Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of consumers when visiting Mandiri Apple Pickers in Bumiaji District, Malang, to analyze the effect of the marketing mix on consumer loyalty in independent apple picking businesses in Bumiaji District, Malang, to identify the obstacles and efforts faced by Mandiri Apple Picking businesses in increase consumer loyalty. The population in this study were all customers who visited the independent apple picking business in Bumiaji District, Malang. The researcher determines that the number of respondents in the research is 100 respondents. The results of this study are that the characteristics of Mandiri Apple Picking consumers are that the majority are female by 66%, while for men it is 34%, then for the age of the majority of consumers aged 31-35 it is 32%. With the last education, the majority of high school is 43% and the majority of consumers work as housewives 22% and other jobs 27%. Based on the results of the research results of multiple linear regression analysis Test (F) there is a simultaneous or joint effect between the independent variable (X) on the variable (Y). On the results of the (Partial) T-Test that has been carried out from 7 Independent Variables of the marketing mix, there are 6 independent variables that have a partial effect on consumer loyalty, while for the independent variables that have no effect on consumer loyalty, namely Promotion. From the results of research that has been done constraints and efforts to increase consumer loyalty include: elements of the Marketing Mix, namely promotions that are less effective at Mandiri Apple Picks, product offerings that are less attractive and varied, and many competitors doing the same business.

Abstract

Regional governments have the authority to regulate their own affairs based on the principle of autonomy and the principle of subsidiarity. The aim of this research is to analyze and explain strategies for funding and managing village income and expenditure budgets, as well as influencing factors in funding and managing budgets and income and expenditure in Semrut Village. Data collection techniques use interviews and literature studies from journals, articles and books as well as information sources published via the internet. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the research show that the management of the budget and expenditure income of Semerut village can be said to be effective in the form of clarity of goals achieved, clarity of strategies to achieve goals, careful planning, preparation of programs that are right on target, availability of facilities and infrastructure. Factors that support the effectiveness of managing the village's income and expenditure budget. Factors that support the effectiveness of managing the income and expenditure budget of Semrut Village include adequate human resources for the village apparatus, high participation of the productive age population, good communication between village governments. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include village topography that is difficult to reach, limited access to supplies of goods, inadequate village facilities and infrastructure, and inadequate work program planning. The conclusion of this research is that the strategy for managing the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBK) of Semrut Village is considered effective by considering indicators such as clarity of objectives, strategy, careful planning, preparation of programs that are right on target, and availability of facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Fundamentalism is a phenomenon that appears in every religious tradition in the world such as Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Hinduism and Buddhism. Fundamentalism has played an important role in global politics, especially in its interaction with democracy in several countries. Fundamentalism appears based on several factors not only related to religious issues but also social and political issues. This study examines how the people of Siak Regency view Hindu fundamentalist political movements. This study uses a descriptive-interpretative approach.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the financial performance of the Rantau Karya Village Government of East Tanjung Jabung Regency in 2019-2021. Village Government Financial Performance is an important indicator for evaluating the efficiency of financial management, transparency and accountability in the use of public resources. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach using financial data contained in the financial reports of the Rantau Karya Village Government during the period studied. The data used includes village receipts and expenditures, as well as significant village income and expenditure items. The results showed that the Financial Performance of the Rantau Karya Village Government could be categorized as very high based on the Village Financial Dependence Ratio, whereas the Effectiveness Ratio of Village Original Income showed ineffective performance, and the Village Spending Efficiency Ratio was categorized as less effective. It is hoped that this research can provide valuable insights for the village government, stakeholders, and society in general to improve village government financial management. The results of this study can also be a reference for local governments in formulating policies related to village financial management.

