Abstract

Assignment problems are a special form of linear programming problems that often occur in a company in allocating or placing a workforce that suits its ability. To solve the issue of assignment is to use Hungarian method. In applying the Hungarian method, the amount of labor assigned should be equal to the amount of work to be completed. The author uses Hungarian method to calculate the total delivery time of goods on CV. L & J Express Malang *) so as to get the optimal total delivery time. To solve the assignment problem on CV. L & J Express Malang, the required data includes employee name, destination location, and delivery time. Based on result of calculation using Hungarian method, obtained total delivery time of optimal goods equal to 105 minutes. Before using the Hungarian method the total delivery time of goods amounted to 119 minutes. It can be seen that there is a time efficiency of 14 minutes.

Abstract

Data is something that is very important specifically for the needs of a company or organization, which from the data can produce a useful information for the company or organization as a material for development as well as for data analysis as the basis for decision-making. With the development of the world of digital technology is growing nowadays, the data originally stored in paper form can now be stored in digital form by utilizing database engine. If a company or organization already has data scattered in several separate places or developed with several different types of software platforms. Of course, a technique is required to integrate data from several different places and use different types of software platforms. With the existence of this data integration it is possible to combine separate data in multiple places and use several different types of software platforms.

Abstract

Convenient place, strategic, cool and affordable price is the dream of every person to be home. This research is conducted on housing in Depok City area with the name of Grand Depok City, Telaga Kahuripan, Maharaja, Sawangan Permai and Pesona Kayangan by using price, location, mortgage, facility, house type and initial payment by comparing two methods Supporting system of decision namely SAW and Profile Matching. The method is a method that the end result of the formation of the calculation process. The results of the comparison of the two methods are to produce the same chosen alternative, so that both methods can be applied to assist decision making in house selection in Depok

Abstract

The use of e-commerce influenced by culture, which consist of five dimensions, such as power distance, individualism, masculinity, uncertainty avoidance, and long-term orientation (Hofsterde, 1984). This paper aim to investigate and explored the effect of culture dimenssion on behavior to use e-commerce in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Theory Planned Behavior as a model to investigate behavior to use e-commerce. Culture dimensiona as indicator used to support variable in TPB. Our result showed that power distance and masculinity had significant effect on behavior to use e-comerce in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. This factors can be used to create a new marketing strategy for business people. In an academic area, this model can be used as alternative model to predict intentions and individual behavior using information technology, especially e-commerce.

Abstract

Data warehouse is a concept and a technology to store transactional data from several sources that have been through the process of filtering and selection of data. By using the Ectract, Transform and Load (ETL) process in the data warehouse, OLTP data is processed to produce good data and ready for use for the analysis process. For the design of this warehouse data will be built by using the Nine Step Method from Kimbal, so that the resulting warhouse data can be as expected. For the development of life flow system (SDLC) with waterfall model. By using the wate fall model will be built a prototype to implement the data warehouse design results.

Abstract

Gold is one of the long-term investment items. The price of gold at any time may change. For someone who invests in gold, of course, requires information changes in gold prices so he can determine when to buy or sell gold. Without accurate information it will be difficult to determine the value or price of gold a few months or years ahead. In this study built prototype information system forecasting gold price of Antam. Monthly historical data of Antam gold price is downloaded from the official website of Antam in excel format. Further excel files are uploaded and processed to determine the forecast price of gold some period to the fore. Forecasting information system is built using PHP programming language and MySql database. The results of forecasting error testing show the accuracy of forecasting of 87.34%. Dara 78 pricing and forecasting data obtained 60 data value tracking signal is beyond the limits of control.

Abstract

Clean clothes are very necessary human to treat themselves to stay healthy and protected from all kinds of diseases that come from viruses and bacteria that live and grow around humans. One effort to keep clothes clean is to wash regularly clothes that have been exposed to dirt coming from dust, garbage, and odor. Washing activities are activities that take a lot of time because this activity is done with great care. This encourages the business to open a laundry business, even now developing not only washing clothes but serving the laundering of various types of goods made of fine fiber materials such as cotton, wool, polyester, and others. Customer service, washing quality, and washing time become the point of consumer satisfaction assessment of laundry services offered. Consumer Service System which was originally manual and then replaced with a computerized Consumer Service System. The process of data processing was switched into a database and the use of application programs. Citra Laundry then took this opportunity by providing customer service information system. Development of customer service system using Waterfall method in the software. The description of the current system and proposed system is described in the form of data flow diagrams, Kendall and Kendall methods. Data collection is done by observation on the same type of business and conducting interviews with related parties. The results of this study resulted in a customer service information system more efficient in the storage and processing of large data and very effective in dealing with the needs of customer service quickly and systematically.

Abstract

There are several ways used by a company / store to grow its business. One that can be done is to open a new branch elsewhere. Selection of areas that will be made a new branch also can not be chosen arbitrarily. There are criteria that can increase the company's profit, in this case UD Indo Multi Fish. Using the Simple Additive Weighting method (SAW) can provide recommendations on which areas are appropriate to be used as the new branch of the store. The highest ranking value is an area that can be recommended to open a new branch.

Abstract

Importance of credit information Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) for society, especially in those who need to develop the business unit in the future, which in the present situation that is difficult to build a business. To obtain credit information most people still have access to resources directly to the sources that provide such information. If the information sought is not found then look for other sources. In search of the required information was not little.Service information system with SMS (Short Message Service) on mobile phone s offer convenience and low cost can reduce the above problems. This service is suitable to be applied in seeking information about credit small and medium enterprises. Despite the above, the study made a Credit Information System Based SMS Gateway Service to provide or provide information about credit Credit Medium Enterprises. So it can be used as one of the alternative ways to obtain information about business credit easily and quickly. The result of this final project design is an SMS Gateway server that works without operator, able to provide information and seek information to the banks in accordance with the information requested by the customer and then sends the information to customers who request such information.

Abstract

A secure banking world service is an absolute requirement to compete competitively in today's digital age. Information system security in banking services transaction especially Internet Banking features become very important to support accountable service. In the information security system or computer there are 3 dimensions are assessed, namely confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The three dimensions applied to the respondents of employees of PT. XYZ Salatiga using Forum Group Discussion (FGD) technique. The results of this study show that most of the employees of PT. XYY Salatiga of 80%, stated that the availability dimension with the access speed indicator is the most affect the security of information system of Internet Banking feature. This can be a recommendation for Bank BCA in terms of increasing data security especially related to Internet Banking.
