<![CDATA[Stunting is a less chronic nutritional problem. The practice of feeding is one of the factors that contribute to stunting, so there is a need for nutrition education regarding the practice of providing food. This study aims to discuss nutrition education interventions on the practice of feeding mothers who have stunting. The study design used a quasi-experimental design with a pre-posttest design of two groups. The research location was Kerkap health centre as an intervention and Air Lais health centre as a control with a sample of 40 people each. The test used in this study paired-sample t-test and independent t-test. The different tests' results depend on the average meal management between the control groups and comparison with p values of 0,000 and 0.168, and independent tests between the intervention group and the control group of 0,000. Nutrition education is a particular program to improve the practice of family feeding of stunting children.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the performance of the Undip KKIB business incubator while Covid-19 pandemic from the tenant's point of view. The method used in this research is the qualitative method. This study uses primary data in the form of interviews within two tenants as informant The results of this study indicate that there has been a decrease in quantity in several programs during the Covid-19 pandemic, such as mentoring, coaching, business matching, and pitching activities. However, in terms of quality, the training provided by the Undip KKIB business incubator has been good in terms of services and incubator programs that exceed tenants' expectations. The effectiveness of the incubator is also viewed in terms of the tenant's business growth has been getting better since joining the business incubator even though it is currently in a polemic of the Covid-19 pandemic. For future researchers, examine more deeply the effectiveness of the performance of university business incubators during the Covid-19 pandemic from different aspects is expected. ]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of services, bank characteristics, knowledge, location on customer decisions using Bank Syariah Indonesia (Case Study of Muara Bulian Central Branch Office). This study used sampling techniques with a sample of 100 customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia Muara Bulian Sub-Branch Office. This research method is to use qualitative research method with the help of SPSS application as a data calculation tool that has been able to. This study uses 4 variables, namely service, bank characteristics, knowledge, location. The results of this study show that partially the Characteristics of the Bank are very influential to customer decisions by 4.87, and become the most dominant factor, the Service affects customer decisions by 4.11, Knowledge is quite influential on customer decisions by 3.4, and Location affects customer decisions by 3.9.]]>

<![CDATA[Suggestopedia is a teaching method focuses on the teacher-learner relationship while teaching and learning process is going on in the classroom that might be used to encourage the students especially for reading a descriptive text. This study was to explore the senior high school students’ ability on reading descriptive text by using a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental approach. Sample was taken randomly, with 60 students were devided into two groups, 30 students were taken as control class while another 30 students as experimental class. By using a reading text as the instrument of the research, the researcher found that suggestopedia method was proven to be effective with the average pre-test control class was 38,6 and post-test control class was 53,3. The average pre-test in the experimental class was 46 and post-test experimental class was 90,8. The value of t-test higher than the value of t-table was (20,41>2,001) which means that suggestopedia method makes learning process more interesting and more effective for senior high school students.]]>

<![CDATA[Health education has an important role to change and strengthen behavioral factors, ranging from predisposing, supporting, to driving so that it can lead to positive behavior from the community. But there are still a few who organize youth Posyandu in Jambi City. Aurduri Health Center was the first to form a teen Posyandu. However, teenagers who visited trimester I reached 100 (5%) was 2,005 teeneger. The formation of adolescent Posyandu is expected to be a place to facilitate adolescents in understanding adolescent health problems, find alternative solutions to problems, but there are still adolescents who do not come to adolescent Posyandu so that many adolescents do not know about their health. Design of analytical research with cross sectional design. The object of the study was all teenagers at the public health center Aurduri Jambi city. This study was conducted on February to July 2019. The samples used random sampling as many as 92 respondents. The collecting of data used a questionnaire then analyzed as univariate and bivariate analysis. The findings indicated that (the factors of reinforcing) 71 (77.2%) the role of health personnel is good, 56 (60.9%) the role of teen Posyandu cadres is good, 63 (68.5%) good family support and as many as 75 (81.5%) respondents had good behavior. The results of chi-square test indicated that there is correlation of the role of health personnel, teen Posyandu cadres and family support toward teen behavior to Posyandu p value = 0.000 (p<0.05). It is expected that an increase in the budget, facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of health services for adolescents, always seek innovation and new breakthroughs so that the interest of adolescents to come to teen POSYANDU increases every month.]]>

<![CDATA[In Junior High School, the students should have reading skill. Good achievement in reading is very important for the students. When the researcher did observation at the eighth grade students of SMPN 12 Jambi City, it was found that some of the students have difficulties in comprehending a recount text. The aim of this research is to find out students difficulties in comprehending a recount text at the eighth grade students of SMPN 12 Jambi City Academic Year 2018/2019. The researcher used qualitative method to analyze the data. There were thirty two students of the eighth year of SMPN 12 participated in this research. Observation, questionnaire and interview data were collected, analyzed and collated. The researcher found that some students had difficulty in understanding the content of the text and difficult to interpret the English language, which is almost the same answer choices that confuse students. Students simply read without understanding the text, not thorough in answering questions. The students difficult in comprehending a recount text questions. There are inability to access the content of the text.]]>

<![CDATA[The principal is a school policy maker. During this Covid-19 pandemic, the Principal must think about how the education he leads is so that the teaching and learning process can run properly. This Research aims to find out how the Principal’s policies in implementing online learning for teachers and students during the COVID19 Pandemic. With the hope that students get quality education and can be achieved optimally. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach with field studies. The research's object was Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Negeri 3 Padang, and the research subject is the principal and teachers. Data sources were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used was data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results indicated that the principal of Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Negeri 3 Padang had the policy to implement face-to-face learning and the number of students based on the health protocol. Principals, class-teachers, subject-teachers, and guardians of the students work together to make the policy successful.]]>

<![CDATA[Complementary food for breast milk (MP-ASI) is an additional food that is clean and rich in nutrients and functions for good child growth. Mothers must have good and appropriate behavior in giving MP-ASI to children so that children's growth is optimal. Good and proper feeding behavior requires an education to improve maternal behavior by providing nutrition education with audiovisual media. The aim is to present an overview of the use of audiovisual media in nutrition education on the behavior of giving complementary feeding and the growth of children aged 6-24 months. Literature review through Google Scholar, Science Direct, PMC and Cocherance Library journal in the last 5 years (2015-2020). The data were analyzed in a table containing the author's title, year, methodology, results and recommendations. The results obtained six relevant articles. The six articles explain that nutrition education with audiovisuals does not have a significant difference with other educational media in increasing the behavior of giving complementary feeding by mothers, while for the growth of children the use of audiovisual media education has not been able to fully increase growth. The implementation of audiovisual education by health workers must pay attention to the content and mechanism of information delivery. Good content is short but clear, contains demonstrations and uses easy-to-understand language. The delivery mechanism is provided on an ongoing basis and can be done in collaboration with other media.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the education effect of balanced nutrition guidelines using puzzle on Al Fitriah Private Elementary School Students, Medan. The type of research used is quasi experiment. The study was conducted on 45 students using a questionnaire before and after the intervention. The statistical test used is a paired t-test. The results showed an average score of respondents knowledge before being given nutrition education by 10.96 and increasing after being given nutrition education using puzzle media to 16.84. The results of the analysis using paired sample t test obtained a value of p = 0,000 where p <0.005. So it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the variable knowledge of fifth grade students of Al Fitriah Medan Private Elementary School before and after being given nutrition education using puzzle media.]]>