Abstract

Covid-19 has become a major topic in public health in this world. How not, this one virus affects all aspects of people`s life activities in this world. Ranging from the political, economic, social, cultural, religious, and educational sectors. One of the aspects discussed in this article is in education. Education around the world is undergoing changes in terms process that is carried out. This of course affects the development of student learning. One of them occurs in education in Indonesia. In the beginning, learning was done face-to-face, until finally the spread of covid-19 has hit various countries incluiding Indonesia. This has resulted in a change in the learning system from face-to-face to online learning. This certainly affects learning pattens for teachers as well as students in improving their learning outcomes. Therefore, after covid-19, the goverment and teachers implemented a learning system to increase larning motivation. On of the things that is done in increasing learning motivation is through learning with its location, namely Outbound. Learning through outbound aims to increase students` enthusiasm for learning so that the expected results are achieved well.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain the results of concentrate substitution by administering Leguminosa indigofera zollingeriana with treatment (10%, 20%, 30%) in the ration on milk quality, milk production, consumption and digestibility of nutrients in PE goats. The experiment was carried out using a randomized block design (RBD) with 4 treatments with 4 replications. These treatments include: Treatment A is field grass 60%: 40% concentrate; Treatment B is 60% field grass: 30% concentrate + 10% I.zollingeriana; Treatment C was 60% field grass: 20% concentrate + 20% I.zollingeriana; Treatment D was 60% field grass: 10% concentrate + 30% I.zollingeriana. Parameters observed were milk quality, production and digestibility of nutrients. The results of the analysis showed that the use of leguminosa indigofera zollingeriana as a substitute for concentrate had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the quality and production of milk and the digestibility of nutrients. The best results were in treatment D with 60% field grass: 10% concentrate + 30% I.zollingeriana.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the representation of masculinity and the meaning of myths contained in Joe Taslim X Fadil Jaidi advertisement for the version “Siapakah BA Head & Shoulders Selanjutnya”. This research method uses interpretive qualitative methods with Roland Barthes' Semiotics analysis technique. The focus of this research is the characteristics of masculinity proposed by Beynon. The object of this research is the scenes in the advertisement for Joe Taslim X Fadil Jaidi's version of "Who is the Next BA Head and Shoulders?" representing masculinity. The results obtained in this study can be concluded that Joe Taslim X Fadil Jaidi advertisement version "Siapakah BA Head & Shoulders Selanjutnya" has a relationship with masculinity traits, no sissy stuff, be a big wheel, be a sturdy oak, give em hell, new man as narcissist, male nature that is macho and hooliganism, and metrosexual man who glorifies fashion but in terms of masculinity, the new man as nurturer Joe Taslim and Fadil Jaidi do not show their fatherly side and are involved in the domestic arena.

Abstract

This research is aimed at finding out the significance or not the significance of English textbooks under Kurikulum Merdeka be implemented at schools. It is widely accepted that a textbook is an essential component of the English as a Foreign Language classroom. Evaluation of a textbook, therefore, is of utmost importance so that its pedagogical contribution to the teaching and learning process can be assured. In the context of Kurikulum Merdeka in Indonesia, textbook evaluation is an even more important issue given the recent implementation of Senior High School students. Can the newly written curriculum textbook help teachers deliver the new curriculum objectives?. There is a lack of empirical studies showing how curriculum fitness can be evaluated. In addition, despite the repeated emphasis on the benefits of a post-use textbook evaluation by a number of researchers, relevant empirical studies, however, seem to lack much of the available literature is biased towards pre-use evaluation. By conducting this research, the researcher hopes the results can reveal the actual situation of English textbooks at Senior High Schools and whether or not, the textbook is implemented totally as it is or should be added or lessened of some materials in the textbook.

Abstract

Plastic waste is the number 1 contributor to waste in Jambi City based on data from SIPSN KHLK, 2021. This study aims to describe the level of participation of business actors, and the SWOT strategy for reducing the use of plastic shopping bags in the people's market in Jambi City. This study used two types of respondents, namely 7 experts and 93 public respondents with a questionnaire as a data collection instrument.The results of this study are: 1. The total value of the participation rate of business actors in the policy of reducing the use of plastic bags in people's markets is 22. So with a total score of 22, it can be classified into the category of low participation rate because it is between 0 to 33. Business actor participation is included in the Nonparticipation in the SWOT diagram it is included in quadrant I, which is a combination of strengths and opportunities (SO strategy) namely reducing the accumulation of plastic waste, creating business opportunities, changing people's habits in shop using environmentally friendly bags and make Jambi City a Pilot City for a City Without Plastic

Abstract

Land and forest fire management including aspect; prevention, countermeasures, and handling post forest and land fire. All stakeholders have respective roles in each aspect and expected can contribute and collaborate so that efforts to control fire forests and land in the Batang Hari District can be done effectively and efficiently. There are 31 (thirty-one) stakeholders involved in the land and forest fire management in the Batang Hari District, such as the Technical Implementation Unit of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Government of Jambi Province, Government district of Batang Hari, Communities, Plantation and Forestry Entrepreneurs, Social Community Institutions, and Universities. Out of 31 (thirty-one) stakeholders, there are 14 (fourteen) stakeholders enter the category Keyplayer, there are 7 (seven) stakeholders have a role as Subject, 3 (three) stakeholders have a role as Context Setter, and 7 (seven) stakeholders play a role as Crowd.
