investment in a rented house is a simple investment, but it must be managed well. Long before you decided to invest in a rented house, it is good to do a survey first. The survey was conducted to find out the gaps and obstacles in managing the rented house business. Investment in a rented house needs management and a lot of time. Sometimes persistence is the key to good home rental management. This can be seen from the opportunities that exist in the investment of house rental is still promising.Participants were trained on tips on managing routine cost controls that occurred both during business and household expenses and trainees were able to understand how to smartly manage spending, payments, and other expenses so they would not find a larger expenditure rather than income.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Community Service (PKM) is intended to improve financial reporting capabilities by Segara Jaya Village business people. In the process of analyzing the situation, the PKM team found a problem in the Segara Jaya Village business actors, namely that they had not yet separated the notes on their business activities with their personal needs. This has an impact on the difficulty of business actors to know the profits from their business activities. From the analysis of the situation, the servant carries out the service. The method used is a workshop with a simple recording simulation of their business activities. Keywords: community service; financial report; business activities.

Abstract

The Indonesian government prioritizes policies aimed at fostering entrepreneurship across all segments of society. This initiative aims to promote the attainment of the sustainability development goals (SDGs), which have been introduced through various initiatives and are projected to be accomplished between 2015 and 2030. Entrepreneurship remains a less favored means of earning a living among certain Indonesians. Particularly among the youth, there is a prevalent belief that pursuing entrepreneurship is not their primary ambition or aim. The correlation between entrepreneurship and economic growth has been well-established. Consequently, studying entrepreneurship education becomes a compelling endeavor to foster entrepreneurship, particularly among aspiring entrepreneurs. The business model canvas (BMC), enables users to synchronize earnings with objectives, including environmental and social dimensions. The purpose of this training exercise was to establish the following objectives aree to enhance comprehension and effectively employ the Business Model Canvas (BMC) in the process of business planning, to enhance proficiency in creating BMC as a means of managing business plans and to promote the adoption of BMC as a solution to the business planning challenges faced by entrepreneurial students. The implementation of community service (PkM) aims to foster international collaboration between lecturers and students from UNJ and UMS. It is expected to enhance understanding, knowledge, and make a constructive impact on the business planning and development of BMC with the business community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how financial literacy impacts online loan financial technology. This research uses the systematic literature review (SLR) methodology which is a research design to identify, assess and interpret the search results of research reviews systematically. This research originates from six studies spanning several years. The results of the literature study show that consumers still need to understand financial literacy because it will have an impact on how to manage and use financial technology.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of independence, self-efficacy, and obedience pressure on audit judgement with task complexity as a moderating variable. This study uses primary data with a sample of auditors at the Main Auditorate of State Finance 1 (AKN 1) at the Supreme Audit Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK RI). This study determines the sample using purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing carried out in this study used multiple linear regression analysis methods and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the SPSS 25. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that independence, self-efficacy, and obedience pressure have a significant effect on audit judgement. The results also show that task complexity is not able to moderate the influence of independence, self-efficacy, and obedience pressure on audit judgement.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of dividend policy on abnormal returns with earnings information as a moderating variable. The purposive sampling method was used as a sampling technique with 22 selected companies from 45 companies listed on the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016 to 2020. This study used secondary data source obtained through the Mirae Asset Home Online Trading System software to obtain information related to dividends and share prices, and IDX website to obtain the publication of annual reports to obtain information related to company profits. The results of this study indicate that dividend policy has a negative effect on abnormal returns. Meanwhile, earnings information has not been able to moderate the effect of dividend policy on abnormal returns.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to test and analyze the effect of green competitive advantage, green innovation and company size on company value. This research uses secondary data sources from annual report and sustainability report on companies in the basic materials sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2022 with a purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is panel data regression. The results of this research prove that green competitive advantage has a significant positive effect on company value, green innovation has a significant positive effect on company value, while company size has no effect on company value. Companies that have production processes and products that support green competitive advantage and green innovation will increase company value. So this research prove and provides information for company management and the public that there are many factors that can influence increasing the value of the company.

