Abstract

Baby's birth weight is influenced by characteristics of pregnant women such as age, parity, education level, pregnancy visit, and gestational age. Classification of the birth weight of a baby is grouped into several groups, namely low birth weight babies, normal baby weight and excess baby weight. The classification method with ordinal logistic regression provides an unstable parameter estimation, which means that if there is a change in the data set causes a significant change in the model. So that to obtain a stable parameter estimation in the ordinal logistic regression model is used aggregating (bagging) bootstrap approach. This study aims to improve the classification of ordinal logistic regression by using bagging on a baby's birth weight. The classification results with bagging ordinal logistic regression were able to reduce classification errors by 20.237% with 76.67% classification accuracy

Abstract

Midwives are one of the health workers who provide child and maternal health (CMH) services and family planning. At present, most of the recording of midwife services is still managed conventionally by manual book keeping. It is less effective and efficient which causes the workload to increase, the information retrieval process is quite long and the risk of missing important data is likely to occur frequently. On the other hand, maternal patients are required to visit the midwife directly if they want to know the information on the progress of the pregnancy and their child. Based on these facts, a CMH information system was built that was accessible to midwives and parents. The information system developed consists of two integrated applications, namely web-based applications for midwives and mobile applications for parents. The web application facilitates midwives to record transactions, make reports, and deliver information to patients. While the mobile application makes it easier for parents to monitor the development of maternal and child health and other information provided by midwives. The system was developed using the water-fall software development model. The test results using the black-box test method indicate that the CMH system has been able to meet the user's functional requirements.

Abstract

The use of gas in Indonesia is a more profitable alternative, one of which is the oil conversion program, LPG (liquefied petroleum gas). UD.Maju Bersama, which is a distribution agent for 3 Kg LPG gas for household needs, so far because of the many requests, of course LPG agents like this need to forecast the frequency of purchases to find out if the sales have been sold as optimally as possible and stocks can be provided well and supplies adequate for consumer demand. this problem can be solved by applying one of the Datamining techniques which is using the FP-Growth Algorithm method to find out the Frequency of Purchase of 3 Kg LPG Gas. Frequent Pattern Growth (FP-Growth) can be used to determine the set of data that most often appears (frequent itemset) in a data set. The results of data processing purchases at the Elpiji UD base. Forward Together the most sold or purchased values ​​at week 1 and 2 on each month with the highest value support 66.67% confidence 100.00%. the results can help base owners to make decisions on gas supply so that they can be used to increase the amount of supply from distributors to agents and increase profits with support and confidence.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is one of the important aspects in the company, because it will manage many aspects such as technology, resources, and capital, therefore the process of hiring and allocating training is important in the company. Human Resource Departement (HRD) is responsible for recruiting new employees and developing training programs to equip employees or prospective employees. The Recruitment process consist of three steps: CV gathering, psychotest work, and interview). In PT. XYZ recruitment process is done manually,Therefore an application is required that can support the decision-making process in the employee recruitment process that can analyze the appropriate training for prospective employees. Employee recruitment applications development and allocation of employee training using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) system development methodology. For employee training allocation system with profile matching method. The Final result from this research is an application that could support HRD in recruitment process and training allocation.

Abstract

The concept of education for children is important. The aspects that must be considered are methods and learning media. In this research innovative and alternative learning media are made to understand fruits for children with Augmented Reality (AR). Augmented Reality (AR) in principle is a technology that is able to combine two-dimensional or three-dimensional virtual objects into a real environment and then project it. This learning media combines picture cards and virtual reality. Markers contained on picture cards will be captured by the mobile device camera, processed and will 3D animated pieces appear on the mobile screen in realtime. By using the concept of combining real world, real images on cards and virtual, applications can stimulate imagination and sense of desire in children and motivation to learn more and more. 3D fruit estimation created using the 3D Blender application and the Augmented Rea process lity is made using Unity and the Vuforia SDK library. The application of fruit recognition has been applied to several child respondents and has been tested on several types and brands of Android-based mobile phones. Based on research trials, 86% of 30 respondents stated that the application which was developed very effectively as a medium for the introduction of fruits.

Abstract

Higher education is a subsystem that includes a program of national education diploma, bachelor, masters, specialist and doctoral degrees held by college both academy, high school and university. College are obliged to provide education, research and community service. One element in the administration of higher education are the lecturer. Lecturers are academic personnel responsible for planning and executing the learning process, assess learning outcomes, conduct coaching and training, and conduct research and community service. Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 Year 2005 on Teachers and Lecturers, Article 51 Paragraph (1) Item b, the professor is entitled to promotions and awards in accordance with academic performance. Abstract

Pawon Kue is a small home industry which sells various cake and rice box products. Pawon Kue was using books for recording orders and product selling. The method was used since the company established. However, the company experienced difficulities when using this method. The process to find how much the profit they got in a day was not easy, it also needed long time to find certain information, and there were big probability they could lose the recording books. Because of them, the author and the team developed a web based application for helping them in recording sales and stock listing. The team used waterfall model in software enginering model and used Unified Modeling Language in design and system analyst stage. After the testing stage, the research team found the application could help the owners for listing stock and product easier than before.

Abstract

School financial data processing if done manually then the result is less effective. So required financial information management information system to improve the quality of service to students and accelerate the performance of employees in school. It is expected that this system can improve the performance of employees or teachers in school including chairman institutionalized in making decisions. The purpose of this study is to make school financial management information system designed and built by using PHP programming language and MySQL database so that it can process the school finance data such as tuition fee payment and making financial reports done efficiently and effectively. In this study, the author uses two methods, namely data collection methods and methods of system development. For data collection method, we use three way, that is observation, interview and study of library for development of system method used by writer that is incremental method having 5 stages, that is communication, planning, modeling, construction, deployment.

Abstract

The Matraman Sub-district Health Center, which was established on July 3, 1977 in DKI Jakarta, is one of the puskesmas that always records and searches its patient data in Medical Records. This Puskesmas requires a Medical Record Information System so that the recording of the patient's medical history can be stored and arranged in a good mechanism. The development of the patient data collection system in Medical Records uses the Waterfall method in developing the software. While the process of collecting data by conducting interviews with the relevant parts. Depictions of the running system can be seen in the form of Activity Diagrams and proposed systems can be seen in the Use Case Diagram, ERD and LRS. Research produces a Medical Record Information System that helps related parts in recording and searching for patient data needed quickly and precisely so that medical action can be done immediately.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct an audit and evaluation of the Pamekasan District e-Government Dispute Settlement services on EDM and APO Domains. The method used is the COBIT Framework.5, a framework for measuring information system governance maturity issued by ISACA in 2012. The audit was conducted at the Pamekasan District Dispendukcapil Office and took samples of e-Government Services in 4 Districts and 12 Districts considered quite representative to be audited.The results showed that overall the results of the audit capability level of ICT services at Pamekasan district Dispendukcapil were at level 3 (Establish) with capability level index values in establish and 2.O (established) EDM domains. Field findings show that business processes in ICT management of e-government services at the sub-district, village levels show that they are at level 0 (incomplete), which means that there is almost no process of governance of ICT services at that level. Suggestions and recommendations that can be made are more authority is needed at the sub-district and village level by adding competent human resources in the ICT field to provide better e-Government services.
