<![CDATA[The Sidoarjo regional government in exploiting the potential of its area, has made various efforts to improve the level of community welfare. One of the significant potential of the Sidoarjo area is in the marine sector. The existence of these marine products, must be balanced with the preparation of human resources in the field of maritime affairs, one of which is through education with the issuance of Sidoarjo Regent's Regulation No. 16 of 2012 concerning the implementation of local content curriculum. This policy is expected to be able to cover the field of maritime in accordance with the potential of the Sidoarjo region and be implemented in high school level educational institutions. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the Sidoarjo Regent's policy on the curriculum of local maritime and to analyze the factors that hamper and support it. This research is a qualitative research, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. While data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the curriculum policies on local maritime have not yet been fully implemented in high school level educational institutions. However, efforts that have been made by schools to meet the minimum capability according to the Sidoarjo Regent's regulations can be achieved. This research is expected to be able to contribute to educational institutions in the form of the formulation of policies to improve the education of educators at higher levels in the field of maritime affairs, recruitment of education personnel from graduates of maritime graduates or the like and standardization of marine education facilities.]]>

<![CDATA[Hospital service quality is an assessment of services obtained from patients with cost-efficient and results from the organization's organizational performance. Free market competition requires us to improve quality in all fields, especially in health services to be recognized internationally, the phenomenon of people prefering to seek treatment abroad is a big challenge in improving the quality of hospital services. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of Teaching with the services quality in Padang City Islamic hospitals. The study design used was descriptive correlation with cross sectional design. The sample of this study were 325 inpatients. The results of this study prove that there is a relationship between teaching and service quality in Padang City Islamic hospitals (P = 0.006). This study recommends hospitals to increase the active role of nurses in improving service quality with the COPA model approach, which is teaching that can be applied in hospitals.]]>

<![CDATA[The study aims to examine the influence of Corporate Governance, Capital Intensity and Profitability on Tax Avoidance. The proxy of Corporate governance was audit quality and audit committee, while the profitability factor used is Return on Asset (ROA) and Tax Avoidance by Cash Effective Tax Rate. The sample was chosen by purposive sampling and resulted 21 companies from mining sector listed oin Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018. The data analyzed by using multiple linier regression. <![CDATA[Investors need analytical assistance to invest and related to what capital will be invested in the industry and what benefits will be obtained. Therefore, industry analysis can help investors make choices. One good industry choice for investing is the textile industry, because the needs of textile goods are everyone's basic needs for making clothes and other items such as dolls, blankets, bags and wallets. This makes the textile industry needs to be a consideration for investing. The development of the textile industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly, because there are currently 43 companies engaged in the textile sector that have gone public. This shows that the textile industry is very good for investment analysis. The analysis uses industry financial data for five years, from 2013 to 2017.]]>

<![CDATA[Development is the most important thing in the countryside. All that can be seen from the way the government manages its finances, including village funds and village funds. This study discusses the evaluation of the use of village funds and allocation of funds. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate how the use of village funds and village funds in BM has not been used to its full potential, because there are still a number of program activities that are not realized. <![CDATA[Based on the results of the 2018 Riskesdas, the proportion of birth attendants in women aged 10 - 54 years still has 6.7% of pregnant women giving birth not with health workers. Aur Duri Health Center is one of the Puskesmas from 20 Puskesmas in Jambi City, which in 2018 occurred 1 death of pregnant women who were helped by TBAs in Penyengat Rendah Village, Telanai Pura Sub-District. This incident should not have happened considering the location of the Aur Duri Puskemas area was still in the Jambi City Center and access to health workers, health centers and hospitals was very smooth and easy to reach. There are still 12 traditional birth attendants in the work area of Aur Duri Health Center in 2018. This study aims to analyze the implementation of partnership programs for midwives and traditional birth attendants in the work area of Aur Duri Health Center, Jambi City: input, process and output variables. Data collection techniques used the method of in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and document review.Based on the results of the study it was known that the partnership between midwives and traditional birth attendants had not gone well, while the partnership between midwives and traditional birth attendants in the Aur Duri Community but there was no continuation of implementation of these activities. It is recommended that the Health Office and Aur Duri Puskesmas provide support and guidance and can allocate funds for partnership activities between midwives and traditional birth attendants so that it can be a solution to achieving KIA coverage targets, especially labor assistance by health workers and suppressing death cases. In addition, it is necessary to conduct monitoring and evaluation in the implementation of this partnership so that it can run well]]>

<![CDATA[The village administration system functions as a guard, guide, mobilizer and service. Village communities need services to meet needs that cannot be fulfilled by themselves. This study aims to determine public perceptions of the performance of the village government of Bomo Blimbingsari Banyuwangi in providing services to community members. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive with a phenomological approach. The subjects in this study consisted of the village administration and members of the Bomo village community. Data collection is done by observation techniques, interview techniques, and documentation techniques. Data analysis technique used is interactive analysis techniques including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, then drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that community perceptions of the performance of the village government of Bomo, Blimbingsari Banyuwangi sub-district in providing services to residents 76 percent of people consider that it is good enough and satisfying. This is evidenced by friendly, fast, and timely services, while 24 percent consider it less satisfactory because they must go back and forth in completing the file. <![CDATA[This research aimed to know comparative Regional Board of Investment Performance in Indonesia and examined effect of foreign and domestic investment on economic growth. Sample used in this research is 34 Board of Investment and Integrated Licensing (BPMPTSP) of the provinces in Indonesia in 2015-2018 that determined by purposive sampling method. Data used is secondary data of target and realization of foreign and domestic investment from BKPM and PDRB rate from BPS. Data analysis technique used is average of total realization of investment, average growth per year of investment (CAGR ratio), average ratio of investment target achievement (Effectiveness ratio). To examined effect of investment on economic growth used data panel regression analysis. Result of average of total realization of investment analysis show that West Java Province has best performance on foreign investment, while East Java as the best province on average realization of direct investment. West Sulawesi Province has the best performance measured by average growth of foreign investment, while Maluku is a province with best performance based on ratio of average growth of domestic investment. Analysis of target achievement that used effectiveness ratio show that North Sulawesi has the best performance on achieved the investment target. F- test result show that simultaneously there are significant effect between foreign and domestic investment on economic growth. Based on t-test result, partially there are significant effect between foreign and domestic investment on economic growth.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine: (1) The effect of work motivation and partial compensation to the teacher's performance at Yayasan Makmur Al-Muthma'innah Jambi. (2) Influence of work motivation and simultaneous compensation to the teacher's performance at Yayasan Makmur Al-Muthma'innah Jambi. This research uses methods of descriptive analysis. The Data obtained in this study used the instrument questionnaire with the number of respondents as many as 39 teachers. The data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression. From the results of the analysis can be noted that work motivation and compensation partially affect the performance, with a percentage of work motivation influence on performance by 29, 2% and for the effect of compensation to performance by 46.4%. As for the simultaneous influence of work motivation and compensation has 16.2% against performance. The motivation for work and compensation also has a positive coefficient direction of 89.0% of performance. ]]>

<![CDATA[The production process is very dependent on the availability of raw materials. An optimal calculation of raw material inventory is needed so that the company avoids the problem of lack or over stock of raw materials. This research aims to find out the quantity of raw material inventory, safety stock, and reorder point for ADC-12 raw materials.. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data sources obtained directly from the company. Analysis of the data used using the Economic Order Quantity method. Based on research and calculation results that have been done, if the company uses the EOQ method the quantity of raw material inventory is 80,861 kg. The quantity of the safety stock is 2,768 kg with a reorder point (ROP) of 14,038 kg.]]>