Abstract

Publikasi merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan daya saing perguruan tinggi. Daya saing perguruan tinggi dapat dilihat dari jumlah publikasi ilmiah yang dihasilkan. Semakin produktif perguruan tinggi menghasilkan publikasi ilmiah, maka daya saingnya akan semakin tinggi. Kegiatan PKM ini merupakan salah satu tugas Tri Dharma dimana dosen dapat mengeksplor diri dan bersosialisasi dengan masyarakat. Kegiatan PKM bertujuan menambah pengetahuan dan pemahaman dosen tentang publikasi di jurnal internasional bereputasi. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan oleh Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta (FEUNJ), dan Fakultas Bisnis, Ekonomi, dan Akuntansi Universiti Malaysia Sabah (FBEA UMS). Peserta kegiatan ini adalah dosen FEUNJ dan FBEA UMS. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para peserta pelatihan dalam menghasilkan artikel berkualitas internasional. Tulisanl ini dapat melengkapi literature yang sudah ada khususnya terkait dengan PKM kolaborasi internasional.. Kata kunci—Pelatihan penulisan artikel, Jurnal internasional bereputasi, Pengabdian kepdaa masyarakat Abstract Publication is one of the efforts to increase the competitiveness of higher education institutions. The competitiveness of tertiary institutions can be seen from the number of scientific publications produced. The more productive universities produce scientific publications, the higher their competitiveness. This community services activity is one of the Tri Dharma tasks where lecturers can explore themselves and socialize with the community. Community service activities aim to increase lecturers’ knowledge and understanding of publications in reputable international journals. This training activity was carried out by the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta (FEUNJ), and the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Accounting, Universiti Malaysia Sabah (FBEA UMS). The participants in this activity were lecturers at FEUNJ and FBEA UMS. The results of this activity show an increase in the knowledge and skills of the trainees in producing international-quality articles. Abstract

One of the sectors affected by the COVID-19 pandemic is the banking industry, where social and economic restrictions imposed to control the spread of the virus have impacted various aspects of bank operations, especially lending. In this scenario, banks face new challenges in maintaining liquidity, managing credit risk, and ensuring continuous lending to customers in need. Thus, this study aims to analyze the extent to which specific factors, such as third-party funds, funding liquidity, and credit risk, influence lending by banks in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method employed is a quantitative approach involving panel data regression analysis. This approach enables researchers to explore the cause-and-effect relationships among the variables under scrutiny. The data utilized consists of secondary data from banks categorized as BUKU III and BUKU IV, representing a certain size and complexity of banks. The data was collected during the uncertain period of 2020-2021, marked by the pandemic's impact. The analysis revealed that third-party funds positively influence banks' lending during the COVID-19 pandemic. This implies that the greater the amount of third-party funds held by banks, the more likely they are to extend credit to customers. However, funding liquidity and credit risk exert a negative influence on lending. This suggests that lower funding liquidity and higher credit risk make it more challenging for banks to provide credit to customers during the pandemic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh beberapa faktor internal seperti firm size, solvabilitas, peringkat obligasi dan corporate governance terhadap yield obligasi korporasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah obligasi korporasi yang diperdagangkan selama periode pengamatan, yaitu 1 Januari 2020-31 September 2021. 170 data sampel dipilih setelah pemilihan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah unbalanced data panel. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel dengan model regresi yang terpilih adalah fixed effect model. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menyatakan bahwa secara parsial firm size, kepemilikan manajerial, dan dewan komisaris independen berpengaruh terhadap yield obligasi, sedangkan solvabilitas, peringkat obligasi, dan komite audit secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap yield obligasi. Secara simultan, firm size, solvabilitas, peringkat obligasi, dan corporate governance berpengaruh terhadap yield obligasi. Bagi investor, penelitian ini dapat dijadikan pertimbangan sebelum memutuskan berinvestasi pada suatu obligasi. Risk-averse investor sebaiknya berinvestasi pada obligasi yang diterbitkan perusahaan yang asetnya besar, kepemilikan saham oleh manajemen kunci yang rendah, dan mengangkat dewan komisaris indipenden minimal sesuai peraturan yang berlaku.
