This research was conducted by survey research methods, namely an attempt to obtain information from resfonden and concluded that a sample by using a structured questionnaire and patterned according to the needs of research. Sample as a source of research subjects was the customer power above 200 kVA. In this study, the studied population amounted to 137 customers, from the population is taken into the sample amounted to 55 customers or ± 40% of the entire population with an error rate of 5%. This is what writers do remember the limitations of time, effort and cost.To determine the level of customer satisfaction that is observed, it is used as a means of measuring Likert Scale. The model of the relationship equation between two variables, the equation obtained is called regression, linear regression equation can be shaped and to estimate a variable called the Dependent Variable and Independent Variables.The relationship between the variables X (technical services, payment points, and information) and Y variables correlated strongly positive at 0.902 (90.2 percent). Partially significant effect of variable X1. Where t value (7.109) is bigger than t table value (1.684) on the degree of confidence of 95 percent. While the X2 variables significant effect on variable Y. Where t (5.357) is bigger than t table (1.684) on the degree of confidence of 95 percent. And the X3 has a significant variable. Where t value (4.085) is bigger than t table (1.684) on the degree of confidence of 95 percent. Together the variable X has a significant influence on the variable Y. Where the calculated F value (73.994) is greater than F table (2.79).

The role of the sub plantation sector in developing the economy of the province of Jambi is no doubt already seen from the large number of residents who work and drape perekonomiannya in sub plantation sector. the data showed more than 60 percent of farmland in the province of Jambi is used as a plantation. The problem related goals of this research are (1) to analyze the development of the vast land, labor, and GRP sub plantation sector in the province of Jambi, (2) analyze contributions subplantation sector against the agricultural sector and GDP the province of Jambi, (3) analyze the effect of Extensive Land and labor against the Output of the Sub Sector Plantation Jambi province. The methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative models by using regression Linear Regression and the contribution Multiplied by the method of OLS. The research results showed that (1) the development of land area, the workforce and GDP of sub sectors of the 2000-2015 period of Jambi province plantation continues to increase each year. (2) the variable land area and number of labor jointly or simultaneous affect GDP sub plantation sector province of Jambi. In the partial variable positive effect land area and significantly to GDP sub plantation sector province of Jambi. While labor has no effect significantly to GDP sub plantation sector province of Jambi.Keyword:P DRB, Estates, Labor, Land Area

Phonological awareness is one of a critical aspect in early literacy development that develop during preschool period. Phonological awareness is sensitivity to the sound structure of language. This study was conducted to analyse the phonological awareness in preschool children. This study was also identify learning activity in the class that support phonological awareness of preschool children. Research with cross sectional design was conducted in August-November 2016 in one kindergarten in Jambi City, Jambi Province, Indonesia. Data were collected through observation, child’s performance, and interview with teacher. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive analysis. Result showed that phonological awareness had arisen at the word, syllable, and onset-rime levels. However, children have difficulty in sounding syllables and rime. Teachers have supported the phonological awareness of children through playing and learning activities. However, the activities that has been given to children didn’t vary so not all of phonological awareness aspects got sufficient support. The concept of Economic Value Added and Market Value Added has been getting plenty of attention in recent years as a new form of finance performance measurement. These concepts were published in 1991 by Stern Stewart & Co., a Finance Concultant in United States. Stern Stewart & Co believe that Economic Value Added is a key term to create company value and maximation of Economic Value Added. Based on this concept, research on cement company are PT. Indocement Tunggal Perkasa Tbk, PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk, and PT. Semen Gresik Tbk, that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange has been doing to test the pre asumption that Economic Value Added and Market Value Added has a positive correlation, and thus Economic Value Added and Market Value Added are affect the price of company’s stocks. But the result from statistical test of the research shows that Economic Value Added and Market Value Added has no correlation, and also the statistical test for the hipothesys that Economic Value Added and Market Value Added affect the stock’s price of the firm are not proven.

