Abstract

Based on Law Number 32 of 2004 power up in the hands of regional regulations DPRD. Therefore ask the right plan district regulations also serve as the first right of legislative members. Previously these rights is the right of the Parliament in the institutional, so difficult for the Parliament in the implementation of the resulting DPRD never use rights. Right to file a plan with the rules and made the right district councilors, in order to better facilitate its implementation so hopefully more district plan rules derived from the authority of the Parliament as to form district regulations. Abstract

This research was carried out in the laboratory of regional technical services Unit (UNIT) Petyernakan Agency of Jambi province, began on 24 April 2016 until May 22, 2016This research aims to know the effect of the use of skim milk with diluent tris egg yolk endurance against live spermatozoa. The research method used alphabets experiment, using Random Design Group (RAK) and 5 (five) treatment and 5 (five) groups. Asthe group is ejakulat. As for the moderate i.e. P0 = 100% + skim milk without diluent tris yolk, P1 = 95% skim milk + tris egg yolks 5%, P2 = 90% skim milk + tris egg yolks 10%, P3 = 85% skim milk + tris egg yolk 15%, P4 = skim milk 80% + 20% yolk tris.The results showed that the granting of skim milk with egg yolk tris diluent on P3 treatment gives a very real influence (P < 0.01) in maintaining the rate of decrease inendurance live bovine spermatozoa.Results of the study it was concluded that the awarding of the diluent skim milk until level 15% gives the best result, so was able to suppress the rate of decrease in endurance live bovine spermatozoa are stored for 2 days at a temperature of 5 ℃.Keywords: skim milk, egg yolks, endurance live spermatozoa bovine

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the Criminal Liability of Corporations in environmental pollution (an analysis of the juridical Normative) and Criminal Liability Could studies stresing Against Corporations In pollution of the environment, how does the Criminal Liability of corporations, Properties and Constraints in law enforcement (Criminal) against the Corporation and effort Penanggulangannya. with the approach of the legislation's future is expected to open up the opportunity for researchers to learn is there consistency and alignment of one act with its implementation in the field. The results showed that the criminal liability of Corporations in pollution of the environment in principle there are three groups that can be accounted for in a corporation doing criminal acts as a private person, yait is doing, as the Governing Board of legal entities and legal entities themselves. Seen from the nature of Corporate criminal liability in principle there are three types namely: the first Governing Board of the Corporation as the creator and administrator is responsible. Both Corporations as makers and responsible sysop.The third Corporation as maker and also as responsible. Constraints in law enforcement (Criminal) against the Corporation in the municipality incur three factors i.e., Legal Factors, Factor, factor Means law enforcement While efforts are being made in overcoming the obstacles that occur are legal sanctions imposed upon the perpetrator heavier again so that it can carry a deterrent effect.Keywords: Criminal Liability of Corporations In the environment.

Abstract

The researchwas conducted in Jambi city to recognize   the  microbiology contamination rate of salted fish. There are seven kinds of salted fish that taken from each different kind of market e.g. tradisional  market (Angso duo) and modern market (Hypermart). Plate Count Agar (TPA)  method(SNI 01-2339-1991) was used to analyzed the number aerobic  bacteria. The results showed that there was one kind among the seven kinds of salted fish that indicated as the higher contain  of bacteria (7.30X104). This  salted fish  called  was “Sepat” salted fish. Mine while the lowest amount of bacteria was contained in “KepalaBatu” salted fish (1,52X102). The important one should be noted that the bacteria contain in whole seven salt fishes was still save to be consumed, because the number of bacteria colony each salted fish in both kind of market was lower than the crisis level bacteria contamination (1X105).Keyword : microbiology, salted fish, bacteria colony, food safety

Abstract

This study aims to determine the growth response to soil ultisol cocoa seedlings in polybags with fertilizer NPK (16:16:16) and to determine the dose of fertilizer NPK (16:16:16) which can give a better effect on the growth of cocoa seedlingsThe research was carried out at RT: 01 Pakuan New South Jambi District. For 6 months. This research used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 standard treatment, consisting of: T0 = Without Giving NPK (16:16:16), T1 = NPK fertilizer (16:16:16) at a dose of 2.5 g, T2 = fertilizer NPK (16:16:16) at a dose of 5 g, T3 = fertilizer NPK (16:16:16) at a dose of 7.5 g, T4 = fertilizer NPK (16:16:16) at a dose 10 g. Treatment was repeated four times so that there are 20 plots of each treatment plot consisted of 3 plants, so there are 60 plants, 2 plants per plot were taken as samples. The parameters measured were plant height stem diameter, total leaf area, canopy dry weight, root dry weight, root crown ratio.The results showed that fertilizer NPK (16:16:16) at a dose of 10 g (T4) provides the best results for plant height, stem diameter 26.27% 16.98%, 68.34% total leaf area, canopy dry bert 195 , 09%, 76.31% dry weight of roots and root crown ratio is 66.67% when compared with no treatment (T0 / Control)Keywords: Growth, NPK fertilizer, cocoa seeds.

Abstract

The aim of this study examines the enforcement of the law against members of the police involved in the abuse of narcotics, by stressing first, how the investigation against members of the police who have been involved in the abuse of narcotics in the jurisdiction of Police Jambi, second, penalties / punishment imposed for police officers found guilty misuse of narcotics in the jurisdiction of Police Jambi. The results showed that the investigation into the crime of Narcotics for the individual members of the police involved in drug abuse conducted by investigators Provam Police. Then sanctions / hukumanyang imposed against members of Jambi Police found guilty of abuse of narcotics by petusan court has had permanent legal force, among others: the dismissal with respect (PTDH), the trial of the Code, and the delay of promotion.Keywords: Law Enforcement Against Police Members involved in drug abuse.

Abstract

This research has goal to find out the study behaviors of inconventional tin mining students at SMP Negeri 10 Pangkalpinang. Kind of this research is  Qualitative research. Informants in this research were the headmaster, the mining  students where informant taking technique by using Purposive  sampling. The technique of collecting the data by using means of observation, interview  and documentation. Technique of analizing the data used are Milles and hubberman by using data reduction, data display, data interpretation and conclusion. The results showed inconventional tin mining impact on students' learning behavior in the tin miners in teaching and learning in the classroom, consolidation behavior, the behavior of writing, reading, working on assignments and behavior in the exam / test.Keywords: Learning, Student Behavior, Miners Lead Unconventional

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah meningka atau tidak siswa kelas kedua dengan  posttest nilai lebih tinggi daripada siswa dengan pretest.  Skor tes membaca diajar menggunakan paragraph Shirking di MTSN Olak Kemang Kota Jambi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode quasi-eksperimental. semua siswa kelas MTSN Olak Kemang Kota Jambi tahun akademik 2016/2017 dengan jumlah total 190 siswa. Sampel penelitian adalah salah satu kelas yang diambil dengan menggunakan sampel acak cluster. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui 20 beberapa item tes pilihan dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  siswa kelas B dengan posttest nilainya lebih tinggi daripada pretest Skor test membaca diajar menggunakan Paragraph Shirking di MTSN Olak Kemang Kota Jambi.Key Words : Reading Comprehension, Paragraph Shrinking

Abstract

Increasing number of students at the University of Batanghari in the purchase of mobile phones, given its function as a channel of communication in the era of globalization. To know the utilities and student interest in the use of mobile phones are basically a portable cellular phone and a personal item of course people who buy are high and the level of activity needed or wanted people in everyday life. While a student on its obligations or duties to learn and explore the science in general, so it would be the opposite of the personal mobile phone functions that used by the student.
