<![CDATA[Information system is a system related to the existence of programming and database. A good information system is dynamic. Dynamic information systems can not be separated with the existence of databases as data storage. In general, the database is used passively so that its function is only for data storage, but the database also can be as a control system information. Some opensource databases already support for system control or that can be called active database system such as MySQL, MariaDB and PosgreSQL. Active database system provides database function to get reactive behavior and control system information at database level. Business processes that are typically performed by programming languages as a rule incorporated in the application can be entered directly into the database. This research is done for the design of an active database system against market price services. This active database system approach is designed to get an applicative and responsive service system to collaborate with the control system on the modem.]]>

<![CDATA[Patchouli is an oil-producing plant asiri known as patchouli oil (oil patchouli oil) which has a high economic value and a bright prospect. Patchouli plants used as cosmetic ingredients, perfumes, antiseptics, soaps, drugs, and insecticides. Patchouli plant is an agribusiness for farmers and entrepreneurs in order to increase the income and welfare (living standard) of the farm community, as well as provider of continuous materials for the patchouli oil industry. In the development and improvement of patchouli plants experience several obstacles such as pests and diseases that resulted in low yields on patchouli plants, especially in the village of Gunung Sari Watubangga District Kolaka. Pests and diseases are one of the causes of the low production of patchouli leaves that should always be anticipated because the development can cause losses for farmers, so it needs to be anticipated early. Handling patchouli plants are attacked by pests and diseases are often hampered because there are still many farmers who are lay in treating patchouli plants that do not know how to handle it. Case Based Reasoning (CBR) is one method that can reason or solve problems based on existing case experiences that are used as solutions to new problems. The system built in this research is the CBR system to make the diagnosis of Nilam Plant disease so that farmers get information about how to properly cultivate patchouli plants. The diagnostic process of inserting a new case compared to the old case then calculated its similarity value using the Nearest neighbord method. The accuracy of the system generated in this research is 80%.]]>

<![CDATA[As one of the fastest growing tourist destinations, the number of tourist arrivals in Banyuwangi Regency shows a significant growth where in the range of 2010 - 2015 there is an increase of domestic tourists by 161% and abroad by 210%. The increase in tourist numbers is not a trouble-free process, especially with regard to visitor preferences that change over time. Tourist information and a variety of tourist interests often make tourists confused in determining the choice of any destination to visit. While Banyuwangi tourism information that is available in printed form or that can be accessed online still requires tourists to sort and choose their own in accordance with the interests and preferences so that tourists need any suggestions or recommendations. In the field of tourism, this recommendation may include objects to be visited, existing tourist events, travel schedules, travel routes, availability of infrastructure and so forth. The recommendation system proposed in this research uses a combination of (hybrid) case-based reasoning and location-based methods. The system is built in the form of android based mobile applications. Input from users to the system of travelers preferences include tourist types, tariff categories, modes of transportation, and tourism activities. These preferences together with user location based on GPS coordinates are further compared to the tourist object attributes stored on the system using the nearest neighbor similarity method. The output of the system in the form of recommendation of tourism object that has the highest similarity to the user preference. The results of this study are expected to assist tourists in choosing tourism objects in Banyuwangi according to their preferences or demand criteria.]]>

<![CDATA[A financing company is a business institution that runs financing activity in procurement of goods and or services (POJK No. 29/2014). Financing company development in urban area, especially in Salatiga area has been experiencing great progress, as a numerous financing companies have opened their branches in Salatiga. The research aims to classify PT. XYZ Finance Salatiga branch customer distribution by using Geographical Information System that it is practical for the company to determine potential market in order to grow the number of potential customer. Within the research there are GIS activity steps that cover arranging spatial and non spatial demography data of Salatiga and customers distribution region’s description in Salatiga. Bad credits distribution in PT. XYZ Salatiga branch has its biggest percentage in Argomulyo district that almost reach 51% from total credit plafond (outstanding principal) given. The research result will be able to help the company to make business decision related to determining the eligibility of prospective customers.]]>

<![CDATA[The selection process of bidikmisi scholarship involves many requirements as a criterion, thus requiring completion decisions supporters with multi-criteria. One of the decision support concept with multi-citeria is VIKOR Method. The basic concept of the VIKOR Method is to determine the rank of available samples by looking at the results of utility values, regrets and distance solutions as the best alternative of each sample by weighting criteria from the Analytic Hierarchy Process Method. This research purpose is to apply the VIKOR method in selecting the recipients of bidikmisi scholarship by considering various criteria that have been determined. The results shows that the VIKOR Method can be used to assist the selection process and determine the right scholarship recipients. At the VIKOR Method, each weight that are involved shows the result rank value, so it can be used as a compromise solution in dealing with multicriteria problems.]]>

<![CDATA[PT AAA is a company engaged in the process of instrumentation and electrical design, procurement and construction of instruments. In an effort to improve employee performance PT AAA provide salary increase to employees who have good performance. In employee salary increases are sometimes not in accordance with the results of its performance. Employee salary increases are often hammered flat, or sometimes pay raise only by ingesting it, without the application of strong calculations. That is why there is an application of decision support system employee performance appraisal for a raise. One of the methods used is using Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This method is chosen because it is able to complete the assessment of employee performance based on predetermined criteria, which will be used as a reference in the raise of the salary itself. The results of the application of decision support system employee performance appraisal for salary increase not only determine who the employees are eligible to get a raise but also determine how much percentage of salary increase each employee.]]>

<![CDATA[Implementation evaluation of Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) in RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen aims to determine what factors have the greatest successfulness of SIMRS. The variables in this study are system quality, information quality, service quality, system use, user satisfaction, organization structure, facilitating condition, top mamagement support, and net benefits which adapted from the HOT-Fit model by eliminating the organization environment variable and by added top management support and facilitating condition variables. From this study, we can see that the success of SIMRS implementation in RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen determined by aspects of Technology, Human and Organization can be seen that the user satisfaction variable has a positive influence on the net benefits vatiable. Based on the results of t-statistic test by using SMARTPLS software, user satisfaction is the variable that gives the most influence to the net benefits gained from SIMRS.]]>

<![CDATA[Assignment problems are a special form of linear programming problems that often occur in a company in allocating or placing a workforce that suits its ability. To solve the issue of assignment is to use Hungarian method. In applying the Hungarian method, the amount of labor assigned should be equal to the amount of work to be completed. The author uses Hungarian method to calculate the total delivery time of goods on CV. L & J Express Malang *) so as to get the optimal total delivery time. To solve the assignment problem on CV. L & J Express Malang, the required data includes employee name, destination location, and delivery time. Based on result of calculation using Hungarian method, obtained total delivery time of optimal goods equal to 105 minutes. Before using the Hungarian method the total delivery time of goods amounted to 119 minutes. It can be seen that there is a time efficiency of 14 minutes.]]>