Following the World Health Organization (WHO) report in 2015, the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in the world was 33.6 per 1000 live births (WHO, 2016). Exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of Muara Bungo I Health Center is still low. Number of 0-6 months infants in the data were 46 babies, with they’re who given exclusive breastfeeding as many as 25 (50.7%). This research is analytical survey with cross sectional approach using total sampling method with 46 respondents using primary data in the working area of Muara Bungo I Health Center in 2017. Majority of respondents who had knowledge were 28 respondents (60.9%) and who had wrong feeding method as many as 27 respondents (58.7%). And P value = 0.000 (P value <0.05) means there is a relationship between knowledge by the right way of breastfeeding in the working area of Muara Bungo I Health Center in 2017.Keywords : Knowledge, Right Way of Breast Feeding

Children with thalassemia must undergo blood transfusions to sustain life and routinely done in periods of continuous lama.Pengobatan will have an impact on psychosocial problems in the family, especially in the elderly. Parents will face a backlash in any care and treatment such as guilt, anxiety, fear, sadness, economic problems and worry about not getting the proper care and treatment.This research is a quantitative descriptive research that aims to describe the level of anxiety of parents of children with thalassemia in Poly Children's Hospital. H. Abdul Manap Jambi City in 2015. The population in this study were all parents whose children suffer from thalassemia as many as 56 people with a total sample of 33 people. This research was conducted on the 26th of June to July 26, 2015 with interview techniques and questionnaires. Results showed that of the 33 respondents, it is as much as 26 respondents (78.8%) had moderate anxiety level, as many as six respondents (18.2%) had mild anxiety level and 1 respondent (3%) had severe anxiety level. It is expected that nurses need to pay attention to and involve parents in performing nursing care in children with thalassemia, and improve the provision of information about the treatment of children to parents, so as to reduce anxiety.Keywords: Anxiety, Parents, Thalassemia

From the research results can be known the factors that affect the performance of the building. ICU Room Facilities, Jambi Provincial Hospital, the biggest is done by A21 on the first day that is equal to 91.771%. LUR level on the 2nd day, produced by A22 that is equal to 91,979%. While the level of LUR on the 3rd day generated by A9 of 91.146%. The predetermined variables are Education, Worker's Wage, Workers Health, Inter-Worker Relations, Managerial or Management, and Conformity of Use Simultaneous tools have no significant effect on the productivity of roof structure work. Partially or individually variables that have a significant influence on the energy level of work is the variable Work Experience and the variable of Conformity. Age / Age Comparison Variables have dominant influence on labor productivity level in the Improvement of Space Facility ICU RSUD Raden Mataher Jambi Province. Results of SPSS: 1) Test Validity, Based on the results of the study, can be concluded in 18 valid questions if r arithmetic> r table. And Variable Variable P12 is a variable that is not vailid, because this variable is not vailid because of the clarity of important question intentions, so the respondents have a big difference of perception and in the end cause the question becomes vailid; 2) Test Reliability, got all variables Cronbach's Alpha for test Reliability questionnaire can meet Cronbach Alpha value between 0.7-0.9, indicating the research questionnaire has a high Reliability value;3) Normality test, In the normality test, the researcher uses Shapiro-Wilk because the tested data is smaller than 50, whereas if more than 50, using the Kolmogorov-Smirnova part. Soil type is the most important known and understood by experts in civil engineering before designing or designing a construction thereon. Construction of such buildings before determining the type of foundation of the civil engineers must know beforehand what type of soil in the location that will be built with soil investigation to determine the physical properties and mechanical ground, so knowing how much water content, soil type what is in the location for facilitate the calculation of construction and also to determine how much length reduction / settlement. Tests carried out on site and soil type laboratory to determine moisture content, soil type and value of consolidation via tail test equipment consolidation test.

This research aim to to know how influence of earnings of perkapita society to motorbike request in town Jambi, To know how influence sum up the resident to motorbike request in town Jambi, To know how price influence to motorbike request in town JambiData used is data sekunder with the type of data of time series 10 year from year 2000-2009. Data steming from BPS ( Statistical Center Body), library, and other source like journal and previous research pickings with the Earnings of perkapita society, growth of resident and price as variable independent influencing request to motorbike as variable dependent.Result of this examination prove that Earnings of perkapita society have an effect on positive but not signifikan to level of amount of request of motorbike of brand, Resident Growth have an effect on positive and signifikan to level of amount of request of motorbike in Town Jambi, Price have an effect on the negativity and signifikan to level of amount of request of motorbike in Town Jambi
