<![CDATA[The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women at the Putri Ayu Community Health Center in 2024 with maternal age and KEK. This research is quantitative retrospective. The population in this study were all pregnant women who had their pregnancies checked at the Putri Ayu Community Health Center in 2022 with a total of 65 respondents. Investigate information using the chi-square test. The results of the research show that there is no relationship between maternal age and the frequency of pallor in pregnant women and there is a relationship between KEK and the occurrence of frailty in pregnant women at the Putri Ayu Community Health Center, Jambi City in 2024.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to study the effect of the level of ripeness of local lemons (Citrus x limon) and storage time on the physical quality characteristics of local lemons under room storage conditions. Room storage conditions are intended to simulate the storage conditions of local lemons in local farmers and traditional markets in Medan City. Where farmers and traders store local lemons in baskets stored at room temperature, without using a refrigerator. This study was conducted experimentally using a completely randomized factorial design. The first factor is the level of ripeness: green (H), green-yellow (HK) and yellow (K). The second factor is the storage time (days): 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 days. The parameters analyzed consisted of: weight loss, size loss and hardness. The results showed that the level of ripeness of local lemons (Citrus x limon) had a significantly different effect on weight loss ranging from 8.9388% - 10.6499%, fruit size loss (longitudinal) 3.16 mm - 4.94 mm and hardness 4.65 - 5.53 kg / cm2. The storage period of local lemons (Citrus x limon) had a significantly different effect on weight loss ranging from 0.0000% - 17.0168%; fruit size loss (longitudinal) 0.00 mm -7.19 mm; fruit size loss (transverse) 0.00 mm - 4.08 mm. The interaction between the level of ripeness and storage period of local lemons (Citrus x limon) had a significantly different effect on fruit hardness. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study analyzes the impact of inflation and govemment expenditure on poverty in Jambi Province during the period of 2016-2018. Using panel data and regression analysis, the study finds that simultaneously, inflation and govemment expenditure significantly affect poverty levels. However, individually, neither inflation nor govemment expenditure significantly impactpoverty ata 5% significance level. The model used has a coefficient of determination of 99.48%, indicating that the independent variables in this study can explain most of the variation in poverty levels. These results indicate that while the overall modelis is good, the individual effects of inflation and expenditure on poverty are not significant.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between the use of combined oral contraceptive pills (POK) and the incidence of obesity and vaginal discharge in Simpang IV Sipin Community Health Center Area, Jambi City in 2022. This research is a quantitative study using a cross sectional design. This research was conducted in the Simpang IV Sipin Community Health Center working area, Jambi City from 14 to 20 December 2022. The total population was 130 respondents with samples using total sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used was univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the study is that there is a relationship between contraceptive users and the incidence of obesity and there is no relationship between contraceptive users and the incidence of vaginal discharge in the Simpang IV Sipin Health Center Area, Jambi City in 2022]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine (1) the application of PSAK 73 to financial reports, (2) the determination of rental expenses in financial statements. This type of research is qualitative research. The subject of this research is PT. ABC in Palembang City. This research uses descriptive analysis method. The data collection technique is by means of interviews, observation and documentation at PT. A B C. The results of this study indicate that overall the application of PT ABC's accounting treatment seen from the recognition, measurement, presentation and disclosure is in accordance with PSAK 73. All lease contracts already use fair value for their measurement while productive assets use finance leases which are earned as long as productive assets can be measured in real terms. reliable. Determination of rental expense in the financial statements carried out by PT ABC with the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards PSAK 73 which includes recognition, disclosure and measurement is in accordance with PSAK 73. In recording productive asset transactions according to PT ABC and PSAK 73 the financial statements presented are very relevant and reliable.]]>

<![CDATA[Central Maluku Regency MSMEs are dominated by players in the fisheries sector, due to the abundant potential for marine products in the area. But unfortunately the abundance of marine products is not directly proportional to the income of the people there. The main objective of this research activity is to increase MSMEs' understanding of the importance of digitalization in the 4.0 revolution era and to improve MSMEs' abilities and skills regarding business management from upstream to downstream using the latest technology and information in order to increase income. The method for implementing this research activity uses the ABCD (Asset Base Community Development) approach which prioritizes the use of assets and potential that exist around the community for sustainable economic growth to form community independence in increasing income so that their welfare will also increase. Coupled with a SWOT analysis to identify internal and external factors in the state of Central Maluku Regency MSMEs. The results of this research are that MSEs need to be given training in Market Research, Branding, Digital Literacy and Financial Literacy.]]>

<![CDATA[The aims of the study were to determine: (1) the effect of labor on economic growth in Jambi Province; (2) the effect of investment on economic growth in Jambi Province, and (3)tThe effect of labor and investment on economic growth in Jambi Province. The type of data used in this study is published secondary data, namely in the form of time series for 14 years in Jambi Province from 2010-2023. The source of the data obtained is from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Jambi Province. This study uses multiple linier regression analysis. Data analysis prerequisite test used normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis test used is the coefficient of determination R square, the F test and the t test. The results of this study indicate that partially: (1) labor has a significant positive effect on economic growth in Jambi Province; (2) investment has a significant positive effect on economic growth in Jambi Province; and (3) simultaneously labor and investment have a significant effect on economic growth in Jambi Province.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tata kelola perusahaan yang diproksikan oleh dewan direksi, dewan komisaris, komisaris independen, dan komite audit, serta kepemilikan manajerial terhadap kinerja bank pada bank yang sudah go public di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan yang diterbitkan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari perusahaan perbankan di Indonesia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2017 hingga 2021. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 42 perusahaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dewan direksi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja bank, sedangkan dewan komisaris, komisaris independen, komite audit, dan kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bank. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa dewan direksi memang mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam menjalankan perusahaan.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to implement the CRM (customer relationship management) method on the Nadu Screen Printing website information system which is useful for simplifying customer orders and processing customer databases. This research uses the Agile software development method. The evaluation results with the System Usability Scale (SUS) show that this system meets the standards with a final score reaching 86.5 in the "Acceptable" category with a grade scale of "A" and a rating of "Best Imaginable".]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the amount of additional employee income based on position class for civil servants/CPNS in the South Sumatra Provincial Government. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an inductive approach which focuses on observations or observations first, then continues with drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis show that the policy of providing additional employees in the Sumatra Province does not violate Law Number 1 of 2022, this is because it does not exceed the maximum limit of the provisions stipulated in this regulation, namely 30% of the total APBD expenditure. The percentage of government personnel expenditure is only 20.85%; which means that the policy on the amount of Additional Employee Income (TPP) within the South Sumatra Provincial Government should not interfere with other development budget allocations. However, this research found the fact that the payment of additional income towards the end of the year was delayed, and the productivity of the regional government of South Sumatra Province in regional development decreased, this was closely related to regional budget limitations caused by the regional expenditure ceiling being larger than the regional income ceiling.]]>
