<![CDATA[This research aims to investigate the Criminal Liability of Corporations in environmental pollution (an analysis of the juridical Normative) and Criminal Liability Could studies stresing Against Corporations In pollution of the environment, how does the Criminal Liability of corporations, Properties and Constraints in law enforcement (Criminal) against the Corporation and effort Penanggulangannya. with the approach of the legislation's future is expected to open up the opportunity for researchers to learn is there consistency and alignment of one act with its implementation in the field. The results showed that the criminal liability of Corporations in pollution of the environment in principle there are three groups that can be accounted for in a corporation doing criminal acts as a private person, yait is doing, as the Governing Board of legal entities and legal entities themselves. Seen from the nature of Corporate criminal liability in principle there are three types namely: the first Governing Board of the Corporation as the creator and administrator is responsible. Both Corporations as makers and responsible sysop.The third Corporation as maker and also as responsible. <![CDATA[One type of flexible pavements that have a high structural value is asphalt concrete. Asphalt concrete is widely used in Indonesia’s roads with a high service level. Asphalt concrete is composed of aggregates of several factions that have a certain gradation using asphalt binder.This study uses asphalt concrete (AC) with a variation of Retona Blend 55 levels of 0%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%. Asphalt concrete mix then compacted at a temperature of 1600C. The test specimen then immersed in waterbath at a temperature of 600C with a immersion time of 0.5 hours and 24 hours. Then testing Marshall characteristics.Addition levels of Retona Blend 55 generates the value of of stability and higher density values. <![CDATA[The research was conducted inthepineapple agro-based Tangkit Baru, JambiCity could”CV. Tuli Mario”. It was held to analyze the impact of industry package onthe selling product of this agroindustry.The Chi-Square Testwas applyied as an instrument in this research.The result of the researchshowedthatthere was significantly distinguish of the numbers of the selling product on this pineapple agro-based Industry despite of the packaging become different. The average number of selling product was indicated decrease from 1.003 units go down by 731 units. It was likely caused by the preferencychanging of the costumers. <![CDATA[In road construction, there is a need to assess the adequacy of the subgrade to behave satisfactorily beneath a pavement. The adequacy usually representated as California Bearing Ratio (CBR) value. In-situ penetration tests have been widely used in geotechnical and foundation engineering for site investigation in support of analysis and design.The CBR in-place is typical in-situ penetration test. While the Dynamic Cone Penetration Test (DCPT), relatively cost cheaper than CBR in-place test, could give the CBR value through formulas stated by researchers.This paper presented the comparison of CBR values found from CBR in-place test and DCP test along 22,4 km of road construction at WKS road, Merlung Region of Jambi Province.The result shown the same trend of CBR value of both methods. However, difference between two test method will result in different of segment CBR as use for pavement design. <![CDATA[The low quality of nursing care of patient expectations not only due to the limited number of nurses , but due to the limited professional skills possessed by most nurses . In addition, socio-economic and social factors of different cultures will also affect the demands of nursing care services , resulting in low quality of nursing care .This research is quantitative research with cross sectional approach to the relationship between the dependent variable and independent variables by means of observation or data collection approach as well . Analysis is conducted multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to examine the relationship of independent variables simultaneously with the dependent variable . Also can be known where the dominant variables associated with the dependent variable . The study sample as many as 87 people , with a random sampling technique samplingOf the 87 respondents there is a relationship between empathy officer with the level of patient satisfaction p value = 0.000 , there is a relationship between physical appearance officer with the level of patient satisfaction p value = 0.005 , there is a security relationship with the level of patient satisfaction p value = 0.019 , there is a relationship between speed officers with patient satisfaction level p value = 0.005 . However, after multivariate analysis test to look for the most dominant factor between the independent variables and the dependent variable showed that the most dominant related to patient satisfaction is the speed of the clerk where p value = 0.000 . <![CDATA[Based on data obtained from the Health Department in 2013 Puskesmas Tanjung Pinang is a health center that is not implemented and Program Planning and delivery Complication Prevention (P4K). It is known that high-risk pregnant women in PHC Tanjung Pinang and 284 pregnant women who had been referred to as many as 42 people with a variety of complications of hypertension, Haemoglobine <10 g%, a history of caesarean section and other complications. Planning labor is needed in the face of labor to prevent complications that would affect the safety of mothers and babies so that mothers do not experience delays and can get the appropriate services and timely.This research is a descriptive study with cross sectional approach undertaken in Tanjung Pinang of Jambi. The population in this study were pregnant women in antenatal check from January to June 2014 were residing in Tanjung Pinang as 158 people. Sampling techniques using simple random sampling with a sample of 60 people. This research was conducted in August 2014 using a questionnaire.The data in this study were analyzed by univariate.Results of the 60 respondents, that 50 (83.3%) of respondents have the knowledge of good, and 26 (43.3%) of respondents have the good perception of the Programme Planning and Delivery Complications Prevention (P4K). It is expected that the cooperation between the institutions involved in the implementation of Program Planning and Delivery Complications Prevention (P4K) for PHC Tanjung Pinang in order to carry back and Program Planning and delivery Complications prevention (P4K) for pregnant women working in the region as well as provide knowledge and counseling to pregnant women about the importance of preparation for childbirth, especially transportation and prospective blood donors.Keyword : pregnant women, childbirth, prevention of complications]]>

<![CDATA[The formation of Act No. 12 year 2011 about the formation of Legislation and put the TAP MPR as one type of legislation is an implementation of the command section 22a NRI CONSTITUTION 1945 and fix errors of LAW No. 10 of 2004. TAP MPR can be classified as basic rules of State/cardinal rules state (staatsgrundgesetz) because it gives guidelines and guidance to the activities of the establishment of legislation but contain normative nature.The establishment of laws and regulations was the creation of legislation covering the stages of planning, drafting, discussion, endorsement or assignment, and enactment. And laws and regulations are regulations written that contains a binding legal norms in General and created or established by the institutions of the State or the competent authority via procedures specified in the legislation.In the system of governance of the country there are parts of the Government, each of which has its own tasks and functions however the overall such parts constitute an inseparable mix and work rationally. <![CDATA[This study aimed to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance Batanghari University.Type of research is a quantitative survey research properties for descriptive purposes and an explanatory. Proportional sampling technique stratified random sampling. The sample of this study were employees of the University of Batanghari, amounting to 48 people. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science).The results of the study are: 1) The rate of respondents of 80.80% for transformational leadership often. To work motivation level of achievement of 73.65% of respondents included in the regular category. As for employee performance achievement level of 76.73% respondents included in the category quite capable. <![CDATA[Jambi province is the third largest rubber producer in Indonesia. Commodities play an important role in the economy in all the districts in Jambi province. The area of rubber plantations in Jambi province has reached 567 042 ha, with the result by 312 925 tonnes of processed rubber. Condition of the rubber plantation area consist of a 105 566 ha are crops produced (TM), 330 820 ha are immature plants and 130. 656 Ha is old and damaged crops. This condition causes a low level of productivity of rubber lands an average of only 714 kg / ha / yr, therefore the need for rejuvenation of the rubber in Jambi was given the top priority for the government and society.Some problems were found in the rejuvenation of the rubber farmers' lack of knowledge and technology, lack of readiness of farmers and farmer groups, the readiness of funds, lack of guidance counselors, and support of the banks that have not been optimal.In order to program a maximum rejuvenation of the rubber can be done should be done in the application of rubber cultivation technology is good and true suggestions that will improve the productivity of rubber plantations in the long run, as well as the necessary cooperation between the Plantation Office, research institutes, BPN, Banking, and Bapelluh Bakorluh, and all stakeholders related facilities as a provider of technology transfer, financing institutions, and institutions so that the next provider of production facilities is expected to rubber in Jambi rejuvenation program can be run in accordance with success.
